I love canes but this location needs some work. I do not recommend going here unless you want food that looks like this for the expensive price it is. I could’ve gone to Popeyes and gotten a better chicken tender than this. Lmao thanks for reminding me I can go somewhere else at the drive thru btw.

Been going to this location for a couple years. Lately, the fingers are smaller and smaller. The french fries are few and soggy. Tonight, the 3 finger box was missing bread. Very disappointing. UPDATE 9-20-21 Thought I would give it another try. Cold limp FF and the bite of chicken on the dipping sauce container is one of my 3 chicken fingers.🤨

Idk what’s up with this particular location but something is off - flavor & food quality. Smaller pieces of chicken than other locations. Funnily enough it was overcooked/dry but the breading was still soggy in some places. Fries were not hot. I only drove 5 minutes. I’ll update if it gets better. If I come back.

I wanted to believe the other reviews here before I headed my way to this place , but I held on to some HOPE. UNFORTUNATELY, hope didn't last a while. Got home to poor sized chicken strips that I had never had. Also, my sandwich was missing the lettuce. We pay for what is being advertised, and what has been the size of the strips (originally) STOP THIS SCAM BECAUSE YOU LOST A CUSTOMER !! WONT BE Coming back ! Listen to these reviews, they're saying the truth 🙌 👏

Sauce is still good. Chicken fingers get small every time. Not worth the price anymore honestly. My bread wasn’t even like right a bit soggy. Canes has definitely gone down hill and this will be the last time I think I eat it.

Main reason for the 1 star is due to the price of the food and what you get for that price. The chicken strips have turned into nuggets.

I waited so long to finally try this place… and I was halfway let down. I’ll start with the good. The chicken was honestly 10/10, which is obviously the most important! Super fresh and hot. Loved the chicken and loved the Canes sauce of course! The Texas toast was okay…fries were cold and undercooked. The slaw was average. Coke was not the best I’ve had, full of ice and watered down. I was just very underwhelmed overall. With that said, the chicken was good enough that I would return if it was convenient!

Thanks for serving us cold food, will never return to this location again. Extremely over priced food for what you get. There are other spots around town that are much better. Go and support local/small business around your neighborhood.

I love the large toasted bread and the chicken tenders. The fries were cooked well.

You may fear the wait as you pull up to the drive-through line, but don’t worry you’ll be up to the window in no time. And it is definitely worth the wait! The service & the food is well worth it.

Okay, if truth be told, I've never been a fan of Raising Cane. Why?? Because the food is extra BLAND. BLAND AS HECK. The only that's saving them are the sauce & toast. Anywho, the customer service is 5 star. Friendly staff. With that being said, they (staff) should spend some extra time cleaning the dining area. Especially the tables.

Food is excellent service was good. The only unfortunate thing there is if you decide to eat there just a heads up there is a lot of homeless people around there and the QT next to eat. Other then that good experience all around.

First time having it and it was fresh and hot and so good. And hot in the temperature not spicy. I got the basic order that everyone loves and gotta love the toast. Hopefully the service and food is good on all the locations cause I'm coming back.

Fingers were good, but better in the oven. Fries were average, but slaw and bread still solid.

The soda dispenser need a deep cleaning it looks horrible the whipping of cabinets is smeared all over it. This is nastiness floor with food and crumbs on it. Tables are not whipped down. People just looking around at cashiers. Lastly my order was incorrect for a dine in order. Won’t be back to this location for sure.

I got the 3 piece combo, the service was fast, the food was delicious. One thing I like about Cane’s is that their quality is pretty consistent and it is always pretty good. Do you know what you’re gonna get at least at this location.

Went I to order and then sat down. I saw orders coming into the window but no one seemed to be calling the customers for pickup. Finally more workers showed up and things started moving. Tables weren't clean. Food was good and abundant.

Cheep, Quick, Delicious. Compared to other chains, Cane's gives you the most chicken per dollar than anywhere else. Also the chicken is moist and juicy with a good medium crunch batter. The fries are also wonderful with a light crunch to them. The restaurant itself was much cleaner than most other fast food restaurants in the area. Over all one of the best if not the single best fast food chicken chain restaurants out there.

$18.72 for the caniac combo with extra bread but they forgot the extra bread so nothing better than paying extra on top of already outrageous prices for frozen fries with 6 tenders. At least the food quality was good tonight and inside was empty so it was way faster than drive through.

I usually have great experiences, but today was less than stellar. I approached the counter and the first girl gave me a paper menu because my glasses are broken, and when I was ready I tried to speak to her three times and she was distracted three times by Camelia. That's fine, I'll wait for one or two, but I'm trying to order now. I order to go, and some food that is already plated up for here is sitting there on the table. No, I don't want that. No, I don't want that plate reboxed up. I'll wait the minute or two for fresh. Genuinely not even 60 seconds I'm given the reboxed food. I demand food that was made to order, not already made before I order. Camelia is finna argue with me about what made to order is. She walk away after the male employee says he'll handle it, then Camelia is all talky talky with her girlfriend. The male came and apologized, the male said he gave me extra pieces (not that I asked but thank you). Nah, review is still posted because of .Camelia.

Their chicken strips and Cane’s sauce is a perfect combination. Prices have doubled and the pieces are getting smaller. It is very good but almost not worth the $15 per meal.

Huge fan of Raising Canes ever since it’s opened up at this location. Their orders are always on point and I haven’t had any issues as well as hot and delicious plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy your food as well as a pretty easy drive through to get in and out of if you’re just trying to pick up and go if you haven’t been here, I highly recommend checking it out!!! 4/5 stars

Caves chicken is normally always a great experience but this specific location is amazing. The staff guess above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. I'm currently homeless a lot of places made me feel like I was out of place but not at Cane's. I'd like to thank everyone at Cane's on Bell and 9th St.

Food was great! Always is. Unfortunately, we were the only customers in the building and yet the employees found it more important to sit on the toilet watching videos on their phones than letting their customers use the toilet. Incredibly rude. First bad experience I e had at a Canes.

Staff is always friendly & attentive, food is always hot, dining room is always clean and tidy and if ever I had an issue with the order it was fixed, no questions asked. My kids love this place. If I would let them they would eat this place 7 days a week. That sauce is boss.... Along with that Texas toast coleslaw and chicken.

Stopped in for a quick on the go bite. Walked in as drive thru was pretty packed. Only 1 person asked of me with his soccer boys, 4. Placed my order and by the time I walked up and got my drink, my food was ready. Hot and yummy. Thank you for the fast accurate service you provided.

I ordered 2 box combos and requested that they replace the coleslaw with toast. I also purchased 4 Cane sauces and 2 Extra toasts and I didn’t receive any of it. I received 1 box combo with coleslaw that I specifically asked to be replaced along with 2 drinks. There was no toasts AT ALL and only 2 sauces in the box. I ordered food for 2 and received food for 1. When I called, no one answered the phone to speak with me. RIDICULOUS!

I just went to this location for the first time recently. The chicken is perfectly amazing g as it always is, everyone at every location. The only thing that could've been better was the canes sauce tasted a little off. Like too strong and it looked darker than normal. But it wasn't the end of the world. All staff was nice and fast, the store was clean as was the parking lot. Going to be a repeat customer for sure.
