Had dinner here for the first time just this past Sunday. Our server, Sam, was very helpful and friendly. The rolls were great, the salad was great, and so was the Prime Rib. I was glad I only ordered the small Prime Rib, because it was huge. We will be back.

Chicken fried chicken was nice and moist! It had the perfect ratio of breading. The mashed potatoes are real, so that's a major plus. Babes ribeye was cooked to perfection! Our waiter was just attentive and friendly. We will be back forsure! My ONLY complaint was the bathroom was really gross. We was there at 2-230 so it should of been cleaner. Still giving this place 5 stars overall.

We chose Texas Roadhouse as our location for our family get together. It was a really great experience. I believe the waitress knew of our important in making this a memorable time. We were told that our wait time would be about an hour. But in speaking to other customers who were already there waiting to be seated, the customers understand and agree to switch their wait time with us. And so our wait time was actually more around 15 minutes. We thanked the other waiting customers profusely. We even offered to but them appetizers but they refused and one guy summed it up, he said "with our world and personal lives in such turbulence, it's good to see our family being able to actually be all together ... And it's about that togetherness that has been missed by everyone that gives him hope". 😥❤️ I don't think it could have been said any better. His words put a lump in all our throats and we held each other just a little tighter. I took a lot of pictures but I heard also, "Dee you better not post any pics with us in them or mention any names...I promised I wouldn't. I'm not one to rat out another. All I can say is everyone kept to the keto diet, vegan diet, organic diet, vegetarian diet, no red meat diet, no carbs diet 😜😆😂🤣 As for me, I was so hungry. I delved into my mine and totally forgot to take pics of what I ate, but I had the 8oz NY Strip w/grilled shrimp, baked potato and a tossed salad w/1000 Island dressing on the side. It was delicious. I filled up on the tossed salad and shrimp alone. I took togo the steak and baked potato. It was fun memorable time with family and believe me, it was long over due. I just hope and pray that many more families will be able to do this soon with their families. 💐❤️💯

Got the prime rib again tonight. Big surprise since that's what i get almost every time I go there. I love to get my prime rib blackened. It adds spice and tons more flavor to the meat. Sweet potato and salad for a delicious meal! I highly recommend getting your meat blackened if you like to spice things up! Not overly spicy, it's just right! Give it a try!

Sent my steak back for being cold to the touch on the outside, they brought the same steak back less than 3 minutes later. Requested for it to be remade, they said it would take 15 minutes because the grill was already off… they bring me another steak that was literally raw in the middle. I requested medium rare, when I told the manager Raymond, that it was ridiculous that my steak was raw in the middle on the edge(not even the center) , and he stated their medium rare and rare are “side by side, the same thing”. The lack of customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. The managers, Lou and Raymond need retraining. Yes, they took the steak off my bill. But having to watch everyone else eat at MY birthday dinner and then take my food home in a box… my steak that I ended up taking out of sheer frustration was less than a quarter inch thick and was not up to par. I’m annoyed that I wasted $100 (including gift cards for my birthday) on this sub par dinner. Our server Carlos was great.. I asked Carlos for the owner/corporate information. When he came back with the bill I asked again for this information, for him to state that his manager also avoided his question for the franchise/corporate information. If this is the way they run their business, the regional manager may want to be in the restaurant a little more as this quite frankly is unacceptable.

The staff at this location is very nice! The food was delivered promptly after it was ordered. Delicious steaks! Delicious sides! Everything here is good. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. highly recommended!!

Excellent fast n friendly staff that was rolling on a Sunday evening with smiles on their faces. Great food n my streak was si flavorful, it didnt need sauce, n tender... oooo sooo tender.... lol. Will definately go back to this location inparticular... great job guys in a time when customer service is really in the dumpster fire. Excellent team

Loved this place, I can't count on how many times we came maybe over 20 times. Food are so delicious. I always orders the 60z steak and the grilled shrimp with baked potatoes and Mac & cheese

Went for the first time with two friends. We ate at the bar and had tremendous service. Very friendly and great food! We enjoyed the fried onion appetizer.

This was my first time at any Texas Roadhouse since the early 2000s. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the food as well! The waitress was extremely attentive, super nice, answered any question I had. The food was delicious! I got a huge salad with chicken, my man got the ribs and a steak, as well as the grilled chicken. My son got the grilled chicken kids meal. It was all delicious! The drink I originally ordered was a Key lime margarita, they ended up being out of key lime, so I got the top shelf margarita with black lava salt. It was delicious and I appreciate that the manager came up and acknowledged and apologized for the restaurant being out of key lime. Everyone was nice and I recommend it. I'll definitely go back with my family.

It was okay. A fork was dirty. My burger was dry. I said no pickles and there were pickles all over it! I won't be going back to this place.

The lady who took the phone orders on 12/31 around 3 PM was very rude and useless. Food is generally good that's why I'm giving them 3 stars.

Very popular restaurant, the service was very good and our dinners were some of the very best. I had a steak cooked just like I asked, and one of the biggest and best steaks I have ever had, and I have had many. Everyone of us 6 had a good fresh hot dinner without a long wait. Great place to go.

Meats were great but , everything else was heavy on salt

You have a long wait. You have seats outside. You have misters. It's over 110 degrees. WHY ARE YOUR MISTERS NOT ON?? We had to sit there and sweat for 25 minutes- drenched in our own stink and getting delirious before going in to eat a steak. Disgusting. The meal was fine. Normal blah steak. The server was fantastic, as were the rolls. The steak was just ok... Kind of chewy. The rice was bland. The corn was chewy. The "loaded" baked potato was completely dry- just a little dab of sour cream and butter on a massive potato. After nearly dying from heat exhaustion I guess it was just a relief to be inside- so we would have likely eaten or drank anything. Maybe that's your plan.

We have been here a handful of times, not sure why we keep going back. It's extremely loud, food is salty and tonight the steak was dry. They are always out of prime rib so haven't had a chance to try it. Service is okay but they are usually rushing around so not much of any type of friendliness. On a good note, in general they have good rolls that come with your meal (although tonight they were hard as a rock). Hard to justify paying $88 bucks for two people.

Left me on hold for 20 minutes trying to place a pickup order. The phone system repeatedly suggests ordering online so I give that a shot. Went to pickup the order at the time they said it would be ready and waited 45 minutes with them saying they can't give any update that the system isn't working. So I ask for a refund and they try to offer me a "coupon"? What good is a coupon when you can't get what you paid for in the first place? Don't waste your time or money, they don't care about either of those. No idea how they stay in business if they can't get something as simple as a to go order figured out

Awesome service and great food! Our server was George. He couldn't be more attentive and accommodating. The manager Mallory is also amazing. These 2 certainly deserve kudos! It's hard to get good service anymore and when I do, I certainly appreciate it. Good job guys keep up the good work. We will be back.

The food was good. The bread and honey butter was great as usual and so was the company with me.

Our food was Delicious (salmon, loaded baked potatoes, chili, sirloin, sweet potato, fries, ice tea, and margherita. Davon provided excellent service. Atmosphere was a little loud and crowded.

1/18/23: Wow! This place has the best rolls ever! Not to mention the medium well steak was perfect. You will not be disappointed here. Staff is super friendly and the environment is alive. I get excited in places like this because there’s a common love for food you don’t get other places. Feels like they got the Texas mood down. I loved it!

It was absolutely great! I love any of Texas Roadhouse locations. The server is okay but the food is always excellent. I usually have ribeye steak but I had prime rib for the first time. It was fantastic!! It cooked perfectly and the flavor was awesome. I will definitely try this again.

Steak is great, ribs is good to. Tried 20oz Bone-in Ribeye medium well, a but too dry/over cook to my view, prefer and will do medium next time. Appetizer comes pretty big portion, tasty and good for shares. Staff is friendly. Ambient is ok, a nit too loud if with kids (loud music and spme b'day parties).

Carlos was a very upbeat and energetic server. We always use the call ahead or online waitlist. Definitely speeds up your wait time. Once you get a table, the food is out in a jiffy. Sirloin is always the best steak with the least amount of fat. This location also has a special on ribeyes that is worth trying out.

I love this place ,great food , great drinks great service , had the FT. WORTH RIBEYE with grilled shrimps it was excellent.

BRO THEY GAVE ME LITERALLY NOTHING!!!! This is an honest review. The food is good but what is this portion size??!!! 3 steak bites and like 5 fries??! I’m disappointed my family has spent their money just for them to serve us absolutely nothing.

We love this place! Food is amazing and service is great. It's always worth the wait. My only issue is we had to wait for our entire party to arrive. (8) we had six then seven and they would not sit us until everyone arrived. Other than that it was great. Hopefully Management will change its philosophy and realize our party would have spent more money while waiting for the rest of our party. We may choose another location for larger groups.

I am usually disappointed every time I order steak at a restaurant, but that was not the case here. The service was awesome, and the food was fantastic. They should expand to accommodate more people. I'm already looking forward to eating here again!

Our server Haylee was the most amazing server I have had in a very long time. My family of four never had to ask for anything she anticipated our needs and before we could ask it was there from rolls to refills to sauces and carry out boxes. She was absolutely amazing. If you are lucky enough to get her you will be amazed at the service she provides. Now on the the amazing food. My hats off to the kitchen staff my wife's steak was cooked to perfection and the catfish I had was simply amazing best I've had it quite a while. Let's not forget the kid's selections my daughter the picky eater simply enjoyed the baked kids' chicken and seasoned Broccoli my son had the fried chicken and mac and cheese which was amazing you know I had to try it dad tax and all. Over all our experience was amazing and I can only hope that you have an experience like we had.

All my friend's including me's steaks are overcooked So I'll suggest you order 1 less level than you want But nonetheless the steak is amazing No much fat to scam you at all Basically all solid meat, tender and juicy Smashed potato is very creamy Unfortunate they're all a bit salty so I add no sauce on them But overall the food is great Including the salad as well! The dining environment is also very warm and romantic, probably a great place for dating too

I ordered a sirloin medium rare with grilled shrimp, price is above average but it was worth it. The steak is medium rare from outside till inside, perfectly balance perfectly seasoned! The Shrimp on stick have such a good texture and good seasoning too! The fries is a bit on the salty side but this is just personal preference anyway! The atmosphere make me feel like I am in a cowboy restaurant, very well made for the roleplay, would be nice if the waiter and waitresses wear cowboy uniform to match haha. This is a must go steak house, will definitely recommend to friends and family. 2nd trip, this time I try the famous and best selling prime rib steak! It is fantastic with the original sauce, it is quite good with horseradish too but that all based on preference, you can ask to test the horseradish by putting it separately from the steak! Lastly, special thank you to Nicole, she is very energetic, friendly and attentive!

Had a nice dinner. I ordered the rib eye . Med well. They made it perfect. I also had the potato wedges. Really good. Cheesey. It's located near the Harkins theater so parking is hard to find some time but there's parking. On the weekends it seems to be busier so we reserved our table online and that tends to speed up our process. Hope this helps. Check out my other reviews and pictures. I love fine dining. I went to Texas Roadhouse for my first time tonight. I can’t believe why I haven’t been here before lol... the food is amazing. Super clean and cool restaurant. I will be back soon! Oh and great service!

We order to go. This location is a good one imo, even though they always forget something. Most of the time it's a side dish and that's exactly what they forgot this time. I'm not one for calling to complain, but I'm sure they would fix it if I did.

Our server Angelica was great, always had a smile, was very attentive, made sure we had full drinks all the time. I kind if embarrassed Angelica when I asked if she wanted her tip in cash or on the card, but she was a great sport about it... we will be back because of Angelica...thank you again Angelica for the great service it made my wife's and my Birthday dinner all the more special.

Love the food, hate the app for to go orders. So now I have to order (to go orders) through this terrible app. Takes forever to place the order because my husband has allergies and has special instructions. Orders always wrong and he is unable to get his vet discount on the app. I don't know why they won't take "to go" orders on the phone anymore. I think that is a poor decision. We are not going to eat there as often now. Its just too difficult.

Texas Roadhouse is an excellent food chain. I have always had great service. I love the freshly made rolls and honey butter. Also, if you have never had their boneless wings you should try them. They are the best wings I have ever had!! I also got the herb chicken and it was delicious. I reduced a star because the caesar salad had excess dressing to the point where it was soggy. The salad was also really bland. The ribs were very fatty as well.

Steaks were good but they seemed smaller and wife ordered a lemonade drink and didn't like it after one drink returned it and was still charged for it

Order was correct. However, curbside pickup failed. We arrived at 6:10 as advised. At 6:30, I went to carry out window and our food was on a shelf waiting. Young lady apologized. Got a message at 6:36 that our order was ready. Our food was cold when we got home after a 10 minute drive. Warmed up the food. It was still good.

Had a good sirloin steak, and potato...cooked just right. It had a good atmosphere and the server didn't forget about us.

I used to love this place, food is excellent, usually. We arrived and waited in our car until called in. When we were seated it was the table next to both the bathrooms and the kitchen. Very noisy and high foot traffic. We asked for another table and their response was to go back outside and wait again. This didn't seem right so we asked for a manager. The assistant manager came to our table and agreed with the decision for us to go out and wait. When asked why we can't wait at the table we were at she told us they need it for someone else. She eventually allowed us to wait by the hostess stand. Another table became available after a wait and we were seated. Out of curiosity we decided to watch the table we were previously at and it was finally occupied 10 minutes after we got our other table. OK, well time to enjoy some great steak! We ordered and after our food was delivered I noticed that I had a nice long piece of hair running from the baked potato through the steak and off the side of the plate (see photos). I pushed the plate aside and waited for our waitress to return. She was very apologetic and sent it off to get a new plate prepared. After a short wait the same assistant manager that we had talked to previously delivered my steak meal. She sat it down, matter of factly saying here's your steak and walked away. No comment on the fact their was a hair in the food. Makes you feel as if you should have just picked the hair off the plate and ate it. Oh well again. Our food was awesome! After finishing our meal our waitress, who singlehandedly salvaged the evening with her kindness, asked how was everything. We briefly covered the series of events with the table and talked about the hair issue. She, unknown to us, talked to the main manager who ended up coming to our table. We explained the series of events of the evening and his response was that Covid has placed rules etc and they have to follow them. After his matter of fact speech we felt valued as a customer, NOT. He did comp us for the food, which we appreciate (did not ask for and was not our intention). We left with the impression that as a patron we were not valued and they would have rather been somewhere else (and at this point so did we). Our waitress made us feel that she was glad we had came in, management did otherwise. Even with the food being comped, we wish we had not picked Texas Roadhouse for dinner.

I ordered to go. I can tell you the steaks were delicious, grilled just the way I ordered it, very tender and seasoning wasn't overpowering. Wait time was reasonable, customer service was exceptional, and I didn't see any unhappy customers. Prices were also reasonable. I will enjoy ordering from them again!

Best Chicken Fried Chicken ever! Fantastic, Friendly Service

My hubby and I went out for our 28th anniversary (woohoo!!! 🤗). It was amazing! He got steak. I got the smothered grilled chicken (with pepper jack cheese, not gravy). The meat was grilled to perfection. I'd never had their chicken before, but I'm sold! Sides of sweet potato and seasoned rice - both delish. And of course their rolls with cinnamon butter. Primo. Montana was our server and was awesome. Great night out!

Steak, corn, and chill all were prepared perfectly. Food was excellent. To go process was very smooth including the to go window you walked up to to get your food from outside. Overall top notch.

Still the best Texas themed restaurant in town.

Good food & service. The rolls are my favorite with the cinnamon butter. I tried the toad kill tonight and it was on point. Never disappoints.

Overall just average for a chain restaurant.
