Do NOT plan on eating the food from this location. It's not fit for human consumption and outrageously overpriced. $20 for a "pizza" that even 6 year old's would not eat- and they LOVE pizza. Also the bathrooms were filthy. This location also never participates in BOGO passes like the other valley locations. But kids don't notice those things and had a great time anyways.

We went on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy. When you buy tickets you have to buy sky zone socks no out side socks allowed. (I get its for safety, but its kinda annoying) They have a lot of activities to do and there were a lot of staff around reminding kids of the rules to keep them safe. My kids are preschool age and they couldn't participate in much other than jumping. I would consider coming back here when they are over 7 or 8. I took a star off cause their foam block pit areas looked dirty and old, other than that the place seemed clean.

I can tell you that this was first hand experience. My daughter was at Skyzone Friday night. A girl wanted to fight her. The girl’s Dad showed up and asked her to go in and get my daughter to fight. My daughter walked outside and the Dad was there and began yelling at multiple children. My daughter ran inside and other children came in behind her reporting “there is a gun” My daughter ran into the bathroom and called us to go get her. My husband hurried to the location grabbed my daughter and 2 of her friends and left as her safety was the number 1 priority. He then called the manager the next day. The manager told him that they were aware of the incident and that multiple kids reported someone had a gun. They chose to get staff to get all the kids inside. No police report was filed. For all we know one of the kids had a gun. This was indeed a first hand experience and I will post this more detailed first hand account. In 2022 if there is a report of a gun police should be called. Safety is so important especially with children.

All I wanted to do is purchase 2 children’s passes for 3 months. The gal that helped me couldn’t even count to 3 months. I got no receipt or physical gift card to present to my grandchildren. Do t worry. She did take my credit card and put it on file. I also am a Grandma who lives in SD. She informed me that I had to personally come in after the 3 months to cancel the auto renew. Is this a typical treatment from your employers on the early afternoon session on June 26, 2023? Tom and Brenda Schnieder

We came here for my stepson’s birthday, and all of the kids had a blast. We bought the birthday package with 1.5 hours of play time and an hour of pizza and cake in one of the designated party rooms. We had probably about 14 kids and 5 adults. The staff was very friendly and helpful in setting our room up. One of the workers served everyone pizza and drinks and came back multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Yes, this place gets absolutely insane, on the weekends especially. But the kids love it, and they had multiple toddler only areas that were safe for my two year old to play in as well.

Too much is dedicated to toddlers and geared towards kids 8 and under. Dodgeball court was closed when we were there which further limited options for kids around age 12. Climbing wall and American Ninja Warrior type obstacles kept them busy for about 30-45 minutes before they got bored. However, it got them away from screens, active, and engaged for at least 30 minutes so I count it as a win. Would like to see more activities geared towards kids aged 10-16.

Went for a kids Birthday party 2 weekends in a row. The party organizer assigned were both fantastic. Energetic, and patient with everyone! The games were super dirty, but I did notice they were working on a broken game, not just leaving it broken! The changing table in the womens bathroom was also filthy and broken, unusable. Pizza was pretty yummy surprisingly.... the monitors on the floor were not too excited to be there and it showed. They solemnly stood around almost moping. The kids were climbing something and the dads jumped in to help... instead of kindly coming over and asking them to stop, a lady from neat the food area came over and rudely told them to get down. I understand she deals with that all day, but this was the first time she asked and her rude and condescending tone is not well received

If you take your child to this Sky Zone, please be aware there is a dangerous hole in their netting in the dodgeball court. I caught my 4-year-old son trying to go through the hole because a ball had gone through it. If I were a second late, he would have fallen 8-9 feet onto the concrete, which we all know could cause a child to die or paralyzed. I spoke to the manager on December 12th, and she assured me it would be fixed. We returned for my son's birthday party on 12/16, and it still wasn't fixed, but she said the area would be shut down, but that didn't happen. We returned yesterday, and it was still there, and the area was open.

Came to play and meet friends, and brought grippy socks for my kids. They asked to see our socks, and said we couldn’t use them because they were not Sky Zone socks. I asked them if their socks had some special technology that made their socks superior to other grippy socks and she said, “Yes, they go with our trampolines.” Seriously? This is what we’re telling people to force them into paying extra money for their kids to play?? Laughable. Most people would cave and buy the socks, but I did not. My kids were upset, but I still refused on principle. My friend is sitting inside and messaging me that not everyone has sky zone socks on, and some aren’t wearing any socks!!! Get a grip! And I don’t mean socks! In addition we noticed signs on our way out that the dodgeball court is closed, which my kids really enjoy. If you’re going to nickel and dime people for money, perhaps you start taking money off the cost of admission when your park is not fully functional. You lost my business today and we won’t be back.

On a Saturday night, the service couldn’t be worse. A supervisor or manager should probably be on hand if you employees are all 18-20 years old. As we speak we have been trying to pay use the facility. It’s been 20 minutes, Aurelius clearly has no training. And there is no one onsite to help. So the cafe part is now closed, so the children get no water during the stay. Additionally they do not identify important safety rules nor enforce them. The staff, including Kizzy, sits next to the cafe chatting amongst themselves oblivious to patrons needs. For $120, I expect more.

My kids like it, but there is not enough seating for adults and the bathrooms are way too dark. On top of that, I cancelled our membership 3 months ago and I'm still being charged. They refuse to refund my money and charged me again today! The charge was today, I called to make sure my membership is cancelled and she wont refund the charge. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

Fun place for kids of all ages. My 4 yr old had a blast and I know my 16 yr old would have fun also. Clean place, kept up very well even the bathrooms and it looked like the arcades games all worked.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Manager, Gina. I am celebrating my son’s 5th Birthday at SkyZone during Little Leapers and Gina went out of her way to make sure I have ample time to set up and prepare his Party Room. We love SkyZone and are happy to be members here!

Just a money hungry business. Kidd had grip socks on, but the associate made us buy new ones from sky zone, along with 3 new shirts. Food there is basically subpar cafeteria quality. We only go in the summer days because it's too hot out to be outside, but I wouldn't waste a penny in this place. Maybe cleaning the play areas where hundreds of kids play on wouldn't hurt either.

I have been all the kids here since mine was little. Kids love the skyzone and the entertainment it has to offer. It's a great place to just bring your kids to unwind or kids with friends even birthday parties of course. Nice and clean love it and keep going there.

Brought my kids here for an hour and a half of play. Thought I would just be paying for them but once I walked in the door and looked around I realized I wanted to play too! We had so much fun, a great way to spend some time with your family. I also noticed there were plenty of spots for parents to work on their laptops and still keep an eye on their kids, I'll definitely be keeping that in mind. There is plenty of spaced out seating, a food court area and lockers to rent to keep your items secure. Overall a clean place and plenty of sky zone employees keeping an eye on the kids.

Been in this location several times with bad to ok experiences however today was the worse one to date. Arrived at 10:45 on Monday morning, the employees told us the kids can't go and play and we couldn't buy the tickets until 11 am. It is not a big deal on its own, but the way it was explained is basically "you can't do this, you can't do that"... It is not that hard to greet customers with a smile and explain this in a warm and nice manner. However, 2 employees that have been there were already on the edge when we walked in. There is more to the story but I'll leave it at that. If you don't enjoy what you do, find a different work!!!!!

I've been to a couple places similar to skyzone, and skyzone is, by far, better than the other places. Skyzone is CLEAN and has employees walking around, monitoring the children. The other places I've taken my children to are dangerous, hazardous with poles sticking out of equipment and dirtiest on the floor, as well as other places having leaks. This place doesn't have any hazardous areas, and all of the play areas have enough foam to where you won't fall and hurt yourself. I got pizza and chicken strips. Don't waste your money on the chicken strips, they aren't good. Thr pizza, however, was delicious. I would have posted better pictures of obstacle courses and such, but there were so many kids running around. I didn't want other kids to be in my pictures. My brother made it to the top of the wall, though! Woot woot!

Currently here at Glow night and I’m really impressed how the staff is handling all the middle school angst of all these kids. Had a small issue come up and staff addressed it immediately. No place is perfect and there are missteps, but we’ve come here several times over the last few months and the place is clean and most staff members seem to do their best.
