Tucked away at the end of Kierland, Tommy Bahama’s restaurant and clothier is a great place to relax and enjoy the weather, even when it’s rainy. There’s a great open air bar and tables street side, with an indoor restaurant upstairs. Plenty of heaters if there’s a chill in the air, and mister fans for when it’s hot. The food is great. Servers were friendly and very accommodating.

I came to Tommy Bahama for the first time tonight. Fun atmosphere takes you straight to the Caribbean with a Steele Drum player as you walk into the courtyard by the bar (next to the Tommy Bahama Store) up the stairs to the restaurant. Beautiful! The seating was comfortable and the Decor reminded me of Jamaica with the rotating wooden Palm fans on the ceiling. I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It was delicious and perfectly cooked the cheese inside melted deliciously and oozed out of the butterflied breast of chicken with each slice of the knife, the sauce was tasty and the Mashed Potatoes were the perfect consistency. Also at the table was the Salmon, it was a little fishy still but good, and the macadamia nut crusted fish of the day looked and smelled amazing and was perfectly prepared. We also got an order of the Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer also very flavorful and large. I gave it 4 stars because we were one of the first tables sat (6:00pm) and we didn’t eat until we’ll after 7:00pm- apparently our order was the only order in the place that was impacted by a “system glitch” the manager was nice enough but it was strange to be one of the last tables in the dining room still there after almost 2hours.

Awesome place! Makes me feel like I am back having dinner and cocktails on a beach, even though there is no beach in sight. There is someone playing on steel drums that just completes this laid back, yet classy atmosphere. We enjoy dining on their patio / bar area, but we have dined a few times in the restaurant upstairs. They have amazing happy hour if you're looking for small bites, and delicious entrees if you're looking for more. Service has always been great, no problem there. We have been here many times for both Happy Hour or dinner, and haven't been disappointed, although I must note that the portions seem to be shrinking compared to past years. Still won't stop us from coming back.

If my wife had her way, I would be exclusively clothed in Tommy Bahamas. Will be back to try restaurant when it gets cooler in the fall. We came back and had dinner. Lena, our waitress was pleasant, friendly, and well trained. Lena gave us her recommendations. Appetizers were tasty delicious. World famous coconut shrimp lived up to the hype. Asapargus fries with dipping sauce outstanding. Loaded crabcakes are one of the best my wife and I have indulged in eating. Macadamia nut crusted Halibut with almond rice featured fresh fish of the day was perfectly cooked, moist, and crispy. Almond rice was surprisingly refreshingly very good. My wife got Mahi Mahi tacos grilled, which Lena said was no problem. Hand-made corn tortillas could have been a little more crispy. Timing of appetizers and entrées could have been spread out longer. Lena did apologize for the early delivery of our entrées. Holy Jumbo dessert large portions. We got half portions of keylime pie and pina cola 4 layer cake. Took leftovers home. Pie rich creamy full of keylime flavor. Cake light with fluffy whipcream pineapple filling. Our experience was exceptional sitting outside the first floor with live music going. We got a gift card for our neighbors xmas gift to try the restaurant. We will be back!

I highly recommend the Tommy Bahama Restaurant. To elaborate, our waitress had been very efficient and friendly. In addition, the food had been impeccable w/ the right amount of flavor while the overall atmosphere was serene yet classy.

Great food, from appetizer, to entrees, and dessert, all delicious. Big portion. Nice atmosphere. Good friendly and knowledgeable staff. A bit pricey though, but its worth paid. Had the world famous coconut shrimp for appetizer, chicken tortilla soup, and ribeyes medium for entrees, and pina colada cake for dessert. Delicious!

Stopped in with my beauty to enjoy happy hour and was treated to a wonderful experience. We ordered several items from the happy hour menu and everything was amazing. Our service was absolutely wonderful and the food and drinks were out of this world. It was a little on the pricey side, but worth every dollar! We will definitely be back!

It was a perfect day to sit on the patio. The patio has generous seating and a cool bar. It could use a little more island vibe on the patio to go with the kettle drums. The food and service are very good. It's always fun to shop a little at the boutique.

It was our first time we dined here and we enjoyed our lunch experience. We ordered drinks - non-alcoholic Pina colada and a margarita. Both tasted great and they prepared the Pina colada with actual coconut cream. The presentation of the drink was beautiful. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and LOVED it. This was my favorite food item from the experience. We then split a burger and fries. They brought the meal to us already halved and on separate plates which was nice. The burger was a good burger, but I'd probably try something different on a return trip.

We really enjoyed the food and ambiance here! First time at a Tommy Bahama restaurant. Stand out for us was the warm goat cheese dip- we will be thinking about that one for a while! Love when there is complimentary bread; it was warm, soft, and had cinnamon butter accompanying it. So good. I ordered mahi tacos which were great and the plantain side which I loved. Husband had the ribeye which unfortunately was over-cooked and tough. He couldn’t eat it and although the server asked about it and saw it plus talked to us about it being over cooked, nothing was done to rectify it. Lastly we shared the pineapple crème brulee. Not the best-tasting crème brulee (it was grainy and maybe too sweet?) but the cute presentation was so fun. We had 2 cocktails, both delicious- the grapefruit basil martini & mojito. Ambiance in the restaurant was very appealing; clean island house vibe. Chairs were more comfortable than the average, lighting was good, decor attractive, and nice to sit upstairs. We went on a night with no live music- sad to have missed it! Overall we really had a great time!

We booked the East Linai private room for my daughters’s baptism lunch for 50 people and it was absolutely amazing!! First, the room is breathtaking. Wall to wall floor to ceiling windows that open to a small balcony on every wall and the room decor make this a great place to host a private event. Alli the event coordinator was easy to work with, responsive and accommodated any personalization requests that I appreciated. Dion, the manager on duty was awesome in letting us come the night before to drop off decor. Kimberly and the entire wait staff were also amazing day of and took really good care of our group. Everyone raved how delicious the food and drinks were. I can’t thank Tommy Bahama enough for an amazing experience.

My bff and I went here late on a Saturday night and the vibe in the 152 degree heat (July heat) was tropical! Absolutely loved the atmosphere, the misters were refreshing and the bartender had great recommendations for the cold frothy drinks! We will def be returning in the next few weeks and bringing all our g-friends!

Great dinner with phenomenal service. Went here with my family and everything was exceptional, no complaints. The key lime pie was to die for, one of the best we have had!

The food was wonderful. Service sucked but it was just our waitresses. She seemed to disappear a lot. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and beautiful.

I had lunch with friends after not being back for a long time. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. We did make reservations to sit upstairs at 11:30 but they were not crowded. I had a grilled chicken salad that was delicious. Very generous size that could have been shared but was so good I finished almost all and there was still enough to take one of the two large slices of perfectly grilled chicken home. Don't pass on the delightful warm rolls served with honey/ cinnamon infused butter. A treat. The location is at the very far end of the Kierland shopping complex so if shopping after is on your list plan on a lot of walking to most of the interesting clothing stores.

Had lunch here recently, it was our first visit. Tried to have lunch here twice before but it was so packed we left. This time we showed up at the opening to be sure we could get in. We were really glad we did, third time is the charm. Our server Mikayla was super friendly and answered all our menu questions. I had some awesome fish tacos, best this side of Maui for sure. The Mrs had some sort of salad with chicken on it, she said it was good. Make sure you get some of the bread with cinnamon butter, it's really tasty. We will definitely be back.

Well prepared and tasty. Portions are small for the price. But I loved the poke tuna tower appetizer and Ora King Salmon.

Great service and fun happy hour! We came for happy hour cocktails and appetizers on a Sunday afternoon and had a really nice time! We ordered the Pineapple Paradiso martini and a couple of well drinks. All were good! We also had the Mahi tacos and the macadamia nut crusted goat cheese. Both were great! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Enjoy!

Wonderful experience with this place. The food is extremely good, very fresh and tasty. Staff is very attentive and polite, professional as much as it could be. Deserts are out of competition, haven’t had such tasty cakes for a long time. Overall can’t be better as no reason to be unsatisfied by anything at all. Kids were entertained and adults had a very nice time there. Highly recommend this place.
