My company ordered lunch for the employee's on second shift. It was salad, fettuccine, spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread. Was eating my salad and I enjoyed as you can see. Then comes the little guy at the bottom 🤢🤮🤦🏾‍♀️

I have ordered pick up from here quite a bit now. Food is always warm, delicious, and full of flavor! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The pizza has more flavor than any other around south central Phoenix. No idea what these bad reviews are. People are ridiculous and need to get over themselves. I have never had an issue here with the food or people! By the way... this place is not dine in so I would probably give a restaurant 1 star if I showed up expecting table service and had to fit my party outside the restaurant and pretend there are tables too. I am sure the staff would be pretty confused! So please, please disregard the 1 star review about 3 weeks before this one and give the place a try!

Gourmet pizza .. not bad .. def worth the price

Phone staff is very polite. Overall food packaging is done well. The food we got tasted all great... boneless wings, fettuccine Alfredo chix, rib dinner and 2 jumbo pizza 🍕. Also got canolis but got so full that it would have to wait later. I would have loved to have this spread in a dine in setting. But it really is just a take out place. Love the decor though.

Update for current owners' response. 3/16/23: Yes, it was this location. Mind you, this review is 5 years old. A real shame. We were regulars for years until a very arrogant lady took over who was willing to tell you how you were lucky to be getting their high quality burnt soggy food because costs had gone up. Best of luck to you! Original review from 2018:This place was good when it opened, but it has gone downhill for years. Tried them again tonight, just nasty. Portions have gotten smaller by a long shot but the prices have gone way up. Doesn't matter, pretty much inedible. Burnt zucchini, burnt bread on the sandwiches, burnt chicken parm. Two burnt sandwiches, soggy appetizers, 1 nasty pasta dish, $60 delivered. Yuck!

This Rosati's is the best one I have ever eaten at, all other should come see how it's done because all Rosati's aren't the same .I have even talked to the owner to let him know he has the best one

First time ever eating Chicago style pie pizza. It was so amazing. So bomb and hearty in one slice. The wings were requested well done and sloppy and Idk why exactly but they were phenomenal. So good. Huge wings. The salad was HUUUUGE and so fresh. Taking my family back soon. Customer service was amazing upon entrance. The decor kept my eyes busy as we waited. So good. if u havent tried it, TRY IT. HUUUGE sausages slices for $4.00. 🔥🔥🔥

This place was horrible!!!! Pizza sauce was disgusting, they barely put any chicken on my pizza. AND to top it all off, they cut the pizza horribly, i had to use scissors to cut appropriate pieces!! I will NEVER order there again!!! I wish I could give NO stars!!!

Wouldn't know what the food tastes like because I was ignored and didn't get to place an order. Went with a coworker for lunch. The girl behind the counter took her order while the gentleman was on the phone taking another order. The girl behind the counter rang my coworker up and went to the back. I waited to place my order. Another customer walked in. The man finished taking the phone order and instead of taking my order began to talk to the customer that walked in. The girl came out with my coworker's food. The man asked the girl about the other customers take out order. She answered. Then instead of taking my order she began to mess around in the fridge behind the counter, totally ignoring me. Not once did anyone say anything to me!!

This location has always been great to us but tonight was by far the best ever we live a decent distance from this store and they still delivered to us and in awesome time. The price has always been fair honestly even with stuff increasing they stay really fair and the food is always in great portions worth so i can honestly say i cant wait till our next time we order thank you all

Used to love getting wings from here, it was my favorite place. Lately the wings have been lack luster, dry, and if they're boneless.. not fully coated. I got a pasta today, BYO, and I ordered Italian sausage + paid extra for chicken.. I only got the chicken?? Forgot like half the order. Sure, I got decent food, but I only got half my order. (Didn't realize until now because I saved the pasta for dinner.) Used to love Rosati's, but I dunno what's happened. :( Makes me a little sad, cause idk where else to get good wings plus order some pasta..

Really disappointed. Staying in Phoenix for the weekend and was told Rosatis pizza was the best. Called at 7:55pm on a Saturday to place an order and they said they were closed. Google maps says they're open till 9pm and the flier our hotel gave us says they're open till 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Just disappointed... was really looking forward to some pizza.

I have a lot of experience with Chicago style pizza because I'm from the Midwest. So I made sure to go into this was lowered expectations. I got it as soon as it came out of the oven, it was fresh. It was ok. It wasn't over the top. It was what I ordered. I will say, the sauce is good. The cheese was so so. Thw crust could have used some butter. Will I order it again? Probably not, but I'm willing to try other things from there since this was my first time.

Being from Chicago, when I hear a pizza place say Chicago style I'm in. But the food wasn't very good I only had the thin . Well run business.

The owners are very pleasant and the customer service is absolutely great! I had to say that 1st! We get the Monster Pizza, it’s so good! The wings, Meat sauce Lasagna, Italian Beef and Cheef is delicious too! I love going to Rosatis! Everytime we have guests in town our friends over for a gathering we order and they absolutely love it as much as we do!

I was in a crunch for ordering lunch for a company training and Rosati's pulled through! Excellent customer service over the phone, easy pick-up and of course delicious food. It was a hit with the whole staff, and we now have a go-to lunch place!

I have ordered here since I moved relatively close about 4 years ago. Last order was pizza and it showed up cold. Not warm but cold. Time before that I ordered three cheese Penne or whatever they call it and it was not cooked. Clearly they microwave their pasta which I get and I expected it but mix it around. The unheated cheese on the sides were junky and not pleasant. Posting this tonight due to calling in and giving one more try and person answering the phone was distant, clueless and hung up on me after telling me they are done delivering for the night. During dinner time I am sure but don't hang up on me when I have ordered from you 20 times via delivery and walk in. Off the list of prospective restaurants to order a meal .

Asked the man if their pasta was good since I was not in the mood for pizza, and did not regret it. Even the bread was great.

I give 5 stars to this pizza location , first because of quality of pizza & second Mrs Marie . She is an educated person & know real social interaction.

Stopped here on a Friday night with some friends because someone had suggested that this is one of the best pizza spots around. The owner is super friendly gentleman who explained the menu very patiently and politely to me and my friends, he even took the time to chat and joke around with us for a bit. He really made us feel welcomed. The pizza was delicious and the fettuccine alfredo was great. My friends had the chicken parmesan and spaghetti with meatballs. Everyone was very satisfied, we will definitely be coming back regularly. Food was great and the service/hospitality was even better! Thank you John (owner) YOU ROCK!

The Chicago style deep dish was really good. However, I also ordered a 16’ pepperoni & black olive pizza and when delivered it only had pepperoni. When I called to report it, I was told “ we were really busy”. No sorry for the mix up or anything. They were also 45 minutes behind on my initial delivery time. Hadn’t ordered from here since before Covid, but after this type of service I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again. I gave them 3 stars only because of the deep dish pizza.

We are normally Venezia’s people but my brother was in town from Indiana and wanted Chicago style pizza. I’ve heard great things about Rosati’s and decided to try it out. Horrible service. The employees looked miserable. As a business owner for many years, I know the root cause of employee disengagement is not for lack of commitment it’s due to poor management. Employees if you are reading this, you do not owe your life to any business or manager. I’ve seen employees at a self serve yogurt place happier than here.

Since changing management at this location a couple years ago, my experience has been excellent (which it wasn't previously). Their deep dish is very good. The thin crust is good as well. Last couple of times, I ordered wings and thought they were MUCH better than the wing place just a couple doors down. Order regularly now, including tonight. Thanks.

Been going here since they opened, John the owner is a good guy, I come here often they treat me like family. If they mess up they own up to it and make it right. It's best priced Chicago deep dish in town and tastes amazing.
