horrible customer service and the employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend going here if you are looking to interact with kind people who value your time. We asked one of the workers named “Jay” to make a custom drink for us and she deliberately shrugged it off and said “ Girl I don’t even know.” When we tried to explain further she just ignored us so we gave up any attempt to get that drink. The other employees AND manager made it very obvious they were talking about me and my friend and kept staring at us while laughing. Very disappointed and unbelievable behavior from grown adults.

Two major issues: (1) I got a tall caramel Frappuccino in the drive-through. I’ve had these hundreds of times so I know exactly what they are supposed to taste like. This one tasted super chemical, like bleach water or hand sanitizer. I asked my daughter to take a sip to make sure that it wasn’t just my taste buds being off, and she almost threw up. We went back to get it remade, and the worker told me I was the second person to complain of this today. The remade Frappuccino still had the same chemical flavor, although less pronounced. One of the workers suggested I might just not know what their caramel sauce tastes like which is absurd. The caramel sauce on top tasted just fine, it was the blended beverage that had the chemical taste. There are containers of hand sanitizer and open bowls labeled “sanitizing solution” with rags in them all over the counters where the food is being prepared so maybe there is some cross contamination going on. (2) While waiting inside for my drink to be remade, I observed one of the workers open the cabinet door under their dishwashing sink. Inside was a small, open container of brown powder, of which she scooped four spoonfuls into the beverage she was preparing. This was under the sink, completely open to all the hoses and pipes under the kitchen drain. I asked the worker who appeared to be the manager about this, and she said they rarely use this powder, and that the health department had never cited them for it. Gross! There are clearly some major sanitation and health issues going on here. I will not be going back.

Can't go wrong with a cup of coffee from Star Bucks.

Very small parking lot -always 10+ cars in line. Often closing lobby with no warning. Also, oatmeal will come with water even when requesting milk- and now they charge for oatmeal toppinngs?!? Prices keep raising month to month but employees are not getting paid more. Iced coffee is extremely hit or miss, often tasting like chemicals *edit* we found the chemical/tangy taste is when they are at the very end of the coffee. If this happens to you, request a new batch/brew

Carson was so sweet and my peach green tea was perfect. I love it when the barrister smiles like he enjoys his job. I was not disappointed.

I went dressed as Rapunzel (I’m a party princess and my boss wanted to film a quick tik tok of asking for a drink based on my costume.) we walked in and purposefully didn’t record their face out of respect for their privacy. All I wanted was a pink drink or something and the employee named Jay, rolls her eyes at me and says “girl I don’t even know” we tried to explain further but she continued to roll her eyes so we gave up. While waiting for our drinks we noticed her, the other coworkers AND THE MANAGER laughing at us. Two teenage girls just wanting to film a tik tok for our business. How immature and disrespectful to treat another person like that. DO NOT go here if you want to have a decent interaction with another person. Completely unacceptable for an ADULT to act this way. And when we got our drinks they tasted horrible, they were very poorly made and were spilling everywhere. IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD BUT I CANT SO YOU GET A 1. Ps. This is not very Princess like behavior.

Our favorite Starbucks location! The service is always friendly and prompt, even when it's busy. They have plenty of outdoor seating and the store is usually clean. My only complaint is that the music is a tad loud when you sit in one of the areas where the speakers are mounted. I avoid those seats when I can.

I give it 0 Stars. I had my truck and small camper parked in a huge parking lot across from their small parking lot which is the back of a dentist office. I was rudely told that I couldn't park there due to a so-called manager saying so. Then he calls the police on me for trespassing when I was parked between them and Auto Zone. It's so sad that these young people are not taught how to ask kindly but taught how to tell someone what to do. I blame this on Starbucks management and owner. I was parking my camper due to getting Medical Treatments close by. He said there was an owner that owns all these parking lots including the dentist where I was at. I had frequented the Jersey Mike's next door and bought at the AutoZone next to them. I was considering buying breakfast from Starbucks, but now I will not. They are evil.

I used to come to this location almost daily, but now I’m getting sick of spending $6 for my drink to taste sour or made wrong entirely. seriously something is off about the espresso, it tastes like it could be expired. the customer service has been extremely lazy and it feels like most of the employees are the problem.

The staff at this location is one of the best in the state. They could use an update inside, but even the lack of quality furnishings can't take away from the family atmosphere at this location. Carla (the manager here) has trained her team well, they know know their clients and welcome them with the same enthusiasm as Carla.

Heather & Valerie as well as management on the morning shift are amazing highly recommended

This place is so busy most of the time but they do an EXCELLENT job keeping up with the orders. I come here all the time. Staff are friendly and upbeat. The lobby is comfortable and clean.

Honestly, this is by far the best Starbucks in the area. The coffee always tastes amazing. The staff is so courteous and friendly. Today, I was having a rough Monday and the baristas made my day!

Amazing workers!! They’re super nice and understanding. I accidentally ordered online to another store before school and showed up to this location instead. They made me the drink anyway so I didn’t have to drive to the other location!! The worker Kay specifically is one of the nicest people I’ve met. She’s kind hearted and an overall great worker. One of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I also always get this order of a ‘venti iced chai latte with oat milk, brown sugar, and vanilla sweet cream cold foam.’ I’ve gotten my art teacher, a dozen friend, my friends managers, everyone hooked on it definitely recommend

Kay is such a positive light at this location! She knew everyone’s name before they ordered, as if they had been friends for years and was so genuine. My coffee came out at record speed and the entire staff was super friendly and smiley!

The manager Sarah completely rude. Im homeless was gonna go in and buy a coffee but had to use restroom first she was so rude nd said i had to purchase a drink first... I'm from this area and I've also heard other people complain about her super rude her name is Sarah

Typical Starbucks with all my favorites for breakfast. Love the egg bites, especially the bacon ones. Low calorie and full of protein! Great coffee drinks and being busy, this location had fast service.

Ok, normally this Starbucks is my jam!!!! Love the super friendly partners and perfectly crafted drinks. Lately my “no foam lattes”, purchased in the drive thru, are filled with so much foam that when I remove the foam it ends up being a short sized coffee. I never seem to have problems with my cold drinks. For some reason removing the foam either means they don’t fill up the cup fully with liquid or just give you half foam. I can’t tell you how many times this has happened. The coffee that I did get was delicious so i only took one star off but c’mon I don’t want to pay full price for a double tall to only get a short. The pic attached is after removing all the foam and me not taking one sip yet.

This is as standard as it gets for Starbucks. Jump in the line, order what you want, then pay and drive off. I wouldn't really recommend food here because it's all just a quick nuke and not very tasty. The coffee speaks for itself and the staff is usually very friendly. Need I say more? You came for the coffee and that's exactly what you'll get a high level.

I've been coming to this location off and on for years, as it's the closest stand-alone Starbucks to me. The staff is always very personable, however! The staff they have now is an amazing group. This is by far the best starbucks I have been to. Sophia was so helpful. I came late to pick up my mobile because I had a flat tire and I just asked for extra ice since my drink turned into water and she instantly remade it for me. It made my day despite my tire popping. I will be coming back for sure, the service is amazing!!!!!

Friendly and welcoming staff. It’s Starbucks…you know what to do…..it’s Starbucks. Go in, order, wait for your name to be called, get your drink and leave or people watch or pretend to work on your laptop.

Great service but when you get delivery they sometimes use the wrong stickers to cover the drinks(green ones wrong) they get stuck to the lid where you're supposed to drink and when you try to drink it leaves tacky residue and taste on your lips mixed with the coffee lol it's great for making the drinks not spill while delivering but bad to drink from.

Usually love coming to this location. Got food poisoning from a breakfast sandwich last weekend. Should know better than to order food they microwave I know. But they have been out of the cinnamon caramel cold brew since it launched???? I have to drive 15 min out of the way to another location just to get it. My coffee is rarely made right. I.e you ask for extra milk and your coffee is black.

The employee taking my order was very short with me. I got the smallest size refresher with no extras, and it was $5. The pick-up counter was a mess. Starbucks, in general, just keep raising their prices and lowering their service and quality.

Starbucks is a staple in my family. I love that they accommodate milk alternatives (oat milk) since my body cannot handle dairy. This particular location made my drink perfect!

Love it when u guys screw up 2 days in a row and I wait and wait for an order that some how either never got made or given away. For the money u charge, GET IT RIGHT! What's the point of ordering a head and then having to wait another 10 minutes when u get there only to find out ur just waiting for an order that isn't coming. Yep! 2 days in a row!

We were there around 9am and it was packed! Our drinks came out fairly quick. Not much for seating, I would say maybe 10-12? Although that wasn't much concern as we were taking it to go. I always get a latte with whole milk and it was perfect! Hot, to where you do need to let it cool down a bit. Great energy from the staff.

Today they make me angry because they mess up my order,I order mocha Frappuccino they make mocha coffee.I order plant bagel they not give cream cheese no toast just cool bagel.They all way mess up my order when I come there.

Christmas morning and there's a long drive thru line, but in Starbuck's fashion it's moving and everything is ready as I arrive. Well done.

Went there this morning and this is what happened. When the young man took my order and he didnt ask for my name after my order which I thought was odd since there where so many people there. I must have been waiting for about 10 min and my drink never came out, there wasnt even a sticker ofr an order for my drink. They where not calling out drinks, the stickers on some of the drinks where missing and the drinks that did have stickers had no name on them. My wife who used to manage a starbucks was appalled at what was going on. She said that she would have written up the shift supervisor immidetly for not following floor plan, not using labels and not asking for consuners names. I can say that i have not had a worse experience at any other starbucks that I have visted. Someone needs to get their act together.
