Ordered a caniac with no coleslaw and extra toast. I received 4 pieces of chicken, which were barely large enough to even call full pieces. I miss when canes was good. To wait in line for over 30 minutes just to get my order wrong, I won’t be coming back, which is a shame cause it’s one of the few decent fast food places near me. Tried to call and there was no answer to fix the issue, I guess I’ll just eat that money loss 🤷‍♀️

Extremely disappointed in the food I got when I came here last. My partner and I went through the drive through and we both ordered caniac combo boxes. When we opened them up we were in disbelief. The tenders were absurdly small to the point of it being laughable(pictures provided). They were the size of McDonald chicken nuggets. On top of that they were over cooked to the point of having a hard outside. Just for fun, we waited to get home to eat so we could weigh the tenders, and each box came to around 3oz of chicken. A huge ripoff for the price and advertised pictures. If I didn’t know any better I would say it was a prank. Maybe it was just a bad batch of tenders, but nonetheless I don’t plan on coming back here again.

This place is not as good as it used to be. The strips are a lot smaller, this one is barely bigger than a Burt’s bees chapstick. The chicken is chewy/rubbery. I’d rather go to Popeyes. Also, the people working the drive through don’t listen and you have to repeat yourself, this has happened on numerous occasions.

Got a hankering for some chicken fingers and being a card carrying Craniac Club member it was time to celebrate my Caine's anniversary with a free combo box. Love the Texas toast and Craniac sauce this location is always pretty busy. Sweet tea, lemonade, and finger lickin chicken fingers.

Some of These pictures are from a different canes but it doesn't matter they're all good I told him I was going to write a good review so here it is this is gonna be when the best sauces I've ever tasted on a chicken if you haven't had cane's chicken fingers you need to go try it you'll be pleasantly surprised big Plump juicy pieces of chicken with a slightly crisp batter on the outside and it's wonderful sauce I'm still trying to figure out what's in it if I want this stuff at home it's that good also the staff was friendly the help me put together an order a homeless man gave me my 1st meal by giving me his card for a ride somewhere there was enough to get a kids meal that was my 1st taste of cane's chicken And I'm hooked

This was my first time eating lunch here. It was odd because there was a line of cars all the way around the parking lot. We went inside and there were people inside waiting. I'm not sure what everyone was waiting for because we placed our order and had it before I could sit down. It was hot and very good. Service, clearly, was way better than I could've anticipated. Keep up the great work!

Super nice staff, good fast food, and a convenient location. At a rush time the drive-through tends to get busy, so the entrance from 7th Street may get cluttered/blocked -- just something to keep on mind. However, this team has it figured out, they speed up the process as needed, bringing an order taker (who can also process payments) outside to the drive-through line. Good stuff.

I don’t usually give five stars for fast food but this is an exception. I’ve heard about this place, friend Z. Mr had a bad experience in Orange County California but I didn’t listen fortunately because the one here in Phoenix Arizona was awesome. It’s quick friendly and to the point. A little loud inside with your music but that’s the generation should be like lol. The restaurant insiders and pick up we clean for 1 PM in the afternoon I got here about 45 minutes ago. Everybody’s busy and they’re saying. The chicken is out of this world. I thought I was just overly hungry but that wasn’t it. It’s excellent perfectly cooked chicken fries bread and a soda at her 10 bucks. Four pieces of chicken tenders fries coleslaw and a soda very impressed with the restaurant I don’t have a photo because I hate it too fast. I will spread the word and be a loyal customer

This place has the best chicken fingers I ever had. I was recommended this place by my friends, and now I recommend this place to all the chicken lovers out there. The only thing that was lacking was a larger variety of things to eat there. More people will eat there if you give them more food to eat.

It was worth the drive, though a little out of my way, from off the freeway. The chicken fingers were extremely tender, freshly cooked, and scrumptiously delicious! Had they been a little larger I certainly wouldn't have minded !! Really good chicken. And I thought I was completely TIRED of chicken! However, Cane's calls to me somehow. And I follow. Though a bit on the expensive side, I feel they're worth it.

This is now the 2nd time I come here in thru the drive thru and every time I ask for extra sauce they replace it with another item, like this time I replaced the slaw for a Canes sauce and they give me an extra toast .... and then I even ask for an additional sauce so that way me and my bf have 2 each & of course they charged for the extra one on top of that and they still only gave me 1 per box combo. Thats frustrating because I love canes but I live far and to Not give me the extra sauce and charge me for it and not get what I want is highly disappointing now for a 2nd time. They should check they’re work before just handing out orders thru the drive thru instead of talking to each-other all by the window and not paying attention to what they’re actually doing.

Good food worth the wait. Just one suggestion, enter from the north entrance on Bethany Home Road at dinner time, cause the line gets long and that's the best way to get in the line. If you come in from 7th street on the east side you'll enter in the middle of the line.

Love love canes. My food was fresh and hot. They really move the line too. Fast and friendly service

  • 4/5 Stephen S. 3 years ago on Google
I love cane's. Not giving 5 stars because I went through today and I got slightly fewer fingers than I paid for. I'm sure it was just a mistake, but with fingers costing close to $1.50, I do want to get all of them. They also hand the order in a tied bag and nobody wants to stop in the drive through and count the fingers.

  • 1/5 jose m. 3 years ago on Google
Love the food and all but just bad location to go to. First they forget my extra sauce I call and get a refund, i go back ask for my sauce i paid for. Nd they throw a straw wrap in one of my plates. Bad customer service at nights....

Best chicken fingers ever! Every bite is tender from the first to the last. Can't say that about other places that offer chicken fingers. Since I first tried them when I moved out West they have never disappointed When coming here I know what I am getting is going to be on point and very satisfying.

  • 3/5 Deborah S. 3 years ago on Google
Chicken & bread good. fries;( These are the only 3 things they serve, U would think y they'd get the order right. O knew of their prob, so I double checked b4 I accepted the bag. They had the order wrong. My sister was in the car behind me. She mafe the mistake of checking her order after they handed her the bag. It was incorrect 2 & since she was not getting back in the long line, she pounded on the front door until someone unlocked it & took care of the issue. I don't appreciate that you basically have to order full meals either.

My mom and I recently made an order using Postmates. While the food was fine, we discovered a baby roach in one of our drinks. When we called to confront the manager about this, he said there was nothing he could do. Never again.

My order was one meal short, having guest over for dinner with one plate missing is not cool. When I called back I was told that my card would be credited back, but I was never offered my food for my guest? Traveled across town to a different Canes to get my guest a plate. We will not be visiting this location anymore.

This Raising Cane's location is great. The food was so good. Hit the spot after about 2 months of craving it. I would have stopped by sooner, but the line is ALWAYS SO LONG. It goes out to the street every time I'm driving by and I hate waiting in lines so I never stopped by. I did however stop by there just in time the other day. There was no line, which was very surprising. As soon as we got to the window we could see the line forming and it was already almost tp the street.

Cane's is addicting. Ironically, they probably make some of the best tasting fries I've eaten anywhere even though they are not a hamburger joint. Chicken fingers excellent as well especially with their 'special' sauce. Sweet tea and lemonade drinks are to die for. No wonder there's always a big line in the drive through regardless of day or time.

Longest lines ever and they get my order wrong half of the time. This location is the absolute worse. To make matters worse, they have followed the Chik-Fil-A trend and have an employee take your order. At least at Chik-Fil-A they give you an option to pay, but here they have an employee during COVID come within a foot of your door. I rolled my window up but that didn't stop him from coming even closer. And this place actually charges you for water. I spend almost $40 on three meals and get charged $0.33 for a water. What a joke.

Worst Raising Canes location I've been to, the food was disgusting and the service absolutely appalling. The line was long because it was a lunch rush, which is fine, but the outdoor order taker they sent out with a tablet was super rude and made it very clear to his co-workers he didn't want to be taking orders and that he wasn't supposed to be on drive thru before finally taking my order, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I ordered two 3 tender combos and a kids meal, all the frys were soggy and seemed undercooked, the chicken was completely dry, overcooked and had been fried in dirty oil, the only saving grace was the toast and sauce. I've never been this let down by raising canes before. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Food is good as usual but the inside dining area needs to be cleaned frequently. 6 tables are dirty, the long booth has crumbs and food grease on it and the floor has crumbs and debris all over it.

Normally love canes, but the service here has not been great. This is a photo of their root beer. All of their drinks are super watered down and we got four large drinks 😭 I wish the employees would have just said something instead of filling our drinks with carbonated water

Always fantastic food. We got the tailgate, which was perfect for 8 of us. We add coleslaw n bread...and some fries. Face it, they are simply a sauce delivery mechanism. I didn't think I needed to ask for forks when ordering coleslaw, but apparently you do here. ( glad we took it home to eat and not a picnic). Note. Crinkle Fries are usually soft, not crisp, at any canes we've been to.

  • 5/5 Amber S. 1 year ago on Google
This place is a must. Chicken tenders are seriously awesome, we ordered this from "Uber eats", and then we had to check this place out, so we Ubered there instead. We didn't mess around and ordered a tailgate package. Please bring this to Wisconsin! Raising Canes is special 🙌.

The crew on tonight deserves a raise. I walked my order back in due to an issue and the three gentlemen in the front immediately fixed the issue. It's so hard to get people to do the bare minimums these days and get your food fixed without a massive egotistical confrontation. Bottom line is they were awesome and made it a breeze. Things like that make a place worth going to. Customer service is a 10/10 again for this location. Food is a plus too. Thank you guys for the excellent service 👍 by the way canes has in house made honey mustard sauce that is fantastic with the fingers

Great restaurant to stop into for lunch. Super friendly and patient staff happy to help answer your questions about adding sides or extra sauce. Restrooms were nice and clean. They even had pleasant upbeat music for me to enjoy while eating my delicious chicken fingers.

Canes has become my new regular food spot for several reasons. Number one being its the best value around. You can't beat there prices for all you get. I always go for the 4 piece chicken meal. Its 4 pieces of consistently tender, delicious slightly crispy on the outside (not to crispy though) good ol canes chicken. Second to none in my opinion. Great fries, coleslaw, and even the Texas toast is a nice addition. Highly recommend if you want quality on a budget.

Awesome food. I wish they would give you 2 canes sauce when the the box meal. And one of the strips had some breading that fell off. But I've been here multiple times and always good. The employee in the driveway drive thru area on break was jamming in his own world, and they had some loud music right before the pickup window.

  • 5/5 Dee A. 6 months ago on Google
We recently made a large order for an event, the bread was fries were cooked perfectly, and most of the chicken was done well, a few pieces were a bit more crispy than usual, but not bad. The order was filled in a short time frame and they also supplied a reasonable amount of sauce and plates for everyone.

Good food, only 4 choices on the menu, so not a hard time picking. Be sure you like chicken fingers because evert choice includes them. 😉 Fun atmosphere, where else can you eat chicken fingers under disco balls?
