Letters wrap and new suffice chicken or whatever its called fatty and I found a bone in the lettuce wrap meat. Only thing good was the egg rolls. Us to be good and quality not sure what happen.

Everything is always so delicious, hard to decide. This time I had the Tai Basil Cashew Chicken! The service was great, it didn't take long to cook and the meal was brought right out to my table! Nice cozy atmosphere, only 3 other customers were dining...around 5pm.

Never regret this trip, something about fresh cut vegetable and a healthy mix of meat and noodles just gets me every time, Steak Ramen. ???

The boiled chicken is terrible. No flavor and tasted rubbery. I went about a month ago and thought it was just a bad batch of chicken. I went back a few days ago and same thing. So disappointed because it used to be good. I can't believe they keep serving it. Taste your boiled chicken and tell me it tastes good?

Love visiting the Pei Wei on 7st street. Every time I crave orange chicken (which is a lot), I go here. Service is super fast, food is tasty and always hot. Sometimes I try to branch out and try new food, but what can I say: the orange chicken wins me over every time. The crab wontons also slap. Shout out to the skinny girl behind the counter (Alexis?), who doesn’t judge my excessive chicken consumption.

Excellent service. They made a mistake on one of our dishes. Instead of giving it to us and letting us figure it out, they told us as they were delivering the meal of the error and offered to remake it. We really appreciated that kind of service. Everything turned out great.

Has really gone down hill In my opinion. In the past food was served on real dishes and the food was fresh and delicious, not anymore. They have turned into a high priced fast food place. The food appear to be microwave or boil in bag food served on plastic to go containers. I won't be back.

1st time here. Ordered Kung pao chicken and there were hardly any veggies in it... The food was salty too the taste... Definitely a one tome visit for me.

I love pei Wei. We used to have them in Southern California and now there's only one location in San Diego left. We stopped here after driving into Phoenix for a quick bite and everything was delicious. We were the only ones there because it was a little later, but it never disappoints!

I love PF Chang’s so of course Their brand Pei Wei would be no different. Love here setup and food is way better quality than Panda. Also it is true the Orange Chicken quality is much better. Keep up the great BOGOS on the online app as well. As long as that keeps going I’ll keep coming 😋🤤🤩😎🍽🥡🥣

Actually did take out but the restaurants looking a little dated definitely looks like it's up due for a remodel. The food was good. Could have been a little hotter a little faster...

Walked in to your Glendale and 7th location today at around 7pm to order my usual Orange Chicken. Restaurant was busier then usual but WOW the team at this location is top notch!! Everyone one welcomed me and even stopped by to see how my food was after it arrived. Sean the young man that brought me my food was a gem!!!!

Fast friendly service. Food is cooked to order and is always fresh, hot and delicious. The last few times we’ve gone there the Manager greeted us and was busy helping her cooks get food out. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always great!

Honestly can't think of too many places where I've had worse food flavor wise. The house chicken is labeled as crispy but there's no way this chicken was not microwaved. Both meals taste like nothing literally nothing. I'm not picky by any means but this food is just that bad

Every time we eat there the food is fresh, hot and made quickly! The staff is always friendly and quick to greet us! I love the drunken noodles and the lettuce wraps!

Took my family out to eat and this place is a HOT MESS. We walked in and the place was extremely stuffy. We ordered and our server was a newbie. To hear the way they talked to her was ridiculous and embarrassing. She was doing her best and she did need a little help ringing up our order but that’s understandable, she’s new. We ordered the new share plate or whatever it was called. It feeds 3 people w different options. We sat got our drinks and waited. Food arrived and it looked amazing.. we started to eat and SWEAT at the same time, some officers that came to relax and eat even complained. We were all trying to fan ourselves and eat at the same time. Not cool at all. So uncomfortable and with it being PHOENIX with a HEAT WARNING you should of had some type of air circulating in that place. Anyway, we all served our food and began to eat. PLAIN!!! TASTELESS!!! ODORLESS!!! DRY!!! Dry like the 🌵DESERT! (no joke) disgusting.. not satisfied at all.. we took it home for some family members to eat and even they didn’t want it (our fur babies) The photo is how much we tossed away as you can clearly see, we didn’t even eat half the order. This was a remake of a complaint we had at a previous Pei Wei and again they failed.. step it up Pei Wei your letting your customers down.

They offer a nice variety of food and it's good😋😋😋😋 The place is always clean, the prices reasonable and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed our meal and time there. You order at the counter but they give you a number you place on your table and they do bring your food to you. They also do a lot of takeout business. You may call ahead and place orders. We've never had a bad meal here!👍👍👍👍

The other Pei Wei locations in the valley are terrible, but NOT this one. Their service is truly top notch! We are always greeted with a smile and prompt order taking. The food is always so fresh and amazing!

It was so hot inside. We ended up wrapping up our food and leaving. We were sweating before our food was even ready.

I’m kinda neutral about this place. The cashier (female) didn’t look very nice nor clean. She banged the plates on the table with a hard unwanted attitude. Thankfully my baby is a heavy sleeper. Chicken lettuce wraps was stale, the two entree were good. Confused why it wasn’t busy but it could be because of the mood of the employees. Manager kept looking at myside with a dead shot eyes.

Ordered the pork rolls, spring, and a few pot stickers. Taste was awesome, and the crunch rocked. Nom!! My new favorite

I love the Mongolian beef with noodles and always ask for extra sauce because I just love it!!!! Lol.... Oh and this is an Asian restaurant, not Chinese... I submitted an edit suggestion so hopefully it's corrected soon.

We love pei Wei when we want fresh cooked Asian food fast. We love that each dish is cooked to order and the ingredients are very fresh. The Thai coconut curry chicken is very good as is the Mongolian beef and the chicken chow mein. We love getting the lettuce wraps for a nice light meal. Portions are good size, and on trays are around $11 which gives us two meals each. We order online and pick up in store which is very convenient and fast

Love the food. Can customize your order and it's always fresh. The person working the counter is always friendly and knows how to multi-task. Definitely my go to for lunch.

I went to the store about 30 minutes before the store closed. I usually go to the other location on McDowell because they never mess up my order, but they were closing. I usually get the Poke Bowl but they were unavailable so I tried something new to me the steak lo mein. The steak was good but the noodles had an odd soapy taste and i couldn't even eat them. This is my second time going to this location and I will probably not be coming back.

Fun place to eat. Always clean. And service with a smile. My only issue is the food tends to be a bit salty. Other than that.. I love it

Consistent quality and healthier options if you want them (but you could easily eat a day's worth of calories in one sitting if you desired). I come here quarterly (estimate) and never seem to remember whether I need to clean up after myself or not till I realize there aren't any large trash bins or places to stack dishes :)

Not so great of a selection in their food. Also very expensive. Like Panda Express so much better.

Very Impressed with Pei Wei. Haven't had the food yet but have picked up from there ccx with Uber and they are very courteous and the food looks very good. They always have the food ready for me.

I appreciate that they reached out to me and tried to make it right. Mistakes happen and I strongly believe how you recover from them speaks volumes and Pei Wei stepped up. They really care about their reputation and customers which is pretty great from such a big company. Will definitely consider going again. Previous review- Very un-interested staff - as if customers were an inconvenience. Waited almost 30 minutes for take out “wei better” orange chicken dish - REGULAR - only to get it home and realize there is barely any orange chicken (12 small pieces to be exact). If that is regular I’d hate to know how much you would get in a small.

Had a slight issue with one of the items in my takeout order. Daniel, the manager, was so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. The staff are always friendly and hard-working, and Daniel is a great leader!

I ordered close to closing time . Me and my 4 kids have stomach issues from last night the fried rice was mush and I’m pretty sure they didn’t cook my crab puffs or my chicken lo mein. I have a stomach bug and it’s because of this food. I will never go the last hour til close. I’ll just go to a better version PF Changs. My stomach is not happy.

I use to love Pei Wei, not anymore or maybe it's just this location. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. Had really good flavor . But was drenched in a pool of sauce. I also ordered the firecracker chicken. Had really good texture but wasn't spicy . Then when we tried to get some more rice. The young employee rolled her eyes in annoyance.

Literally just left and my food is terrible! I honestly would have been better off going to Panda Express or an actual Chinese food restaurant.... I ordered fried rice with Orange chicken and steam veggies on the side and the veggies were the best part of my meal! This is my 2nd visit to a PeiWei restaurant and I'm disappointed... And I was really looking forward to trying them again....

Great food great atmosphere

My first time at Pei Wei ever. Quick, easy and good quality, but most importantly good service. Portions are big enough to share with 2 people. I made the mistake of getting entrees for everyone and ate too much.

Great food. Egg rolls perfectly cooked. Crispy outside wonderful inside. Had chicken and the pork. Lettuce wraps were great Only thing I didn't care for was the very salty lettuce wrap sauce.

Good value. 2 meals and appetizer under 40.

I don't like to make bad reviews so Im just going to rate this place, Pei Wei it just to be a better place

The customer service is faboulous. They have great food with a great selection at a very reasonable price. I reccomend the dine in atmosphere its like a high end restaurant. ID like to say thank you to Dana she has amazing customer service skills and should be a role model employee. There was another gentleman with longer hair that served us and was cooking who also had superior customer service. Both made the experience awesome. Highly recommended.

Took the family here the other day prices are really good food is very good and when you hook up with the specials you save a lot of money

Updated on June 03, 2022: I decided to visit the restaurant again for a really late lunch. I dined in this time. I had the Jet Tila Firecracker Chicken; salad greens; and an order of (2) piece crab wontons. My food was delicious. I felt like this specific entree was more of what I like. A balanced combination of sweet and spicy. I liked the use of crab in the wontons. My meal was filling and could have been split into two servings, but I wanted to finish my entire meal. Thank you to the restaurant owner for reaching out to me via a reply on Google. That shows me you and your restaurant care about your customers' satisfaction. Updated on June 05, 2022: I have removed my initial negative review because I feel my positive experience on my second visit to the restaurant helped makeup for my first visit.
