Creepy and weird. We walked in and were halfheartedly greeted by the SINGLE employee in the entire building, and then promptly ignored. There was no music playing, everyone sat in uncomfortable silence. After waiting around to be helped (we never were) and trying to get their nonfunctional QR menus to work (they never did) we walked back out. Awful.

I have been there twice now and staff seems really friendly with some guests, thought not so much with us. Was overcharged. Charged $29 on a $22 tab. Staff corrected quickly.

Impressive craft beer and cider selection! Staff was absolutely wonderful. Will likely go back for that reason alone. The bar has table top games within everyone's reach so bring your UNO game face. They do offer good, sandwiches were great and they have specials too. Quaint and cozy spot to relax after work.

Outstanding, knowledgeable bartenders. Huge selection of unique drinks. Worth a stop in if you want something a little 'different' and artisan. Food menu is small but good. Wouldn't come here for an actual filling meal though, not that kind of spot.

I love this place. Fun atmosphere and an amazing beer and wine selection. Happy hour specials are fantastic and they have games all over the place. We had a blast here and the staff is really fun.

The Bartenders here are wonderful especially Ace and Cece, there is a great selection of craft beer, wine and mead. The brown bag special is excellent, and it feels like the bartenders here are reading my mind on what I like.

Cool place. Not a rounded selection of beers though i think. ...virtually all IPAs. I think they just order them if the names sound cool. Lol. Sound deadeners would help. Its so loud in there! Like a chamber of noise horror. Otherwise, i like the place!

No sign above the door yet, this place is pretty new, they are next door to Native. Loved this place! Great grilled cheese sandwiches, the cheese platter looked amazing I'll order that next time. I love the options! 39 taps, 130 bottles & cans, plus 40 wine and mead options. Wonderful service! It's the kinda pub you wanna be a regular at ;)

Great place. Selection of beers was very great. I also like they had a nice variety of wines to be able to do a flight of 4. Service was outstanding. Server knew both the beers and wines. The atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. I will definitely keep this on my list of places to visit again when in town.

Love going to Whining Pigs all over the valley. However I won't be returning to this one due to the bright hanging lights at eye level. I couldn't read the chalkboard menu even after the bartender lowered the brightness. I was seeing spots for an hour after I left.

This was my/our first time, and honestly, we found it because we did a search for a quiet neighborhood bar because I was catching up with friends I haven't seen in about 12 years. The staff were very friendly, the prices were palpable, and it was tolerably quiet noisy. We had a nice, relaxing time. Please remember to tip your staff generously unless they spit in your food or spill your drinks on you on purpose.

I want just enough people to keep coming here to make it a success, but not too many to ruin its chill atmosphere. Amazing selection of wines and beers. Great neighborhood bar feel. Super nice employees and friendly customers. A real gem!

My friend and I stopped in yesterday for a drink. We wound up gathering 2 more friends together and had a great time! Sooo many beer choices, and Allison was so well educated on the types of beer. After some sampling, we made our choices. Excellent customer service and atmosphere. We will be going back!

Haven't been here before. It was comedy hour. They had board games around the bar, which was fun. Small crowd, nice group. Staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.

A great bar with an incredible selection, both for draft and bottled beverages. Don't come for cocktails or hard liquor, but do come for beer, cider, wine and even a selection of Superstition mead. Happy hour is basically all the time (1-8). There are games available for play (Battleship and Yahtzee over pints, anyone?). The aesthetic and atmosphere are great, and there is a selection on grilled cheese sandwiches available if you get peckish. If you're having a hard time choosing what to drink, you can look to the specials - barkeep's choice deals for beer and wine are available, as are flights.

Bartenders are very nice and know their products. Great selection. They have games and such so you can hang out for a while. Only thing is the to-go beers, some of them are oftley spendy at $10

We love The Whining Pig in Ahwatukee! Allison is wonderful. She is attentive and is very knowledgeable. We were undecided as to what we wanted and she offer some excellent suggestions. We choose a Pinot Noir that was delicious! I highly recommend stopping in for a beverage. We have always had great service here.

Love this place! We have been many times and often times we meet new people there. It's a relaxed place with games and great music. It's smaller than most bars but it's cozy. The employees are fun and will go out of there easy to find a drink to your liking.

Went with a group of coworkers. Was charged for 10 drinks when I only had 5 at most. They “couldn’t find” the other persons tab who had already paid. Super shady. No willingness to help correct the issue either.

I love this place so much because they always have a huge variety of gluten free drinks and everything I’ve had here is just plain good. The staff is so friendly and the food is also amazing. Hard to find a place to feel safe drinking at so I am glad the whining pig exists :)

The bartenders and staff here are very knowledgeable about their beer lists, and what to recommend. Theyre constantly getting new inventory and new beers on tap and in their take-out fridge. The wine and beer list is long, but easily decipherable with the help of the color-coded key at the top. What they lack in a lot of food they make up for with DELICIOUS grilled cheese and bar snacks, and if youre interested there's a variety of board games that you can play while enjoying good beer and company.

Cool place. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the variety of beverages available on tap, in bottles and canned. They have bar snacks, ex. chips, and you might get a grilled cheese but you can also bring in your own food. Plus, they have have a fridge with a selection you can take home with you (at a price, of course). Enjoy!
