    This location alone would be what pushed me into getting an espresso machine. They are extremely rude. I cannot tell you how many times they have completely dropped the ball on my order. The last straw for me was when I did a mobile order and 25 minutes is 15 minutes more than they needed according to the app to complete it. I walk in, and I kid you not, the line super long and my drink wasn't even made. Had to leave cause you know, I have a job. Came back an hour later. Still not made. Then went back and forth with the lady at the counter about whether or not they were actually going to make it, or refund me. Yeah no thanks. It's been fun!

    This review is based on multiple visits to this location. The past three times I have ordered coffee from this location, it has been a long wait, and when I receive my coffee the cup is half empty? Today's visit was particularly nuts. There were so many people waiting for their mobile orders. My mobile order was almost ten minutes late from the approximate wait time. This is not to knock the staff by any means, the staff has always been wonderful! I do believe they may be understaffed, and maybe need more appliances to make their coffee? That way they can focus more on order accuracy. It is very disappointing having to wait SOOOO long for a half full coffee. Please note: I only come to this location of Fridays, so maybe Fridays are always crazy.

    I happened to drop by at this Starbucks location while getting my car serviced. The location was great and the ambience inside was welcoming. Dominic who served my order was a very good person. In fact she is one of the most organized persons I have seen. She made sure that the cups were lined properly, stickers are attached one by one, and fulfilled the order in a very neat and organized manner not only for me but for the others who ordered at that time. The tea I ordered tasted really great. I wished her good luck before I left the location because she deserved a rich and disorganized person where she can excel in her skills more and balance the other person's life.

    I love this location. The staff is super friendly and love my grand dog (his photo is even up on the wall) we always order ahead here, our orders are always ready on time and done correctly. Thank you Yen for making Lando this cute dog bow!!

    The blonde with pigtails needs to be fired. I put in my order for 2 drinks and while 1 was finished, I waited 20 minutes for my second drink, and I observed the barista avoiding my ticket and prioritizing other drinks ahead of mine. After watching customers who were after me get thier drinks, I asked about mine and the blonde with pigtails told me that certain drinks are not prioritized and some drinks are put to the side. She was giving me gross attitude while literally doing nothing while the one barista was swamped. She ended up walking away while I was talking to her. I think I will not go into this location until I know she is fired. She was such a b——, I really want to meet her outside her job

    Management here needs some help... The baristas are extremely rude, unhelpful, and always have an attitude, the mobile orders get messed up, and this specific location rarely has everything in stock. Safe to say, I will not be going to this Starbucks anymore, especially when there is one 5 minutes up the road that is so much better!

    Such a pleasure going here! The staff is always friendly and haven't messed up any orders. I actually drive further to this than the one that's closest to where I live right now because of the staff here.. the drive is about 10 minutes further but it's worth it

    I love this location, because they treat me so well. The atmosphere is also great, because people collaborate on projects and network here. I have been coming to this location every Monday-Friday, for three weeks straight. I have been a Starbucks fanatic for five years now, and this is by far the best location.

    Honestly I love this Starbucks. It's near my home and the service is always fantastic. My issue is with the creepy man that sits in the corner every day and bugs EVERY woman that walks in the door. He's been there every morning for YEARS. If a woman manages to get past him, he still gives her the head-to-toe stare. I'm not sure why he's allowed to set up an office at this Starbuck, but it's annoying and just creepy. He even camped out during COVID when there was no seating allowed. Please kick him out, so we can get our coffee without being harassed. Thanks

    I always order from this location and most often than not when I order online I request toppings and other amenities that come along with my order and I frankly don’t appreciate them being left out and frankly I believe they should readjust how the run their online orders procedures

    I wouldn’t give it a star. Not only are the baristas rude and careless but sometimes the cashier comes off as lost and if you need fast, don’t order here. Barista with purple color hair needs to brighten up.

    I Went in at 6:20 in the morning I was waiting 10 minutes just to get help, they saw me and didn't help me, they were just standing around and talking to eachother, then I waited 20 minutes for my drink, it was a very slow morning and I was the 3rd person in the store (the two others already had there drinks and were sitting at the tables)I hate to be a Karen but seriously?

    Bashas is the closest grocery store to my home but aside from that, they carry almost everything that I need. Employees are always helpful and, seeing that I'm disabled, they bring my groceries to the car and load the bags in the back. It means so much to me that they do all this without my asking.

    I absolutely adore Starbucks and I am a Starbucks partner as well. I went in and was expecting a regular Starbucks standard. I asked for a hot matcha and a hot flat white. The barista made both drinks incorrectly. The matcha doesn't come with whip cream and she put whip cream on and when we told her about it she did not exchange our drink for the right one. She then handed us a drink we thought was a flat white but got served someone else's drink. A white mocha latte. These should be the easiest things in our training. The bathroom was terrible. There was feces all around the toilet and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

    I don't like posting complaints. Usually, bad service and prices take care of the problem. Ordered 2 iced lattes, with extra shots each. The only difference is mine had vanilla. I don't hold hope baristas get it right because too many times it's like a short circuit happens. I was given a hot coffee... No. I was given an iced coffee, no vanilla... What! I'm moving on to another chain. One who gets it right and doesn't charge me the amount of my medical deductible. Bye!!!!

    I went here today to get a coffee and tried using the restroom before ordering because there was a line. The barista told me that I was not allowed to use the restroom but Einstein next door had one. Well, Starbucks certainly not the first time for poor customer service but definitely the last time. Looks like I found a new place to get coffee, even taste better!

    I will never come here again! Several people who came after me got their order quickly. They somehow lost my order. Had to wait even longer because they got it wrong. And the oatmeal was watery. I should’ve just asked for a refund. Never again!
