I wandered into this Starbucks after a long day of work expecting it to be a normal Starbucks experience. I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and they were kind enough to let me do so. I walked up to order and to be honest I had no idea what I wanted and was just looking for something to help me make it through the drive back home. I asked the employee what they would recommend for a non-coffee and non-tea drinker. They asked if I liked the taste of coffee or if I was looking for something sweet and I proceeded to let them know I would like something sweet. They then recommended the strawberry açaí but the way they liked to make it, with green tea and without the strawberry. I asked them how it taste and they said refreshing but still sweet. I decided to go ahead and get it because they really seamed to like that combination and it made me excited to try it. So I waited and got my drink and it was awesome and probably my favorite thing I’ve tried at Starbucks. I really appreciate the time that the employee took to talk to me and help me find I drink I would really enjoy. I wish I asked there name but unfortunately I didn’t and after a long day at work have this really nice interaction with such kindness it felt really nice. Thank you wonderful Starbucks employee for make the end off my day really nice and delicious :)

Went through the drive thru. The barista aka "partner" of Starbucks, he was not pleasant. I ordered passion tea lemonade sweetened with the classic syrup and of course I take a sip when I get home, SOUR! And go figure they close at 730 and I came through the drive thru about 705pm. My son also said hi through the back window like a million times and he was just like meh 😐. And no printed label on my cup

I have been a customer for many years and have watched it slowly fall apart. Bathrooms are not maintained. More than once there have been no towels or toilet paper. The patio looks like a back alley and for some reason they have removed the misters in the middle of summer. Outdoor chairs are uncomfortable too. Baristas are friendly so I keep returning, but it's not the experience it used to be.

Everyone working was nice and friendly. Outside the environment was comfy, no stragglers hanging about. Bathroom was super clean and had a handicap accessible stall and sink. I tried something new from the secret menu wasnt too impressed but hey, still encourage everyone to live a little and try their secret menu frappes. 😁 Here's some pics of, the food they offer!!

Every time I come here bad traffic around the the building people fighting to get in and get out. And to make matters worse the baristas are very slow. There's too many Starbucks, do yourself a favor and stop at another.

It was great. Only 1 other person in the lobby such a change from the past. One could really hear each other talk. Love it.

Terrible drive-thru. No parking that allows you to leave easily. Been stuck in the Drive-Thru line for about 10 minutes now, and I already have my drinks. Some buildings were not designed to have drive-thru, clearly this is one of them.

This was a perfect place to eat tonight and to have my favorite drink which was the ice coffee mocha. I even got the pumpkin slice and the lemon slice cake too. This was an awesome break until dinner time for me tonight.

This used to be a great SB. Over the last couple of years it's been in a nose dive. Baristas are more interested in their own conversations and drama than taking walk in orders let alone finish a walk in order in a timely fashion. The store is filthy as well. Any oversight or direction by a manager is totally absent..Guess it's the way of the new world...

I came here to kill some time and have some coffee while I waited for an appointment so I wouldn’t have to sit in my car in 110 degree heat. They say they are open until 8 but came around letting everyone know the lobby closes at 7 then very rudely started locking the doors at 6:53, reminding us that the lobby closes at 7. Nice way to treat your customers. Guess I’ll just sit in my car and waste gas after I spent money on a coffee so I could sit inside.

If you want to wait 20 min to get out of the parking lot after you've already spent 20 min waiting in the drive through getting your drink, this is the location for you. The parking lot is tiny and the line goes in a full circle around the building, causing cars to block the drive thru exit while waiting in line. It's also one way. So when you finally do exit the drive thru, you literally need to GET BACK IN LINE, the same drive thru line, and wait to get to the exit of the parking lot. It's not easier for parking either. If you are in any sort of rush or just don't want to pointlessly waste 40 min of your day, I would go to any other location. Even a few miles out of the way would be faster than this place. Or dunkin is across the street.

Very rude and pushy baristas. So demanding car was very close to me and demanding I move forward. I told her I've had someone back into me before I'm not going to get that close to a vehicle. She said it is fine they are going to back into you pull up closer. I was already within feet of the other persons bumper. Then she whipped around and said oh they are moving anyways now. And walked inside. They had more attitude when I came up to the window. I go to Starbucks and dutch bros everyday. Never so much rudeness as this location

I'm not a big fan, too expensive but we wanted to go somewhere after tennis. I had strawberry lemonade which was very good.

Poor experience. Closed down the dine in in middle of the way due to being short staffed and kicking everyone out. No apologies, no nothing. No wonder I went from going and buying from Starbucks at least once daily to barely once in a 30-50 days.

Barista Isaiah and cashier Valerie are just two of the staff that are just wonderful to be served by. They both exude positive energy with a smile.

Store hours said they were open but all the doors were locked and the drive through was blocked off. Employees just shook their heads at me when I knocked on the door.

I’m appalled with this location. I actually stopped going here a few months back due to the lack of customer service. Well this morning it was right there on my way and so I pulled up 12/11 at 5:38 AM. I waited for 5 minutes not a single person said “be right with you, or just a moment” so again lack of communication and customer service. I was left wondering if they were taking orders at the window instead so I pulled up to the window and there were two women the one readheaded girl was just leaning against the counter. Neither of them had headpieces on ready to take orders. If you are going to be open at 5:00 AM you need to be on top of it and ready to get people in and out as they are likely on their way to work. I leave with ample time to get coffee in the morning but I was left sitting there and waiting and was late to work. If you’re unable to take an order right away, you communicate that you’ll be with the person in a moment instead of leaving them there wondering if they’re not taking orders at the sign. I’m pretty agreeable but I hate slacking and laziness I used to be a GM and I just can’t have my employees slacking and causing a loss of revenue for the business.

Best Coffee place everrrrrrr. Siera and her team helped me out when mobile order was down and were so friendly and accommodating. Whenever I go to another Starbucks, I regret it! I love this location 16th st and Bethany Home

I'm really digging this Starbucks! Very comfy chairs and lots of them! I hate when you go into a Starbucks and it has tons of stuff for sale but only 3 tables 🤬 this Starbucks is how it should be!

As expected, service was great. The only down fall is how the drive thru line is made it's too narrow an area for anyone parked to get out. If the drive thru line is long, that car will have to wait for some clearance and even then they have to wait for the cars to move forward until a space to drive out the parking lot is clear. It's really narrow.

I am part of a Beautiful Disaster support group and we meet once a month at different Starbucks locations. They have a large outdoor patio and the customer service is beyond excellent. Not to mention the best frappucinos, macchiatos, teas,pink drinks and a variety of food and snacks. This location is my personal favorite. Check it out next time you're in the area!

Never going there again. I understand it gets busy in the AM but Angry Barista should not sabotage the drink order for a child when you ask for an update after a 30 minute wait. Stay away - go to another location or better yet go the Human Bean or Black Rock Coffee

Parking lot is small and awkward, always afraid of an accident, because there are so many blind spots here. Wait time for a mobile order in the morning is 15 plus minutes. Staff is inexperienced and stoic. Order is correct 40% of the time. I called corporate to complain about a horrible interaction I had with the barista here and I’m still waiting to hear back from this location directly. That was two weeks ago.

Great location and staff! Location is a little out of my way but the quality of staff and drinks are way better than the location on 2802 E Indian school rd.

Their staffs was so neat and good looking. The place was so cozy and relaxing. Their pastry was delicious as well.

Just left there. I ordered a Large latte and the cup was filled just over half way with coffee! I paid alot of money for a large, if I wanted a half cup of coffee I would have ordered a tall house coffee. Very disappointed, not typical of Starbucks. I will never go back and all my relatives will be told about this Starbucks location. I'm wondering if they gave me someone's half drank coffee?

No eating in and no bathrooms. We were passing through town and stopped for food and drink but needed restroom. Not happy. Then ordered a scone...they asked if I wanted it heated. Yes please. Long wait and no heated scone. Not a great experience personally. Sorry.

I usually avoid this location because of the odd parking/drive thru situation. Gets pretty clogged up. But the one on 7th st and missouri keeps closing/opening and changing business hours without changing info on google. So, I have visited here twice this week. Line has been very manageable and they make my flat white exactly like I want it. I will continue to go to this location as long as the line isn't a problem. Especially since their baristas seem to really know what they are doing. Side note, I usually go late morning so I don't know how backed up they get during busiest drive times.

Friendly staff. Great service. There's usually a 10-15 minute wait, which is fine but then you have to wait in that same line to exit. Frustrating if you're in a hurry. I get it though, the parking lot is small.

It's very congested here, as the people coming out of drivetheu have to circle the building with patrons that are coming to go thru drive thru. A complete disaster, but my tea is always yummy

I really like this Starbucks. It's a few miles from where I live, but I don't mind going a little out of my way for great coffee and awesome customer service. The employees are always nice and my drink is always great. The only issue I have is exiting the place. I once waited about 10 minutes to get out because the drive through it in a weird spot and this stupid lady wouldn't get off her phone. Other than that it's awesome. Highly recommend this location.

Even though the parking lot of this location is always a nightmare, the staff is super friendly. My mobile order said it would be ready in about half hour, but they were made sooner than that I guess. When I arrived, they told me that the drinks had been dumped and would be remade as they "were looking a little soupy." I appreciate their detail to serving a quality product even if my drinks looked "soupy" due to my arrival time!

My drink wasn't as good as I'm used to, it was a little sour tasting, not sweet
