I'm from the Midwest and I have to say that In-N-Out is worth the hype. Simple menu. Burgers and fries are excellent. Hit this place up a couple of times when I stayed in Phoenix. Love it. Highly recommend.

Made fresh every time and I don't mind waiting for it. A MUST have when out west! I appreciate that they toast the buns. The employees are always hustling and yet maintain a smile.

Great place and service. The burgers were amazing. I've ordered a cheeseburger, but it came with some things that I don't like, when I told the attendant she changed the burger for me with no extra cost. It was my mistake and I wanted to pay for the second burger, but they did not let me. Thanks in-N-out for hiring such caring and amazing people. The place was not spotless clean, but it was so crowded that it was understable. Great place, staff, and of course AWESOME burgers.

First time to In-N-Out. I'm an Okie so I was all about checking it out bc I've heard so many people rave about it and of course there's not one.. It did not disappoint. The service was absolutely excellent! Super fast and friendly. The burgers would good. The fries were good. If your ever in the area this is definitely a good stop for a cheap and tasty lunch.

The staff and service are exceptional. They are enthusiastic, smiling and doing their best to deliver an enjoyable meal. On Sunday night I got a hamburger, fries and soda. The burger was great! The fries were way too salty. Almost too salty to eat. They are also skinny fries and cool off very quickly. My wife helped me eat them while we drove to our hotel so they were cool about 2 minutes after we received them. On Monday night my beautiful and hungry wife sends me back for a double hamburger without onion and I ordered the same single hamburger. I also asked for unsalted fries. The "special" order took about 10 minutes and was perfect. We reheated the fries in a pan at the hotel and enjoyed everything. The hamburger patties are thin but tasty. The interior of the restaurant was very clean. The men's washroom could have used more attention at 6:10 pm. The menu posted above the order desk is simple which I like. My wife is convinced some people know a cheat code because the staff prepared some kind of chilli cheese fries for the drive-through window. Unfortunately we head back to Canada tomorrow morning so we can't investigate further. See if you can find out and let me know for the next time I visit...

This was me and my wife's first time ever having In-N-Out, we heard all the hype about it, and it did not disappoint whatsoever! We got burgers and fries animal style, thanks to the suggestion our amazing server Amber had given us. The food was incredible, and all the employees were very kind and seemed happy to be there. Great place!

Honestly when you pull up and think....OMG this line is double wide and wrapped around the parking lot...I'm not going here! Don't make that mistake, you get In N Out 5 mins tops, and for quality burgers on the go. Double doubles , 4x4s... doesn't matter, always on point.

Look, I get it, we're ALL looking for a healthy low fat, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, grass fed, organic, whole grain, whole food, farmers market lifestyle... But every now and again, you're going to want a THICK and JUICY burger to swipe under your nose, and cradle your lips. THIS IS THAT PLACE! Being from Illinois, I had never got the chance to try In-N-Out until just recently, and let me tell you, IT WAS INCREDIBLE!

I've only been through the drive thru, but it seemed like a good location. It wasn't super busy when I went, but everyone was still busy doing their jobs. The cashier was really friendly. The food was AMAZING. I always love In-N-Out. I took one star off because they forgot my ketchup and the location is kind of odd.

The fries were horrible and seemed to be old. The burgers were just ok. People who work here are super friendly!!

This goes for all In-N-Out's. Always delicious, fresh ingredients, quality ingredients, friendly, professional, efficient, and consistent. I've been eating at In-N-Out with my very large family since the 80's. Trust me, no need to read any more reviews, just make this your choice. You won't be disappointed. Check out the secret menu on line. My favorite item 3x3 animal style, with animal fries, and pink lemonade. I don't get tomatoes on mine because I'm allergic. But that is a new allergy for me. I wish I could have tomatoes on mine. Enough reading, go eat here!!!

Amazing customer service it was actually my birthday when I went. Was very well taken care of lots of smiles my little girl and I. Left with delicious shakes and the smell of fresh well made burgers, fries pouring out of are bag. Will update when I find recipt wanted to give shout outs to three amazing staff members. If not I will stop by to get their names again you are amazing.

Very quick line with a very friendly amd organized staff. Restraunt was clean and sanitized and in n out as a whole are taking appropriate measures to prevent the spread of covid. Oh and delicious as always for such a good price!

We went through the drive through early in the afternoon, my kids have never eaten at in-n-out and we had the very best experience. Burger was great but what really made this experience worth taking the time to write this review was the outstanding customer service. We had the sweetest cashier and pick up window ladies. Your staff really made our day. Smiles and a cheerful atmosphere. It was less than a 30 second transaction at each window but that’s all it took to make this experience great.

Go Animal style, and have no regrets.much better than five guys and only 10 dollars for a double double, fries and a coke.

They take too long to give you food they need better training

We waited our food for a while. Maybe due to the long line for drive-thru. Burger was fine, however, our fries is not hot at all. Maybe it stayed a while, but there were a lot of order not sure why we felt our fries were not fresh!

In n out just gets it right - every time. Food is delicious and value priced which I greatly appreciate. As far as the pic of fries goes, I did get more than in the pic, they just didn’t survive the drive home. ❤️

We love the fries! So we were disappointed on our last visit. The fries were burned and soggy. We went back to complain and got them replaced, and the fresh new batch wasn't much better 😕

Always good burger but the need to do better with the fries even if they are fresh... they are so tiny wich make them dry quickly. So 4 star it's a very high rate. We love our fries..

Love this place. Great every time and the employees are so so nice every time. In and out fries suck (seriously how do you sell these as something people actually want to eat?) But that's not the restaurants fault so my review is excluding how bad their fries are. Just stick to a burger and a shake!

I really enjoy In N Out have been here plenty of times and the food is always pretty consistent. I get the double double and fries both animal style probably not the healthiest but it is pretty yummy. And at a pretty decent price point when you consider other fast food places. Service is always on point too usually fairly quick and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Henry did a great job with our order. Best in n out around. Went here to get a burger last night and it was really tasty. Fries were cooked to perfection and the drive thru line was fast. Wasn’t too busy either!

Burgers are always 5/5 but what is up with their fries? They have almost a Styrofoam texture and barely any taste. Their prices are great and the employees are always very friendly.

Today was a good day! Today was a double double sort of day.... and what could make that better you ask? I say milk shake! Never have the burgers been waiting or staged, talking fresh! Same either the fries.... real potatoes, oh and never have I been denied a shake because 'the machine' I'd broken.

Drive through order yesterday with about 5 vehicles ahead of me. Line moved quickly and a friendly employee took my order, who was working outside. Collected my order and it would have been a 5-star rating, except for the bottom of the box with our food was wet with oil. Had to wipe it down before I could set it down. Not our usual stellar experience. 😬

I don't eat meat often so, I wasn't a fun of this chain but my daughter insisted that I'll should give it a try. Wow surprise! I think she order the double w/ grill onions and the fries are a bomb. The food is usually good. However due to a fractured hip I had to have my last meal delivered. The food was pretty cold by the time it arrived.

We came in last night with about 10 young men who'd just played in a basketball tournament. They were HUNGRY!! The In-N-Out team did an OUTSTANDING job of taking our orders, arranging for a single payment, and then (the most important part) getting the food to us quickly! Everyone got their food and there were no complaints!! I'd recommend this In-N-Out for small and large gatherings!

This is mine and my son's go to place whenever we don't feel like cooking at home. Simple choices you can never go wrong with Cheese Hamburger 🍔 with French fries 🍟 and coke 😋. This is one place where you can go anytime of the year and you will always see a queue of cars. I like staff as they take order when person is already in queue

Burgers... my preferred treat. Staff is always timely even when they have a full house. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. It has a cool feel to it. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
