I can't speak to the quality of medical care, but as the family member of a patient, the level of communication from this hospital is atrocious. Nurses would promise to give me an update in two minutes, and then disappear for two hours. I was unable to arrange home care the day of his release because I received no advance notice of my family member's discharge. It was just assumed that I would be available at any time. The only time I received a call at all was from the social worker, or when it was time to pay. The nurses never contacted or updated me in any way. There was just a stunning lack of professionalism, and a lack of respect for my time. The entire administrative structure of the hospital should be sacked for incompetence and negligence. Literally anyone could do a better job.

Receiving a 1 star review simply because 0 is not an option. I have called 13 times to speak with a nurse. The first time I called, the nurse at the nurses station who answered was having a giggle fest with another co-worker and put me on hold twice to collect herself and then hung up on me. I called many times and finally I asked to be transferred to Carol Julia the hospital administrator (I was told it was her when I asked) never got transferred to her, instead the wrong end of the floor my mother is staying on and more transfers. I’ve asked to receive updates regarding the status of my mother, I’m still waiting and it has now been 4 hours and counting with a “I will talk to my charge nurse and call you back right away” whoever runs this facility (Apparently, Tim Tracey) should be removed since this seems to be a trend based on multiple reviews, and the “care team” has not seemed to fix the problems. What a gross level of disrespect to patients and patient families entrusting you with their family members. Considering the reviews available online, it’s no surprise. Most complaints from the employees include a disconnect from upper management to staff, low pay, disconnect between departments, one blaming the other for incompetence, while reviews from family members include communication problems, long waits for updates, disrespectful employees and mediocre care. Someone can receive better treatment at a walk-in minute clinic than this “trauma hospital” - If you have the option to receive medical care anywhere else, do it. Avoid this nightmare facility.

The staff are a mixed bag when it comes to professionalism. Some are great they earned their daisies. Others could care less. We went in the ER Tuesday night and despite there being hardly anyone in the ER we were sent to Siberia to wait after being triaged.. All the whole my husband is puking and in pain. We finally get admitted and the MRI is down. They run a battery of tests and a hospitality, nephro, GI, and surgeon are assigned. But could any of them be bothered to coordinate? No! Does anyone bother to notify me of changes? No. I was told to "check the patient portal" whenever I asked about lab results. How about the docs check it and then maybe they can get a clue! I don't know how many procedures they half started and then never got back to until the next day. Also don't expect anything g to happen as far as procedures or doctor visits on Sundays. Nice way to rack up the hospital bill. Probably going to have to file for bankruptcy just to pay for these people's incompetence.

Worst hospital I have ever had to deal with. The nurses do not keep family member apprised of what is going on with their family members. My sister broke her femur. She spent 1.5 hours crying and screaming in the emergency room before a doctor was available to order pain mediations. There was a bad traffic accident they were dealing with but did not have enough doctors available to deal with the other patients in the emergency room. Hospital rules do not allow family members to see patients until 3:00 pm. They would not let me be with my sister before and after her surgery. When the doctor did not call me after the surgery was done, I had the hospital put me through to someone in the recovery room. The PA told me he did have the details of the surgery and the doctor had left the area. He also told me "the time I am spending talking to you is time I can't spend with your sister." When I hung up the phone, I turned around the 2 security guards were sent be administration to escort me from the hospital. 72 year-old ladies asking questions must be some kind of security risk. I have call admin. and the patient coordination requesting information about why I was escorted out. Of course, no return call. I have now contacted a man with HonorHealth who was supposed to contact the hospital re why I was asked to leave --- guess what -- no return call. I will continuing working my way up the HonorHealth food chain in an attempt to get answers. My advise - go to St. Josephs' Hospital. Bad patient relations and no follow through at John C. Lincoln.

I had the worst experience with this hospital. My loved one was supposed to stay and receive medical treatment for life threatening issues, but instead, they were falsely discharged. The doctors and staff neglected their needs and were extremely rude and lacking empathy. It was clear that they were more concerned with meeting quotas than providing quality care. This hospital's disregard for their patients' well being is unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their standards of care and show more compassion towards their patients and their families.

We waited in the ER for 8 hours to be seen for a cardiac issue. Was finally put in a room doc came within 10 minutes to say "I'm not worried about his health. He's ok". :>( We have since gone to another hospital. And yes they changed his medication. He is doing better. THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN! Front desk wasn't that great, either.

Really bad experience at this hospital. Our first and last time. Nurses don’t have any professionalism. I hope someone can talk to the nurses so that they have compassion, ethics, empathy, humility and that they are human. When you work in a hospital you need all these virtues no matter if it is the one who cleans the kitchen or nurses. They have to know that we all go through something and they are there to help, not to make the situation worse. I think they need to refresh that orientation from when they were hired where they talk about equality and ethics and why they are there wanting to work.

The staff at the hospital were extremely helpful and pleasant. My admission counselor had a smile and made me feel at ease. She even took me to the waiting room. Roni inserted my IV painlessly and I appreciated the area it was inserted so it didn’t hurt when I bent my elbow. However, the wrong operation was scheduled and I almost didn’t catch it. My doctor spent an hour reassuring me and another date was rescheduled due to time difference. Mistakes happen. Since it was a positive experience I didn’t feel frustrated or angry. I was grateful the wrong operation never took place.

Had a procedure done. 13 people were involved inn my care at one point or another. The staff at John Lincoln Dunlap hospital was outstanding.. I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. Considering all the pressure that hospitals and staff have been under the last couple of years, the staff was amazingly caring. It is obviously an older facility. But it was very clean and tidy I have to give them A++ and 5 stars for my experience and would have no qualms about returning if the need arose.

I don't understand stand how this hospital is still receiving patients. They don't care about the families. They are so busy involved in the selfish needs. They lie to keep from dealing with a family member.. It's bad enough that everyone is dealing with covid-19. So the person that is sick is now taken away from the people that do love them. Sickness it self is extremely horrible. Now the people that have to count on. Are not so understanding. They have do the job. Then they completely dismiss the families that are concerned about their loved ones. They never returned the call that they agreed to. So the families just keep calling back. Then staff audacity to get upset with the caller who's already been waiting for 7 hours for a up date of there loved ones. I think all of the staff and Nursing departments needs a in service Of how to be more understanding and sympathetic.

We had the worst treatment at this facility. My loved one was brought in to ER and then ICU. we were living our worst nightmare and just when it could get worse, the House supervisor of the hospital interrupted my family and told us that our love one “was brain dead and that if we didn’t know what that meant to google it.” As she walked away to a rapid. Very insensitive, imprudent and unprofessional. I also work in a #1 trauma hospital and we know that whatever we say, do, treat will mark the family on their worst day. We take care of our families in finding comfort in any situation. I would never come or recommend this place. This has marked us forever. These people should not be leading or representing their hospital.

Overall I had a decent experience here. You lost a couple points for the following. 1. You put me in a room with the stinkiest man on the planet. He had a yeast infection from poor hygiene, and I was supposed to share a bathroom with him. 2. Your social workers are a joke. Why bother dropping a form off to my room to never come back for it? She should have stayed while I filled it out. She waste my time, her time, and the hospital's time not being very good at her job.

On 1/31/22 I went in to the ER (I know I’m super late to posting a review but I had health issues and I’m better now) so I went in not only did they take almost 13hrs to call me back BUT the front desk receptionist made me so mad. She had shoulder length curly hair with glasses (I took a picture of her) it was around 6am. So another patient proceeded to come out the ER she asked the receptionist for a cup of water the receptionist told her “we don’t have cups of water there’s a water fountain there” the patient clearly told her “I was just diagnosed with covid in the back” so then the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and whispered “you can go drink some no one knows” when the receptionist seen the I heard she then proceeded to close the glass window. I think this is very disgusting and gross. I do apologize for posting this so late like I mentioned I had health issues myself.

The worse nursing staff I have ever seen except one young lady. My boyfriend was taken in via ambulance due to seizures. He was on the 4th floor but we could never get any updates as to his care plan or what was going on. The day nurse on 8/7 had the best attitude, if they could clone her they would be awesome. He ask for 2 days for some benadryl and could never get it. The night nurse on 8/7 was a very rude and nasty person. Would never go to this facility if you want proper care and a staff that cares about the patients.

This is the best hospital EVER! The entire staff was absolutely marvelous. Dr. Merchant is a phenomenal doctor. None of them felt the need to shame my husband like other hospitals have done. They figured out what was causing my husband's issue within an hour or so. Very passionate about the work they are doing. I also have many friends that have nothing but great things to say about this hospital. Your staff is amazing. Even security was top class.

If you could rate this hospital a negative number I would. We waited in the ER for 4 hours with my partner’s health failing! When he complained about chest pain the tech couldn’t even do the EKG correctly. After getting into a room he was not hooked up to any monitors for an hour. Then they took over 2.5 hours for simple blood tests. After all that they ran a CT Scan and we are 90 minutes into that. They should have done this all at once. The ER looks dead. In here and there is no need for this. There is no urgency or care for the patients. Never doing this Again!

This is regarding my emergency room experience. Once we finally got a bed the nurses and doctors were lovely and wonderful! But, we got to the emergency room at 7:30pm and did not get a bed until 11:30pm. We watched as multiple people went back before us who came in after us, which of course if someone has an emergency and is bleeding out we understand but we are all there because we do not feel good and when asked how much longer it would be the nurse said she couldn’t say and it depends on who the nurses in the back want to call back. That was while she was taking my blood and she missed a few times and left my arm very bruised that will not probably go away for a few weeks. That was the worst of it like I said once we got inside the doctor was helpful and kind and so were the nurses. I know emergency rooms are stressful and always packed but it just always is horrible to be in these situations when you feel at your worst.

I had to get a CT scan at HONOR health and it was a really good experience. When I received the appointment I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Once I arrived I was relieved because the people there were nice, friendly and professional. The tech that actually performed the CT scan was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. She answers and addressed all my concerns and made me feel relaxed.

From the ED to the CDU I have to give them 5 stars. As an ED nurse, I have to say everyone was efficient, professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. Dr. Murphy even stayed after his shift to give me imaging results as he knew how worried I was. Everyone including nurses, techs and radiology in the ED were great. In the CDU everyone from nurses. aides, culinary and housekeeping were respectful and attentive. They all seemed to like working there. Even though my room only had a curtain and was a few feet away from the staff, they were quiet and considerate of patients trying to sleep- even on the night shift. I am pretty critical having worked in the ED for a number of years but I was surprised and very pleased with the care I received all around.

Yesterday my friend needed to go to the hospital.. This hospital is the closest in proximity to where she lives. So we arrived at the emergency room.. This felt like nothing short of a disaster.. My friend was very upset and may have been short in her answers. But the staff treated us like we were imposing on them requesting Medical care. The only exception to the attitude of the people in the emergency room would be the triage nurse. I wish I had got her name. She was a young blonde girl, and she was very caring and very sweet.. I realize at this hospital is a trauma center. However, it really felt like people weren't being seen. The waiting room just kept filling up with people. And it didn't seem like anyone was going back.. There was an elderly gentleman in there. Several times he tried to flag someone for a question and he was ignored. I personally went on his behalf three times to request someone come talk to him, I was ignored.. I did spot the triage nurse mentioned earlier, and she came directly over to find out what his needs were. That's what healthcare should be.. After about 3 and a 1/2 hours. We left the ER and went over to Scottsdale. Shea North, another honor health hospital. Where we were treated amazingly, And that would be where I would recommend you go.. Upon arriving, we were greeted with amazing smiles. And after about an hour and a 1/2, a room became available. The staff at the other hospital. Whet above and beyond, and had great bedside manner.. The staff at John C Lincoln Honor Health hospital leaves much to be desired. We also noticed that after we left the hospital. They put a very untrue account of our exit. I was standing right there. My friend never raised her voice and Yelled at them, although they probably deserve it..

Please finish remodeling the sixth floor to SINGLE ROOMS!!!! Please!!!! Patients need the appropriate setting and environment for healing. This includes peace & quiet and a comfortable place where one can be alone with minor distractions and noise. Please give the people food trays!!!! As a limb deficient person, it is really difficult to carry everything around. Please!!!

35 weeks pregnant. Picked up my mom from the nightshirt, figured I could be seen for decreased fetal movement. I came in knowing they aren’t equipped with ultrasounds and was prepared to only hear a fetal heartbeat, for peace of mind. DR MERCHANT was very condescending in the emergency department. Explained she could only do a fetal Doppler, which I knew, continued to tell me there’s nothing more she could do. Did the Doppler but continued to keep me and my discharge papers for almost an hour after the “exam”, telling me they can’t do much else. Came in said I need to go to another facility but still wouldn’t discharge me. I came in for reassurance of hearing my baby’s heartbeat. I did not appreciate her talking down on me in a moment of distress.

I came in after a car accident to get checked out because I had lots of pain everywhere. I was given ibuprofen which did not help my pain, no one followed up with me about my pain level. I was left in a room with recliners for over 2 hours without a single person checking on me. I was visible experiencing pain and sent to CT following CT I requested something more for pain. I was told maybe after my results are read by this point my doctor had gone home. The new doctor cancelled my hip xray gave me a prescription with no explanation other than car accident pain gets worse and should start to improve in about 5 days and they sent me on my way. I am in no way satisfied with the care I received. They never even replaced my ice pack

My significant other has been having severe abdominal pain recently and at 345am this morning it was to the point of taking her to the ER. The staff was excellent swift and supportive and it wasn't like it was quiet. They were busy for sure but recognized a critical person and got her in ASAP and things are progressing from there. I have used their services myself as have other friends and family and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for your great service. I cant believe the amount of negative whiny me first I'm special blah blah comments on here. You clearly dont know how a busy trauma center functions. Thank you John C Lincoln

I recently had a Watchman implant done at HonorHealth-John C Lincoln. I can't say enough about the care I got there. Everyone from admin to nurses to techs to my surgeon were wonderful and caring. This is not my first experience there and every visit has been made more comfortable by these wonderful people.

This was honestly the worst hospital experience I ever had. On September 21st I came to the emergency room with extreme mouth pain, a swollen face, vomiting, diarrhea, and an intense red rash around both of my eyes. I waited in the waiting room for 6 hours in excruciating pain. Once called back to a room I was told to change into a gown and give a urine sample in case they wanted to test my urine. After waiting over an hour for a nurse or doctor to come in the room I was greeted by Dr. Diana Hans. She complete disregarded any of my concerns she kept interrupting myself and my husband when we would attempt to explain to her what's going on. They did not draw my blood to test to see if my mouth infection had went into my system they did not give me IV antibiotics seeing that I could not keep down any antibiotics in pill form they did not even test the urine sample they did not even test the urine sample I supplied. She told me she was going to give me a zofran for the nausea and a Percocet for the pain and she also said that the redness around my eyes was from me vomiting that day when I tried to explain to her that the redness around my eyes began the day before when there was no vomiting she completely ignored me and disregarded anything I had to say. She left the room stating that they would be right in with the zofran and pain medicine well over 45 minutes later a nurse came in with the zofran and Percocet and also with my discharge papers. To be honest at this hospital I think they did not care about me or my concerns they did not provide me with adequate health Care and I will never be returning to this hospital. No one deserves to be treated this way. I left the hospital in tears after a completely disregard for my health my pain level or how I was feeling.

The last thing anyone wants to have to deal with is any type of medical procedure, even if it is routine. But the team here made it as easy and pleasant as possible, from intake through to discharge. Everyone I interacted with was professional, organized, kind, and confident. With all of the challenges the health care industry continues to face I was prepared to cut them a break, but instead was pleasantly surprised by my very positive experience.

If I could leave a 0 I would. They do not follow processes and procedures and stated reasoning that I had to treat my own child was due to Covid. Then our insurance wasn’t billed correctly due to errors made by the registration team. Trying to deal with their billing team is a joke. I was sent to collections multiple times after setting up the payment plan. Good luck and may you have better luck if you choose this facility.

I came to ER with extreme throat, nausea and headache. Currently pregnant got here in the AM at 9 never left the waiting room. Was on the verge of throwing up came 4PM and I was still in the ER waiting room waiting for results on if I had Covid or something else. Never got my results had to leave due to becoming sick. They were more worried on why I wasn’t staying for the results, verses a pregnant woman lack of food for more than 7 hours. Extremely disappointing and will avoid this hospital at all cost

Better off finding a different hospital for ever receiving help. They don’t care if your appendix is about to burst they will have you wait for 6 hours minimum to get seen Or get this, you’re better of not breathing as they also don’t care if you are having an asthma attack and don’t an inhaler they will have you wait until they feel like ending their silly conversations and start cleaning up rooms that have no patients to clear their er lobby

Great hospital. Very clean and organized. Outstanding nursing staff and doctors are great. Lately I have had doctor appts where they have been so rude that it was nice to feel like I mattered and I am respected. This hosp is outstanding! I'll be updating regarding some seriously bad treatment by a group of doctors.

I’m celiac and my two sons as well. Came to cafeteria. The two working possibility Asian and Romania or Russia not sure. Told us they only accommodate patients with food allergies. They did offer to make my son gf burger. The women did not change her gloves touch everything for my sons meal.I told her got mad. Looks like she didn’t understand me. Honor health train your employees on food allergies. If she did this with us most likely is doing it for the patients that have food allergies. That’s reason they are getting sick. Celiac is very real must take serious specially in a hospital. We didn’t eat anything. Only bout a fountain drink. My son goes for a refill and the lady yells at him. He cannot get refill. Please put a sign let customers know. The service and food preparation is terrible don’t eat here…

Recently admitted to JC Lincoln MC for acute kidney failure. I was in bad shape. Entered the ER and there after, once they checked my vitals was takened to my room on the 6th. floor. I was very apprehensive and to be honest quite scared. Didn't know what to expect. Within 24 hours, the staff of the 6th. floor, eased my apprehension with upmost care and reassured my hope. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. These professional and outstanding nurses were the spearhead of my recovery. So, at this moment, I would love to give a shout out to them. Rebecca A. Allie B. Tyler R. Brooke T. Lynn R. Charles W. Bao-Tram T. Faith C. Emily T. Manny Q.(aka, Dr. O) Heather M. who spent time la la gagging with me bout hiking etc. (I miss that). Also, got me up and we had a stroll together. Will always have a special place in my heart. Even Letty the house lady, who kept my room clean and the food servers. WOW, all of you are AWESOME. Thank you. There were many more that contributed to my recovery, like, Dr. Miernik, thank you and all the Specialist who were involved. Again, Thank you All...

Zero stars as zero care given. Worst hospital ever. Waiting room roughly 32°F. Initial visit was for car accident. Doctors left out almost everything explaining lab/CT/MRI test results and discharged being told, " Make sure you follow up with your primary" but neglected to say exactly why. Been waiting 3 weeks and they still have yet to send the MRI to my primary card doctor so she can do her own and order XRays, which hospital did not do. At this point, if anything is broken, it is healing wrong and will have to be re-broken. 2nd visit, as i was vomiting more than likely from concussion from accident, 5 hours there, not a single soul left waiting area and taken back. Everyone leaving looking for other hospitals to get assistance. Even as a last resort, I would never go here again!

They put everyone in a “holding area” and the doctor spoke freely to 1 patient and everyone listened in. Hipa Violation. The doctor should have asked the patient to step somewhere more private. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

I went here for the E.R. yesterday. I had influenza A and I had a lot of fever and phlegm I wanted to get my lungs checked out. Waited over 4 hours because wheezing from the flu is not urgent. I was discharged pretty quickly after that. The nurse that took care of me was the rudest nurse I encountered in my whole life. She was taking my blood pressure and I had a glass of water in my other hand while she was trying to put the odometer on my finger. I couldn’t move my arm with the blood pressure cuff because it was tight and stiff and taking my temperature. She kept saying how I wanted water thrown all over me and I guess I did not want to move my cup. How could I when she didn’t even offer to set my cup aside and my hands were tied up. She was inconsiderate and rude when I asked her questions. Very snappy. She’s an older lady with tattoos. The doctor was nice. My lungs turned out ok in the X Ray but today I have crackling noises when I breathe so I might have to go somewhere now. This was my first time here and last. I only came here because of my insurance and it was the closest hospital that took my Atnea insurance. I don’t know if that lady was racist but she just had an attitude from the moment she attended me for no reason. Maybe her personality is rude and sarcastic, but why be a nurse if you hate your job? I had a fever and felt miserable like really, show some compassion your not GOD.

We’ve been waiting for 7 hours in the lobby with my 82 year old uncle that has been having severe abdominal and chest pain. They’ve called dozens of other patients that got here after us,ridiculous! I should’ve checked the reviews before hand! Management definitely needs to make some changes.

I just spent 2 nights in observation. From the moment I walked into the ER, I was treated very well. Every nurse, technician, doctor and food service personnel were kind, compassionate and really listened to my needs. This is a stark contrast to how cold and unfriendly the staff at 27th ave are.

This Hospital is always focused on taking care of the patient in the best possible way. They are kind and sensitive to helping and listen to all requests.I felt very secure and well taken care of.The nurses are outstanding and Physical Therapy as well as Occupational Therapy take an aggressive role in helping you while in the hospital as well as help at home.. I was very impressed with everyone's active role in caring for me. I can't say enough about the excellent care at John C Lincoln Hospital.

It was superb I had a brain bleed stroke and they treated me like I was previous. I loved my Drs nurses and pt people. I'm almost back to normal and have a ways to go but recovering is great.

We walked in the door to visit a patient and were immediately greeted by two people that graciously offered to help guide us. Over the next several hours, every Med Tech, Nurse or Dr. we encountered were professionals with a heart. Every single one of them. After attending to the patient they would stop and tell us what would be happening next. All of them asked us if we had any questions before they left the room. Interpersonal communication at its finest. We were very impressed.

This place is a joke!! Unique the nurse is rough rude and has no compassion. She basically stormed out of the room after trying to draw blood from my son. Melissa was kind as well as the doctor. Wish we would have gone somewhere else.

Exceptional treatment from the moment I walked in the door!!! Front staffing, my wonderful assigned Nurse, the actual colonoscopy and the exiting from the Hospital, ALL WERE EXEMPLARY!!! Especially my treating Nurse (Laurel??) -- she was very professional, informative, and friendly!!!!

Was brought here after a traffic collision. Stayed in various floors/rooms/units during my 16 day long stay. Most every nurse, doctor, and staff member I dealt with was courteous, prompt, capable, and had a great bedside manner.

I had 9 level spinal revision surgery March 28, 2023. I can’t say enough about my entire care team! Everyone from my surgeon, the nurses, medical assistants, anesthesiologist, radiologist, everybody was just awesome. It’s not the biggest or most luxurious hospital but the people there and the quality of care, couldn’t ask for any better! You guys rock!

I have had 2 loved ones admitted here and both times they were treated like absolute gold. The staff is genuinely some of the kindest, most caring medical professionals I have ever spoken to. They were unbelievably kind and attentive and always treat people with dignity and respect. They go above and beyond and have even been there for me when I had a hard time navigating things on behalf of my father and my wife. It is a city hospital and it very well may be understaffed or stretched thin, but these doctors and nurses have always made that hard to believe with the amount of care they still find for each patient.

I was seen this morning for different symptoms. Dizziness, sinus infection headaches, sore throat and shortness of breath. None of these symptoms were addressed. I wasn't offered anything for my symptoms. I saw the doctor twice for about five minutes if that and I had to ask for antibiotics. The exam was sloppy and asked for ativan twice and never got it. What a wasted of my time.

The staff and nurses at Honor Health Deer Valley were all outstanding. The level of care, and concern for my well-being, was clearly evident. Also, anyone looking for a first-rate cardiologist should contact Dr. Gangadharan; his attentiveness to you as a patient, and “bedside manner”, are exceptional.

My husband is in the ICU. The care he is receiving is exemplary. The staff is caring, loving and professional. Even staff who are not involved with him have been amazing with the family . We as a family couldn’t ask for more . So very grateful to any hospital staff I have dealt with. Even in the cafeteria.

My mother came to this hospital on an ambulance after suffering a fall and a series of seizures at home. I followed behind to try and be at the hospital when she got there, but it took security & the night nurses nearly 2 hours to "locate" her and let me in to see her. I will say that the nurses in the ICU, which is where she got checked in to, are wonderful and attentive and so kind to my mother. They are patient and understanding, and she's been walked through a timeline of what happened to her and what needs to be done in the future. But whoever checked my mom in the night she came in (March 18th) lost all of her clothes and also the shoes she was wearing! Even her ICU nurse is confused and doesn't know why that would happen! I've checked security, called patient relations, and NO ONE knows what happened to her belongings. I was told to talk with patient relations but they won't pick up the phone. Her medical team is amazing, but the fact that her belongings were totally lost is completely unacceptable! What if she had brought her purse? were they just gonna throw that away too?

I was very pleased with my office visit. The front office staff is always trying to please patients needs and requests. They are also sympathetic and empathetic, but always very professional. The waiting area is spacious and clean. You don't feel crushed/cramped in this airy office. My physician - Patrick Knowles, is always great. He is willing to work with my requests for referrals and allowing me to have input for my treatment. He is very charismatic. He takes the time to listen to me and gives me options to work with, for my treatment. The supporting physicians and PAs are also accomodating to patients needs. If there is someone who needs a PCP, and HonorHealth has an opening for new patients, I, certainly would refer them to this office.

The check-in staff was very nice and very efficient in getting me checked in. They made accommodations to my hearing loss and made sure that I understood everything that they were saying. The only complaint that I had was that the technician that took me into the room was not very proficient with a wheelchair. Perhaps there should be some training done with the technicians to help them figure out how to navigate a wheelchair in the enclosed small area. My husband had to come in and place the wheelchair where I could get out and onto the table. On the plus side the bed was low enough that I could get on to it without much difficulty!

The check in staff were very polite and professional it was not an office that made you nervous before you got started. They made you feel comfortable and not scared about what was going on. You go through a lot of test at different times. I think when you get older you tend to tense up and think this time they might find something. He was so nice and had a very soothing voice it made you feel at ease right away. Best place and I’d recommend them to anyone. I was in and out in no time at all. Maybe I was there on the right day. But it was a good day. If I have other test it would be right there. They treated you like you were someone special not just another person getting a test.👍👍
