Yesterday
my
friend
needed
to
go
to
the
hospital..
This
hospital
is
the
closest
in
proximity
to
where
she
lives.
So
we
arrived
at
the
emergency
room..
This
felt
like
nothing
short
of
a
disaster..
My
friend
was
very
upset
and
may
have
been
short
in
her
answers.
But
the
staff
treated
us
like
we
were
imposing
on
them
requesting
Medical
care.
The
only
exception
to
the
attitude
of
the
people
in
the
emergency
room
would
be
the
triage
nurse.
I
wish
I
had
got
her
name.
She
was
a
young
blonde
girl,
and
she
was
very
caring
and
very
sweet..
I
realize
at
this
hospital
is
a
trauma
center.
However,
it
really
felt
like
people
weren't
being
seen.
The
waiting
room
just
kept
filling
up
with
people.
And
it
didn't
seem
like
anyone
was
going
back..
There
was
an
elderly
gentleman
in
there.
Several
times
he
tried
to
flag
someone
for
a
question
and
he
was
ignored.
I
personally
went
on
his
behalf
three
times
to
request
someone
come
talk
to
him,
I
was
ignored..
I
did
spot
the
triage
nurse
mentioned
earlier,
and
she
came
directly
over
to
find
out
what
his
needs
were.
That's
what
healthcare
should
be..
After
about
3
and
a
1/2
hours.
We
left
the
ER
and
went
over
to
Scottsdale.
Shea
North,
another
honor
health
hospital.
Where
we
were
treated
amazingly,
And
that
would
be
where
I
would
recommend
you
go..
Upon
arriving,
we
were
greeted
with
amazing
smiles.
And
after
about
an
hour
and
a
1/2,
a
room
became
available.
The
staff
at
the
other
hospital.
Whet
above
and
beyond,
and
had
great
bedside
manner..
The
staff
at
John
C
Lincoln
Honor
Health
hospital
leaves
much
to
be
desired.
We
also
noticed
that
after
we
left
the
hospital.
They
put
a
very
untrue
account
of
our
exit.
I
was
standing
right
there.
My
friend
never
raised
her
voice
and
Yelled
at
them,
although
they
probably
deserve
it..
