The emergency room Doctors here are not in network. I used my Blue Cross Blue shield. This is a major insurance carrier. This was not accepted. If I would have known this I would not have used their services. I am really concerned about this. I called the TEC Emergency Physicians of Arizona and they explained to me most of their doctors are not in network. I did not know this. Any future ER visits will be utilized somewhere else. The one thing I will give the staff that they were very friendly and professional.

If I could give this location ZERO STARS I would. Took my husband in because we were concerned about his 100.5 fevers. And when the NIGHT TRIAGE NURSE CRYSTAL was asking my husband for his symptoms she said the following "and you felt this was an emergency because???" My husband responded with "I'm sorry?" And she said "why did you think this was an emergency?" He told her it was sudden and he was feeling just fine all day prior to spiking a fever. She replied "mmmk." And he asked her "would you prefer I leave? If you don't want me here I can leave" and she said very sarcastically "nooo of course not." She did not share the results of my husband's vitals. I was LIVID when my husband said this I went up to the front desk to file a complaint but they did nothing about it just handed me a piece a paper with a phone number to call. I go to ask them for the nurses name which apparently they did not know her name ? EXTREMELY CONCERNING! So I went opened the triage door said "what's your name" she said CRYSTAL , Is there anything I can help you with ?" I said " No" closed her door turned back to the front desk told them it was RIDICULOUS the way my husband was treated and that we were leaving. She does not care about the patients she belittles patients. We've had another encounter with her 5 years ago where she dismissed my symptoms said we could not use the word "lethargic" because we weren't medical professionals. Crystal needs to be fired! My husband did not deserve to be spoken to like that! I will also be posting about this experience on other platforms so this doesn't happen to another patient again!

Rude. Kept skipping us because my kids not being able to breath and having a hard time catching breath wasn’t important for them making them wait over 4 hours and still putting others that arrived after us before my kids. Don’t go here my kids were struggling to breathe and we thought taking them to our closet er would help especially them being so young and in distress but apparently my skin color wasn’t right for them.

This is an amazing place with amazing health care providers! I had an emergency last night with very high and climbing, unstable blood pressure. This was my third event in a month. They almost immediately and calmly brought me in and began care and monitoring. I was able to leave 4 hours later with normal, stable blood pressure, a different prescription, a plan of action and lots of information. I have full trust and confidence in this emergency room and the healthcare professionals there. They've made up for the absolute lack of care from my primary and good sam er. I feel blessed that they are near my home too. I recommend them to everyone :)

I’ve been to this place both times with life threatening underline issue. I have ulcers on the back of my leg. I was told they could only help me if I was going to die immediately. Well the ulcers turned out to be from a failing vascular system. My legs are swollen and toes are blue. I can’t extend leg all the way straight. I need a good lawyer. The first time I was suffering from Adrenal gland failure. They said there was nothing wrong and they couldn’t give me pain meds. I didn’t ask for pain meds.

Absolutely SO unprofessional. Knowing my pregnant girlfriend had to go to a different hospital where she's delivering the baby. They still made us get a room here so these people can line their pockets. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I had a great experience here. The front desk lady was super polite and had great customer service. The nurse that checked me in took me so serious and validated my concerns. The doctors also answered all my questions and doubts. I would definitely recommend people to come here they have a great staff.

ZERO RATING BY THE WAY! When you come here don’t expect to have a room. You will sit in the hallway and wait for a PA and not a MD or a room. I don’t understand how that is even remotely possible. I can’t for the life of me understand how they are still open to see patients. Sitting in the hallway being seen in said hallway. Minor child had to lift her shirt up sitting next to two grown men and be seen. One of the men is a patient and as they are being discharged the nurse says “Thanks for the entertainment and wow he’s off those Percocet” this place is thee GHETTOEST!!!!!

Just went in with my granddaughter and the lady up in the front desk asked me for her information then asked if I was the mother I said no I’m the grandmother but she’s under my care and under my inc plan then she started asking more questions like if I had any documentation saying I had custody of her and so on and so on I said no but she kept on and on I told her she was on my heath plan and we live in the same house hold still not good enough for her the lady cared more about me having custody of my granddaughter than asking why I was bringing her in that’s just wrong.I.My point is that my grand baby could of been bleeding out and she could care less!I had her inc card and my ID for God sake why did she have to treat us like that?Even as we were walking out ppl were saying that she was just wrong.

The 5 stars I am giving is in particular for Omar that works in the emergency room. He was amazing with my son. I just left the ER and no one there had as much empathy as Omar did. First time my son was getting an IV and Omar turned a scary experience for my son into an awesome one. Will forever be grateful for all he did for my son. Thank you Omar!! Many thanks and many blessings to you! Hopefully others at Dignity ER in laveen take a page out of your book and learn from you. Empathy goes a long way! Thank you!

My last week experience was really good! Yes they were busy, but staff was great! I had a very high blood pressure and came to make sure I will be safe until my regular doctor appointment. Lady at the Check-in - Tammy - was very nice and pleasant - she explained everything and was very polite. Reading some of the reviews I was afraid of the worst treatment. Then I met two nurses - very polite, nice, and patient with everyone, not just me! And they had a lot on their plate. One nurse stood out, his name is Omar - extra patient, careful and spent his time explaining everything to me. Doctor also didn't rush and took his time to explain everything. I got great stuff there and revived the help I needed.

Front desk has major attitude extremely rude for no reason. We come to the ER as a last resort due to already not feeling well and have someone who isn’t a doctor treat us poorly. As an employee the front desk/check in is the first impression. Be better do better.

They told me it's not a trauma center. But it's a emergency room. What the eefff is the difference. Plus they do not have a MRI machine. I give it a shifty thumbs down

Took my mother there and they were extremely helpful and nice. It was late and she stayed most of the night and the staff was professional, kind and all around amazing.

This has to be the worst ER experience. My personal experience a few months back was horrible. But I chalked it up to it being super busy. My husband was having serious pain in his knee it was approximately 430 am there was nobody else in the lobby so I figured we'd be pretty quick. He was triaged quick. Soon he was taken back for X-rays... put in a room. It was about 550p he was excruciating pain. We asked the nurse if he could get something for the pain..he said he'd have to wait for the Dr. It was about 630am when a Dr seemingly just showed up for work.. stuck his head in the room and said it's going to be awhile he has a couple of trauma patients and just left. I asked if he was the only Dr he said yup. The nurse came back and we were basically ready to go..we were going to another ER. He proceeded to argue the fact that it's going to be a longer wait because it's just his knee. We told him that we weren't offered anything for pain and he nonchalantly said oh we can get you some pain meds .I told him we asked hours ago.. also my husband pushed the Help button and no one came. I had to ask what the status was ...so after arguing with this nurse. We left ended up at Banner Good Sam arrived around 730 am was out of there before 10 am. So unless you're dying . Don't go there.

Lady at front was very rude when I asked a question. This place is horrible everywhere you go with this company. Hello human kindness doesn't exist at Dignity Health.

I tripped and fell in my kitchen and got hurt pretty badly. I'm not one for going to the doctor. I always tough it out but I'm right handed and I sprained my right wrist. The wait time was a bit long but I'm sure they had their priorities in the right order. Their staff was friendly and understanding and they took care of what I came for without overdoing anything. They didn't try to prescribe me any opioids and they gave me the perfect brace for my wrist. I could not have done any better or even gotten close on my own trying to treat myself. I went in slowly using a cane to get around. Now I'm walking again and I think I can go back to work tomorrow. I thought I would be out for 2 weeks, not 2 days. Thank you Dignity Health. I really appreciate everything you did for me. That was actually the best hospital experience I've ever had.

I was really concerned about coming to this location due to all the low ratings but I decided to test my luck and was thoroughly impressed with the treatment I received. They were calling guest back at least every 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly, even though they were clearly being overworked. And I received answers and treatment for something I wasn’t getting answers or treatment for elsewhere. Definitely feel comfortable coming back and am thankful for the staff that assisted me.

My wife was transported by paramedics to AZ General Hospital Mesa because we live close by. It was our first experience with the hospital. Our experience was top notch. The ER staff and the physicians were quick to care for and evaluate her. She was admitted overnight and she was visited by just about every department, every one of which was kind, clear in their communication and explaining their respective roles. The nursing care was as good as any hospital we’ve used. Even the cafeteria lunches were unexpectedly tasty and reasonably priced. And just really nice people throughout. I have to give this hospital the highest rating.

If I could put zero I would no compassion at all for the people waiting in the er . Rude front big white lady that worked at 8 am this morning needs to revaluate if she even wants her job . Almost 2 hours waiting is bs with only 2 people waiting .

We were involved in a car accident, and came here to get checked out around midnight. All the staff was so great to us and so helpful, from admit to discharge. We are so thankful to have interacted with this group of people after such a scary and exhausting night. Thank you!

This is their worst location by far, I went in here at about 9pm, the lady at the desk was very nice, but it was the lady doing triage, she was so rude. I felt like I was being talked at rather than talked to, it happened until I began to cry. That’s when she lost her attitude. Very disappointed. Especially when I’ve had very good experiences at other locations. This one happens to be the closest to my home, I will never go here again after that, the 51st and olive location is much better with nicer and more friendly staff. I would much rather travel farther if it means I’m gonna be treated with kindness.

I have to say, Dignity is not my first choice because I have a loyalty to Abrazo cause of my previous insurance. But I needed to go to Dignity ER in Goodyear for chest pain. Turned out it was my gallbladder and I needed surgery. I was immediately transferred to this Laveen location and they took amazing care of me. Two travel nurses Crystal and Mariah were my main nurses and they were so nice and personable. They made the terrible experience of having surgery much more tolerable. Everyone we encountered from them, to the OR staff was just so kind.

Terrible waiting time! Please save yourself the time and effort and make sure to find another hospital. We literally had waited about 3 hours until we couldn't wait much longer and decided this to leave bcuz no rooms became available. If you're deciding to bring your kids here please Don't waste your time. Take them to Phoenix Children's Hospital.
