Awesome Doctors, terrible staff starting with the check in lady Rosario. She's always so rude and trying to make a nice voice. It's always a headache trying to schedule a appointment with valley wise. And when they finally give an appointment they make you wait log periods of time. My appointment was at 2:20pm and it's 3:32pm and still haven't seen a provider

Worst clinic to go to. They charge you for services that were never received. They probably also charge your insurance as well for services that were never received. This is a FRAUD doctor's office. They should be put out of business. The doctor I saw that falsified information is Lisa M. Workman. Please see any other doctor but these people. Also, when you call and ask what they are charging you additionally for they can't even give you a straight forward answer. They start throwing out numbers to make you feel like you are paying less than what is supposed to be "charged". All I did was get weighed, my temperature checked and my blood pressure checked and that was a $500+ visit.

I would never let a loved one be treated here. The first few times I saw the gyno, they prescribed me meds and gave me no information on my condition(they literally just left a voicemail). I tried to reach the doctor and was told I couldn't be seen. I pushed until they let me speak with a nurse. They all treated me like an inconvenience while I was already scared of my diagnosis. I was very respectful and assumed the nurses were stressed and thought I'd give the doctor a second chance. She prescribed me birth control. I had severe side affects and needed a different kind. The nurses told me i'd have to wait for an appointment. I had my period for almost two months straight before I was seen. At my appointment I mentioned uterine pain and was scheduled for an ultrasound. I went to the ultrasound and they scheduled a follow up with the gyno. I waited for about 30 minutes just for the doctor to tell me she didn't remember me and didn't know why I was there. I was so defeated I just gave up and have been looking for a new doctor instead. All of this happened to me advocating for myself as an 18 year old. I would hope they treat other patients with respect. I had no support and many young women in my position wouldn't have known what to do. I have never felt so violated and disregarded. Do not go to them.

I have been a patient for few years. This pass few months have been bad. Waiting is awful pass 45 min. I had to walk out twice due to them not seeing me on time. I understand 15 30 min but pass 45min waiting.

This place just causes headaches. Front desk staff must not be trained correctly. When I called to schedule an appointment I asked if they’d be able to renew my prescription ( I told them the name of it) since I had just moved to AZ and they said yes and we scheduled. When I arrived I checked in and asked if I had a copay and they said no. Which was weird because I’ve always had copays. So I get into the room and the assistant asks me questions and let’s me know they can’t renew that prescription at that location so she sets up an appointment at a location that can. Then I get a bill for 94$, I call and I’m told that because I sat in the room and took up their time that’s the cost. Even though they did nothing, and even though the dr that ran blood test, filled my prescription ext at the other location only cost me my 30$ copay. Staff on the phone was very rude, clearly didn’t care about the situation. 0 stars

This is a brand new facility just built for the practice. My PCP, Dr. Bhargavi D. Joshi, D.O., is located in this building. The goal of the new facility was to provide full service medical care including physicians visits, lab work, x-rays, physical therapy, ultrasound, pharmacy, nursing staff, vaccines, and much more. I am actually very impressed that I can once again go to my doctor and have my care centralized in one location. For years a visit to my PCP was merely a prelude to a referral to some other physician and facility. Since I've been with Dr Joshi, my care is handled and managed by my doctor. All my records, tests, procedures, etc. are all under her control. No more miscommunication or lost records. It is very refreshing to find such thorough care in one place. I applaud the Valleywise Community Health board of directors for making such a bold and complete decision as this facility represents. Excellent work and service.

Where do I start, from the complete disorganization, disregard to detail, finicky online portals, incompetent staff, Valleywise has gained a pretty negative reputation with me. Some examples: Dr wrote a scrip with 3 refills, the RN sent the script in with no refills. Tried to contact the office to rectify the situation multiple times, never got a call back from the RN. Ended up going to urgent care to get the proper dosing. They allow you to confirm your appointment online, then when you show up for your appointment they say you never confirmed so the appointment is no longer available and you’re also hit with a “no-show” fee. Get ready for multiple trips for labs, the phlebotomist will inevitably screw up, or they’ll completely forget to order a test that was needed. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else, you’re just another insurance check for this corporation.

I've been coming here since before they moved here from hatcher and 9th Ave. My doctor, Dr. Wendellschaffer is great. And every other doctor I've seen when she is busy has been great. The staff is always super friendly and checking in is a breeze. The whole facility is very clean and they have many spaces designated for entertaining children . Their waiting areas have tvs but you aren't ever waiting long enough to watch a whole show. Highly recommend this location.

The admitting staff are very rude. It is true Rosario talks to you like you are mentally challenged and is disrespectful in a nice and nasty way. Someone in scheduling cancelled my doctors appointment and accused me of cancelling. The medical staff is okay and the wait time to see a physician is very long. Do not recommend if you are looking for a facility that actually cares about their patients.

They had blood work done on my daughter and told me she needs to see a GI doctor asap. The referral they gave me was really far, so I called back to see if I could get a referral to somewhere closer. This was in September and I left multiple messages and just got a call back a few days ago and that's only because I went to their office. Also, my daughter is sick right now and needs to see the doctor and they said the earliest they can see her is April. She's probably not gonna be sick anymore in April and I need a doctor's note for her school now. I shouldn't have to take my child to an urgent care when she has a doctor. This was availability for all the doctors there, too. They should make room for patients to be seen same-day if needed. They probably have too many patients. My doctor was the best when she was at her location on Hatcher, but now that she's moved she never has availability when needed.

Extremely LONG wait times. The majority of my almost 2 hour appointment was spent in waiting! When I was finally seen by DR. BACHARI, Which was only for about 20 minutes, she stopped in the middle of her talking to mention the doctors and nurses actively (and likely rightfully) gossiping about her on the other side of the room. Completely unprofessional!! That shouldn’t be something she is focusing on especially with a patient in the room! After hearing what her coworkers said, her demeanor completely changed and she seemed out of it. Stormed out of the room as well. I can’t believe I waited so long for an appointment just for my doctor to be more interested in gossiping.

I love the convenience, cleanliness, and friendliness here! With a pharmacy and imaging department, and a lab, most things are able to be done in house, which makes my life so much easier! Dr Elnicky is my PCP and I couldn't be happier, she listens and asks questions to see the patient as a whole unit, not just as a few symptoms. I am very happy to have found her!

I love my Doctor and the care I receive at the ValleyWise North Clinic on Northern. Staff are friendly and professional, medications and refills are made available timely in the pharmacy and lab work is performed on site and reviewed promptly by the providers. My only complaint is ValleyWise does not accept more health insurances.

Been going here since 2014 this location is their new place but I have been them since 2014. That should explain it all for you

Use the pharmacy at this clinic. The pharmacist and assistants are always good to fill my prescriptions and let me know if there is anything you need to know. Good people ☺️

Efficient, affordable, clean and friendly. I have been taking my elderly mother to the clinic and buying her medication at the pharmacy here. Pharmacist Lisa always greets me by name and already knows who the patient is. This type of personable approach is so rare now days. Very grateful for this place and highly recommend it.

Just went in for my first appointment, and Dr. Elnicky was amazing. She's easy to talk to and seems to really care. So happy I made an appointment! Thank you so much.

The lab tech Lala was excellent..other than that.what a very disappointing visit..I encountered one of the most rude & unprofessional patient techs ever and I accepted her behavior because I just wanted to move past it so I could see the doctor with out making a big deal of things. I could have complained but I didn't mainly because I workn in the ER I know people can have bad days, and the location is not in the best area..however..I receive my notes from the visit and I was depicted as an angry black woman..unbelievable..so she schedules me an appointment without even asking me about a date or time maybe she also assumed I was unemployed so I guess you can't question this type of behavior these days unless it's a you problem..that's just one of many things that occurred during our encounter..I hate to pull the race card..but discrimination and microaggression is a real thing..I hope the facility does contact me so my medical file or my complaints can be validated in some form..

Quick fast service, doctor's and nurses care and are good,takes all types of insurance,and are good with children here.

My kid needed immediate follow up care after an er visit. Our home location was fully booked, no avaliable appts for emergencies. We got an appt at this location for 6 days away. As if waiting 6 days after an emergency isn't enough, I was referred to a different location (this one), and the pediatrician wouldn't even touch my kid. She referred us back to the full office we came from . Thanks for the unreliability & run around town. Pediatrician was in a bad mood too. Was a wonderful reminder why we love our peoria location. Even if they are always booked.

I got better treatment here then I did with Kaiser, Cigna, or Banner. They did my MRI and properly diagnosed my back and sciatica.

I just completed scheduling appointments for my husband and I. We are both new patients and need a get-to-know-you appointment. The scheduler was very pleasant and mindful of sensitive questions. I'm looking forward to our appointments in this beautiful facility.

The check in process is pointless. The person to the right ignores you and hopes someone else calls on you. I literally asked him if he was working. He was so overly bothered. They ask the obvious and waist your time. I wish they had the walk up check in pads instead.

Their customer service is sad!! I’m not even a customer but refuse to be because of the trash answering their phones!!

pretty unprofessional. i was a obgyn patient there for my pregnancy check ups and never had a problem with them up until now. i have recently moved to california so i had asked valleywise for my medical records but was informed that they would fax my records to my new obgyn... it has now been 3 months with no response from valley wise about my medical records and i have contacted them 4 times already asking why my new ob hasn’t received anything and all i was told was to give them a new fax number..they used it but still no response..then they told me to tell my new ob to email them...she did and still no response... not to mention i’ve even tried contacting my old obgyn on mychart, not only for the records, but for prescription questions for months and STILL no response. i’m already close to my due date and my new ob knows nothing about what i’ve done for my past check ups because of this reason. sad i had to write a review about it...

Love the new facility ,not crazy about the entrance and exit. It would be a little better if you there were a rear exit to 19th Avenue

Organized, kind and courteous med staff. This was my initial visit at this office. Was very impressed.

My physician is wonderful, but its the Pharmacist that I'll never leave. She is wonderful
