The staff is great. Very friendly and responsive. I was disappointed when I discovered that Dr.Evans does not work there (he only directs, from what I was told). They have only nurse practitioners. I really need a physician so I will need to find one elsewhere. The nurse practitioner was nice but she prescribed an incorrect supply of the Medicine I have been taking for years. I had told her during my visit that I take 3 tablets in a day (I was with a Cigna doctor who had initially prescribed it but he has retired, and my insurance has changed since, so I have to find another doctor). I had even taken my bottles with me to show the NP what I was taking and the quantity of each Medicine. So I assumed that she prescribed the same. I was shocked when I realized how little medicine was left in one of the bottles (the other one was correct). I contacted the pharmacy and they said the prescription says only one tablet per day. I will be in trouble if I took only one per day. I feel upset that such a mistake was made by the NP. I called their office and the front desk said they would contact the NP. I hope the problem will get fixed. I desperately need my Medicine. Next day I called to see if they had sent the prescription to the Pharmacy and they said yes, but the Pharmacy is refusing to give me the medicine. What am I supposed to do? I cannot be without this medicine. All this because the NP did not read the label on the bottle and blindly prescribed an incorrect dose. Extremely careless. I will need to go to the pharmacy and I argue with them and beg for the Medicine, but I don’t know if they will agree. Such a waste of my time! I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Careless NP and no doctor on site.

Awful, incompetent staff! I gave them my insurance information yesterday. They said I couldn't make an appointment without giving it to them. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. They hadn't even called my insurance until I arrived. At 11:30, 30 minutes past my scheduled time, they were still on the phone with my insurance. They told me they had to change my primary care physician to the PA there. I was on my lunch break so I had to leave as they were still on hold. What a waste of my time because they can't do their job!!!! They better not dare charge my insurance, because if they do.. My next complaint will be with the medical board.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE!!!! I've had the worst experience with them. I don't even understand how they are still in business. I've had to call multiple times in regards to prescription refills and they still will not have it done. I was then told that they will call me within a week in regards to a referral, but that also never happened. I decided to go see them again about six months later for a prescription refill and was told again that they would call me within a week about my referral. Not to my surprise, they failed again. I called them back to express my frustration and let them know not to bother going forward with my referral and that I would find a specialist myself, all the receptionist said was "okay... Okay bye." I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save yourself the stress and find a better clinic to go to!!!!

Excellent staff, short wait times, FNP Lilian Laimo was fantastic addressing my medical needs, able to get fast results with blood and urine tests, as well as make referrals for more in depth testing if needed. Lilian was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me in layman's terms and answered all my questions. Much appreciation as well to another one of their staffers, Robert, who helped me tremendously with my FMLA claim. I highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I have been present at this office about 5-6 times. They have always been courteous. Their expectation of the patient as well as the patients expectations are made clear. I've never had a bad moment. I have seen 3 providers and they were straight forward and kind. The staff that checks me in always smiles and asks how I'm doing. I'm not sure why others are having an issue but as an RN, I will say that calm thoughtful communication works both ways in order to accomplish what is needed. - Kristina M. RN, BSN, CM

I went to this clinic to see about making them my primary care/ the front desk was nice. when I was ask to be seen in the back a gentleman asked me the reason I came in today and as I was trying to explain he straight cut me off so I wasn't able to give much of the reason and told me the doctor will be in ? that was very rude. I don't know the doctors name but I know she was African American and she had braids. I don't know If she was working on her day off but her attitude and her whole welcoming as a new patient SUCKED!!!! there was not a single smile on her face she talked to me as if she could care less what my issues were like all I can think of was I need to go somewhere else because she is wasting my time as I know I am wasting hers, I was given a referral to see a cardiologist. I was advised I would FORSURE get a call at the end of the day when they sent there referral but it is now a week n a half later n I am barely getting a call from the cardiologist advising they just got the referral from the clinic????? I went to Tri-City Cardiology! and when I tell you they are on top of everything and makes sure you that you're a priority! I am happy to not deal with this lady anymore.

Lilian is really nice with her patients! I strongly recommend this clinic.

The provider is very personal and enjoys what she does. She cares about everyone at an individual level.

I have been going.to see Nickole Thompson for roughly a year now. She is the sweetest most enjoyable lady to interact with. I joked with her I wanted to make aptsjust to chart with her. She is one 9f the most compassionate ;health care prof. I've had.contact with. The only.bummer is the referral dept. They drop the bar more often thAn they catch it but thankfully they are improving leaps and bounds. Hopfully the found the issue and worked it out. I will never leave as long as nickole stays! Caring staff.

Do not come here for medical consultation/GP appointments. There is no doctor who will see you. The PA is not thorough, and the lab items I asked for were not ordered, meaning I had to go back again during weird, limited hours, and then, when my visit was specifically to allow me to refill meds, they asked me back again (!) for yet another test that should have been indicated at the first visit. I wasn't going to post this, but I asked for a call back from the PA to explain these things and discuss the additional testing, and I have yet to receive a call back (3 days later). Very unprofessional, incomplete, and poor medical services. Go elsewhere for your health needs if your health is important to you.

I was there with my sister, for an emergency walk in, she had ear pain when we were in Phoenix. The NP and staff were quick to see that she was examined and treated promptly. I would gladly recommend this location for anyone in the area.

I brought my grand daughter in and the staff was very helpful. The NP Lilian corrected me when I called her Dr. She told me she was a family nurse practitioner and not an MD. She was very helpful and took the time to listen and address the concerns I had. I strongly recommend this office.

No issue with the doctor. However I requested a refill on a specific med and it was omitted on my prescription. No worries, called the office back and I left a message on 4/29/16 at 4:52 pm. It is now 5/5/16 and I never received a call back. Voicemail message says w/in 24 hours I should be receiving a call back. Gave them time due to the weekend. Left 2nd voice mail 1:55 pm 5/5/16 let's see if I get a call back in 24 hours.

The NP here is new to this location and very genuine. She and her staff are very professional and will get you in fast. They always return my calls. I love that they are my pcp.

I was in a near fatal Semi Truck accident and my treatment was facilitated by the most experienced professional staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m very thankful for the countless efforts of staff in this office . I’m extremely grateful for Lillian the NP that orchestrate my medical needs professional and accurately the first time every time . I recommend Lillian to anyone who mentions medical treatment. Lillian makes it look so easy . She really care about the patients that she treats . And a special thanks too Robert , the office assistant for always making sure my appointments, referrals, call backs , physical therapy and much more are organized and ready. Terrible service! Good luck trying to make an appointment! They don't even have a M.D. there?! If, they do I never seen him or her?! I was calling the FNP Doctor and she never corrected me?! Yes, I could never be a FNP and I'm sure it's very difficult to be one but I want a Real Doctor giving me information! Nikcole Thompson FNP, is a nice lady but after going to the Az. Heart Specialist. The Real Doctor/Surgeon, said SHE was going off of an old outdated chart(s)?! FNP said I was borderline Diabetic?! FNP had the Receptionist call me to tell me this! I couldn't even speak to the FNP! What does a 22 year old know about Diabetes, unless she/he has it, or is in the Medical Profession! I have been trying to get another Script to buy Meds from Canada. The sign on bldg. says they are open on Saturday? Drove all the way down there to find out it's an old sign?! They are not open on Saturday! Waste of time and money! By the way! The original Dr.Sweet, who worked there years ago, got put in jail and his license to practice medicine taken away! Look it up, if you don't believe me! He was writing out Scripts of OxyContin like crazy! A young man died! Good luck with this place! I'm done with them!

Went to Saturday walk in clinic, says it opens at 9. Arrive at 8:45 waiting for it to open. Call them at 9:15 as no one is here. Answering service says they should be open and will figure it out, takes my name and cell number. Waited until 9:45 and then went somewhere else. Why post hours you don't keep? Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

They never refill my prescriptions when Walgreens notifies them. I have to go in monthly just to renew a prescription. They never call you back when they say they will. It just costs me time and energy to deal with this clinic. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Female doctor was highly disrespectful and unwillingly to thoroughly investigate my condition. She was condescending and implied that I was mentally unstable because of my concern. I consulted with another physician who is much more caring and competent.

I arrived at exactly 4:30pm for a walk in physical. The gentleman told us they can’t see my son for a physical because they’re about to close. This is horrible service. If they stop seeing people at 4:30 then they need to post it on their website. What a waste of time.

This place has no interest in you well being or health at all. Went in Monday for abdominal pain, sent out for CT scan same day.....it’s now Friday at 4:45 and still have not been contacted with my results, kicker is, imaging sent them via fax on 4-17. So I paid $500 dollars for a scan that Is just sitting there. Out money and CT scan, while I just sit here with pain wondering why. Please think twice before leaving your health in the hands of this group.

Everyone at this clinic is so friendly and nice. My family and I have been coming here for years now and I do not plan on going anywhere else. I have never had not one issue with this clinic they are always very helpful, Denise was very helpful.

Provider and staff are very professional and respectful. I came in with my aunt and she was very satisfied with the care she received.

They have a messed up appointment system. I wanted to like them. But they told me Wednesday or Thursday, so I picked Wednesday a.m. when I had no meetings, and they put my appointment on Tuesday. So sad to lose a clinic near to my home that had mostly good reviews.

Had a appointment here the other day. First time patient. Saw the dr and got lab work done in under 30 mins. Dr was very nice. Glad I made the switch

Went there through Zocdoc. Nothing special waiting room, fairly short wait. NP was nice and engaging but mis-diagnosed my condition which triggered unnecessary medicine taking for 2 weeks before I had to see another doctor when my condition didn't improve. Worse of it is, when leaving I asked if I owed anything, was told "NO you have good benefits" only to receive a collection call for 53 bucks 6 months later. Will not go back.
