😠 I wish I could give this doctor office no stars. The ladies at the front desk are nice, however the office manager is extremely rude and a liar. I was waiting on a referral for my daughter for over a year, no one did anything to help me out but continue to send the wrong type of referral that my ins...     I wish I could give this doctor office no stars. The ladies at the front desk are nice, however the office manager is extremely rude and a liar. I was waiting on a referral for my daughter for over a year, no one did anything to help me out but continue to send the wrong type of referral that my insurance won't approve. I explained my frustration to the office manager and she hung up on me as well as lied and said that I used profanity. The calls are suppose to be recorded and I've contacted higher up to pull this conversation. One top of that I walk in this doctor office with my daughter and they have T shirt with my panties on playing for music along with a picture of a female in panties exposing her backside. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone

    Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago. I am a type 1 diabetic. Called to confirm my appointment, because I got no confirmation. They lied and told me that they cancelled my appointment because the physician would be out of the office. When I asked how long I needed yo wait until the next available appointment, the lady over the phone told me 4 weeks. I’ve been waiting patiently to receive primary care from a physician. This is really unprofessional to cancel an appointment that someone scheduled 3 weeks in advance just to cancel on them and make them wait an additional 4 weeks. Why would I schedule with a physician I can not rely on?

    I scheduled an appointment a month ago for this office to get a provider for an insulin pump to help make life easier as a type 1 diabetic and was just diagnosed with Graves Disease and needed this appointment urgently. I called to confirm the appointment today as I received no callbacks to do so and the receptionist tells me that indeed, I had an appointment at 12:15. Then she proceeds to tell me, "Oh, I'm sorry. We tried to leave you a voicemail yesterday to tell you that the provider has to leave at 12 and we have to reschedule". I ask her when and she says the earliest appointment is the third week of February.! Completely unacceptable! I could have scheduled another appointment someplace else and yet they call the DAY before to cancel. I cannot wait that long. Terrible management skills.

    Used to be a great place. But every year there’s a new doctor. Scheduling an appointment takes weeks, and if you have multiple symptoms you’re required to do multiple appointments. Not sure if that’s the norm everywhere, but it wasn’t here. I would make an appointment, and I would voice my headaches, my lack of sleep, or anything else that would bother me. Now I It’s one symptom at a time. I wouldn’t mind, but like I said each appointment is weeks away, so to talk about another symptom, you’re waiting two weeks minimum. By then I’m either cured or dead.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional clinic ever! They always hang up, they NEVER call you about yo results! I had something and didn’t know until I called them. I have the infection TWICE because of them. They don’t schedule follow up appointments when needed, They never asked me for a $25 co pay they been billing them to my house. FOR A PHONE CALL they said I needed to pay the $25 I told them bill it to me like they been doing! They told me they can’t see me until I make the payment. this is the ABSOLUTE worse place!!

    If I could give the a zero star I would. Came in for some concussion symptoms. The front clerks not much help/ rude. Paide my 20 co pay and for them to fill out my fmla paper work the were going to charge $100. Call another clinic close by and said no we don't charge for that and haven't heard of clinics doing such. Needless to say my family of 6 will be changing medical clinics.

    This place used to be nice and reliable a few years back. Have been coming here since 2017. However now they never answer the phone or email. I have been waiting for my Simon med scan results and I had to go to the office after almost 2 weeks of no call. The receptionist told me someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 2 days later I get a voicemail to call them back. I call them back 5 mins later and nobody picks up again. Tried calling back at least 10 times throughout the day same result. Emailed them as well. Has been a month now and still no results. Hope everything is fine with me? But who knows? I will be going somewhere else moving forward, you should too.

    The worst experience ever, I have never left a place crying feeling helpless and lost. Jacinta Arriaga allowed me to schedule with her then when I show up she didn’t see me because she said last time I gave her attitude. She must have confused me with someone else. But I didn’t get a chance to say anything to her because she sent her assistant to tell me that. The other doctor she gave me off to Michael skimmed my paper work not looking my history there or even care to ask me anything, he said “you need to see a therapist.” I would never give anyone attitude. Now I have to find a different clinic to help me, rebuild history with someone else. Because she couldn’t come to the room and talk to me. The lady in the front was nice, she said she was a student there learning.

    The nurse Juniper order tests that I didn't need and that insurance doesn't cover. Then they charged my husband and I over 200$ for a test that was taken two years ago. The insurance and collections said it takes this medical office months to reply to insurance questions .Today I got a 50$ bill for a visit that I never made. It's like they try to scam your insurance and me for money. Please keep all your receipts and document your visits.

    I’ve had 6 different doctors in 6 years. The Doctors are great but the turnover this place has will cause me to find a more stable practice.

    If I wrote this review 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars. I have been using phoenix family medical clinic as my primary care provider. I am in regularly every 6 months for bloodwork and medication follow ups. I have been in for occasional sick appointments. Here recently it has become an issue to get it...more than when covid first started. Here recently I had a medical scare and ended up in the ER and they were unable to identify a cause and recommended further testing with my primary. When I called I was asked which location, then told they did not have any openings for over 4 weeks. So I was like ok then I'll try another location...she then responded they are all that booked.... then why even ask? Also she never even offered to schedule me just stated call in a few days and see if anyone cancels. Ummm thanks? I guess? I have had a few other issues with medication as well and it is always oh well we will get back to you in 72 hours. I will unfortunately be finding a new provider. As a Healthcare professional myself I was very disappointed in the decline of care and compassion.

    The doctor was super nice And professional she was really friendly and made my kids Feel So comfortable it was their first time in Phoenix Family Medical Practice We will definitely Keep her as our family doctor. The front desk staff Is friendly We just moved from Texas Usually the process for the first visit is long and tedious They made it so easy.

    Personally would not go here again, the Dr is not consistent or thorough with his work if you want someone to who will care genuinely choose another clinic. My dr now took my blood and is now taking care of what Dr Michaels over looked.

    Had originally been going to location on McDowell with PA N. Payne(he was great) but now that he is not there service is not the same. Came to this location they were great, they listened to my issues and concerns and phlebotomist Paul is great didn't even bruise!

    Worst experience ever! I didn't want to believe that there are NO good Healthcare facilities in the city of Laveen so I gave Phoenix Family Medical a try after reading the reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not similar. I would not recommend this place to anyone in any of the cities they are located especially not the Laveen location. Don't waste your time on hold with them, cut your losses and find a good PCP outside of Laveen!

    I decided to come here because of location to my home, my first appt went well and I had blood work done, was called this am about follow up to go over results which is set 2 weeks out( okay fine I get they are busy) here's the problem....they lie....I was told my referrals were sent in 4 days ago and I needed to wait up to 10 days to get it approved...I called my insurance to see if I could get them faster and was told that the referrals were NEVER sent. Called office back and indicated NICELY I was lied to and needed the referrals sent. MA tripped over her words and assured me they would be sent today and I would get a call with confirmation numbers for them.still hadn't heard anything so I called numerous times with no call back and no answers. Hopefully they can get this straight or I will be reporting to BBB and my insurance. Just do better people you get paid to do these things so don't lie to patients we are under enough stress already

    My name is Chatauna Robinson . Yesterday I was hurting. I fell in my home on Wednesday. So I did the home remedies, Ibuprofen and ice packs. I even switched to warm packs. I got some relief but not enough to really function. I called Friday to see if I could get in to see Dr. M at this Laveen location. The appointment lady could only get me in 2-26-2021. So I thought perhaps this pain will subside and I can make it through. I got a little better. I am able to stand and walk but sitting and getting up really hurts. With my medical back ground I know that nothing is broken. So I called my doctors office hoping to reach an on-call physician on Sunday to get something a little stronger in pain medication so I could get some relief until I saw Dr. M. on Friday. I called 4 times at half hour intervals. No one bother to CALL ME BACK AT ALL. So I went to the NextCare where I was treated with professionalism and respect. The PA gave me a script until I was able to get into see the doctor. This office functionality is HORRIBLE. I don't know who runs these offices but they need to rethink on how they handle their patients. This is not the first time I have ran into functionality problems, but I overlooked them hoping to see better. My dentist office is ran better than this doctors office when it comes to seeing patients.

    The Doctors are great!!!! As a patient and professional my only issue was with the office staff, Stephanie. She lacks empathy and her bias towards certain patients is apparent. Once you get passed her, you are safe. Best doctors!!!!!

    I have been looking for a medical office I can go to for a routine checkup or even a physical and this is the place to go. They are very polite from the moment you walk in. I explained to the doctor everything that was wrong with me and my concerns and she was proactive. The best part is they have a Sonora quest lab there and they’ll just walk you over for blood work. Thank you for hearing me out and making me feel like you cared and would help me out!
