My Fiance dealt with Dr Avilez in regards to her anxiety and she did not listen, seemed very ignorant and acted as if she knew the whole situation without barely asking any questions. My father is a family doctor and is highly recommended and would agree that this Dr must have barely met the requirements to become a Doctor. Also numerous people have also given bad reviews about her.

I had scheduled an appointment during a weekday for 4:20pm. I called the day of my appointment, during my lunch, to let them know I would be late for my appointment at 4:20pm and asked for their grace period. The scheduling rep, advised it would be 15-20mins and I thanked her for confirming. I arrive 4:31pm and am directed towards a second check in desk, across where I was at. By the time the front desk associate assists me it is 4:33pm and I was turned away because I was the last scheduled patient for the doctor and the grace period is only ten minutes. I told her I called in advance to confirm and needed the appointment. Nonetheless, I was turned away. I ended up switching over to Noah Care on 3rd St and now looking back, I am thankful for the experience because everyone at Noah has been more than helpful to assist me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It’s been weeks and they never followed up on my referral to schedule. I was told to wait for the results of my scan and weeks later I still have not yet heard from them. It takes so long to get through someone to schedule an appointment. Their online patient portal is useless and doesn’t allow to schedule appointments as much as they like push patients towards that. The list goes on with my issues with this company. They’re bordering on negligent with me and my concerns.

His appointment was at 10 sat there for an hour walked up to ask what was going on they Saif your next still waited 3 more kids got called back the ladies that worked the front desk laughed at my frustration but when they move my appointment to earlier than they should be ready worst place ever don't take you kids here trust me there are better offices. If I didn't already wait 2 weeks for this appointment I would have already walked out but I'll tell you one thing WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK and my son has seen Dr sidanko his whole life. Worst place ever if I could give 0 stars I would.

Doctor Charleen was very rude. Waited an hour to be seen and she was rushing everything like she did not want be there. Did not feel welcome there. Does not want to hear anything what the patient has to say. And the staff in the back are judgemental and do more talking then working.the staff in the front were great.

Paria Pourmalek is very rude will not be scheduling appointments with her! do not see how she is in this business if she is just going to be rude to patients she shouldn’t be in this industry for sure.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a young adult who came in with stomach issue and black coffee ground vomit. I've went through testing for several months with this location and they just throw their hands up with no answers as if they didn't go to school to be adoctor ? They switched my doctors without notifying me and within switching the original doctor didn't leave accurate notes so the new doctor had no idea what tests I had already done and what we had already spoke about and tried to progress from. The new doctor also said he wasn't able to find some of my test results from the GI office they recommended to me, so I had gone through multiple of the same tests multiple times because they can't keep track or communicate with other offices with a follow up. When following up with my primary after a GI appointment my doctor said they hadn't received any of my results, he then said he would refer me to a different GI (as if they were the cause) and I would get a follow up phone call with that GIs name and a referral, it's been 2 weeks past my appointment and they haven't contacted me once. I'm transferring doctors and I highly recommend anyone to go literally anywhere else. This office doesn't care about their patients and quite frankly the doctors are all clueless and dont deserve to be taking care of those In need. The front desk is also some of the worst, they constantly have attitudes when asking a simple question and the phone calls are horrific, seems they have the receptionist give follows up instead of the doctors because it was never my doctor to call and tell me my results it was always someone from the front who wasn't able to answer my questions because they aren't trained to be giving patients information like that in the first place it should be the DOCTOR. This office is awful plain and simple.

Dr. Paria Pourmalek Very dismissive about my problem. I'm tired of not being listened to as if I don't know if something is wrong with my body. It's my body, I live with it every day, not the 10 minutes you hear of my problem. I'll be finding a new place to go to.

I would give no stars if I could! If you need to go the one in Goodyear is the best. We came as a walk in due to my child being sick they told us we’d have to come back at 6pm or wait till a no show which could take hours don’t waste your time at this place. I feel bad for all the sick kids that are not being seen.

Worst service at the laboratory!!! I was waiting for a while came to find out they were at lunch so I asked what time I should come back some lady went to check for me and they said they didn't know because they been so busy I checked the clipboard and the last patients was seen an hour before I got there. They can at least set up a note saying there on lunch so people are not there waiting for nothing clearly the patients don't come first for them!!

2nd medical Dr in a year after covid/pneumonia n dealing with Long Haul covid n 6 months to get referrals to the specialists I've needed then longer to get new ones that r closer n have openings. I requested Dr's I found myself but no referrals done. 1 yr there n zero help. 2 psych hospitals from breakdowns, major depression n more n can't get appts. Dr's do nothing when there's an appt. On hold forever then hing up on. Schedule wrong appts. No openings as 1 Dr a day. Depth don't communicate w/each other. Lab guy gave me a bruise for over a month after digging n blowing my vein in my hand. Gyno Dr was Amazing. Now onto my 3rd PCP this yr. He's already started more in 1st visit then the last yr here.

This place is disappointing, waist of my time. Don't over schedule appointments when you only have two rooms for pediatric visit.

The doctor here is very personable she is also articulate enough to explain her self to people who are not medical professionals.... Her medical student was also very nice to talk to as well. I hope she is passing along her bed side manners to him it will be a great thing to have as a doctor.

New location is nice and clean. Went through a couple drs I did not care for to begin with, and who did not listen to me. Finally got a wonderful behavioral health dr, Jamie Gustafson. She was a dr that finally listened to my needs, and was working with me on a medication plan, raising one of my medication doses every month until we got to desired dose. Unfortunately, she left the practice, and set me up with a new dr who was supposed to follow our medication plan. New dr called to cancel my appt, and I was never able to reschedule with her as she also left the practice before I even saw her, so they passed me off to someone else, who reviewed my file with me and said she would follow the medication plan we had in place. It has been NOTHING BUT ISSUES since Jamie left. They haven’t been able to get me in in time before my prescription runs out, I’m left for days without medication. My medication plan has NOT been followed, dr has not been increasing my dose per medication plan and by my request. This last appt she would not raise my dose because I said I’ve been tired the last 2 weeks and she said take vitamins and we’ll revisit next month. They send my medication to the wrong pharmacies, again I’m left for days with no medication as I can never get a hold of anyone to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy, I’m just told by front staff they’ll “send the dr the message” which seems to always happen to be on a Thursday/Friday when I’ve already been out of medication for a couple days, and they don’t send the medication to the correct pharmacy until the following week after I’ve called AGAIN. So again, left through the weekend for days without medication. These are mental health medications. These are not medications you’re just supposed to STOP taking. It’s affecting my life and symptoms being left without medication repeatedly. It’s absolutely infuriating. Feels like they don’t give a rats a** about anyone’s mental health. Idk how many drs I need to go through AGAIN to get someone that will listen to me, follow the medication plan we have in place, and send my medications to the correct pharmacy.

This relatively new location is very nice. They’ve got everything under one roof. From dental, medical, labs, wic, etc. The interior is very nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly to me when I went in and it didn’t take long for me to receive service. I like the proximity of this new location and that there’s plenty of room for parking.

I had to travel about 45 miles to this office, because my doctor, Dr. Parker transferred from the Mesa location and no one compares to him. Most amazing Dr, he's even worth traveling 45 minutes each way to see. The doctor's that are in Mesa are terrible, they treat you like cattle, don't respect you, and don't care what you say, because by the time you get seen, they already know what they are going to do for you. I think that the doctor should all listen to the patient, and do what we ask. The doctor's in Mesa, are dry-balls. No beside manner's what do ever. Dr. Parker is awesome, amazing, and he always listens to you. 100% pure, caring doctor.

First impressions were amazing saw April Fatina, I was so impressed and was advised to come back for a recheck in one month, in that time frame I had something else come up and came into see Dr Parker, who was amazing. When I came back in for my one month follow up, I felt like I wasn't acknowledge, I was ask why I was there!? by April, I told her "I made this appointment because I was asked to come back" and that I was also following up from my appointment 2 weeks prior after seeing Dr Parker and waiting for my x-ray results. My x-rays weren't back and when I explained I was in a lot of pain, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would get a referral to "pain management' that would take 3-4 weeks. 3 days later Dr Parker left a voicemail giving me my x-ray results, when I called back I ask the front desk to ask him what the next steps were and to call me, I never received a call back. I ended up going to the ER that weekend due to the pain. When I called on 8/15/2023 to see if I could check on the status of my call back I was told they didn't see a call back in my file and since I was at the ER I needed to make a recheck appointment when I ask to schedule with Dr Parker I was told I couldn't get in with him any time soon. They don't seem to care. I will not be coming back. Dr Parker is amazing but if the staff can't even get him the messages or have him call a patient back this is not the kind of care I want to receive.

The amount of disrespect I received yesterday from Dr Maiden- Hope was unbelievable! I have never in my life felt so disrespected! Not only was I made to feel unwelcomed but , I was also made to feel like I am a horrible mom ! There are plenty of records at PHX Children’s Hospital and Adalante that prove otherwise. My regular pediatrician of my children knows I’m always on top of everything that happens with my children that I love deeply. The only reason why I saw a different Dr is because my regular Dr was booked , which I love and feel confident with and respected by. Dr Maiden-Hope said “ if it was my daughter”…. She does not know the history of my children. I cried the whole way to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. I will no longer be returning back to that location.

I love and satisfied how the doctors treated my children. The only thing that I don't like about was making appointment, it took forever to make just one appointment.

Courtesy goes a long way. If your staff is training an MA you should greet, smile, and say such. Make me feel comfortable in the room…This is one reason why a lot of young adults don’t come to clinics…. Not friendly! Not personable! Not upbeat! Not to mention, they don’t follow up with referrals. What happened to being relaxed explaining what’s about to happen. What happened to letting the patient know that your about to ask a series of questions. The doctor was pretty great! But the front end needs more training.

Great place! Dr. Trent and Dr. Yuhya are wonderful! I was going to the same PCP for a recurring issues and she did nothing. In my first visit to see Dr. Yuhya, she did more for me in one visit than my old PCP did in one year! Their staff are friendly and concise. I appreciate their attention to details regarding the mental health questionnaire.

Mm this place is useful for all the services they offer but this place is gross it's barley opened at 730 and the chairs and walls are just gross I feel like coming here is gna make me sick . The Dr doesn't speak good English I have to repeat everything she has to repeat everything because I can't understand her . Nurse brings me a paper to sign and says u have a pen right to fill this out ? Yea I just carry a pen in my pocket for this .

  • 1/5 Faith G. 2 years ago on Google
Don’t ask too many questions because they don’t like to go into detail or repeat themselves and will give you an attitude. The ladies in the blood room a very nice and helpful though.

New Office for Doctor's place, there is a Lab. Huge Building and everyone is polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.

New location is clean and well organized by department. 5 stars, but wait time of 25 minutes after intake tends to indicate overbooking and is not very helpful for patients. I drive across town just because my doctor is here and is awesome, so I'm hoping the wait times in the future get better.

Well at first it seemed things were taking longer to get done here but after I kept going here I saw a big improvement in my service and im now more satisfied with goin there. I did find though some prices on blood work a little pricey but doctor explained why. So what can you do ,look around and see if others offer cheaper

Do not recommend seeing Maria avilez, she is so clueless. She put my wife on the wrong medication that she didn't even need and gave her insulin when she didn't even need it. Switch to another doctors office and they took her off all the unnecessary medication she put her on and she's doing 1000 times better.

Ever since I started coming to this place, I never feel judged and always get taken care of. They see you super quick and the staff as well as the medical providers are phenomenal. I see Dr. Fuentes and he always listens to my concerns, never rushes me, and I always gain more knowledge after my visits. I always recommend this office! Couldn’t be happier.
