😠 NEVER coming back to this location. I've always been one to err on the side of a business, because usually it's a safe bet. WOW! How wrong was I? Bad minute clinic experience. I checked in 15min before my appointment. I had an appointment for 11:50, and it’s currently 1pm. I asked her about my appointment and she said I wasn’t in the system. And that i would have to wait until she was done with 2 other patients that came after me and then i could be next. So irritated.

NEVER coming back to this location. I've always been one to err on the side of a business, because usually it's a safe bet. WOW! How wrong was I? I have never actually felt descriminated against, until today. Here's a quick synopsis: There was another patient that was in line directly in front of me that did not have an appointment today but was taken in immediately. I didn't think much of it until it was my turn to speak with that same assistant, which was less than 5 seconds after the previous patient. I was advised to try a different CVS pharmacy or to go somewhere else, like NextCare, because patients aren't able to make in person appointments/walk-ins like the one that happened not but two feet from me. I was told the only way I could set up an appointment was online and wouldn't be able to be seen until Friday. FRIDAY!!! I was a little bit shocked to say the very least. How did it go from immediately to 48 hours? I am having respiratory issues that I usually come here to be seen for, right around this time of year. On top of it, I am pretty sure that I have a sinus infection as well. Hence the reason for me coming to the Minute Clinic in the first place. I tried to ask another question and what I am dealing with but I was brushed completely off. I am still just a little bit shocked that the situation actually happened. It was truly surreal. All I can say is wow and make sure that this type of incident is brought up, so hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

The providers here are EXCELLENT. They listened to me carefully and gave me detailed explanations on my options. Schedule an appointment online - super quick and easy and make sure you’re 15 minutes early.

I’ve visited this Minuteclinic location a couple times now for minor ailments and I have been so satisfied with my experience - the NPs that I’ve interacted with have all been so helpful and caring, tonight I stopped in only 30 minutes before closing and they still took care of me without any issues. So thankful for this service!

Nurse had to take two strep tests, first failed due to unknown error on the machine, that's fine. Second came back negative, but she didn't even bother looking in my throat. Did hardly anything beyond vitals. Left and end in the ER the next day where they diagnosed me with strep and gave me antibiotics.

I had a very positive experience with my first trip to a MinuteClinic. I was visiting out of town and stressed about finding an appointment for a doctor for something I frequently need simple care for. I walked in, signed in using the kiosk and was shortly checked in with a nurse. The staff was very courteous, extremely mindful of COVID precautions, and addressed my issues right away. I highly recommend this for anyone needing to see a doctor for those quick doctor visits!

I don't know how to tell you this but my trip to the minute clinic was maybe the highlight of my month. I know that doesn't sound like much since the entirety of 2020 has been a never ending nightmare but it was honestly great. The nurses and nurse practitioners were able to see me even though it appeared they were full up on the schedule. They helped me really quickly and with the best care. But Bianca was the best. She is an absolute blessing who helped me as soon as I came in, through the entire process, and getting my prescription put through. I wish every CVS had a Bianca.

They do not accept walk-ins even when there is no one waiting or checked in for their appointments.

I got my TB test done for work at this clinic. My insurance paid most but my balance was 16 and change. I go to pay on their website and it says they sent it to collections, my bill was due Sept 6 and today is the 17th!!! In this age of unemployment they are being unbelievably greedy. Take your routine check ups elsewhere because their prices are listed online and it's very expensive.

Was in and out in 20 minutes and I walked up. The NP, Anh Vuong, was fantastic in listening to my issue and helping me out with great care. Highly recommended!

So my wife gets there at 530 and the wait list says 55 minutes, so she signs up and waits. At 7 o’clock the doctor says she can’t see her and she’ll have to come back tomorrow. When you’re sick and hopeful to get some medical help it’s just very bad customer service. Safe to say this minute clinic lost a customer.

We were visiting from out of state and my wife became ill. Not having a local physician, we stopped in without an appointment around 9:30 a.m. and she was able to see the nurse practitioner in about 10 minutes. In and out with a clear diagnosis and Rx within half an hour and the clinic was part of our insurance plan. All we had was a standard office visit co-pay for the evaluation. Amanda, the NP, was outstanding as were the pharmacy and front counter staff at the CVS. We would highly recommend this location.

    Don’t call yourself a walk-in clinic if you’re not accepting walk-ins.
