Dr. Sophia Yang was really great. When I called to make an appointment I wasn’t able to speak to someone, so I left a voicemail and received a kind text message with instructions to complete the new patient paperwork and then I would be scheduled for an appointment. After completing the form and emailing to the office, I called to confirm their office received it and Dr. Sophia Yang was so kind to schedule me an appointment for the same day. I opted for another day later due to my work schedule. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. English is not her first language and she is still learning, but I don’t mind that at all. She was very helpful and kind in taking my vitals before Dr. Sophia Yang came to see me (which was not that long of a wait). I appreciate Dr. Sophia Yang, because I could tell she was truly listening to me explain my concerns and she did not rush me. The prescription she gave me helped tremendously. I was feeling much better by the end of the prescription. She even scheduled a teledoc to check in on how I was doing. The telecom was very helpful and convenient as I did not need to come into the office. I would highly recommend Allied Clinic and seeing Dr. Sophia Yang. Thank you so much!

My experience with Allied Clinic and Dr Yang has been very satisfying and effective. My health issues were addressed quickly and referrals have gone smoothly. Dr Yang is friendly and easy to get along with. I trust her. She referred me to a specialty pharmacy that has also been very good service. I feel like they β€œhear me” at Allied Clinic!

I visited two times since March 2016 and I was in chronic pain while I visited Dr Yang for the first time and met Kristi, PA for a followup visit after that. Staff is co-operative and I have not faced any issues mentioned by other reviewers so far. I have my insurance w/o copay and that just worked. I haven't paid a single $. During my 2nd visit their front-desk staff did setup my appointment with a specialist (who could accept my insurance) and I have no complaints. Next week I am visiting them again for followup and looking forward to same experience. This is my 2nd clinic/Dr in Phoenix and Dr Yang is my PCP now. Staff is humble, nice and Doctors and PA give time to understand my problem. I have always scheduled my appointments though this being a walk-in clinic. Thanks Allied Clinic.

I fully recommend Dr. Yang and Allied Clinic. Dr. Yang and her staff guided me, provided all initial care possible in her office, diagnosed me and referred to see a specialist ASAP when I broke my nose. It was very nice how Dr. Yang also reached out afterwards to check in how I was doing. Great service as they helped me get back to full health. Dr. Yang went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process.

I had been coming to this clinic for at least two years, primarily because I loved a PA that worked here. The front desk was, at times, rude, condescending and unprofessional, but I always came back because the PA was great. I have a thyroid condition, so if I go more than 2-3 days without a certain medication, I can get very sick. I had an appointment, then went to a follow up appointment to review my bloodwork. It wasn't until I went to my pharmacy that I learned the doctor only gave me a 30 day supply with no refills. I was leaving town for a week and I needed this medication. I called to ask what happened, and the front desk was rude, putting me on hold for almost 30 minutes because they were "waiting for the doctor," only to tell me the doctor went home. The woman I spoke to actually laughed at me. She offered me a choice of calling in my prescriptions or for her to speak to the doctor about my concern (this was after she told me she would only call in one more 30 day supply). I asked her tell the doctor I wanted to speak to her and to please call me, and she agreed. I can't get over how negligent this was of the doctor, or how rude the front desk behaved. Very disrespectful. We'll see, but I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor never called me to explain what happened. One extra star for my PA, no stars for the clinic itself. Never coming back!

I had probably the best experience with PA Misty Wright. This was my first visit and PA Misty Wright spent over an hour with me for my exam. I actually thought this was just a urgent care facility, but they are really full service. I have never had such a thorough Dr appointment, she asked lots of questions, had great information on all the meds that I asked about and was taking. Ordered all the labs I needed. Honestly, when was the last time a doctor spent an hour on your health concerns. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!! Oh yeah, and she actually provided her cell phone in case of any urgent medical questions. Front desk was also friendly, professional, and efficient. I never have written a review for a doctor - but this was this was exceptional.

For the two years I've regularly sang praise about this clinic! Each and every time my son had had a fever or bump or what have you- I've taken him here and seen PA Misty Wright. She goes above and beyond, she takes her time and goes over questions and concerns. However the last two visits we've seen Dr. Yang and I can not begin to tell you how much of a difference there is between the two. She's rude and rushed, not helpful and can barely remember your name as she's treating you. Her staff, specifically Stephanie is beyond slow! After arriving ten minutes early for a scheduled appointment we waited an hour to be seen and then were told that they do not accept our insurance! Yet a week ago she saw my son and asked to see him again for a follow up appointment. Such a huge waste of time. I will never return or recommend this clinic again! Stay clear especially if you are looking for a kid friendly place.

Just had a pre-surgery exam for some serious surgery next week at Mayo. The people at Allied did a great job. Dr Yang was extremely thorough, took a lot of time with me, asked me a lot of medical history questions and had a great 'bedside manner'. Dr. Yang needed to review my blood work from two days ago, but I didn't have it with me. The technician who took my EKG realized that she could call Sonora Quest and get the reports faxed to her at Allied. Saved me trips to Sonora Quest and another trip to Allied. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I will not return to this location. I had to wait sometime before I wrote this review so as to compose myself. I went to the clinic. I was told that the doctor would not be in until 9:30, which should have been a huge red flag. I went home and returned at 9:30. I did see the doctor. She said that I had the flu. But, the doctor was also concerned about meningitis; so, if I wasn't better in 48 hours, then I should go to the emergency room. The doctor performed no tests. Meningitis can "be life-threatening, requiring urgent antibiotic treatment." I left and went somewhere else. I did have the flu. I received treatment for it. I did not have meningitis. Just to be clear, meningitis can be life threatening and people who suffer from meningitis can be dead in less than 48 hours. Additionally, any person who comes into contact with someone who has meningitis can contract meningitis and die as well.

I have actually changed to make allied clinic my primary care doctor. They make everything so easy and are very attentive when I need care. I have used them for physicals and routine health checks. I have also used them for actual emergencies. I have been to doctors in the past that I needed important forms filled out that took over a week. My form was back the same day from Allied clinic. I highly recommend this specific location. They are fantastic.

This is the WORST clinic I have ever experienced as a Registered nurse in my 14 years of nursing experience. DO NOT take your loved ones here. My loved one was discharged from their medical practice and labeled as a non-compliant diabetic this weekend. After paying a 95$ copay to see them regularly for an insulin refill prescription. Misty NP then asked him what was the dosing to his insulin, agreed to fill the insulin and NEVER sent the prescription to his pharmacy as she had promised. He was also taken into a clinic room alone and told by Misty the NP that his legs and other parts would be cut off if he did not maintain better control of his diabetes. Looking back I do believe she enjoyed telling him his penis would eventually fall off due to diabetes too. Which he later told me after leaving the building very disturbed that Misty would tell a type 1 diabetic who has NEVER been hospitalized for his diabetes since the age of 16 and without FASTING lab work such a gruesome diagnosis. He was then asked never to return to their clinic due to not having routine labs drawn. Although, my partner was never provided a lab slip with instructions when and how often to go to the lab. He was also handed a referral letter to an endocrinologist upon discharge from Misty of Allied health that read in BOLD letters ENDOCRINOLOY referral FOR PATIENT WHO IS A NON_COMPLIANT DIABETIC. Previously a month before this horrific incident with Misty, he was also NOT instructed to have fasting labs and he ate before his lab work. This naturally elevated his blood glucose and he was told to go the emergency room for this elevated blood glucose by Misty NP. Four hundred dollars later and the Emergency room Physician a Mayo Clinic Endocrinologist asking why we had needed to come to the Emergency department for NON FASTING labs on a diabetic, he was dismissed home. I should of never had him return after this first incident a month ago. I was ready to let all of this go despite the poor instructions and intimidation tactics Misty used on this patient but today was the icing on the cake. I received a letter from Allied clinic Dated October 12, 2016 and signed by Shu Yang, MD, who has NEVER laid eyes on my partner as a patient, Stating that they were dismissing my partner from their clinic on 2/18/17. DO they have a time machine? or is this poor grammar and a big typo.

Used them a year ago for their "Teledoc" appointments twice, as I had something wrong with my eyes and needed to get it cleared up before my wedding. The first time the doctor called from the back of an Uber and didn't listen to me at all, prescribing me an ointment that went directly on my eye, and did not help. The second time I told her it hadn't cleared up and she gave me a prescription for an over the counter drop that cleared up the redness but did not clear up the massive conjunctivitis that was causing the issue. I finally made an appointment with an optometrist and he gave me a prescription that helped calm it down. Why am I writing this now over a year after, you may ask? Because I finally received the bill, with a statement date of 4/22/2022. They also said I could only pay by mailing in my credit card information or giving it over the phone, which I don't feel comfortable doing. They finally called me today and sent me a link to a payment portal, as I have not been able to go into the office and pay directly, with the stipulation that if it wasn't paid today it would go to collections. I feel this was severally mismanaged and don't enjoy being threatened to pay less then 2 business weeks after receiving the statement. Please take my advice and choose a different clinic. I should have read the reviews listed and decided to go somewhere else.

Great service! My family needed extra info on Covid test for traveling to Hawaii and they went the extra mile! They are not on the approved list but we’re accepted. Fast service fast results and very professional, absolutely recommend.
