I had one of the most painful experiences of my life having a miscarriage and this place made it worse. I understand covid and not a lot of people can go in office but I had to plead to get service. I had to plead for someone to see me, to send me out to get a ultrasound and plead again to get my results. I was told I could have an appointment before I having an appointment with billing for the discount program. That I would have 30 days on discounted appointments, even so I asked before both my appointment if I had to pay and they didn’t know. I got billed over $500 for one phone appointment 30 minutes and one in office appointment that was no help on telling me what was going on. I know it’s a lot of personal information but I hope some pregnant women looks at this review before going. I’m not blaming this place for what happened to my baby but I am saying that they made it harder to go through it and to understand what was going on with my baby. I understand billing me too but 3 months later and so much for bad service. I tried to call but was told nothing could be done.

Very smooth quick visit. I took my son here for his 6 year check up and the staff was very nice, they even gave my boy a $10 gift card to Walmart for the visit. Needles to say it was very quick and easy, my son had a very enjoyable visit to the doctor which is awesome. I love that they offer later appointment times. I’m a single working mom who gets home around 5:30pm and they have appointments as late as 6pm which works perfectly for my little family. Would recommend!!

I love this Center not only for me but for my family. They take care of all our needs the appointment times are far out but once you do get the appointment you are set. The check-in is quite simple with the app. And the wait time is minimal. They make sure all of your questions are answered and concerns are addressed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless the service turns and I don’t see that happening. We love it here.

I usually love seeing my PCP in the gateway location, but I did not have an ideal experience with the Maryvale location. The patient services was courteous, but were pretty loud talking about their private life and how a man doesn’t always give the attention they need. Including the MA Korina had some attitude and originally stated I couldn’t get the 2nd booster shot. I would never go unless a doctor recommended due to I’m in remission from cancer. I informed her that the doctor from the gateway location told me I qualify. She got irritated with me and was mad at me for having to write me another copy of the booster shot. I was not informed to bring a hard copy. I could also hear the MA talking about me through the closed doors and I think don’t she was aware that I could hear everything. I felt bad for the PCP I saw because she was kind, professional, and sweet. Very understanding and knowledgeable too. For the future I’m sticking to the Gateway location, Dr.Davis and his awesome MA Alejandra are the best and always give me the best care ever.

Dr. Rosenthal is the best doctor I have dealt with for my son. She acknowledged his Autistic needs and made him for comfortable.

The BEST doctors work here. I chose Mountain Park Health Care because 2 of my children have asthma. Attacks can strike anytime out of the blue. They have locations all over and no matter what location I showed up to the doctors made me believe my child's health was top priority. They are kind, and understand, they talk to us like people. We feel safe here!!!!

My child has been going to this mountain park health clinic since before he was a full year old. He will be 11 years old soon and we have switched locations be it’s still the same company. For me to continue with their service for all of this time says a lot. I’ve never had any issues with the service. I’m very satisfied with them providing healthcare to my family.

Dr. MERTZ is amazing. My 4 kids have her as their Pediatrician. I was so worried when we lost our previous Pediatrician, but I feel 100% confident we are once again in great hands.

I was so impressed yesterday with the Maryvale clinic. I went in for an emergency appointment thinking I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. I was crying all morning. The NP took the situation very seriously! I have a very complicated medical history with fertility, surgeries, and 2 previous miscarriages. She did a doppler heart beat check, and ultrasound and on top of it helped watch my 9 year old son for a few minutes so as not to scare him with a possible miscarriage. Turned out baby was perfectly fine. In the end I am so grateful for the NP, technician, assistant, rogaim shot,, testing. They were so smart and also empathetic with how emotional I was. I was crying. I received such incredible care!!! So professional,, fast,, and helpful! Thank you!!!!! I went home and rested for three hours after. Thank you for your attention to reading all the details of the situation, acting quickly, and being so kind to us both. They even gave my son a snack. Thank you!!!!.

The ladies at the front office in the wellness clinic were very very rude and very unprofessional. My appointment was km 8/23/22 at 10am at Maryville location, I checked in online and made sure I answered all questions online. Then I clicked am here at 945am, in the parking lot. 950am I was at the front office,they checked me in. I sat there waiting, at 10:15am I stood up and ask the lady on the left side what was going on, she was on the phone, I stood there quietly waiting for her tobget off the phone(landline) Fortunately the other lady came and said she would help me the so I stepped away and went to the right side to talk to the lady who offered to help. While I was ansking why uts taking this long, it 10:30 without being called in, the other lady who was on the phone jumped and said oh there are ither people who came here before you, I asked her why she is talking to me when this one was talking to me as well. She micked me and rolled her eyes and hands in the air with the phone on her hand! This is the worst experience I have ever had being a patient for over 8 years at mountain park clinic! Mind you my appointment had been reschedule because previously I was 15minutes kate just because I didn't know I had to go to the wellness clinic. I first went to where I usually go see my PCP. I was seen at 10:53am. The doctor Janet Richard is great! These people you put upfront are the ones that are very unprofessional.

They were so easy to use. As a new patient I was quickly navigated through the process and had my appointments within two days. Super polite staff and efficient.

I love the Dr.U Wood and her staff..she is always on top of things. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and has excellent follow through. She has even called after hours to check on my son . She has a heart of Gold . Thank you Dr. Ugonna Wood for your passion for excellent care .

I went in for my covid shot. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The only reason for the 4 star is because the doctor that asked if I was allergic to anything in the vaccine told me that I should change my diet to keto without knowing anything my medical history and not knowing if keto is something I'm ABLE to do... and to top it off with this one doctor, she never introduced herself or gave me her name. She was nice about the way she said it, though.

Please please find another OB doctor/NP do not come here for any reasons I had the worst experience with this place during my last pregnancy that did not end well the nurse practioner was not equipped to assist me in my past pregnancy. Recently I was told alarming information that was not even true by another nurse practioner in the same practice which my family and I found out wasn't true if I didn't look for a second opinion the worse would happen again please look for more qualified obstetricians.

I can't say enough good about this doctor's office. They have gone above and beyond my expectations for helping me with my medical issues and have been friendly and understanding beyond compare. This is high-praise coming from me as I have always had a hesitation about medical professionals and I wish all doctors were as good as the ones that have been helping me these last 6-7 months. If you are looking for a great family doctor, this is the place to go!

I had extraordinary care from Kristin Stark NP my whole high risk pregnancy. She went above and beyond for me at all my appointments even when I had a more difficult complication. She always made sure me and the baby both were doing well and always answered any questions I had while taking her time with me even when she had a full house of patients to be seen. Kristen kept a close eye on my pregnancy and even saw me multiple times a week when it was necessary. I couldn’t recommend a better provider out there than Kristen and I’m so thankful she took such great care of me and my baby!

The call center reps have no sense of urgency. You tell them you went to the ER for a broken hand and the best they’ll do is schedule you for a month later. I shouldn’t have to be tasked with certain requests or buzzwords to get them to help me get a sooner appointment. Patients shouldn’t have to force medical staff in any capacity to do their job.

Dr. Ugonia Woods is the absolute best!! She has been my Daughter's doctor over 10 years. I do not allow anyone else to see my Daughter because no one else cares, in my opinion. I will wait until she has an available appointment. She is patient, kind, and genuine. On another note, I give the dentistry 0 stars. They do not try to do what is best for their patients. Instead of scheduling my child for xrays on another date and proceeding with her cleaning, they canceled our appointment. We had to take 3 busses to get to that location just to be rudely turned away. We will no longer be utilizing MP for dentistry.

The staff is amazing and very helpful…I have been a patient at MP for 8 yrs and that’s how long I’ve lived here and I wouldn’t change from this group for nothing…maybe locations for convenience but not Mountain Park, u have for life, lol🥰💃🏽🙌🏾

I had a good experience for my initial appointment with Mountain Park. The doctor and staff were very thorough, and my lab results were available to me online very quickly.

I was forced to be on AHCCCS because of a medical condition I lost my job. Now that I don't qualify for AHCCCS, for 2 years not using it I'm still on it. I tried everything. That being said, I found at the Maryvale Family Practice a PA I truly believe cares about me. That's hard to find ANYWHERE. She is always informative, has a suggestion, what watch for with a new medication. With the insurance I have now I can go some place closer to my house. Nah Lindsey Huck is the bomb. Only complaint I have is the hard Spanish accent of some of the reception staff on the phone. And some of that is I don't hear so well.

I have called and called all week. Left messages to my PCP. I have received some results due to the fact I needed to get more done to determine the cause. Went in for blood work the beginning of last week (Tuesday July 18). I had received my electronic results, but don’t understand them (Friday July 21) . So I’ve called and called. They said she’d call me later that day on Tuesday July 25. It’s Thursday July 27 and I have not received one call. I’ve left messages again and again. I spoke to a representative and he was reading a note that my PCP had left out loud, but cut off due to the fact he was reading it to himself. I just need a doctor to go over it with me. I don’t care if it’s not my doctor. I am tired of waiting.

They take great care of my boys and I! It’s nice to have a group of medical professionals that actually care about our wellbeing and overall health! Thanks for being such an amazing team!

Don’t recommend this Clinic My baby is only 1 month old and Dr Jeanna Tapia PA.C assistant on 11/30 @ 10:40am never gave me my baby’s shot record back therefore they lost it and I had to replace a new one what kind of Clinic is this who doesn’t keep track of important documents for their patients.

Do not recommend this pharmacy, they are very disorganized and they have horrible customer service in person and over the phone, more so over the phone. I’m not sure why I believe all calls are recorded but I guess they just don’t care either way. I spoke with a women who was extremely rude and condescending over the phone about a prescription that was supposed to be sent to their pharmacy that wasn’t so I asked what the next step would be to getting the medication and was told she would send the doctor a text but that they weren’t going to respond to her. Leaving me with no way to get the medication.

Our family really enjoys going to Mountain Park Health Center. Everyone is friendly and kind. The Doctors and medical assistants do a fantastic job to make sure all our questions and concerns get answered.

Rachel prell NP is incredibly knowledgeable and listens to my needs. I’m always satisfied with my care. Her office has multiple checkins with me to make sure we’re on the right track.

From my doctor to the front desk staff, everyone was so polite and helpful and friendly. I am so glad that my family recommended me here. Thank u everyone 💓

My appointment was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional. For a medical appointment it was a quick pleasant experience.

Their call center phone system is terrible. Calling an individual clinic is impossible. ‘we dont have clinic numbers we can only transfer you directly to them’ Our Maryvale clinic (brand new patient) sent our prescription to the wrong pharmacy (45mins away) and I called 3 times to try and reach our drs office to send it to the right place. First call transfers me to nowhere then dropped. 2nd call waited 15 mins on hold and they couldn’t reach anyone at our drs office. 3rd and final attempt was the same I waited on hold forever and noone at our drs office was available to pick up. These calls spanned from 11am until 4pm never reaching anyone. We finally gave up and asked our local pharmacy to see if they could get the prescription transferred. At 7pm we finally got our meds. Fundamentally patients should be able to talk to their drs office. This is ridiculous. The office although they failed at sending prescriptions accurately did provide sufficient care. The Dr also provided quality care. Its the call center, no direct phone #s, and lack of staff answering calls that gets this company and overall F grade.

Very hard to look for a great doctor now and days. Dr Joanna Adujar and her staff are wonderful very sweet and so patient with children.

I took my son yesterday to this facility and the response from the staff was amazing. Dr Gross was very sweet very attentive to my son and myself. My son and I were going to give it a try and see if we liked it if not, move on, but the experience we had was great. Thank you to all the wonderful staff 😊

Dr that saw my grandson was excellent and the assistant was outstanding as well. They both went out of there way to ensure our visit was pleasant and went smoothly. Thank MPH. Security at the front door was very rude when I asked him a question about where to go. He stated read the sign on the wall or go where you been going. But this was first for me at MPH so I dont expect him to be around much longer if thats they way he treats ppl. But I love all of MPH locations.

Just called this clinic. Tried to get information regarding a particular service especially since I would need to pay out of pocket. No problem there. Routine testing which I can get done at any other clinic (blood work). I was told they can’t provide any information and they weren’t accepting any patients.... hung the phone and remained confused and perplexed to say the least... will not be visiting or recommending any of their 9 locations.

Dr. Mertz is the best pediatrician I’ve met, she has been my daughter’s doctor since she was born 2005,. Absolutely the best! She care about her patients and answers all your questions, listens to patients concerns, I never leave the office unsatisfied when my daughter has an appointment with her. I recommend Dr. Mertz!

I go there for my kids and we love Dr. Curvan and Dr. Woods.i went there for myself at 7 and it just seemed like they didn't care to much about my appointment, I had many things I had to discuss and we didn't really discuss any of them. They were just in a hurry to leave. So maybe next I go I'll try to make an early time but it's hard to work around the kids schedule. It is also very hard to find a great trusting doctor. Here you pretty much see who ever they schedule you with, so it's complicated to form a bond with your doctor. Many things need to be changed.

At mountain park health center they are always so professional and helpful. I went to women’s health for my pregnancy, and now I take my daughters to the pediatrics there and I have my primary care there as well. I love how it’s all in one and I have never had any problems whatsoever

I like how fast my dr. Returns my calls and can help to try and identify what is going on with my symptoms i am having. Even though i went to the ER. But due to the amount of time i spent not being seen i ended up leaving because of not wanting to be there with anyone who could potentially get me sick! Due being a cancer surviver i don't want to risk getting sick again.

I had an Issue that I thought needed immediate attention and they put me in the very next day, morning appointment The staff and doctor were great! Friendly and prompt. Everything was accounted for and follow-up visits were set .. all I have to do is show up and they took care of the rest.

My experience with Mountain Parkway has always been a positive experience everyone is very very helpful and my doctor is the best doctor I've ever had. She always takes her time she never rushed through the visit she asked me questions that I don't even think of. And anyone who's looking for a good doctor just go to Mountain Park and you will find a very very good doctor.

I've been coming to mountain park for years and I love the place. Scheduling is easy, they have a great app to help keep things organized and they have a friendly, knowledgeable staff that has really helped me improve my overall health. I'm happy to give mountain park my five stars!

Dr Mertz With my first born she was in a different location then they moved to a new location I was so happy when I found her again after my second child she’s amazing with kids and parents. Always makes time to answer any of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone

I’ve been coming here since I was born, Dr. Cramber Mertz is the best pediatrician I’ve ever had. Caring, attentive and care about your health. easy to talk too and never feel rushed when I’m at my appointment. Will definitely recommend Mountain Health Park. By the way another pediatrician I will recommend is Dr. Woods she is excellent as well.

I really love my MPHC. I have had nothing but great care from everyone from the front desk to the lab and from Rebecca McDermott. Everyone who I've encountered has always been so nice. I will definitely continue to go back as needed.
