I made an appointment, 3 days later, went and checked in, then I get refused because they don't accept care 1st insurance plan! Then they refuse to accept payment out of pocket because I just informed them I had care 1st. Absolute waste of time. I have 3 children I've been quaranting till I get the results... today is Christmas eve, I was reliant on this clinic so I could spend time with my family but they made that impossible. No where did I see a list of insurance plans that weren't accepted when I signed up. Extremely disappointed. Horrible practices that caused alot of strife.

website states their next appointment available would be two days from now but walk-ins are welcome. i get there and am promptly told that they do not in fact take walk-ins “at this time”. pretty disappointing.

Called in the morning and asked about getting the vaccine. Was told the best time to come in was between 1 and 4pm. Show up at 3:15 and was told that the lady was too busy to do the vaccine today. She had 2 people sitting in the waiting area. How is that too busy? If 2 people is enough to overwhelm that person she probably shouldn't be working there.

This location does not even deserve a 1 star. I was seen by the doctor today at the Little Clinic and was given a prescription that I thought would be hassle-free and convenient to fill at the pharmacy at the Little Clinic Pharmacy. I waited an hour and a half after being told by the rude staff that my prescription would be ready. After an hour an a half I was told they would not accept my Cigna prescription insurance. While I was waiting for my prescription, I witnessesd the rude and uncaring behaviors from the pharmacy staff to the patients. I will never fill a prescription here again. I took my prescription to Walgreen's. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

Because I wasn't thrilled with the way I was being treated as a patient and I voiced that the doctor refused to see me and my two sons for covid testing

This morning I visited The Little Clinic inside the Fry's at 1311 E. Bell Road, for a COVID test. It was a first-rate experience in every way. No waiting, very professional and courteous staff, and FNP Leah Lange was superb.

Very good experience! The girl at the front desk was great, very friendly, and I didn't have to wait long at all. I saw FNP-C Porter who spent plenty of time with me, making sure he was diagnosing and treating me properly, and I greatly appreciated his careful concern regarding side effects of what he was prescribing me and not over medicating. He's a great doctor! When I was able to follow up with my Primary Care doctor, who had the results of my chest x-ray, etc, (that Porter didn't have at the time), she said he was very smart and she'd have treated me the same.
