Both my daughter and I needed attention. She had a temperature and I had a set on my eye and a big thorn In my thumb Amazing care from the front desk, who were extremely busy, to the PA that made sure we had everything including prescriptions Great job. Thanks

Absolutely the very worst in patient care. Filthy waiting area, long wait and you get to deal with a smug, condescending, rude and obnoxious girl Kelley at the front desk, she apparently thinks she knows more then the actual doctors and nurses that "should" be running the facility instead of her and her loud mouth full of opinions and poor attitude. Do not waste your time and sanity here, just go into the emergency room instead. Medical grade: F Staff grade: F Facility grade: F

I came in with respiratory infection and only had my vital signs taken. No other testing. I asked for antibiotics because I had been through it before. I was prescribed just prednisone when I was coughing my head off and couldn’t get up mucus . Prednisone takes 3-5 days to be effective. Why would I go to Urgent Care if I could wait 3-5 days for relief?? I would have gone to my primary care doctor. So I was back in urgent care the next morning. Saw a different provider. I was finally prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup. Now I need to pay for two visits when I asked for the treatment I got on the second day on my first visit. I was suffering and looking for immediate relief. I was not looking for relief in 3-5 days. I also don’t think I should have to pay for the second visit since that’s what I wanted day one.

While the staff was nice, the day I went the internet was down so I had to complete 12 documents by hand to sign in. I went to get a covid test, RSV test and flu test. They told me I would have my results in a few business days and they would call me with them. I never got a call. I did get the flu results on their portal but none of the others. I then get a bill for $185 from them and another bill for $153.65 from Sonora Quest Laboratories. I contacted the billing department to ask why I am being charged for all of the tests when I never got all the results. I had to wait 7 days and I got a non-answer from them that didn’t explain anything. Huge ripoff. I will not be returning and you should be aware of this if you decide to go there though would recommend avoiding this place.

I've been to their previous location before, the new building is a huge improvement! Large and bright waiting area, everything's brand new. In both cases, the staff was great. Check-in was easy and at least in my case, the wait was about 10 minutes. The physician took time to answer my questions and explained everything well. I'm glad this clinic is nearby.

If you are having a asthma attack do not go here!!! Per the front desk rep it’s not urgent smh I have been working in healthcare since 16 I understand different providers for different reasons so when 2 people who checked in after me were seen before me I asked the front desk lady how long because I couldn’t breathe, she then said they are getting a room ready which was a lie because a patient who literally just checked in was called back! If you have asthma you know it’s very scary especially when you have to wear a mask making it more difficult to breathe, so at this point I’m begging for oxygen, crying because my chest is tight and I’m light headed , medical assistant checks my bp says it’s very high for obvious reasons then 5 minutes later I’m called back. The provider checks my breathing says I sounded horrible and had to be treated asap. So whoever determines the “urgency” at the walk in needs to be retrained because how is a sore thought or stomach pain more serious than a person not being able to breathe? Never again will I come back!

I was able to go online and schedule my child’s physical, however once I arrived it was another hour before my child was seen. The front desk was patient and helpful. They were very busy, hence the hour wait.

I was able to enter my patient information and submit my insurance ahead of time online so the visit was no hassle and I only had to wait about two minutes, if that, before I was called back. Everyone I spoke with was good natured, professional, attentive and well informed. I give this office five stars!

I had been trimming a palm tree when one of the fronds fell on my arm. My arm was pierced with what appeared to be a 1/4" piece of frond. I tried to remove it with some tweezers, but it wouldn't move. It began to bleed, so I decided to go to the Urgent Care located at 7th street and Bell Road. I arrived around 7 pm and it was nice that only a couple of people were there. I showed the lady, who registered me, my wound and asked if it would be better to go to the ER. She said she couldn't say and that I would have to be evaluated. I went through the sign-in process and after about 30 minutes, I was shown into a room, where a medic told me there was nothing he could do for me. The medic had been sitting at a desk in an adjoining room and had seen my wound when I had checked in. I had no problem with that. My problem was that I wasted $50 and almost an hour of being in pain and bleeding. I feel that I could have been told immediately when I arrived that there was nothing that they could do and then I could've went directly to the ER to get medical help, otherwise I have no other complaints. The people were nice and professional.

They worked with me to get in for my Covid 19 test because my husband had Covid and was in the hospital. The told me to go home and they would call me if an opening came up. They called me within 40 my mutes and I went over immediately. Will use them again. They were kind and understanding

Fast service. I believe what was a nurse assistant got my weight, vitals, short reàson why I was here. The PA on duty, Cathy came in and and I told her of my last 4-5 day illness. We discussed possible problems, how to treat those and when to contact PCP or go to ÉR. Verbalized understanding and wasn't told covid test and flu both were negative. That was a relief. We exchanged pleasantries, and was escorted out. I went home and followed instructions to drink plenty of fluids, get plénty of rest and and soft bland diet ànd nothing spicy. It's been a couple days and I am beginning tó, feel béttér

I went to FastMed Urgent Care for help with severe low back and hip pain. Though I had no appointment, the office staff was very efficient and got me to an exam room within minutes. The PA thoroughly evaluated and explained my condition, asked lots of questions, took Xrays and was friendly and open to my questions. She prescribed pain medication and offered self care tips to further reduce the pain. Very pleased with the whole experience and its outcome. I received excellent service and the immediate pain relief I needed.

I was thoroughly impressed with how fast I was seen, and how my issues were taken care of. The staff were polite and curious. This was one of the best urgent care places I've been to

  • 5/5 Charles V. 8 months ago on Google
The staff were all very polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They were very helpful and took care of me right away and made me feel like they cared about me.. They were obviously very busy they day but they were still very polite to everyone and were working hard to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Going tot he HonorHelath Urgent care on Bell Rd was the best experience I've ever had going to Urgent care and I will be going there if I ever need urgent care again. I highly recommend going to this Honor Health urgent care.

Made appointment (recommended). Had to wait a while as only one Dr seeing patients. Was thoroughly checked out and had chest x-ray. Got results, script and post care instructions and was on my way. Now after a few days I feel better.

Recently went to Honor Health FastMed Urgent Care with unbearable elbow pain from a strained tendon. Very little wait time and received excellent care. Staff was very helpful and kind. My treatment began helping almost immediately, and within a few days, I was much improved.

My previous engagement with HonorHealth providers had left me frustrated and unimpressed, but I was very pleased with this urgent care. The staff were kind and helpful, and I was very surprised by how quickly I was seen. The intake process was brief and simple, and I was treated by a nurse practitioner almost immediately. My entire time at the urgent care amounted to perhaps 45 minutes. They were able to stabilize the situation and answer any questions I had about medications, what-ifs, and provide guidance on further treatment.

Took my sick kid here around 7pm and was advised by the staff that they were not accepting anyone at the time due to paperwork they needed to catch up on. Really? Pretty lame in my opinion and definitely shows a lack of concern and empathy for their customers. The one positive action they did was suggest I go to their competitor whom took care of my kids needs without hesitation.

Place is newly remodeled, front staff was friendly, was there at 8:30am on Sunday and had a minimal wait. The medical assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the nurse. Overall good experience.

... First time here. My wait was not long and back Staff very friend and efficient. Lisa was great and kept me posted on everything. If I ever need to see a doc for any reason I'll go back here.

They took an hour to see me. Had trouble getting my tricare insurance set. The nurse practitioner didn't even examine me. Said there wasn't much they could do as I am for days into the flu that lasts 5 days or so. Don't waste your time there.

  • 5/5 nancy t. 6 months ago on Google
The wait time was less than 15 minutes. All of the staff from the nice ladies at the front desk to the technician and provider who saw me were very professional, polite and I appreciated that they spoke slowly and repeated what they said to me. This was very helpful because I was not at my best when I in the clinic so small things l quietike paying attention was difficult because I was not feeling well. The cleanliness of the front office, the treatment room, and bathroom was immaculate. And finally I was so appreciative that the tone of the clinic was quiet - so nice that a television was not blaring and the fron desk staff spoke in hushed tones. When a patient visits a clinic and not feeling well having a quiet place like this clinic was icing on the cake. Management I hope you compensate everyone at this clinic, because superior employees are hard to find and keep these days.

I came in later at the end of the day and everyone was still so nice. The lady in the front was such a sweetheart, my nurse was hilarious, and the doctor put me at ease. I went in very uncomfortable and angry and left feeling better. Thanks guys for making an uncomfortable situation better for me!

Front desk was great. However they will take patients who have a physical ,drug screen or etc before you even if you been waiting over 2 hours already taking care of sick people with the influenza Covid or health issue is not important to them

Don't go here until they learn their system no way it should take 15 minutes for check in. I've worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years and have never dealt with a less knowledgeable staff. And then their rude to boot. Door id open but you can't walk in until 8 am (was told this at 7:58) talk about RIDICULOUS. so unprofessional.

What a joke this place is. I had an Appointment for 8am, I was the second person in the building. I didn’t get in until almost 9:30 and I was the 7th person they took in. NONE of the people before me had major issues. 2 were workmans comp and one was a walk in no appointment. I just needed a Covid test for surgery. When I finally got back to get tested, they did a full doctors office visit on me. All I needed was a Covid test not a full exam. This place is a joke. Don’t worry about making an appointment, just show up and you’ll get right in. I’m using banners from now on. Last time I used banner for a Covid test for surgery and I was in and out in 10min. And the front desk lady is very miserable. She wasn’t nice to anyone.

The docs, PAs, and nursing staff are wonderful. I’ve probably seen 4 or 5 different care providers there, and all of them have been intelligent, kind, attentive, and accommodating. I’ve gotten great care and gotten better quickly with their help. The reception desk is a different story altogether. Typical scenario: I made a 4:30pm appointment early in the morning, checked in on their app, and clicked the “I’m here” button when I arrived at 4:20. The app says “Wait for your name to be called and have this QR code ready.” So I waited. 20 minutes. I walked up to the desk and said “I checked in on line and haven’t heard my name yet.” She handed me paperwork to fill out and an iPad to fill in information on. Never looked at or scanned the QR code. No idea what the point of on-line check in was. I suspect they don’t know how to use their system correctly. 30 minutes later, after watching several walk-ins go in ahead of me, I went up at 5:10 and asked how much longer. She said there were still 4 people ahead of me. Same question at 5:35. This time the receptionist looked panicked, as though she’d forgotten about me, and said “Sorry we’re running late today. Still one more person ahead of you.” Then her apparent supervisor, who had been sitting in the background disconnected from everything going on until now, waived me back and said “We’ll take you next.” Feeling horrible, I sat in their waiting room from 4:20-5:40 for a 4:30 appointment. They need serious training to avoid this kind of terrible patient experience.

My boyfriend insisted on bringing me to the fast med near target off of Greenway. I was whining I didn't want to wait etc because I was so tired. I broke bones in my foot by tripping I have never broken a bone and had a spiral fracture. Very upsetting because I can't work for a while and it hurt! I'm still in my boot with a wheel chair and crutches. But getting it taken care of was a breeze at fast med. The same day I was hurt we went to fast med and it wasn't even an hour I got x-rays pain medicine crutches a boot and informed doctors advice about my foot that made alot of sense. The employees there were so very warm and friendly and efficient. I was so happy 😊 I didn't have to wait super long at the hospital. I didn't know they did x-rays or could give me strong medicine that I really needed. Even though I became hurt 🤕 I handled taking care of it really quickly and that gave me relief. We promised them we would do a review and so here I am. I really recomend going to urgent cares if you can't handle the hospital at the moment and you need quick relief for something you think they can handle that isn't a really intense emergency. But they handled something I thought was too intense for them and really well! So thanks guys! You made being responsible for my broken bones in my foot a easy experience so far. Great service! No complaints. 💕🙏💖☺️

My first time at this clinic was awesome. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful, and I walked in without an appointment and was still able to get in without too long of a wait, even though it was busy. Would definitely recommend this place!

The nurses and residents were so nice and extremely helpful! They made a stressful time quick, easy, and light hearted! Although this location is far from my home, I will be coming back here to see them when I need help! Thank you to each and everyone of you who helped me out!

  • 5/5 Vi C. 2 years ago on Google
front desk was professional and the tone she use was relaxed. One of the patient entered and of course demanding to be seen right a way but the way she handled people was amazing. She’s a pro. she deserves a raise cause nowadays most front desk are rude and don’t know the meaning of customer service. if I was a mystery shopper she will ace my test. Also the gentleman and Sally who assisted Audrina was good kind people. They love what they do and they seem to find meaning in their jobs. Thank you for looking after us on behalf of all the people you guys serve. Highly recommend but pls don’t go there cause it’s so hard to walk in if they find out that theirs still good people and they are all together. Take pride in what you do.

  • 4/5 Katina Mia R. 2 years ago on Google
When they say fast med ,it's no joke . The doctors are in and out in the blink of an eye. And they surly don't waste anytime calling you back to see the doctor , when he or she enters the room they are quick to deliver an accurate assessment of the problem at hand. Front office could use a refresher course on customer service , but all and all I would definitely recommend .

Short wait time. Friendly staff. Dr. Sally was very attentive and a great listener, hard to find nowadays. I've been to this UC many times before and it's always been great experience. I think since HH acquired them their quality of care has improved. Very satisfied will go again if I'm sick.

This review is 3 months overdue but I didn't want to forget to leave a good rating. I was there early-mid June due to shingles and that was such a stressful condition to deal w/ but the nurses/doctors there were extremely attentive and empathetic. They immediately got me on meds to remedy this. I then came back 1 to 2 weeks later in a panic with a skin infection from my own overtreatment & the attendants then were wise enough to know the shingles werent spreading but to stop using other topical solutions. They medicated that too & it went away within days. I just want to say THANK you to those ladies that eased my anxieties & took care of me on each visit! I'm grateful such good service is available near my home. Thx again!

This urgent care did an excellent job. I was seen on a Sunday afternoon with several patients in the waiting room. The front office staff was professional and efficient. Physicians and back office were likewise efficient, listened well and worked through my visit with care and attention.

I had brought my mother to this clinic with a rapid heart beat and elevated blood pressure. We had to wait over an hour because they were behind. A nurse, a hispanic girl, walked in and told us right away that they will not even proscribe any medication, because they are afraid of any responsibilities, but offered to check my mothers's ears, temperature, and that's it. We just waked out and told them do not bill our insurance.

The staff at FastMed Urgent Care are very pleasant and caring people. The process to be seen and to make an appointment was straight forward and user friendly. The time frame from check in to actually being seen was very reasonable and done efficiently. They seem to have their procedures down pat. When I was being seen by the PA, Taylor, she was thorough, reassuring, and kind. While I was there, I interacted with 5 different staff members, all who treated me in a friendly, positive manner. I felt as though they went out of their way to get me set up with a specialist for my follow up care. My experience at this urgent care was an extremely positive one!

  • 5/5 Lori K. 1 year ago on Google
Even though I had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen (it was the day before Thanksgiving and busy), the experience with the staff was very good. I felt confident that the PA knew her stuff and listened to my complaints. I had x-rays taken and the PA took her time and explained what she saw. Then she made a referral for follow-up and called me that evening to advise what the radiologist saw (the same as her). The only negative is there weren’t enough chairs and space in the waiting area.

  • 5/5 Paige S. 1 year ago on Google
The wait was slightly longer than usual (that time of year where everyone is sick) but they did an awesome job with the overall experience. They even put a movie on for my toddler which was so sweet! The ladies at the front desk were awesome!

Mom here... I had to come here when we first moved out here to be treated, so I knew when he got sick and didn't get better over the weekend where we would go. The associates brought him right in and treated us so well and politely. They even went through a fire drill while we were there. That made me feel assured that there is a plan for an emergency even when patients are in the building. I loved our experience and trust the diagnoses provided to us when we came in for our urgent care! I would highly recommend this facility for our medical, non emergency room needs!

I arrived a little after 7pm and the place was packed. The front desk was very efficient and curious regardless of the pressure of her position. I was told that they had 2 providers working that night. I was able to be seen within an hour even though there were 8 people in front of me. They did a fantastic job under high pressure. Would return if necessary.

Female front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and refused to help my wife and daughter just now, because they did not have masks on. They had to rush there due to a bad allergic reaction my daughter was having on her arm. As obvious of any loving mother grabbing a mask was the last thing from her mind. I'm so upset that my wife had to deal with such a rude employee. Could you not offer a mask? I'm sure how inflated Healthcare pricing is you can afford to hand out a mask to a 6 year old girl and her mother.

Worst experience EVER!!! Came in with an infected abscess in my pinky finger. The so-called nurse practiced on me!!! An abscess is one of the easiest procedures to perform. She attempted to drain the abscess but didn't get deep enough, then proceeded to squeeze the abscess and not only cause UNNECESSARY EXCRUCIATING PAIN, but she spread the infection at the same time. THEN SHE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME PAIN MEDS!!!!! I received them after absolutely insisting on them only to get Tylenol with codeine. HERES THE KICKER, I WENT HOME, LANCED THE ABSCESS MYSELF, AND DRAINED IT!!!!! SHE SHOULDN'T BE PRACTICING!!!! I have a video of the self-performed surgery as you can not record video in their room.......for obvious liability reasons!!!!!! I SUGGEST NEVER CHECKING IN HERE!!!!

Here right now 3/22/23 I had an appointment at 1130am it’s now past 12:30pm. The medical assistants are nice that’s why it’s 2 stars but honestly seeing people that came in after you, with no appointment or an appointment after yours go in front of you is frustrating. Especially because I am here for a TB shot. It’s a bit ridiculous. Also, I forgot my wallet so I asked if they somehow had my last payment method showing. They had it saved and I never authorized that. The front office receptionist stated “sometimes they work too fast and click the wrong button.” Suspect. Granted, I’m glad they had mine saved for this particular visit. I know i urgent care waits can be long but not this long when you have an appointment. All in all I probably won’t be back to this location after todays visit. Now I’m leaving one star. I went to the back and got my TB and when she was done I said thank you. She must not of heard me because she proceeded to say “you’re welcome,” in a very aggressive tone. I said, “I said thank you.” She proceeds to say “oh.” Her name is Brantley R. If she cannot stay calm in this type of environment she should not be doing this job.
