Place is dirty. The nurses are rude. They make u wait to damnnn long to do a random drug test for the company. Hate this place I was about to give up and just fail the test. That’s how bad that place is. Just wanted to walk out. If the nurses there don’t like the job they should quit. They all had bad attitudes.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. I have had to go multiple times per my OWCP case. Every time I go the majority of the lobby staff says polite things in a rude and condescending nature. There favorite thing to say is “sit down and we will be with you shortly.” The incompetence runs wildly rampant. I literally sat there for 40 minutes after signing in because they forgot to check me in. I am one of 3 people in the lobby and they didn’t notice I was the only person not being seen. I have never been to a doctor’s office where the visit is less than five minutes (normally closer to two), yet I have to wait forty-five minutes in the lobby to “check out” and be released to leave. This occurs every single time I go. This place is horrible. If I ever get injured on the job again, I will go to my own doctor. There is no conceivable way I would ever go to Concentra in any other capacity, I would rather bleed out. (Side note: the physical therapy staff is great and has a different entrance so you don’t have to deal with the rampant incompetence).

I was in this place close to 4 hours. I was quoted 2 hrs. I understand they were short staffed but double time is crazy. Also, I had to take a drug test and needed to urinate after the first hour and a half of waiting and they would not let me just pee in a cup! Not only did I feel hurt physically due to holding my urine but I felt it was inhumane. I went to the CMA who checked my vitals and the front dest at LEAST 4 times consistently telling her I just needed to urinate really badly. To no avail I still didn't urinate until over 3 and a half hrs later. I even told the staff I don't care about waiting,thank God I cleared my day, just to let me urinate in a cup and I will return to the waiting room. No help...the only reason I gave it 2 stars was because I enjoyed my CMA,lab tech,and the doctor were phenomenal. Other than that, Go elsewhere!!

Honestly this location sucks. The communication is terrible, they are rude, they don’t want to help you when you have an appointment and they take their sweet time to give a review. My company has crazy expensive contracts with them that earn them hundreds of thousands of dollars because it’s a national contract and they refuse to be helpful. Won’t answer phones at all. I give them two stars because the actual trainers and therapists are really nice in the back. Get rid of the front staff I beg you.

I have never experienced a service like the one I experienced the day of my visit. Whom ever the person or young lady that took the urine samples was totally unprofessional. And so were the technicians . All around unprofessional. That service sucked. And it started with the urine collection technician. That is what the young generation represents these days. Unprofessionallism.

Dr Wolf and staff were excellent. Got me in and out quickly for my cdl medical exam even though they were very busy. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

This place sucks. You go in knowing you have to pee and they say its an hour and a half wait. U wait your time and then really have to go and they dont care. Its pee. In a cup. Not rocket science. At least 12 people walking around and they say only 1 person is doing drug screens. Absolutely rediculous.

PA bacon is mean and prides her self in how quickly she sees patients. My last time there she bragged about seeing 22 patients in 2 hours. When i questioned her treatment plan for me and told her my initial complaint and the high levels of pain she straight out demeaned me and told me, “well lets just get you surgery”. Without even viewing and ordering any radiological imaging. She did not complete a thorough orthopedic assessment of my back. She did not even get my history and events causing the pain. I literally had to argue with her to get the imaging order in place. When i kept questioning her, she got upset and refused to care for me further and cancelled all my appointments with her clinic including PT. If you are having trouble with Dr. Levey and PA-Bacon i suggest for your work injury i suggest you contact a workmen’s comp attorney. Especially when amazon threatens to not pay for the care else where. They threatened me with employment termination if i dont see there approved concentra provider. Amazon is failing me.

Well, we can start with the fact it takes 3.5 hours to get a DOT physical. Then I get a letter in the mail saying my CDL has been revoked. Because 3.5 hours wasnt enough time to put my name on the paperwork. Which is why my medical DOT paperwork that allows me to work was refused. When I called Concentra the lady (supervisor) that I spoke with said she would email me the paperwork and call me back in 10 minutes to male sure I got it. Its now been 30 minutes, NO CALL NO EMAIL. Am I Happy??? No!!!! This is my livelihood your messing with. THANK YOU FOR SUCH EXCELLENCE IN ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. BTW THE STAFF IS RUDE AS HELL!

This 1 star was for my last day followed up appointment with the PA. I've been waiting in the room for more than one hour, nobody showed up, cheking or knocked the door. POOR SERVICE! Only the people who work at physical therapy were super friendly and nice! 5 stars for them!

Customer service needs improvement. I signed in at the front counter and a gentlemen just says that they’ll help me as soon as possible and so I sat down and this other lady asks me from the counter, “Hey! Can I help you sir?” ... I didn’t know who she was referring to so I ignored her and she yells out and says, “Excuse me sir! Can I help you!” I looked over and she was looking at me. So I walked up to her and she says to me, “Sir, you need to let us know if you need help or else we won’t know what you need.” I didn’t say anything in response because I knew that would just fuel the situation so I just handed her my pre-employment drug test and ppd test forms. What was the point of signing in and being acknowledged by the other guy at the counter when I was signing in? That just set the whole tone of my visit there. They get the work done but just horrible attitude.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would... My company scheduled an 8am appointment and I was first in line yet still have to wait 3 hours... To top it all off watching those who literally walk in after those who've been waiting go to the back first. Seems to be standard practice... I've had to come here because my company pays for it... I'd much rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere else than to ever return to any Concentra... Every one I've been to, especially this one, the staff displays trashy "DMV Vibe" type attitudes... If it's an absolute urgent situation that you must come here then I get it but I strongly discourage it otherwise!!!

Terrible place I recommend not to waste your time and money here especially if you’re company and you send quite a few people for physicals and drug test. normally when you see a doctor and if your blood pressure is high, they tell you to get on medication and start exercising but the doctors here will not pass your DOT physical at all just because of high blood pressure. We are in November literally the holidays for the year and I explain to the doctor that this is for me to get a job and I really need the license to do so and that I would consult my doctor and get the medication that I need to control my high blood pressure. If you can please allow me to work and the doctor said no but continue to wanna hold me there to tell me about what it is I can do to bring my blood pressure down and I continue to explain to him sir. I understand what you are telling me, but I need to work. I need the license and over just high blood pressure. I feel that you can make an exception, and he said no I will not, and still decided to deny me and fail my physical and the company that I am speaking with right now trying to get the job for is saying that this is nonsense that they rely on these companies like Concentra to be able to get the employees they need and if doctors are failing physicals over high blood pressure that they will look elsewhere to a physician and clinic they will actually help out their company. Once again please do not waste your time and money here if you are looking to have your employees or future employees get a physical and drug test. Please look for another facility that is not Concentra

There is a sign posted by the front entrance of this Concentra Urgent Care that states that there hours of operation are Monday thru Friday. But, today is Friday and this location is closed!! The website said that they are suppose to be open. But, this location is closed!! Unacceptable!! All the Concentra Urgent Care places that I have been to. I have always encountered issues. Ether by the staff of something else!! If I were you stay away from all Concentra Urgent Care Centers!!

Other than the long wait, the service was great. Once I got called back, I was in and out quickly.

Staff and service was EXCELLENT. I was there for a DOT Random and the sraff was proffesional and very friendly.

Long wait to pee in a cup. Plan 2-3 hours to comply with a random drug screen. They are understaffed and overwhelmed with the demand for their services. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

The MDs and MAs are very efficient but friendly. They do a great job but they have a lot of people moving through and even what you would think is a quick procedure, like a vaccine, you should expect to wait for a while. The only downside to this urgent care is I had to get a work clearance physical, I went at 2:00 pm and they almost didn’t take me saying they stop physicals between 2-2:30. They did end up seeing me but I had to be fairly persistent. I wish that was more clearly communicated.

I give Concentra 5 stars! Staff was friendly and check in was great. Dr. Ashworth was awsome, I was in and out quickly. Overall service was great!

I went in for work related physical, and was told 3 1/2 hours. And was out in about 2 hours. Although it was extremely busy, they moved everyone really fast. Everyone was friendly and helpful...

Took almost two hours to take a pre-employment drug screen. Was there over and hour before they called anyone to the back and only one patient came out of the back while I was waiting.

This place was very unprofessional, it took two people for a drug screen, obviously they didn’t know what they were doing. Now my drug screen still being processed supposedly there was a wet signature, and my employer sent this to me: the note I re-ceived: DISA reached out and there was an issue with the wet signature on the chain of custody for the Drug Screen. They are working on it

I travel for work and I make multiple trips a year to Conentra for compliance needs. They are always friendly and helpful! Also they do a great job to get me in and out!

I usually hate writing negative reviews, but I waited 4 hours for a rapid drug test. I think they lost my chart after checking me in. Kept getting told someone has my chart, and that I would be called next. 2 full lobbies cleared out by the time I was seen. Missed an important appointment because of the delay.

Busy location . Drug screen tech was tad short on personalbilty w, clientele. Location had only 1 med tech doing random drug screens day I had to go in . Versus # of patients there at the day I had to go the location should have had 2 med techs aval for drug screens so ppl didn't have to wait so long .

People behind desk not friendly, short, bad bedside manner. Back office or collection staff I give 5 stars and 10. Very caring, verry professional and efficient. Like the front should be. Pastor Bob

It was very smooth and quick I was just there drug testing for work. Very busy waiting area standing room only and alot traffic with construction on the roads. Less than 30 minutes signed in and tested. Thank you!

Everyone behind the counter is jovial and likable. They can be busy I am told, yet the atmosphere is very relaxed. I used their tablet touch screen to cover old medical history. My Provider was extra helpful, going that bit beyond on my behalf.

Everyone was very polite. I was told there was an hour and a half wait but ended up leaving in 20 minutes.

The personnel were very friendly, and I didn't wait more than 45 minutes even though I came in as a walkin. They were very nice about showing me how to download the form I needed and was able to email it to them from my phone. The testing was professional, and done quickly.

We were visiting from another state and didn’t know the area or any medical providers. Our insurance company recommended Concentra to treat a shoulder injury. Sarah Bacon PAC, was very professional and took time to explain our options for care. She was personable and helped us feel confident with the services we were receiving. Thank you for helping us through a trying situation.

Concentra urgent Care was okay. There was a gentleman doctor that saw me on a Wednesday and he wasn't too informational as the female doctor that saw me on a Tuesday. She was phenomenal and very informational and I learned a lot from her not so much from him. He was just like an as a matter of fact and she was very thorough and I liked her and I will make my follow-up appointments with her rather than him so I will be returning on Tuesdays only. You'll have to excuse me but I don't know their names. The front office there is very cold even though it's 100° outside lol. The physical therapy part was great but the receptionist made my appointment on the wrong day and it took me an hour to get there and it was very disappointing.

Super busy, the front staff seemed overloaded, but I'm sure they're short staffed like everyone else. Back staff were friendly and great. I'd give them 5 stars, but the front desk lady put up a sign saying she'd be back I'm ten minutes when I was next.

I went to get my respirator fitting/testing. The wait time can be really long and intense but building is nice, workers very helpful and easy to talk to.

Doctor Kunzang is the best. I have never been happier with ANY DOCTOR!! All of the staff at the new Encontrada are awesome. I saw the Doctor, got a blood test and an X-ray on my knee in less than an hour. Awesome facility, awesome staff!

It use to be better here. Communication is off somewhere. I came for physical tb spot and mask fit. For a travel agency, I've been here 50 11 times. And this is the first time that I feel like I was sat on. Moved to 4 different rooms seen 4 different techs and 1 Dr. And waited and waited 4 hrs total. I calculated the actual time I talked with providers. Out of 4 hrs.... 26 min. I work in the Healthcare field and understand they may get busy. But after been told you wait for paper work at the end only to stand there and then be told that paper work would be sent to the company. You have yo do better with communication. I won't pick this location again

Wait times are absurdly long! Accuracy of the information on my DOT physical king form had to be corrected, and even once that was completed, info was still missing. Overall, not a very pleasant atmosphere.

Fast, Easy. & Smooth process. In & out no time wasted unless it's packed then you will have to wait well over 43 minutes. Other then that, the times I went. It went by quick. check me out on youtube- Uriel I.R.L

Friendly professionals doing a great job. The team was so efficient, they told me I would be there for two hours they kicked in overdrive I was out of there in about an hour.

Once I made it past check in, I was greeted by a wonderful, beautiful woman named karen. She was very helpful and made my appointment easy as possible for me ❤️

They were very short staffed due to illness but were incredible at keeping the wait to a minimum. The technician that di the testing couldn't have been better. Not only was she very professional and good at her job, she was very personable and a joy to be around. The overall experience was exceptional
