It is not always easy to pay for my office visits but it is always worth it. The people here are competent and compassionate and kind. They treat your pain the way they feel is right and not how the government thinks you should be treated. With the Opioid crisis and the government watching their every prescription they still treat you the way they think best. They always get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I get there early they get me right in. After all the hassles of my Pain Management doctors in the past, The Pain Medicine Clinic is so stress free that Ii feel fortunate to have found this practice. I don't ever want to go back to doctors that harass you more than treat you. If you are considering a change of doctors I highly recommend the Nurse Practitioners at Arizona Pain Medicine Clinic. You will not regret going to this practice and your chronic pain will be properly treated. I never want to change my providers at AZ Pain Medicine Clinic because they truly are the best at what they do. The people that work there are so professional and considerate that you will feel that you are being cared for in the best way possible. It is very difficult to live with chronic pain especially when your provider treats you disrespectfully and does not help you deal with the pain you are experiencing. As a Teacher of High School students, it is so difficult to work around severe and chronic pain. I was concerned that I might have to retire early due to my chronic pain but AZ Pain Medicine Clinic has.helped me continue working with my students and I am so grateful. If you are reading these reviews because you are thinking about seeing a provider here, I absolutely recommend that you come in for an appointment and see the proper treatment of chronic pain. I assure you that you will not regret it. Also since my insurance is a PPO I can submit receipts for out if network care and they will cover 60 % of my costs here at Arizona Pain Medicine Clinic which would take the cost down to about $ 65.00 to $ 70.00 and I would not have known that if it were not for the wonderful people who work there. It also makes this affordable for me. You should see if this is an option for you. I don't think you will regret coming to this place with the wonderful people who work there.

From the moment I called to make an appointment to the end of my appointment with Catherine, I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider. The admin staff were super helpful and kind. Debra was a great communicator and was able to get me seen before a crisis happened. She worked to get my records from my previous provider, which were never provided, so she got my MRIs and X-rays from Simon Med. They were short-staffed that day and kept patients informed and apologized for wait times (which weren’t their fault) but it was very considerate. The nurse or medical assistant I first saw was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions, and if she didn’t know something she went and found out-she was very thorough explaining the pain contract. Catherine listened to my experiences and validated my concerns. Many pain clinics are condescending to patients. She actually looked at my MRI and X-rays! And was able to clarify potential diagnoses. My prior Dr had not been medicating me properly. She did a very detailed exam and provided education on everything she stated. Typically I am anxious seeing a pain Dr because they are punishing and treat everyone as though they are med seeking! I felt such great relief after my appt and had no issues filling my prescription.

This will be my third review for this wonderful clinic and its staff. I have had the pleasure of working with Deb, and her staff, the experience is always very positive. Dr. Kate is amazing, she’s always taking the time to explain herself to me, and always has a wonderful plan in place for me. I’m a patient, but it definitely feels like I am part of a family there. I highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve seen many pain doctors in my 10 years of dealing with my condition. I walked into the clinic not really knowing what to expect but Ms. Tamara walked in and greeted me with a smile and really ready to set me up on a treatment plan. Anyone that has been to any pain clinic walk in with the thought in their mind feeling that their back is against the wall. She came in and immediately with no reservation and got right into it. Ms. Tamara all I have to say is “thank you” I was not failed you all made me feel so comfortable with everything from the time I stepped into the office until I left EVERYONE there is so nice!! I most definitely am happy I went with my first mind and followed the wonderful reviews from everyone else and made my decision to join based off of them. I’m looking forward to seeing you all in the future and a healthy relationship moving forward. This is not a hoax give this clinic a try. You will not be disappointed. ❤️

I absolutely love this clinic. My provider, Kate was so wonderful & listened to my complete health history. I've never had a provider anywhere else who was so kind & thorough. I have a lot off allergies & reactions to prescription medications. Kate & Paula discussed my option for Ketamine treatments to address my severe neuropathy pain & chronic pain issues. They all know my name when I walk in. They always show kindness & never leap to judgment. They offer true pain medicine practices. I am beyond grateful.

We recently moved back to the PHX area from Oregon, and I was concerned about my first appointment here. If you know anything about the field of pain management (and what both patients and providers must deal with) in today's opioid epidemic, you know that moving to a different state is stressful beyond the usual issues. I notified my Oregon doctor of my move, and then I called AZ Pain Medicine Clinic to make an appointment there. Because my last appointment with my Oregon provider was a video call, I had not signed a release of records form - oops. There was the first hurdle. Deborah, the director of ops in the office at AZ Pain Medicine Clinic, calmed me down, sent the required forms and was extremely patient with me. Right before we made the move I called the clinic to confirm that my records had been transferred from the Oregon provider. They had not, and there was the second hurdle. Deborah took care of that as well, thank goodness. Finally, the day of my appointment arrived snd it went as smoothly as humanly possible. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the medical assistant to my provider, Cate, was friendly, welcoming, and a balm to my nerves. I got to meet Deborah, who had handled everything so well prior to my office visit, and I really like my provider. Cate took the time to listen to my concerns, address them and offer many possible options for care and management of my pain. Cate even helped me find the nearest pharmacy to my new place. Most importantly, I felt she truly listened to me. I left the office with much-needed references to a primary care provider, a physical therapist, a copy of the visit notes, and a calm mind. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Don't waste your time on this place. Matt is awesome, if he is even there any longer thou. Our whole family went there, my parents, especially my mother praised Paula every where she went. Told people how nice and kind they were and they turned and lied to get her out of the practice. Saying her UA were not in line or whatever. She had two tests in a year. Makes no sense. She made sure she followed the rules, They over charge and do not do any procedures at all. They are not professional whatsoever in the front. There are seldom any people in the waiting area so whomever is can hear Denise talking about patients and things that should be private. Skip this place!

I was extremely happy with my visit to AZ Pain Medicine Clinic! The staff was pleasant & courteous & Ms.Lambert was absolutely amazing!! She was thorough, caring, & took time to make sure every need was met. She actually found things other medical professionals hadn’t discovered. I highly recommend them!

The team at this office is excellent. I have been a pain patient since 1994 and believe me, I know the difference. They are always organized, professional, helpful, and flexible when I need to change something. They practice in a compassionate and responsible manner that is not always true in some practices. Dr Eastin, is beyond AMAZING. I've been coming for treatment at this office for quite some time now. I've had my fair share of specialist from other locations but Mrs Dr Carolyn E has ALWAYS taken the time to sit with me and hear my bad/good days. Speaks with me with terminology I can understand and comprehend. I receive full support and care from her, that I feel is sincere. She does not make me feel like I'm just a dollar sign for this office. The staff at this location are also great team players. I recently moved from out of state & with all that stress comes finding new drs, dentist, vet, schools, etc. I was born missing a bone in leg/32+ surgeries & have been in pain mngmnt since a young age. It’s scary finding a new dr who LISTENS and reads your file. I called 4 other places and wasn’t treated like a patient but someone who just wants meds. WHAT A RELIEF calling and talking with RUTH! She is the absolute sweetest and was up front and honest with the price and how the office works! I was able to get in, she helped me get my discharge papers together, came in, met the dr to make sure she can help. And WOW, Dr Catherine is amazing, smart, listens and read my file. She gives her opinion and advice and goes over and beyond to try new things to see if it helps a little. I was blown away at the respect and knowledge from them. Yes it’s a little drive but I will continue there as I know I’m in good hands. Thanks for relieving some stress with moving.

If you need a shot of any kind, then Nichelle is the best! I didn't even feel my B12 shot. Ruthiee has the best smile and is so friendly as she welcomes you at check-in. Their prices are very reasonable. Talk to Deborah, and she will give you the answers to your questions!

I have seen Kate 5 different times and every time, she takes time to listen and try to help get me out of pain. She has worked with me to adjust my medication to find something that works for me. AZ Pain has helped me alleviate agonizing knee pain that I've had to endure for over a decade. I'm 47 and moving almost as productive as a teenager... very pleased with AZ Pain... I have relied on AZ Pain Medicine to keep me living a full active life. I am in my 70s and can still show horses, work on our horse property ie mowing pastures, cleaning stalls etc. They are very personal about my care as I’m sure they are with all their patients.

Let me just say this, I have been in pain Managment for about 5 years. At places pretty much all over the valley. I was to the point of literally giving up. All I wanted was for someone to actually care and actually listen to me. Not someone that would rather discuss my “fills” than listen to me. All I wanted was to find someone who would hear me , actually care about me and what was really going on with my body . I wanted to find someone who , when I spoke to them I knew they were actually listening to me . Well I can finally say after 5 years , I found someone who can hear me , who can listen to me , who cares about me , who actually explains me about the injuries I have. Kate is awesome ! I am so thankful that I found Az Pain Clinic , i was looking and looking for days , reading reviews , I don’t know how many times I searched and searched and I finally came across this facility . Caroline NP is amazing. She is very honest and straight forward cares for me and will not do unnecessary procedures. The office staff is incredible as well very friendly. The office as a whole is a no judgment zone and in this day that is hard to find.

I love this place! Paula always listens and gives me advice and things to try to lessen my back pain. Always on time and extremely courteous to my time and pain levels. My only complaint is insurance, not sure if they take any, they certainly don't take mine.

Great practice! I just had my second visit and my experience has been nothing short of one of the best. Dr. Catherine Lambert, the Clinic Director is a wonderful doctor. She’s friendly and personable. Dr Lambert actually listens to what you have to say and it’s refreshing. This is NOT a “Pill Mill”! The rules are followed very closely and I like that. Sometimes PM offices are sometimes scary in the clientele area. I for one appreciate AZ Pain Management Clinic and their staff as well. In just two visits I feel better and can function at a higher level rather than being in constant pain and lack of the ability to sleep because I am in so much pain. Thank you Dr Lambert!
