Absolutely
appalled
by
the
quality
of
patient
care
and
customer
service!!!
I
recently
had
moved
to
Phoenix
from
Chicago
and
was
looking
for
a
primary
care
physician
near
home.
So
I
had
scheduled
an
appointment
in
January
of
2020
to
understand
the
steps
needed
to
receive
a
medication
I
have
been
prescribed
for
over
ten
years.
I
was
given
all
the
standard
forms
to
fill
out
and
submit.
When
called
back,
I
was
given
the
same
forms
which
I
just
filled
out
again.
Thinking,
ok
no
big
deal,
probably
just
a
clerical
error.
I
explained
to
the
nurse
who
came
back
to
collect
the
forms,
that
I
had
just
filled
these
out.
I
was
then
told
that
I
need
to
fill
them
out
again!
Ok!
So
I
filled
them
again.
Another
employee
enters
the
room
and
proceeds
to
ask
me
a
series
of
questions
which
pertain
to
mental
and
physical
well
being.
I
was
then
told
that
I
will
need
to
schedule
another
appointment
to
see
a
behavioral
specialist
to
move
forward
in
the
process.
I
then
was
brought
back
to
the
receptionist
and
tried
to
schedule
this
appointment.
Well,
an
appointment
can
not
be
scheduled
because
this
is
a
walk
in
process.
A
week
goes
by
and
I
try
contacting
Valle
Del
Sol
multiple
times!
Leaving
multiple
messages
without
any
response.
I
continued
to
try
to
contact
the
office
and
still
no
responses.
Now
to
3-9-2020
I
finally
was
able
to
speak
with
a
receptionist
on
the
phone
and
she
specifically
explains
that
the
specialists
is
only
available
on
mondays
and
tuesdays
until
3pm.
She
explains
that
if
I
arrive
at
7am
I
will
be
able
to
see
the
specialist.
In
order
to
do
this
I
had
to
take
an
unpaid
day
from
work!
I
arrive
at
7:05am
and
I
am
the
second
person
there.
The
receptionist
writes
#2
on
my
forms
she
had
given
me
to
fill
out.
I
am
then
called
to
the
back
and
given
more
forms
to
fill
out.
I
proceed
in
filling
the
forms
out
and
submit
them.
I
am
then
taken
to
another
room
in
the
back
and
specifically
told
I
won’t
be
able
to
see
the
specialist.
Granted
this
is
now
12pm!
I
had
started
to
get
pretty
angry
at
this
point.
She
then
tells
me
“
oh
well
the
specialist
only
sees
2-3
people
on
those
days
so
I
guess
you
have
to
come
back
another
day”.
I
am
completely
appalled
and
thrown
back
at
the
dishonesty,
unprofessionalism
and
complete
disregard
for
patient
care!!!!
This
organization
desperately
needs
to
restructure
the
way
they
do
business
and
provide
health
care!
