My daughter has been here for 5+ years (linked to her past school). They use to be very helpful, but overall time she just kept getting assigned new counselors, and she was starting to disassociate. We decided to stop COUNSELING SERVICES and I repeatedly said KEEP MEDICATION SERVICES, since that would still be available. Of course, knowing that they have been messing up, and ghosting us, they fricking stopped her medication services too!!! It's been 2MONTHS! Still NOTHING ... past PCH doctor approved last month's refills, now they aren't. Thanks to Valle Del Sol stopping my kids medication services, it's going to impact her soo much, since she was diagnosed with severe PTSD and depression. I am pretty livid with this clinic. I understand about the short staffing, but when you guys do not return calls to past and new clients, you are altering their mental health. That is NOT what a behavioral clinic specializes in...

Honestly so annoyed by this place. I live almost an hour away and they cancelled my newborn sons appointment two months in a row without calling. He’s been sick for two weeks and I have called numerous times and left a voicemail with no call back. The only reason why I’m still here is because I have had a hard time finding a place that will take our insurance.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of patient care and customer service!!! I recently had moved to Phoenix from Chicago and was looking for a primary care physician near home. So I had scheduled an appointment in January of 2020 to understand the steps needed to receive a medication I have been prescribed for over ten years. I was given all the standard forms to fill out and submit. When called back, I was given the same forms which I just filled out again. Thinking, ok no big deal, probably just a clerical error. I explained to the nurse who came back to collect the forms, that I had just filled these out. I was then told that I need to fill them out again! Ok! So I filled them again. Another employee enters the room and proceeds to ask me a series of questions which pertain to mental and physical well being. I was then told that I will need to schedule another appointment to see a behavioral specialist to move forward in the process. I then was brought back to the receptionist and tried to schedule this appointment. Well, an appointment can not be scheduled because this is a walk in process. A week goes by and I try contacting Valle Del Sol multiple times! Leaving multiple messages without any response. I continued to try to contact the office and still no responses. Now to 3-9-2020 I finally was able to speak with a receptionist on the phone and she specifically explains that the specialists is only available on mondays and tuesdays until 3pm. She explains that if I arrive at 7am I will be able to see the specialist. In order to do this I had to take an unpaid day from work! I arrive at 7:05am and I am the second person there. The receptionist writes #2 on my forms she had given me to fill out. I am then called to the back and given more forms to fill out. I proceed in filling the forms out and submit them. I am then taken to another room in the back and specifically told I won’t be able to see the specialist. Granted this is now 12pm! I had started to get pretty angry at this point. She then tells me “ oh well the specialist only sees 2-3 people on those days so I guess you have to come back another day”. I am completely appalled and thrown back at the dishonesty, unprofessionalism and complete disregard for patient care!!!! This organization desperately needs to restructure the way they do business and provide health care!

I loved the pedestrian here, but I can never get through to the front office. I've been calling for the passed hr and still getting the automated prompt. I think I will be switching my pediatrician due to the staff not getting back to parents in a timely manner.

I fired Doctor Benjamin for no showing to my daughter's appointment on 1/13/2023 @ 1115 am. This was her first appointment after being released from a mental health facility. She really needed his help and his assistant lied and said she called us. We waited for 40 minutes in the school parking lot for them to call. I called the office to verify the appointment and was told he was just running late. I wouldn't trust these people to coordinate care for a hamster, let alone my kid. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Been taking my now 3 kids here for almost 3 years to see Dr. Maiden. She is absolutely amazing along with her staff, they really do go above and beyond. Highly recommend going to see her if you need a good pediatrician.

After having issues with getting an appointment at SW my sons behavioral couch helped me get an appointment here with the behavioral department for my son the Dr. Was ok but I had to cancel my son's 3rd appointment do to car problems then after that I couldn't get an appointment for him. I talked to someone who forward me to someone else and that person said that they would have someone call me back, the person did call me back just to tell me it wasn't their department and they had to forward me to the front desk, no one picked up so I left a voicemail no one got back to me so I called again and asked for the front desk, left another voicemail still no one got back with me I gave up.....

They never call you back when you call and leave a message. They cancel appointments without warning. They also have lost my daughters file on multiple occasions. Waste of time.

They take down reviews that say negative things about specific staff. Especially the staff that touch clients inappropriately.

The pediatric department is awesome. We are usually in and out for referrals. For more serious ailments, we were given options, not the typical "fill this prescription and come back in 2 weeks"

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this office. Everyone is nice and helpful and my NP S Corella is absolutely wonderful. She is energetic and intelligent and she is thorough. I feel like I can trust her completely with my healthcare. I can't say enough good things about this office. (Valle owners: I am under a pseudonym here so you won't find me under this name. fyi))

All staff were helpful and gave us the resources we neaded.

Very, very grateful Valle Del Sol exists! Personally, I have utilized their services when going through some mental health struggles. Professionally, our organization partners with them to provide our customers access to care. They are phenomenal with our customers and give them the best care possible.

The most ungrateful people that I've ever had to deal with. They don't care about thier patients that they have. I've been waiting 6 months for my medical records. The staff is very rude and disrespectful 😤. I will never use thier service ever AGAIN!!!!
