    The customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly, thorough, fast, and efficient. We forgot a cell phone in the vehicle we returned, and staff quickly retrieved it for us. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not care for the model of vehicle. The Chevy Equinox was cramped in the front seats and we kept hitting our heads and couldn't reach things in the backseat. Looked like the backseat had plenty of room, just wished there was more room in the front seat. Don't waste your time with Budget's terrible service, go with Enterprise and have a happy vacation!

    We booked with Enterprise using company code, so it was the best deal we could get. Let me bring you through the whole process. First, you will need to get on a shuttle bus to reach this car rental service, it is located at the far right after coming out from the airport. We had to queue about 20-30 minutes to the service counter. I have to say the customer service was excellent. Once you get your documents all checked, off you go to the garage to obtain the car. To our surprise, we were offered Ford Mustang when we reached the garage. We had a great tour around Grand Canyon with the car. First ever experience driving a sports car. Terrific! We couldn't ask for more right. ❤️ Car return was hassle free too. We had been renting with Enterprise and it has never disappoint us. Keep up the good work!

    Pretty convenient fast pass system using their app, the guys at the exit gate took a minute to verify everything. I feel that their vehicles are a bit high on miles, but nothing really concerning, I got this A4 2023 with over 20k miles on the clock. This PHX airport location is an easy/quick drop off.

    Very good pricing, easy to find, check in an return. The car was so clean, and comfortable for our group of 5. Please advise that when you arrive at the airport you have to take a shuttle to the car rental center, but no biggy the shuttles are provided by the airport specifically for it. Such a nice experience and friendly staff.

    Enterprise customer service is outstanding. I picked up a car at midnight in Phoenix and the woman at the reservation desk was fantastic. She was sharp, helpful, efficient and nice. When I entered the garage, another customer service agent was waiting to escort me to my car. There were many choices and I picked a nearly-new (less than 2K miles!) car. The return was similarly efficient. I have increasingly chosen Enterprise over the years (historically I was a Hertz/Avis customer) and have never been disappointed. Nice cars + pleasant efficient customer service = loyalty. Huge fan.

    I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for years. Florida, Texas, California, Washington and now for the first time in Phoenix. I have never had an issue. We got into Phoenix about 1030 and the rental counter was about 50 deep. Took about 35 minutes to get to an agent. Makayla was cool under pressure, found my reservation and got us through in about 10 minutes. As we waited to pick up the vehicle, I noticed she had come downstairs to help in the garage as well. She ended up helping us with a vehicle, and as there were none left of what we reserved, gave us an upgrade. That's how you do business. No problem with pick up or return, thank you. You should give that woman a raise.

    Rented a full size car for our family of five for our trip to the Grand Canyon/ Hoover Dam. I’m 6’4” and my kids are tall as well. Jasmine at pickup let us try out three different cars but after sitting in them we knew they were all going to be too tight and pretty miserable for that kind of road trip. She upgraded us to a Volkswagen Atlas SUV. It was sooo nice to drive and fit us perfectly. We put almost 1200 miles on it! Thank you Jasmine! We had a great time on our trip.

    Eva and Juan were amazing. I hope I remembered their names correctly. It was late and I was beat. Their service was fantastic, greated with smiles and great attitudes. Great experience. I travel for work so I'm in and out of many places, by far the best here. I had the gray Mazda. No issues, great vehicle.

    Customer service was exceptional, never had I been asked if everything was okay as I went along with car rental process. Every employee asked if everything was okay with the last encounter and if they did their best. I was actually given a choice of three cars to pick from. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. On the day of return the process was very smooth. They made my day and took my concerns very seriously. Will definitely book with enterprise again.

    Enterprise has been my preferred rental company, but the last rental was not the usual standard. 1- the price is double the regular price. 2- high mileage for rental car "36000" 3- car needs a break job and you can feel every pump in the road. 4- car had scratches on fender and mirror cover but no one checked the car at pick up nor at drop off. 5- Overall I was happy that I had an advanced reservation and the car was waiting for me. 6- Also was great on gas.

    We arrived at Sky Harbor on a busy Saturday afternoon and were quickly and efficiently rented our car. The desk was adequately staffed and our agent was polite and professional. We went down to get the car and again, there was no wait and we were on our way. This is the experience every rental agency should strive for.

    Generally, my experiences using enterprise. I would have to say renting one at the airport is by far the best! The process was smooth and easy to navigate if you check in online. Each time I reserve a vehicle typically ends up in a free upgrade and a better kind of car than originally. More importantly, the employees are friendly made it fun and more pleasant. My family and I will always use enterprise anytime we need a car rentals for traveling purposes. Keep it up! :)

    Everything was great. Carson was who I dealt with at pickup and was great to work with, got me into a great car quick, explained everything, and even packed mine and my wifes luggage for us. The woman at the exit gate who verified all information was great and friendly and verified everything quickly and got me on my way. Drop-off was very quick and easy. I do not remember who I returned the car to but he was great as well. Will continue to only use Enterprise

    The gentleman who checked me in when I arrived to the rental office went way above expectations to get me the perfect car! I drive a Chevy Equinox at home and he made sure that I got one to rent so that I would be very comfortable driving it and have no difficulty getting used to another vehicle while driving my daughter and baby grand daughter!! I was so tired at the time that I didn’t read his name tag and his name wasn’t on our paperwork. This was at the Phoenix Airport office on Saturday, September 9 at 4:00 pm. Please give him the recognition that he deserves because he went above and beyond! Also Zack who assisted us find the vehicle and answered any questions that we had was very helpful too!

    I had a great experience using Enterprise at the Memphis airport. The entire process was smooth and the agent that checked me in was phenomenal! I don’t remember her name but she made the experience 5 stars! Keep doing what you are doing and providing excellent customer service.

    Enterprise seemed to have a small supply of vehicles available, so offered me a pickup truck for no additional cost which would get me on the road quickly. There were over a dozen people waiting for a vehicle at the time, so I accepted. The truck was a ford f150. Not a great vehicle. The application of the brakes caused the truck to vibrate violently. Drove about 60 miles and filled the gas tank on the way back to the airport. It took $38 to fill it up, so either the tank was not full when I picked it up or it only gets about 10 miles per gallon. When I returned the truck, the gentleman noticed a dent in the rear bumper. We filled out the appropriate paperwork and I headed to the airport. I had failed to perform a walk around inspection when I picked up the vehicle so could not prove that the dent was preexisting (never again). We will see how this plays out. Not a satisfied customer.

    I have rented vehicles from Enterprise countless times in the past several years. I rent vehicles from them both through my company and for personal trips. The staff at the Lima, Ohio office is fabulous. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they always provide me with a clean and reliable vehicle. I have also rented from Enterprise at Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix. Their service there is always exceptional and prompt as well. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental especially if you in the Lima Ohio or Phoenix area. It is always a great experience.

    As we did pre-check in, we were greeted in the car lot by the most pleasant gentleman welcoming us to the area and suggesting some other cars that we could select from vs. what we had originally selected. I wish he would have given us a rundown of the car's (actually a large SUV, Suburban) features, since so much is now electronic and push button. Drop off could not have been easier or gone more smoothly.

    Great experience from start to finish. The most polite young man checked us in; took maybe 3-5 minutes. We went to pick the rental car up and the next set of people were kind and polite. Walked us out to our rental car and showed us any features we were not sure about. On the return, the signs showing the return area were well marked. We pulled in, checked in with the attendant and unloaded our vehicle. The entire process was smooth like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend.

    I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise at the Phoenix airport. Despite a two-hour flight delay, their service was fantastic. The staff was highly accommodating, swiftly processing paperwork, and offering various card options. The car I rented was exceptionally clean, which added to the overall positive experience.     Excellent experience! Greeted while we were still on escalator in airport by Rich, great service! Had to visit another Enterprise in Mesa for tire issue, Matt was amazing and extremely helpful!     This might be the smoothest, most courteous, best overall experience I have ever had renting a car. From the first minute to the last, everything was perfect. Fantastic (and VERY clean!) vehicle, smiles on faces, friendly and fast customer service, and overall efficiency made this rental a super pleasant experience!

    Used Enterprise at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Check in was quick, my car was waiting for me, and it was clean and in good condition. Returning the car was super easy. At the other rental companies I could see backed up lines moving very slowly. At Enterprise I quickly got my reserved vehicle, and promptly got on my way with no fuss at all.

    A lazy Sunday flying into Phoenix's Sky harbor airport. I completed the the marathon escalators down, escalators up, mile walk to catch the train to the rental car center and met with a fine your Enterprise representative that took my info. Pretty quick I thought, then he advised me to proceed down to level two to discuss my options. Options? I had rented a full size two weeks ago as a gold member I didn't expect any options but hey maybe an upgrade was in my future. Once I descended to level two I saw it. The line... It looked enormous, as if they were expecting 10 people and 100 showed up out of nowhere. At that point I rethought my decision not to grab snacks on the way down. See the picks. It was long and filled with angry patrons. Finally an hour later I arrived at the front of the line. The young man explained that many of their employees had called out, like due to hangovers he added. I realize it's summer travel season but some lesser rental companies allow you to check in with their app and proceed directly to your rented car, unlock it with a supplied code and go on with your life and shhhh they are owned by Enterprise!! Time to step up to the future.

    I had a great experience here. From the girl who helped me at the front desk when I arrived, to the guy who met me at the rental garage and helped show me my options on the vehicle, and then the person who made it super easy for me to return and check back in. Everything was great. This is the second time I’ve rented from Enterprise at Phoenix Sky Harbor, and both times have been really pleasant. I’ll definitely return back when I need another vehicle from this airport.

    Renting with Enterprise at Phoenix Airport was simple and efficient. I previously filled out the pre rental info and was immediately directed to the cars. There were very capable attendants in the parking lot who helped me pick out a suitable car, advise on gas refill, where the gas cap was, not to worry abut any toll pass and directed me to the correct couple of exit turns in order to head to Scottsdale. Returning the car was just as easy and pleasant.

    Fast, easy check-in and return! Young man at return was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. (Can’t recall his name.). All staff are friendly and offer, but do not push, upgrades, their insurance or gas refill service. Tried another major rental car agency at Sky Harbor in the past and was not at all pleased. Literally three hour wait to check in with reservations one night! Never more than 20 minutes at the most with Enterprise. Will always use Enterprise if at all possible, even if it costs a little more!

    We enjoyed our trip to Sedona in our Enterprise rental van. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy. The vehicle was just what we needed for our trip and performed great. We like using Enterprise over other companies because they always have what we want. I highly recommend them to others considering rental vehicles on a vacation.

    I rented a car online for my trip to Arizona when I got there the person who helped me upgraded my vehicle without me even asking. That was a big surprise that made my wife happy cause they give us a Ford Mustang convertible. I’m a true believer in great customer service and Enterprise delivers every time…..     Car was not clean. Windows were very dirty with desert dust and spots. Back tail gate opening was very dirty which resulted in dirty hands when loading the car. There window washing system was empty. Very disapointed in the car condition. Check in was a burden. After going through all of the steps on-line when reservation was made, had to do it again at the kiosk! Frustrating. IT systems are better than this one. Turn in was great.

    Recently had experience to use a different “discounted” car rental company and the experience was completely opposite of the service received by Enterprise. Enterprise provided personal service throughout entire process including picking out car. The other company left us to wander the garage looking for our car. Same location, different level of service. I will use Enterprise as my first choice moving forward!

    Rented a vehicle from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. Upon arrival check in was simple. The desk associate was extremely polite, helpful and provided an upgrade with a reasonable price that made a difference in comfort for the family while on our trip. The associate that preps your vehicle was excellent along with the associate that checks in your vehicle upon return was also exceptional. Enterprise made it a seamless and simple process to rent a car during vacations that can be extremely challenging with the current atmosphere. Thanks Enterprise

    Cam was excellent. I had a blow out on the interstate during my vacation. The customer service agent I at the 800 number was helpful but said I would be charged. I was not satisfied being that I was inconvenienced and children in the car but Cam turned the situation around and made my experience much better, he even participated in my ticktok vacation video.     For years I have used Enterprise as my company of choice for car rental. However lately I had been enticed by deals from a competitor. On a recent trip to Phoenix I waited over an hour for a car I had reserved months in advance. Other customers had been waiting even longer. So I walked out and went to Enterprise. I was immediately put into a very nice car by Enterprise at a better rate. Thank Muriel and others for your help. I’m back with Enterprise! Great company!

    i have been traveling for business and pleasure frequently the last 30 years, and i have to say this is the most efficient, well organized and easiest car rental i have ever had. The staff were very helpful, prepared and all asked how the service was. In a time where many use Covid as an excuse for poor service i was very impressed. i am now switching from using Avis to using Enterprise for all my car rentals from now on. Well Done.

    I had an excellent experience at Enterprise. It started with Ryan who was so helpful and so compassionate, as I had an issue with losing something. Then, when I went to get the car, the young man there, I don't remember his name, was so pleasant. Since I'm not used to the "new" cars, he made sure I knew how to start it, the radio, the lights, everything. This was the best Enterprise experience ever. Thank you Phoenix, for having such a great staff.

    Can't say enough good things about Enterprise. There was no wait by using Ready Pass. Chance was friendly and accommodating and even offered us an upgrade. The car was great. Drop off was equally easy. I'll definitely use Enterprise again!

    Had a great experience at this location, booked through Costco for a premium SUV for our road trip through AZ. Very short wait on a Friday morning and everyone who assisted us was extremely polite and helpful, Shanique at the desk made the process super quick and Trevor was able to show us to our vehicle in the garage, where we offered a variety of options, an Audi, Mercedes, Cadillac, and Acura . Drop off was quick and painless, will use them again on our next visit!

    Enterprise oftentimes cost a bit more than the others, but you get what you paid for. I had a choice of several vehicles and a straight-forward billing process that reflected my reservation perfectly. When the air pressure light came on on the vehicle I rented, Enterprise changed it out at no cost and based on their own request/insistence for my safety. The swap occurred at a different location than I rented from and despite me carrying my own car insurance. I wouldn't rent from anyone else!

    This was going to be a two star review because the car I was assigned had over 45,000 miles and had some dings. Moreover, it was a Texas car and the registration/inspection sticker expired February, 2023, and it's now August. After noticing the car appeared unregistered a few hours from picking it up, I called and told them I would be returning the car in the morning and getting a replacement. Nikki in customer service at the rental location was very caring and checked that the car was, in fact, registered, although the sticker and paperwork had not been updated. She explained this and offered me a choice of vehicle from the Emerald Aisle. I found an Arizona car (I like driving cars in the state to which they are registered.) She then modified my contact to delete one day and paid for my extra gasoline to return the car. Even though things do go awry, it's nice to have a CSR like Nikki to make it right and support the customer. So that is why I am giving this Enterprise location 5 stars.

    I rented a car from a city location and not the airport. However I rented a luxury car. So when there’s a problem with the car. I expect a luxury car trade out. Instead the airport location was unwilling to give me a luxury car bc Brittany the manger at 4AM in the morning said those are for more important customers and my concern isn’t serious..however I can downgrade you all the way to a midsize. Side note I seen more than 1 luxury car. So why wasn’t I accommodate?? How does that even make sense.???
