TL/DR
Bottom
line,
I
hope
you've
got
a
bunch
of
time
to
kill
while
waiting
and
searching
for
the
car
you
reserved
that
they
may
or
may
not
have.

What
a
disorganized
waste
of
time.
Got
there
at
7am,
only
one
other
person
in
line,
and
waited
an
hour
before
anyone
even
attempted
to
process
our
reservations.
When
someone
finally
did,
they
were
clueless
and
it
took
another
half
hour
to
actually
complete
the
transaction.
Then
they
said,
"Your
car
is
in
this
spot,
someone
will
be
there
to
give
you
the
keys."
Then
you
have
to
go
down
the
elevator/escalator
and
navigate
your
way
through
a
giant
underground
parking
garage
to
find
your
car.
I
waited
several
minutes
for
the
person
to
give
me
the
keys,
then
finally
asked
an
employee
who
was
cleaning
a
nearby
car,
and
they
said
the
keys
are
already
in
the
car.
So
I
go
search
the
car
for
the
fob;
not
on
the
dash,
not
in
the
glove
box,
not
in
the
center
console,
finally
found
them
under
the
driver's
seat.
The
car
had
about
18,000
very
hard
miles
on
it,
but
it
did
get
me
around
for
the
weekend
and
the
ac
worked.
I
had
a
friend
also
visiting
that
weekend
and
they
simply
did
not
have
the
car
he
reserved.
Did
they
upgrade
him?
Nope,
downgraded.
