No wonder there are so many reviews that say they NEVER answer the phone! This is my call log from attempting to reach them this morning. If it's too much for you to stop what you're doing as a teller and answer the phone then maybe reevaluate your office duties and get a worker who is there to only answer phones since no one in your office seems to know what a ringing phone sounds like. The worst part is the only reason I'm calling in is because when I went to the office for my matter, they told me " oh, no need to come to the office for that, you can always just call in and ask us!" Well thanks for the many inconsistencies between your workers United States Postal Service, I guess I will continue to wait and hope and pray that one you guys get your sh*t together.

The supervisor at this location is unhinged. I am having such a hard time with these people to get my mail. They refuse to give me my mail they keep sending back to sender even after i came in and tried to explain my situation I showed id she started yelling at me belittling me and calling me a liar telling me i was irresponsible for not checking my mail enough and that they were not going to to absolutely nothing about it her name is TERESA I took a photo of that fool she even posed for it saying make me look good on social media. That female is uneducated disrespectful and condescending ignorant falls short of her personality. These reviews say it all about this post office. New management new training cause she is insane!

I have no words to describe the experiences that I have had with the mail carriers from this post office. For several months now the mail carriers have failed to deliver my mail and as cause in effect it drastically impacted me and my family (late fees galore due to non-payments for my bills, my diploma was deemed undeliverable and I had to go get it at ASU, even the maricopa county recorder sent me a final notice letting me know how the first notice was sent back to them and was deemed undeliverable to my address, etc.). We have spoken with the manager of this post office and has acknowledged that his mail carriers are in the wrong here yet, he is new in this position and for him to change bad habits that his mail carriers have had for awhile now seems to be a challenge for him. The most disturbing of all this is that a mail carrier has even placed the mail on the floor in front of the business gate while the business was opened and could have given the mail to me. I would give you 0 stars if that was an option unfortunately 1 star would have to do.

Beyond frustrating. I hope every retailers stops using USPS as a delivery service. Since COVID, USPS has stopped delivering any packages and will hold them at the local office. However, even this they won't do consistently. Once I spoke with my carrier and they told me that they don't even bring the packages with them since they leave the slips anyway. They said to just go pick up the package at the office on the day it is schedule for delivery. It worked, once. Today I go to pick up a package the same way and now I'm told that they have the package with them in the van (this package is clearly not a deliverable size) and that I'll have to pick it up the next day. So this carrier has a package that is clearly undeliverable per their own rules, keeping electronics in 115 degree weather in their van the whole day, preventing me from picking it up and causing me to waste gas, time, and money trying to visit their office that always has a line out the door. May people have mercy on the poor staff that have to put up with the stupidity of the USPS organizational system day in and day out. At least implement a consistent policy so that your customers can have reasonable expectations as to what is happening with their expensive purchases.

This post office is absolutely a disgrace. Our carrier for the area code 85041 doesn’t know how to deliver our packages. This is the second time that my packages have gone missing I think that they are stealing. And there is no way to contact this post office no one ever answers the phone. Absolutely disgusting And now I’m absolutely convinced that there is internal theft going on in this post office. The carrier states that they deliver the package but it’s nowhere to be found. Stolen

I was supposed to receive a package on December 24th. I received an email that a delivery was attempted. It also stated that I could try for redelivery. I checked on the tracking history and it stays that it was out for delivery at 6:10 am and at 8:54 am it was available for pickup. I know for fact that our mail person does not show up to deliver our mail until after 3pm. We do have community mailboxes, but the package was never attempted to be left at my house either. I go online to schedule a redelivery and it says that my address is available, but when I enter in the tracking number it tells me that the package is not available for redelivery. Why? People don’t want to do their jobs? So now I have to go stand in line at the awful post office to get a package that should have just been delivered to my house.

Thank you USPS for your DiLiGent service. I enjoy when my medication is 1) not even delivered to the correct zip code, and 2) when the carrier is too lazy to ask for identification when asking for a signature, as was requested by me. But I guess doing your job correctly and taking two seconds to card someone it a lot to ask. Oh well, I hope who ever signed for (incorrectly I might add, since my name was butchered by them) enjoys my 110$ medication.

There does not exist a US Post Office that is worse than this one. Their carriers won't knock on your door with a package, they just leave a slip. If you try to retrieve your package, they can't find it. Need to call them? Good luck! Took 8 calls just to get an answer. 12 people in line in the lobby? Sorry, only one person working. No vending machine so you must wait in line for anything. I don't think there is a way to disappoint that they haven't.

This post office has blatantly withheld mail from my family for over a year. They have cost me hundreds of dollars in damages and hindered our right to vote by mail! The customer service supervisor Pierre Reynolds is both arrogant and grossly Incompetent which lead him to assume that I was completely ignorant and he could con me out of my right to simply receive my mail. I caught him countless lies which he just stuck to in order to keep from doing his job or taking any accountability. It has been one lie after another, zero accountability, beyond poor service, and complete ignorance.

USPS- what can I say? Again they failed miserably once two many times!! Sent a small package on the 11th of December, 14 days before Christmas from Phoenix to Dallas, TX. The package just arrived today the 21st!! It took 10 days to get there!!! As usual USPS SUCKS again!! Yet our postal rates go higher for more lousy service!!! What a joke and a disgrace!!!

The worst Customer service ever!!!!! Why would your employee tell me I should not be "letting my child move back home" Not your business! I was trying to see why my child was not receiving her mail after she had done a Change of address on the PC. Which did not work and now she is not receiving any mail. Then when she came in someone said "well we out of the paper form so you will have to go to another post office!!!!". She is waiting on her Drivers License and can't get a new one because she can't get her mail due to the change of address mess! And no one would assist her, but yet she goes to another post office and they not only help her but they also accepted the Paper ID from the DMV, which your employee told her they would not accept it. Is this ok to you? how would you want to be treated in this case? how would you want your child to be treated in this situation?

I'll keep it short. The delivery was late, then updated to "undeliverable" for "no safe spot to leave it" despite there being two cameras in front of my apartment door. So I went down to the post office after work, walked in the doors that were all propped open, and was greeted with "we're closed" so I couldn't even pick up my own package I paid to have delivered to me. If that wasn't enough, there was no AC inside that lobby. I'd put 0 stars if I could.

I feel the need to defend this office. I have visited it many times at different hours and on different days of the week, for different reasons, so I feel somewhat sure that I experienced a variety of possible scenarios one may encounter in a post office. I have never had any issues with the staff, the wait or the services rendered. Calling them is pointless, yes, I think they might just be short handed, which is not the office’s fault, and they always have the postage supplies in stock and are courteous and efficient. I don’t know what are y’all expecting of a post office, but for post office purposes, they are completely unproblematic and perfectly functioning.

Front counter staff (female, far left register), made no effort to research question I had about post office boxes. Instead, I was even given the wrong answer, which I was able to confirm the inaccuracy of on my own after leaving the building. Poor customer service

Registered a mail hold via the USPS website with the option to have the collected mail delivered at the end of the mail hold. This is the second time the mail was not delivered at the end of the mail hold and I had to pick it up at this post office. This post office is 5.6 miles one way from my home. With gas prices like now I have to spend money and time for people who are not doing their job.

I went tthere on the 7th of October to inquire about an item that was unclaimed and the gentleman there was rather rude. He just printed us out a receipt and basically told us to be on our way, really didn't answer our question.

The postal worker literally drive up off loaded into the mailboxes then drove away. My daughter was waiting for a package so walked over to check. She found a sorry we missed you form claiming we were not home. They didn’t even try.

Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with hands down. In 5 years at this current address, I've not once received a successful shipment from USPS. FedEx and hell, Uber Eats never seem to have a problem. ALWAYS get, "Sorry we missed you" in the drop box despite being home (Work from home) every time. When I see something shipped USPS, I no joke, will try to get the seller to change...if not, will cancel and find another vendor. How it's this bad, no idea...and it's not even because of covid as mentioned 5 years counting and even beyond. Highly advise you find another carrier...or get used to the automated service number which literally is about as helpful and useful as the carrier itself.

This is for the post office. I had two medium pallets that should have been delivered BUT I have not received them. I've contacted the company and it says it has been delivered. Is there a way to see what is going on.

I work at a business that gets its mail from this post office. The key that is supposed to open the package mailbox does not work. I have been trying all morning to reach anyone at this number but they do not answer. It is a common courtesy to at least answer the phone, but the other reviews here prove that there is no courtesy extended from this office.

I have had my mail placed on hold 3 different times. I filled out the mail hold card properly. I took pictures of the card. This post office messed my mail up three times. The Supervisor made excuses each time..

This postal service is absolute trash and I do NOT recommend using it under any circumstance, they often stole packages and never deliver them, I been waiting a package for over 2 months and they marked my package as "Delivered" but I never got it, Which means they just stole it. when I use another Postal Service I always got my packages on time, its curious how only with USPS I experiment issues.

The package I shipped got intercepted by this USPS store. I have attempted to call and schedule a pick-up multiple times for the last 4 business days and they don't answer phones here. My package tracking says it will now be returned to me instead of being delivered like I paid for.

Stepping into this place reminded my why I hate post offices so much. I hate it when there's a very long line and the workers still move very slow and seem not to care. There's not enough forms out and nobody to ask questions. If I wait in line, get to a worker and ask for a form, they'll likely give it to me, then tell me to get back in line. It's also in desperate need to an update in it's look. Late 80s/early 90s vibes. It's a shame that post offices are like this thanks to Republicans insisting on underfunding them. If you also don't like post offices... This is the entity to blame.
