Great rubber and potatoe salad! Service with a smile and they had their own Jason's ginger ale! Definitely going back to try the salad bar!

My wife and I had lunch here at Jason’s deli. We’ve been here previous times and it’s always been a really good place to eat. My wife got soup and a sandwich and I got the help yourself salad bar and a cup of soup. Everything looked delicious and tasted amazing up until I tried my soup which was chicken pot pie. It was nasty, spoiled and had a really foul spell to it. I took the soup back up and asked it be replaced.. the worker didn’t say she was sorry but she did say that they couldn’t help it bcuz all the other bags of soup came in like that. So that means even though they or she knew they or she continued to serve it anyway. That is the reason for my 4 star review. Disgusting but, other thn that my salad was amazing. All the veggies were fresh and my wife really enjoyed her meal as well. The interior was nice and clean as usual and the staff always seems really friendly.. thank you Jason’s deli but please keep an eye on the soup. #i didn’t want to post the nasty soup haha!

Typically you don't associate great food with a chain restaurant.Jason's Deli is an anomaly. I had the hot cornbread sandwich,and I am blown away. The flavor,the quality,and the price is wonderful. I will be coming back

Hello, I send my husband to the metro center location and half way through our food both of our meals had hair in it. His soup had a blonde hair in it and my sandwich had two small black hairs in it. I would like my complete refund ASAP. Thank you.

We have been coming to this location for 3 years. Its a tad hidden and limited parking. However, well worth it. Easy menu and meduimed priced. Big portions. Big staff and very friendly. Nice salad bar. Very clean and lots of seating. Online and pickup available. Kid friendly and well lit. Highly recommended.

Clean quiet place for a good soup, salad, or sandwich. The kids love getting the free soft serve ice cream. They have a really nice shift Manager, Cody who was friendly and helpful. He treated my kids with respect and patience which was appreciated. We like going here as a family

Great sandwiches, soup, and salad bar!! It was our first time there, so we took a minute to look at the menu. The lady at the register was really nice and friendly. She gave us menus to look at because it was hard for me to read the board. A little pricey for 2 half sandwiches, a soup and salad. They have Coca-Cola products, so that was a plus! We also had 2 sprites. It was great lunch!

Very helpful and extremely patient. Eating area is extremely clean. Ceiling fans are dust free. Salad bar is neatly organized and there's no food all of the trays and on the floor.

I have always loved Jason’s deli but there is a difference between clean and well managed Jason’s Delis and not so clean and nice Jason’s Delis. This one is awesome! Always clean, always nice people, sweet tea is always fresh, food is always on point. Love coming here!

Good food. Salad bar is fresh and well stocked. People are friendly. Not too loud even when it's busy. A little pricey.

Staff is incredibly friendly! I've been here quite a few times over the past two years and have never had a negative experience. I usually go for the Mediterranean bowl which is absolutely lovely, but today I tried the Southwest and will definitely add that to my repertoire. The food is fresh, quality of the ingredients is very solid, and the taste is delightful.

Great tasting fresh salads and soups. I have not had their sandwiches yet. But I will try soon. A good variety of greens with nice topping and salads dressing. Self serve soft ice cream too top off lunch or dinner. Plenty of seating. Great for big parties.

Ordered online for curb side got there. Checked in. And waiting about 10 min. Went in to find out they didn't have my order because their system was acting up. Okay, they said they would make it and have it out. Went back to vehicle. Got home to Not so excited food. The sandwich bread was flaky like it was old the meat was gray looking. BLT Salad but not so tasty. The quinoa was under cooked and watery. The salad was all kinds of sizes and the taste was very Bland. Kids didn't complain for their pizza and tenders. But I'm just very disappointed 😞 I was raving to my husband that they never let me down. Feeling Hungry for some tasty food and Jason's Deli did not Deliver on that tonight unfortunately.

I just love Jason’s Deli Ruben sandwich. Just needs a little more meat, but I am just kidding. It has more than enough of everything, corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut I walk out super satisfied each and every time. Service is great, food quality is great, and ice cream when you are done. Better be on your way now. Beat the rush. And Jason’s is always clean. Nice work folks!

Pretty cool when I went. Got the turkey wrap with a fruit cup and it was pretty clean, I gotta say. The food was so good I forgot to take some pics 🤣

This was perfect for us! The salad buffet was excellent with more variety than some other salad buffets! We also had the delicious chicken pot pie 🥧 😋. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, checking on us often to see that all our needs were met. We will be visiting again soon!

Food was good, variety of food was also good. The salad bar had plenty of good options to choose from. Price was not too bad considering how prices are now a days. Service was also good. Everyone was pretty friendly. My only and biggest complaint was the cleanliness. We used a baby high chair and it was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty all around the chair not just in one spot. We had to clean it 2 times in order to get the grime off. Being that baby's like to put their mouth on alot of random objects especially when it's within their range was very concerning for us. I've never seen such a dirty high chair in a restaurant. And they were all like that for the most part and sticky as well. I might think about coming here again with my kids.

My wife loves the Salad bar. I got a Turkey sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup. My wife got a bowl of chicken pot pie. Chicken noodle was delicious. Chicken pot pie tasted spoiled. My wife took the soup up to the counter to let the server know. The server said “Ya all the bags came in like that.” Our question is why are you still serving spoiled soup?

I found this place on accident and have been ordering from here several times a week for lunch while at work. My coworkers saw how big my sandwiches were and also started ordering from here. What’s disheartening is I’ve called twice about issues I was experiencing a manager stated he would call me back and it’s going on 2 weeks. I called today because I was going to place another lunch order and wanted to get something added to my sandwich well the site doesn’t give an option so I called and instead of getting help or getting a manager to assist me she simply said If it’s not an option I can’t do anything. I spend $30 to $40 3 times a week here and the fact that customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority is mind blowing to me. I guess I’ll have to find another spot or start making my own lunch!!

Update*** I went back and spoke to a manager and they courteously made me a new sandwich on the house. I normally love Jason's but I received a mangled and completely broken sandwich on my recent takeout. I received no reply from customer service so I guess I'm going here instead. Definitely disappointing.

Every meal we have had here has just been great. It's a decent value for the amount of food that you get. They are proper portions for an individual. Soups are fresh with no burnt taste that you can get with other soups left on full heat all day. I would recommend them any time you want a great sandwich.

I This place isn’t bad. They have good food, not so much on the drinks. But I’m writing to bring to the attention for quality purposes, that’s all. Attached is my order and what they made. It’s only A small issue but had to bring it to light.

Been eating here many years, this particular location is great. Food is delicious, staff is friendly, and it is always clean. Salad bar is fresh and has good variety. Only two issues are: most of the menu items have a lot of sodium (granted, it's probably that way at most restaurants, plus you can at least plan your meal ahead of time online using the nutritional calculator) and every once in a while the ice cream machine is unavailable which makes me cry like a baby. But overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat, whether it's dine-in or takeout.

My sister took me to lunch at Jason's Deli. I enjoyed my club sandwich with the salad bar. You wouldn't think that a club sandwich with salad and an ice tea would be filling, as it guy that is what I told my sister. I was surprised. The club sandwich was a good size and the salad from the salad bar was so green and very fresh. The potato salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad and cottage cheese was also what I had, plus an ice cream cone that was included was all fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend Jason's Deli the next time your in the mood for soup, salad and a sandwich. The next time I am in town, I will certainly go back to Jason's Deli.

We've been coming here for years and always loved it. The food is fresh and really good but tonight was different. I literally just watched a dark haired girl stick her fingers in her mouth all over her hair then dug in her ear. Then she placed her hands on the counter without washing them or grabbing gloves. Then she walked over to the salad bar save picked up stray food. Like I said been coming to this location for a while and it's a good place but yuck just yuck

Good food with a good salad bar. Ordered a Pollo Mexicano Potato that was huge. I could have used a bit more butter and sour cream. It was too big to finish though. Staff is nice and friendly.

I usually get the Yankee sandwich. I just went again two days ago and it was horrible. Literally the corn beef and pastrami was tough and I didn't enjoy it this time around. But Jason deli is good . Some of there soups are good . It's order getvyour food that's it .

Today was my first time going here. And omg they have the best spicy seafood gumbo, very spicy just how I like it. This place is amazing and clean wonderful staff as well. I just wish they would put more meat in the soup when served.. But other then that it was perfect

Always excellent food. Employees are always friendly. I was excited to see the salad bar open. Lets not even get started on the free soft serve ice cream. Yummy!!!

This is the only place I go for lunch. It is quick, close, and friendly. I absolutely LOVE their pickles! If anyone knows where I can buy them please let me know!
