    For the past year this Taco Bell has had its lobby closed with a sign saying due to staffing shortages aka not enough pay to hire proper staff. Not only that but it is extremely inconvenient to wait behind 15 cars at the drive-thru line. This is completely due to incompetent management.

    They didn’t give me a single sauce packet and my cheesy Gordita crunch had NOTHING IN IT. I can’t even believe they’d wrap that up and give it to someone…. It was pathetic.

    The lobby has been closed preventing anyone without a car from eating here. Sometimes they'll let you walk up to the drive through window and order if no one's in line but it's still inconvenient.

    I LOVE TACO BELL! I only go drive thru. Download the @tacobell app and order ahead. Then you won't be embarrassed when your munchies orders exceed $20!! Window crew is always funny with zero attitudes! Even their packet distribution is on point.

    Morning and evening crews here always seem to be on point swift and in a good mood. Definitely appreciate these guys and their work. Dining area always seems to be well kept too.

    Got in line at drive thru at 9:10 with 4 cars in front of me. As I type it is 9:31 and they have fulfilled 2 orders. Not sure what could possibly take so long at a Taco Bell. How does each order take over 10 minutes to fulfill?

    Just stopped by for a bean burrito. It was made to my special order - extra onions & extra red sauce. They also included the exact sauces I requested. The ordertaker/cashier was very cheerful and friendly. Great experience Taco Bell!

    Forgot part of my order. Drive thru. Just busy! Looked like not enough folders to handle the busyness. I did call back and let them know they forgot part of my order. They took name & number and accommodated me today for the order. Thank you. I will be back, we all have bad days at one time of another.

    I don’t eat taco bell meat so I had all my things ordered with potatoes. When receiving my order everything had meat in it. I ordered a soft potato taco and received a hard taco with my beef. I also ordered chips and queso and it was missing. This was a terrible taco bell experience.

    I went there and spent money on food as well. I ordered our free Dorito taco Loco tacos when I recently went home after parking for five minutes and hopped her arguing that all I had was $100 they wouldn’t take it. I actually scrunched up $10 to pay what I owe and although it wasn’t much when I got home my whole order was wrong when I called the guy basically he said well. Look at your receipt next time did you say Dorito loco tacos? Why I told him those are the only ones that are for free today. This is ridiculous every time at this Taco Bell. It’s something last time the manager was telling them to stop all mobile orders when I had to order a mobile order because they were so overwhelmed. I think something needs to be done at this Taco Bell it’s getting worse and worse I decided not to go back after I argued for five minutes for my refund Because I didn’t need to feed my kids. The rude manager told me he wasn’t entitled to tell me his name or any of the employees there. If you can contact me I would appreciate it

    The lobby is finally open after more than 3 years closed. Order accuracy is about 20%. Wait times are ridiculous. Placed online order from home, travelled there and they still hadnt started making it yet. Avoid this location.

    This location is garbage. They never include the requested hot sauce packets. They were out of Baja blast, so they didn’t include the 2 large drinks that came with the combo. I literally would have taken any alternative. Food was cold and my crunchy tacos were broken. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Just go somewhere else.

    Best atmosphere in town. Incredible menu options and first class table service. The food quality is supreme. I highly recommend you book in advance to secure a table.

    I live in between two Taco Bells, but I always choose this one mainly because the customer service is way better and the food is always on point. I only wish they opened earlier for breakfast. Update: This is probably the best Taco Bell in Phoenix. I just picked up from another location since it was on my way home. I should have just come here.

    Your night time male drive thru employee on 10/03/23 @11pm gave unnecessary attitude while I made my order. I paid for it btw but I never got my food!!!!!! You guys owe me Money!!!!!!!!!!! All I did was tell him exactly what he did, he gave me an attitude FOR NO REASON AT ALL, it was unnecessary!!!! When I went to the window, he LITERALLY THREW MY DEBIT CARD AT ME!!!!! When I told him about it, HE ADMITTED HE DID and said he did throw it at me... When I asked him why, he got on the phone and wouldn't say why, he was on the phone calling someone. It took SOOOOO long to try to get my order, I just ended up leaving. I didn't have time to wait for him to finish whatever he was doing... you guys owe me $13 MINIMUM worth of food... and an apology from that employee!! There was NO need AT ALL for that experience when he was the one being unnecessarily sarcastic for NO REASON WHATSOEVER. You guys kept my money and I want it back!!!!!

Don’t eat here they like to dog peoples food. And they hardly put any meat inside their tacos or burritos but anyways, this place is very disgusting

    I totally understand wanting to get your customers in and out under a certain time frame. But it can all be done WITH FABULOUS customer service and EXCELLENT food. NONE OF WHICH IS PRESENT AT THIS FACILITY.

    Food was great. I know ! Food can only be ordered via kiosk. Most folks can't figure out the kiosk and there are only two. Drive up takes a greater priority over the humans in the dining room. Faster to order in the drive up and bring it inside to eat. Irony

    This was by far the worst experience at a fast food drive thru that I have EVER had!! I even sent an email to Taco Bell corporate but of course never heard anything back... I placed an online order and went through the drive thru for pick up. As I’m driving away, I checked my food and there were a total of 4 items missing! I go back through to let them know, they gave me a bag when I got to the window and told me that all of my items should be there. I notice there is still a burrito missing so I tell them. They asked me if I could pull up to the waiting area in the front of the restaurant and someone will bring it out to me. After over 10 minutes of waiting, nobody brought the burrito out, so I had to drive through A THIRD TIME just to get the rest of my order. If I had not already paid for everything in advance, I would have just left. My quick trip to Taco Bell somehow turned into a 30 minute waste of my time!! I’m not sure who manages this location at 16th st and Bethany home road here in Phoenix, but they are doing an awful job. What happened regarding my order was completely unacceptable. They should really have a better system for online orders to make sure the entire order is filled correctly. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but to make me have to go through the drive thru 3 times is simply ridiculous. I used to come here every so often but now I feel like I can’t because I don’t want to go through that experience ever again.

    When arriving to this taco bell after ordering through the app, the drive through lane was blocked stating mobile orders only. We pulled into the parking space in front of the store waiting for someone to come out and ask for our name. No one ever came out. We went up to the doors and began knocking to try and get their attention. We were clearly ignored as one walked away from eye sight after knocking and the other girl made eye contact with me and turned around to head to the back. There were four other vehicles that pulled up and did not get served as well. I understand closing the drive thru if you are understaffed but don’t allow mobile orders and then blatantly ignore the ones that show up. Absolutely terrible.

    The staff is sweet and amazing. They have been working with a skeleton crew. You gotta be kind because of that. I can't give five stars though. The wait can be very long, the order has been wrong many times, and you don't know if/when the restaurant will be open. The most recent sign said the lobby was closed due to short amount of staff. I feel bad for them, and I hope the business pulls through. Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure. 😝

    Taco Bell on Bethany Home just west of N. 16th st. The property is very clean. Staff does a great job, being polite and professional. This is one of the best, most well managed Taco Bells I've patronized. The dining room is closed but I am still able to get orders at the door as a walk up. The drive thru is very busy but fast. A top ten Taco Bell in my experience.

    Due to hiring challenges, this place is now a rip off. It's hard to justify getting 3 tbell items for 10 bucks, but having the prices increased to $15 for 3 items is just straight up not worth it.

    I have never had a bad experience here. I have been coming since before they had remodeled. The food is great. Never been sick but the service. Wow! Juanita is so amazing. Always happy, so sweet. I love her and she makes sitting in the drive thru completely worth it. This woman needs a raise.

    So unfortunately I’ve had to come to this area three weeks in a row on Saturday to see my accountant The last two weekends I actually had to bring my son and we had to ride the bus to get to this area. So when we got off of the bus my son asked me can we go to Taco Bell and sit down for a couple of minutes before we go see my accountant and maybe even get something to eat Of course I said sure why not why wouldn’t we do that? That sounds like a perfect idea. I walk all the way over there to find that they have no customers in the drive-through and a sign on the door that is locked stating that they are drive-through only due to staff shortage. I appeared in the window and saw a handful of people working and no customers. Why are you at work if you’re not serving customers? This area is not conducive to being busier to Taco Bell so I would assume that you would be happy to take you and whatever customers you actually could Behave why not right? The lazier these places get the more frugal I get. You don’t want to work? Good. I don’t want to spend my money. I guess we’re both in the same place. The difference is I’m not in business to be making money. Taco Bell is. And the fact that they will not open to customers who want to come inside and purchase items says that they don’t need the money that bad. Well I do. So instead of hoping you guys are going to be open today, I’m just making breakfast at home.

    The lady taking our order didn't seem too happy when myself and other customers came into the place, she didn't greet us and hardly said a word. One thing my boyfriend and I really enjoy at Taco Bell is the Cherry Sunset drink (we both ordered large) and that same lady gave it to us like in the picture (mind you the place wasn't that busy at the time). I wish the drink was filled up but all-in-all it was an okay experience. Place was clean!

    Love it here, it’s literally the best location in the city. So happy that their hours are expanding again after all this time with the pandemic because this really is the most choice location. Got nervous for a second when I saw how busy the line was around lunch hour today, but it moved super fast! Also Trevor was very accommodating and professional on window. Great staff and my order is always correct

    Let me tell you about customer service???? This place should be the epicenter for ALL BUSINESSES when it comes to customer service! I was there last night a young man working drive thru super courteous, eye contact, with questions and answers to mine. Management should be proud of the 2 gentleman I met.     Honestly, this taco bell, in particular, is the best! They never mess up my order and are always kind. Forgot one of my items on a mobile order so I drove back through and they immediately knew and apologized. They were very nice and gave me taco coupons for my wait even though it wasn't long. My favorite location!

    I go here occasionally and the food is good, and presentation is meh. But today, the presentation was superb. Burrito wrapped nicely, cheesy gordita crunch looked like the picture. Whoever did the lunch today run did a good job, while doing it quickly. Give these guys a raise and a crisp high five.
