This
was
by
far
the
worst
experience
at
a
fast
food
drive
thru
that
I
have
EVER
had!!
I
even
sent
an
email
to
Taco
Bell
corporate
but
of
course
never
heard
anything
back...
I
placed
an
online
order
and
went
through
the
drive
thru
for
pick
up.
As
I’m
driving
away,
I
checked
my
food
and
there
were
a
total
of
4
items
missing!
I
go
back
through
to
let
them
know,
they
gave
me
a
bag
when
I
got
to
the
window
and
told
me
that
all
of
my
items
should
be
there.
I
notice
there
is
still
a
burrito
missing
so
I
tell
them.
They
asked
me
if
I
could
pull
up
to
the
waiting
area
in
the
front
of
the
restaurant
and
someone
will
bring
it
out
to
me.
After
over
10
minutes
of
waiting,
nobody
brought
the
burrito
out,
so
I
had
to
drive
through
A
THIRD
TIME
just
to
get
the
rest
of
my
order.
If
I
had
not
already
paid
for
everything
in
advance,
I
would
have
just
left.
My
quick
trip
to
Taco
Bell
somehow
turned
into
a
30
minute
waste
of
my
time!!
I’m
not
sure
who
manages
this
location
at
16th
st
and
Bethany
home
road
here
in
Phoenix,
but
they
are
doing
an
awful
job.
What
happened
regarding
my
order
was
completely
unacceptable.
They
should
really
have
a
better
system
for
online
orders
to
make
sure
the
entire
order
is
filled
correctly.
I
understand
mistakes
happen
sometimes
but
to
make
me
have
to
go
through
the
drive
thru
3
times
is
simply
ridiculous.
I
used
to
come
here
every
so
often
but
now
I
feel
like
I
can’t
because
I
don’t
want
to
go
through
that
experience
ever
again.
