My order is never right. I constantly have to go from the drive thru to back inside or if late night..back to the drive thru. If it’s not that it’s homeless people inside and outside constantly harassing you…I gave food a few times and ever since they now constantly expect it. I on lunch break one day sat at a table inside and had a homeless person that kept asking me if I was finished with my food yet and if he could have it. I offered to pay for food for him and this location said no and that he had other people already give him food…if that’s the case why is he in there and asking people for food..but also starring at me awkwardly while I’m eating?

We used to come here all the time because the food is usually fresh and not messed up like other taco bell locations. We will not come back because on our last visit someone was using in the lobby. I can not come here because I do not know if I will be exposed to something that could end my life. We have been approached people acting erratically numerous times. The employee told me that they are aware what people are doing but every time we come back it seems worse and worse.

Workers here are lazy. They will just hand you whatever they have pre-made if you are in the drive thru. Wanted light lettuce, the definitely just gave me a taco they already made instead of making another per my order. Also ordered a 5 layer burrito, got a tiny beef and cheese burrito. They asked if I want sauce, I said yes give me these sauces, received no sauce. Oh but they managed to actually give me light ice in my drink so I guess they aren't 100% incompetent. Lazy workers, first world problems, sigh.

Have always liked Taco Bell for its unique take on mexican food, cannot do without having chicken enchilada. Would like to see them keeping up sanitization of the premise. Quick fast service, good to fill your tummy before a long drive!

Taco bell is so me times a hit or miss. I love almost everything in the $5 nacho fry box, with the exception of the 5 layer burrito. It taste too much like chemicals. I wish they brought back the larger nacho box

Che behind the counter was an absolute delight. He took the time out of his day to bring me my food and my hot sauce. My food came out, exactly as requested. He was very professional very uplifting. He didn’t know I was having a bad day, but he sure did make my day better. I will always come back to this Taco Bell location he sets the bar above and beyond. Thank you Che. Keep being a great human being. We need more people like him in this world!

I would really love to know why it is that at this particular location they ALWAYS say they are out of Mexican Pizzas!!?? The last 10 times I've come here at all different hours of the day they always say we're out. Other locations seem to have them so why does this location NEVER have them!?!? And nobody ever knows when they will have them! Makes zero sense!! 😡

I am a type 1 diabetic and almost every single time I order at this location my drink it is a regular soda and not a diet or sugar-free so more often than not I just have to throw the drink away, I just want the employees there to be more mindful of the drinks they are handing out because if somebody who is diabetic doesn't realize that it's a regular soda it could literally put them in the hospital. If you start pouring a regular soda on a soda that is supposed to be diet please dump the whole thing out and pour the correct soda because I've had to deal with that as well where you can tell it's half regular soda half diet and again If somebody one day does not catch that it could be very dangerous for them.

Great food at a great price! I ordered via their kiosk. It was simple and efficient. The employee at the counter ensured that I was taken care.of and handed me my drink cup. The order came right after I finished dispensing my drink. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The drink station was clean and tidy. The lobby was also clean and free of noticeable trash. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food at a great price!

Che was at the cash register and helped me pick out the perfect meal. thanks che, it was an amazing experience I will definitely be back. Precious also brought my food out and was polite and funny 🤣

The guy behind the counter Che T. is super friendly and helpful. He brought our food to the table. He even delivered refills. Great customer service 👏.

I mean it's fast food right.. however despite not being fancy or new. The guy at counter grabbed my attention immediately was super polite. Double checked order . it was made well group in back was happy and carrying on. I'd say despite the homeless and above mentioned hurdles. It's better than most taco bells. Service and attitude is king. Thank you .

The place is very clean. The service is ver y friendly. The food is made too fast. In my opinion. Ordered a combo. Burrito was sloppy with holes in it. Both tacos, cracked. But delicious!

Terrible location. They have registers, but the employees say they aren't allowed to take orders. Customers are forces to use the kiosks. Drink machine doesn't work. Had to ask them for Gatorade. They didn't have Gatorade, so I settled for water. They got free money out of me. No wonder this place has no customers. Won't return.

Best Taco Bell I have been to. Line is always very quick and ordering is accurate, food is good.

Great food and friendly staff, my only complaint is that they sometimes have somebody outside taking orders, when I use a drive thru I like being able to look at a menu board; if I wasn't starving I would have just turned around and gone elsewhere like I usually do when I see somebody outside.

Steve the cashier at the drive thru window deserves a Raise! I deliver for Doordash so I pickup alot of orders every night. Steve has the best attitude, he is very efficient, gets the orders out fast! He Is A Very Hard Worker & Great Customer Service Always!

I mean this is Taco Bell, but this Camelback East Village area location is always consistent, and has been since it was one of the very first anchors in the mid 90s at this shopping plaza.

I only ever order on my phone and pick up in the drive thru, but every time, I’m delightfully surprised by how kind everyone is here. Thank you guys!

The mango whip freeze is fire !! && the breakfast crunch wrap (bacon) I recommend it && I appreciate they have the self-order kiosk which makes everything easier. You still can have them personally take your order also

Taco Bell is the only fast food restaurant I visit. Why? Because they offer healthy choices that are not deep fried. And, their prices are super cheap. When I'm out and about and feeling starved, I swing into the Bell for a bean and cheese burrito. It's only 300 calories, satisfying, and only 2 bucks. Ring the Bell!

NASTY NASTY NASTY. HAIR WAS IN THE NACHOS AND BURRITOS. I WAS EATING MY NACHOS AND THREE LITTLE HAIRS ON A NACHO THREW UP RIGHT AWAY. MY WIFE GOT A HUGE HAIR IN THE BURRITO, IT WAS COOKED IN THE BURRITO SO THE PERSON WHO MADE IT IM SURE SEEN IT. VERY AWFUL TACO BELL JUST LOST CUSTOMERS AND PEOPEL STOP EATING THERE. Good service for a taco bell. Drive through is honestly one of the fastest I've ever been through. They always tell me to have a nice day wich I appreciate. With no one wanting to work these days the inside help is a little slow. Mostly fool of door dash orders and others like it so of your in a hurry the drive through is as always the way to go.

Amazing cuisine at an amazing price! I placed my order at the kiosk. It was easy to use and effective. The counter staff member made sure I was taken care of and gave me my drink cup. The order was delivered immediately after I dispensed my drink. The meal was good, hot, and fresh.

Ordered 3 items, each customized & all were prepared properly, would definitely come to this location again.

I asked for no meat and received meat as I'm a vegetarian. So I could not eat my dinner. But I gave it to a co-worker. The young man at the register was nice.

I was asked if I wanted to round up my change while finishing my drive through order. I declined and the then when I got my order I asked for taco sauce. The drive through guy looked at me and said, SURE in a smirk voice and then said, round up the chance next time! When I got home I wasn't given any sauce. To this is unbelievable, if you don't round up your change you don't get sauce, napkins or a straw.

Usually one of the better Taco Bell locations, but not today. Employee eating with gloves on and than going back to work with the same gloves on isn’t sanitary. Covid or not just nasty.

Diamond Back deal $3 for 3 normal tacos with slushie... If it was a normal large drink $2. Dbacks gotta score 5 runs though so let's go Dbacks?

I go here way too much and this has been probably the most consistent fast food stop I go to. In all the times I remember going here I can't remember them getting my order wrong or messing something up. Quick tangent. I've been reviewing place I've been to when I'm bored, but I never really look at other reviews until this one and oh boy. The standard people have for a taco bell is kinda funny and the reason for giving a low rating is even funnier, but not like in the funny reviews kinda way, but the "this is one of the lords special ones" kinda way.

Food was good, but order was wrong. Didn't get the receipt. But no worries that's what happens when you get fast food. They are usually pretty good here. The items that were wrong were my second favorite so not really a loss.
