Store had an okay selection of clothes for men but the lack of cleanliness LITERALLY made me uncomfortable 🥵 they need to do something ab about this but I'm not going to return to this location any time soon because of this anyways to be completely honest 😓

Such a horrible experience today. Your cashier Valentine/Val is unprofessional, rude and condescending. Please remove him from the front and put someone who wants to work up there. He was talking about threatening to quit if wasn't made full-time/promoted. He was discussing TikTok/capitalism on the floor when his coworker clearly didn't want to engage. He acted as if the people in the line were an inconvenience to him. This is his job, if he doesn't want to be there he should quit. Hire people who need it and be more selective with whom you put in the front end.

Not sure if due to the day but racks were pretty slim for the pickings. Cashiers and other staff were still friendly. So good shopping.

I live in the area and have been shopping here for over 6 years and today I witnessed one of the security guard going through a young lady person of colors bags looking for stolen goods, which he did not find! It was very uncomfortable for me to watch this, especially since she did not do anything or steal anything. There's a lot of homeless in the area and I fear that these employees have been desensitized to their jobs, it's very unfortunate to see them treat someone that way in the world's current situation!! I will not be shopping here anymore and have removed all stars associated with this company and I encourage you to do the same, he had no reason to do what he did for such cheap and meaningless items, very unfortunate!!

Eh it's not as great as I remember or maybe looking back it never was. The concept of Ross excites me more than shopping there.

Only 2 registers open. About 20 people in line. Being Christmas there should have been more registers open. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. I can't stand in line that long

Selection is ok and the staff are nice... I've made a few purchases here so I'll continue to go back... Ross is Ross... 😁

A friend and I were walking through the parking lot and needed an extra plastic bag for our groceries, and decided to ask this Ross. Before we even asked anything, the supposed manager looked at us and pointed her finger out the door and said" oh no, we don't deal with your kind here." And needless to say, we won't be coming back ever again.

Easy to find items and good selection available. Only downside was a really long line to check out but all businesses are short staffed. At least the cashier we did get was really nice and good service.

Basic layout of the Ross franchise. They didn't have a good selection in bath department. But did ending up finding other deals that were a steal. Cleanliness: 8/10 Service: 8/10

Good store, nice people they always have some Adidas stuff which is my favorite brand.

Good choice of various things from clothing, shoes,bath, house products and,jewelry, beauty products bedspreads .For men,women. Juniors, petition, babies,boys and girls clothing. Great purses at great prices

I just started working at Ross a week ago and it is a very nice place to work. They have a lot of good sales and interesting stuff to buy so come on by

It's a real good place to shop at n you can find alot of cool things there.. good prices also n people are nice n kind there also n real helpful

The security dude was cool. He actually greeted us when we walked in, and he complimented my patch on my cut

Ross has a wide variety of reasonably priced clothing. They also sell some things for the home such as knick knacks and accessories but mostly they're known for their clothes shoes and jackets

Good shopping experience I just wish it was on a Tuesday so I could of taken advantage of the Senior citizens discount. I bought more than I had plan to and did not buy any clothes.

I love this store just because of all the things you can buy here. I was able to get my boys multiple winter clothes, pants, long sleeves, sweaters & jackets. Slippers, and new shoes. Even got some Christmas decorations, and more. Decently priced for sure. I would of bought more but I was already in there for an hour and had to leave for work but you want great deals, go here!

I live in the area and shop here often. I used to find that the loss prevention team was lacking and seemed distracted. But as of recently there is a wonderful young man who i believe is named "Peri" he is very polite and professional. He seems to genuinely take pride In his job and care about the customer's, and the well being of said customers. He is the reason for the 5 stars.

Lots of the smaller plus sized clothing. Wish they would carry some larger sized dresses. Good prices. This store was very busy. Need some training at the fitting room employees. Need to know more about the company they work for & customer service.

Pretty good Ross lots to choose from, a little messy but that's not their fault it's the customers destroying it. I went to buy some canvases and paints & found exactly what I was looking for. Very happy 😁😊

My first time in the store at that location, I didn't find what I was looking for but that alright. I was looking for work gloves or acrylic paints. They had a good selection of shoes, but when I went in they were stocking the shelves, its a busy location. I love shopping at Ross. You never know what's you will find.

This Ross is very dirty, cluttered, and not very organized. I shop at Ross pretty frequently, but this location itself was very grimey and uncapped. I will not be back to this location. The staff is absolutely very friendly.

It is becoming harder to find things at Ross. The stores are always messy and the checkout lines are very long. Prices are good, but if you're not buying what does it matter. They need to get more organized like HomeGoods because they are starting to get as bad as Dollar General.

Couldn't find a bathing suit. They were gone,but I love the very helpfull staff. Always the best price on new designer shoes. A kid must moms and dads you'll find them here!

The store it self was good and the employees did their job well but the merchandise that was sold there while I went was fairly mediocre a f boy necessarily worth it overall though I recommend coming here for good prices and good clothes here and there

Stopped at Ross on 43rd and bought a small credit card holder for my medical cards. Still needed a wallet. So stopped here. They have theirs locked up. Ok I get it. But they're locked up! So you have to push a button get a cashier. Then you have to wait. Then when they come to help you they allow you to get one wallet out of the case. You have to take it to the counter to look at it. Then come back with them to open the case to get another one. What the heck! No wonder people shop on Amazon. No hassle! We're not talking a high-ticket item here. We're talking maybe 15 to $20 Max. I definitely will not shop at this Ross ever again

Its always a "trip" going to Ross. Every time you go in? You never know what you're gonna find. That's the beauty of Ross. Enjoy, I know I do! 😄
