Worst experience ever. If you are Hispanic be aware there is a lady named Monica or Veronica who claims to be the manager and seems to be ok with racial profiling. I will never come back after many years patronizing their store. Veronica berated me in front of her 4 employees and their security guard. I just wanted to purchase sun protection clothes... in phoenix but even that was too much to ask for -_-. I am disheartened and disillusioned. I will never come back and I will make sure all my friends family members acquaintances and strangers know about this. It was not right.

This is not your typical Dillard's. It's more like a Marshall's or Ross. You will not get the service like you do at a normal Dillard's. Now the positive, AMAZING PRICES!!! Think of it as a treasure hunt. It's hit or miss, but the savings are definitely worth the effort. You will either love it or hate it. Just understand it's a clearance center, keep your expectations in check.

They have good clearance and they have a big & tall section that has come handy when I'm looking for an outfit for my son.

The prices are lower tha Ross, Marshall's, TJ Max, Dee Dee's. I paid less for a Gold Label dress shirt here than i did at Goodwill. The clothes are all top grade and quality brands. Not cheap clothes with expensive tags. I can't believe anyone shops anywhere else.

This is the newest of the three local clearance centers. This is also the smallest, but because it is so new, it also has some stuff that the other two do not. It's worth checking it out

This is one of the nicer clearance locations Dillard’s still has open in AZ.

I found some incredible bargains on many designer dresses here. Currently every dress is $20. The dressing rooms are open so it makes shopping a little easier. Only disappointment is the shoes are more expensive than the dresses!

This is the new location of the Dillard's Clearance Center formerly @ Metro Center. The majority of the items are from previous seasons. Come with a open mind and extra funds. If you find something you adore don't leave without purchasing it because it might not be there if you make a return visit. All sales are final. Also some areas of the store are not accessible for wheelchairs.

Great place to find bargains on apparel, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children. Prom dresses, evening wear, career clothing, and shoes of all kinds are all marked down. The store is well organized and clean. Many sections are organized by color. The layout could have been better planned. Some of the aisles will deadends because of a pillar between two aisles. The staff are friendly. There's plenty of parking. One set of doors is accessible from the parking lot; the other door is closed.

Great prices for quality clothing is always a win win situation and this Dillards Outlet is just that.

I preferred Metro Center...seemed to have nicer items... don't find much at the Desert Sky location..

Pricing is still high for a clearance center. You may as well go to a Dillard's never can find much in my size L_xl shoes 10 sizes are always for smaller feet or small women 1214 is average sz for real women without inhancements

Found a $125 top for $45 and a pair of 501's had a great experience. I love Dillard's clearance

This Dillard's outlet is very clean and organized. You can tell the staff takes great pride. Prices are good.

We like the selection in this store. Everything is laid out fairly simply and if in stock, what you're looking for is usually pretty easy to find. Most importantly, the prices are usually very low. However, the store is not air-conditioned. And that makes it miserably hot in the summer and just hot all the other seasons.

It's a good place for bargain hunting. Many brand names for a decent price.

Dillards Clearance Center is a Great Store with great prices. You can buy name brand clothing, shoes and accessories all for 60%-70% off their regular price. You can choose from summer wear to winter wear, men's, women's and children's clothing all under one roof. I'm starting to feel like I'm making a commercial. You have got to see it for yourself.

When this place was in Fiesta Mall, I always found some great deals and great prices. Unfortunately, we didn't find anything, and lots of the clothing was overpriced for a clearance center.

Aftearling drive from Scottsdale, I was hopeful to find many deals. I was disappointed in the selection available. I may try again.

Looking for some summer outfits

This was overwhelming at first. I gave it 4 stars because I actually want to go back. I'm not much of a shopper so I wasn't prepared to be there 2 hours. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some really sucked. I guess it's like that anywhere. Anyways, be prepared to search for stuff and only take 6 things at a time to a fitting room.

This place is amazing. The women’s section is lacking but the men’s section is actually great. So many nice brands at such discounted prices. This place is inside of a mall and the whole area is a little bit run down and scary but worth it for sure.

I visit this location about twice a month. The store needs better customer service for the cashiers. I've gotten 4 different cashiers they are not friendly at all. The two younger girls continue to talk about their personal matters and dont acknowledge you waiting to pay. When they have clearly seen you walking up. You have to interrupt them so you can pay. There is another lady who is also rude to customers. Telling them to put clothes back or baskets back. Or to hand the to her, but in a rude manner. That's not the customer's job. Even if the customer is not leaving it in the right spot

Need men's cotton socks and undershirts in size 13 shoe. Lots of great items.

Clearance store with everything you can look for in clothes, accessories, and shoes. But they get new things every week. So if you find something one week it may be gone the next.

It's super hot and the selection of formal dresses right now is minimal.
