Great shopping experience! This location has bargains at every corner. They have everything from clothes, shoes, luggage, home decor, small electronic accessories, small furniture, kitchen, bath, fragrances, and more! The store is clean and I observed an employee straightening and restocking shelves. The employee at the checkout was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great shopping experience!

When going to this store more often than not. I am finding myself standing in line more than I have done my shopping. It seems that the employees do not care to Keep their customers flowing and out of line quick enough to get them out of the store and not standing and lying for more than half the time that they were Doing the shopping if you ask me, this ross needs to hire employees that can get the job done and get customers out of their store quicker

This store's amazing. It has a lot a choices that you can choose from. We've purchased a lot in here. It's very affordable though some aren't but mostly you can't go out of the store without a bag full of stuff that u can buy here. we'll go back here.

I bought many many items over there. But I bought a shoe and after wearing it was uncomfortable. Tried to exchange and get another one but did not work out. The manager of store said she can't return because I don't have receipt of that. And can't exchange at all. So rude and less manner person I ever see. I will not go back again to any Ross stores any more. I told her find with my bank card which I used it before. She said she can't look it.

Love this particular store everyone is so nice in there all of the associates the security guards are nice the managers everyone. This is a great friendly store very comfortable sometimes they could clean it a little bit more but it's not dirty or anything it's just it's a little messy when they get a little crowded and you could put a few more things on the clearance rack too it never has enough also bring us some more perfume too like the good perfume and a new set of shoes the shoes have been the same for a while overall this is a great store you won't be disappointed I go by here every day when I do my evening walk and I must buy something I'm going to stop doing that because I love shopping buying stuff

Love this store. Although I forgot my tablet in the shopping cart and apparently someone snatched it tried looking for it and locating it but nothing so we just left it. It was my fault but shopping really distracted me and I spaced out my tablet.

I got pants for my boyfriend and usually he wears that size but for some reason they didn’t fit so we tried to take them back and they were tan cargo pants but they had the tag labeled as green cargo so we couldn’t return them which is very upsetting, staff is very bla it’s like they hate their job, and they have no drinks to get there if your thirsty only store I’ve been to that doesn’t have water or some kind of refreshment.

Store has some very good value prices, but it's not the most inviting shopping environment. Some of that is due to thoughtless customers who don't put the items back where they found them . If you don't mind a fairly long line at checkout, then it's worth a walk through to see what's in stock.

The manager working may 16th at 12 pm talked to her employees so disrespectfully that it was very uncomfortable to be around and talked to me rudely as well when I said something. Very unprofessional and weird person.

We both found what we were looking for. Now we are going to paint the town. Could you please get some sizes for the bigger more beautiful woman? That would be great! Don't forget the middle sizes! Thanks ROSS!

Steadily declining store now in freefall. Cluttered aisles, indifferent sales associates, and sparsely-filled shelves. Overt security presence instills fear rather than safety.

Who doesn’t like Ross you can always find something let’s face it you’re never gonna find a better price As far as the one in Arizona in Mills hey is a wait I got a great selection however, getting out there is a pain he got three employees standing around 01 rings everybody up and it’s been like that forever

I've been to several RDL in LA and this one is better. The property is very well organized, clean with a nice selection. Laura at the jewelry counter did an outstanding job helping me find a watch. Recommended.

Only 2 cashiers, for about 30 people in line. Shopping took less time than standing in line.

This Ross was very clean inside and out. They have a wide variety of items, and have many low prices.

Was a good store until lately.A couple of the staff work very hard.Seems most are very lazy and want the customers to do their work. Also had a terrible experience with a manager by the name of Amber who was very sarcastic and acted like a lunatic towards me. Still waiting for a response from the higher ups. Security in this store are great.

Ross allows pets!!! Its fun to bring my dog with me to shop. I work long hours so I try to shop at businesses that a pet friendly:)

We were here last week looking for my daughter's gown for her 18th birthday. We always have a good and quality time here, especially trying their beautiful, simple yet elegant dresses. This is our go-to place whenever we had special occasions like weddings and birthdays. They have the best wardrobe in town! And their price is reasonable, too!

Customer service was good, but the bathroom stank and was dirty. They did not have ANY selection of shoes in my size 9, not sure if I just came at the wrong time or not. I found some nice shirts.
