The place is kinda hard to see from far away. But hands down the best Ross. Very organized and great selection in each department. Found a item that was 5 dollars cheaper at this location! Such great deals here! This location is huge! Service:9/10 Organization:10/10 Selection: 9_10

I went to 3 Ross stores looking for wall art and a wicker hamper. Every time i go to the Christown location it is a complete disaster with merchandise all over the floor. The store is always a mess. The Metrocenter and Peoria and 43rd Avenue locations are clean, but inventory is fairly low.

You really want to know how this place and location is. .well for 6th time or so I cone in and everything is gone ..no men's wear at all use to be a new at place for sales on the top brands but guess what all gone ..i ask what's up with the clothing foe men and she said ..sorry truck has been coming with small deliveries ..that sucks .

This location is pretty empty not alot to choose from...

They fixed the problem with no charge. The person over the phone wasn't that great tho

Ross has ok prices and sometimes ok clothes but very cheap over priced no name brands for more then Macy's. but employees aren't helpful and will ignore ur questions or hear you calling out to them. They look miserable at work and the door ppl treat you like a theif it's upsetting and very nerve racking to shop thinking ppl are watching and judging you like you have no means to pay. It's down right insulting.

For the neighborhood it was nice very well organized as far as the men's section and there was quite a selection of men's apparel as well

I found an item there which I had seen online in a different store. Made my day finding it at Ross and the price was perfect!!! I'm hoping to find another one in a different color!!! Love Ross, they have so much to buy each day!!!

Is not the same after the pandemic but still a very good option finding cheap clothes

I enjoy picking up candles and my pet supplies from this location, they have always been fully stocked when I'd arrive.

Hey they were ok talked to workers 4 a minute they.helped when asked selections not as big its not as ran thru as others though prefer over metro or 35th n tbird

Great place for women's clothing and I mean great place plus usually kept clean

Rude employees. We just left because employee yelled at us saying they open at 10:30 3 min before … this was at 10;27 … extremely rude employees

It's always a 4/5 star for me when I go to Ross. I like Ross - a lot. Not so much last Saturday 02/27/21 night. Went there about 9:30pm. Less than an hour later two dudes roll in and decide to grab a bunch of handbags, and the one dude goes further into the store. When he was finally out, the other dude was still on the other side like a few minutes later, then he leaves. I will say; the one female employee [manager I assume] was on that dude. She kept her cool and got him out of there. So thank you! Ross either needs more men at night, an armed guard or simply close much earlier. Let's just say I won't go to Ross late at night anymore. :)

Store is pretty empty. The curb makes it hard to enter And has no easy Entry for challenged people who find it hard to step up a curb. I like shopping at Ross for its sweet deals 💙

I guess like alot of stores theses days, very little inventory selection. But good prices on what they do have

I really like Ross but ,you really have to dig. Then you end up taking most of it back.
