Inside the old christown Mall, this store is a standard foot locker. The only problem with this location as the employees seem to be more interested in looking at their phones than helping customers.

THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP OUT SEEN ME WALKING IN. NO GREET NOTHING SO I CIRCLE HER AND ASK IS IT TO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE THE NIKE VAPORMAX IN ALL WHITE. SHE'S LIKE THEIR ISNT WHITE ONES. I REPLIED WHATS THAT IN ALL WHITE SHES LIKE YOU SAID . VAPORMAX THOSE ARE PLUS . I REPLIED I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE PLUS BUT EVEN BETTER.I CHANGED MY MIND BECAUSE SHE SAID YOUR 8 1/2 SHOE IS THE DISPLAY ONE. SO I SAID IM GONNA PAY 250 FOR SOME BRAND NEW SHOES AND GET A DIRTY YELLOW SHOE. SHE'S LIKE YOU DONT HAVE TO AND I DIDNT. I BOUGHT THESE INSTEAD AND LEFT WITH A SMILE💯💯💯🤷‍♂️I WORE THESE TO WORK😄😄😄🙌

Worst store , worst customer service , everyone standing around doing nothing, no one spoke when we came in, I was standing right in front of their employees and still no one acknowledged me or said anything, at this point I should of went and got the shoes my self from the back of the store , will not be back 0/10

Boring new shoes. Staff not helpful. Way overpriced but typical for Foot Locker...

They didnt even try to help me.. tried asking if they could order online for me but they brushed me aside and said it wont work and they said no other footlocker has the size I wanted - how.? When they didnt even check for me.. never going back to this footlocker again..

Seemed to have more workers than actual shoes. Not variety of jordans. Store was clean and organized.

I got a pair of Nike's there today that are fabulous. And not only are they so cool. The comfort level is bar none the best. Great selection too. Made my day

OMG, my two boys were acting wild in the store, they’re little. However, we were waited on and helped out with the most patience and regard that I’ve ever seen. My kids didn’t even bother the guys working, they made sure my son got the best fitted and most comfy shoes, and perfect, since my son is going to the boxing gym now regularly. They also helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my hubby. Although I had to return them because he has a wider foot than the doe was, they still took great care of me when I returned, made sure I left happy. I even tried to tip them but they couldn’t accept. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR NEW SHOES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..........10 STARS IF I COULD

Good place and shoes, but they don't have too many bigger sizes whenever I go.

The assistant was helpful as soon as I stepped in the store. He showed me the women's shoes. The shoes I wanted wasn't there. Then he pointed out two stores in the mall that sold shoes.

Great service and exactly the same prices as Zappos. I couldn't believe it. Plus great gait analysis and a proper fitting. Our sales guy, Joe, was excellent brought our about 15 pairs of shoes and we never felt any pressure. Because of all of the above, my husband and I both bought shoes. Support your local businesses without paying more. Win win.

Cool clean place in the mall part wide selection of everyday ware and some new new but no J's

I ordered some shoes from here for my nephew. I never received a notice letting me know the shoes were at the store. Furthermore, the stores phone number is useless. It always says its busy. In went down to the store to pick up the shoes and the store associates took awhile to get them. They also bounced back and forth telling each other to help me. I felt like 2 of the associates didn't care about customer service.

I ordered some Ultra Boost on sale, online. But, they fit a little too snug. Because of COVID, the north side stores have been closed. I came to the Christown location to exchange for a bigger size. The young woman that helped me was friendly, professional, & helpful. She even gave me $11 back, because they were on sale in the store. I'll be supporting this location moving forward simply because of the great customer service.

I waited a long time for a manager to come and do a return. Even though I had the receipt. Any employees should have been able to return my t-shirt for me.

Waited forever for the guy to get one shoe to try.

This place has definitely gone south…
