The laziest workers wow Hispanics workers are lazy

There's no one helping that sucks because they loose about 10 customers every 5 min on the week end I whent I saw alot of people needing help and there was no one to help us I took my business somewere ous .

It was great the place was packed with customers and the employers we're so kind to help with a smile on their face

It used to be way better a few years back when dillards was actually dillards. But now its just ok. Back then they were on top of their gear and now it seems to be dying down. The whole mall has changed even before covid-19. I don't really go.here anymore I usually find way more stuff online.

You're hiring a lot of young people who don't care about their job or care about any kind of customer service or care about how you doing how can I help you how's your day going anyting they're too busy on your phone too busy talking about boyfriend girlfriend other things from school too people from work not even paying attention to any customer or what they need

I like the place good service and its clean thats all i care about really

Spend 200.00 or more stop being cheap

They only had small sizes my son is an 11 we won't be back to this location

I was very disappointed I purchased shoes come to find out that finish line right down the way in the same mall had the same shoes I purchased here were $45 to $50 dollars cheaper I felt like Footlocker got over on me.I understand that they're different stores but I don't understand how they can sell The same exact product at two different prices exceeding over a couple dollars $50 difference is a big deal to me couple dollars no biggie but 45 to $50 it is outrageous seems like foot locker taxes on their shoes are waaay to high!!! After this experience I can recommend people to always shop around before purchasing shoes especially compare prices to finish line to foot locker

Staff greeted me with a smile and Jessica was super helpful with my kids finding the right shoe. Will definitely be coming back

Worst place they take forever to help anyone shoes are okay but they never have anything in stock and the workers aren’t too eager to work

They NEVER answer the phone.

Out of every size we wanted in all shoes. Little disappointed. Also more expensive here.
