My
friend
and
I
visited
here
shortly
after
the
World
Series.
We
are
from
out
of
town
and
were
looking
to
grab
a
drink
following
the
game.
We
approached
the
bouncer
to
provide
IDs.
The
bouncer
denied
us
on
the
premise
that
"he
could
not
serve
us
alcohol"
that
evening.
I
responded
by
mentioning
that
we
had
not
had
any
alcoholic
beverages
since
the
4th
inning
of
the
baseball
game.
He
rudely
responded
back
"Well
I
don't
know
baseball,
and
you
can
both
leave".
We
both
were
completely
sober,
and
were
taken
back
by
the
response
from
the
bouncer.
I
understand
that
bars
have
every
right
to
deny
service
to
anyone.
However,
as
a
bouncer
myself
in
Salt
Lake
City
for
sometime,
I
am
shocked
by
being
denied
after
having
showed
no
signs
of
intoxication.
As
a
fellow
bouncer
in
the
industry,
his
lack
of
knowledge
and
outright
disrespect
has
no
right
in
any
establishment.
I
have
attached
a
picture
of
the
bouncer,
so
future
patrons
can
avoid
the
gentleman
moving
forward.
A
really
unfortunate
experience
for
first
time
visitors
to
Phoenix.
We
will
not
be
returning,
however
we
sincerely
hope
that
you
help
better
train
your
bouncers
to
recognize
legitimate
inebriation
in
the
future.
