This location has the best workers ever! Always friendly and smiling, like they are truly happy to get you the best drink of the day. Today I tried a Small Blended Birthday Cake w Confetti Sprinkles. Definitely tasty, sweet and a bit like animal crackers. More of a dessert in a cup. Well deserved drink after my hike at Papago Park.

The best place for coffee, friendly service, the flavor is great. I usually get the white chocolate cocomo. The app is great, once you download it you get a free drink and you can accumulate points for free drink, load money which is great in case you forget your card, they can just scan the code and you are good to go. They have smoothies, hot chocolate, teas, coffee, freeze, hot chocolate all kinds of drinks. Give them a try! I am sure you will like it and will ho back to try.

Great service if you’re in the drive thru pumping more carbon into the environment. They don’t respect your time if you make an effort and get off and try to get a drink, they make you wait and the supervisor even calls you rude after not tipping and can’t take customer feedback very well.

I like this location, but it could be better. I go here a lot now and sometimes when it's busy my drink doesn't come out as good as it should.

They were fast as usual but the crew wasn't very friendly like most other locations are. There were some employees that were in front of us (day off) the workers were excited and kept chatting away with them instead of after ordering stepping to the side to take our order. Then after their drinks came out the workers on and off shift continued to talk before letting us order. Deft won't be back to this location as there are better locations to serve you.

We love Dutch Bros! We were on our anniversary trip from Utah and we were happy to see a familiar coffee shop! Great coffee and kind people!

The employees here don’t know how to treat customers, they took our order charged our card and then try to charge the card again. They just look at you and expect you to pay double. They can’t figure out how to have good service here

This Dutch bros ripped me off .they charged me twice as Ashley said the first transaction did not go through. I pulled up my bank account and showed her that it was sitting in there pending, and she went and grabbed another type of form charge my card. The first one was $14.21 that was the tip included that was the first sitting in my account. The second was $11.84 she was able to give me a receipt for the $11.84 but not the $14.21 because she insisted that it did not go through. I have two charges sitting in my account now, and I cannot get any help to get this resolved, so yes I was ripped off at the Indian in School location. I called my bank and they confirmed that both were posted in my account so I bought two medium Horchata chai drinks and they charged me 26 and change and then we will help me. I’ll get back to me on this. I tried calling that Dutch brothers and Indian school, and it disconnects every time.

STOP DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The staff is grossly incompetent at their job and make a bad product. The staff does not know what’s on their menu or how to properly interact with their customers. You will wait while they talk to their friends and not hand you your order even though it been sitting at the windows for 5-10 mins. When you get the coffee the cup WILL NOT BE FULL or with the right ingredients you asked for. If you ask for Maria style is will be regular If you ask for more shots of flavor you will NOT get this I have order whip twice and not once has the cup come with whip. Go to another location for a much better Dutch bros experience.

They move their mouths too much instead they need to be moving their hands more and quit talking too much I ain’t coming back here 25mins wait time in the drive thru just to get an okay iced coffee it’s not even worth it by the time I get my drink I don’t even want it anymore. If you have nothing better to do with your time go ahead but NOT ME!

This was our first time at Dutch Brothers. We had sugar-free mocha espresso. Absolutely delicious and great service!

Love their drinks, I tried the pumpkin Brule 🎃 iced coffee which was my favorite so far. I always ask for half sweet which is how I prefer my coffee. I love how friendly the workers are at dutch always its makes for a nice day.

Went for the “fill a tray day” and considering it was so packed the line moved along faster than I expected. The golden eagle chai and mango smoothie were my favorite, but the palm beach is a little too sweet. Nice location, friendly staff

They never disappoint! Great service and I asked them if they could make a drink that matches my nails. They... NAILED it lol ... pun intended. They're nice tho 10/10 Recommend getting surprise drinks here.

Yes! This place was so awesome. New patrons get gifts and excellent coffee that really gets you up. The staff are cool and welcoming without being too plastic. They genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. Lines can get long, but you'll get served quickly anyway. Must visit and get some stickers!

The CSR's were extremely nice and my drink was made perfectly! Will definitely return to this location.

Ordered a medium white chocolate cold brew with oat milk, normally a light tan color and noticed this was very dark in color. Asked the barista if oat milk and white chocolate was added, wasn't honest and said yes. Was straight up black coffee. Was during a busy time so tried to be understanding with them but would appreciate honesty next time

I like that they have good service and I don't feel obligated to tip every time. Service is fairly fast for being so busy. Although, why would you advertise lavender drinks on signs and not have it? That isn't a good business model and you should have it in stock.

One of the employees got very excited we were from Utah and gave us a bunch of stickers! We just barely got a few in Utah thankfully but loved her enthusiasm. Wish I caught her name she was such a delight in the mid morning! Highly recommend this location.

I've been to a few of the locations and have always had good experiences. On this particular night, I had my pup with me and the gal taking my order outside asked if I wanted a pup cup. I had not even thought about, idk why because I have at other places. Anyways, it was awesome that she noted I had my dog with me and offered a goodie for her as well. They even put a little dog bone treat in the pup cup, ah, so dang cute. The employees are just always friendly and have something extra about them and I've noticed it in all of my experiences here thus far.

They are a great place to get coffee. Fast service for walk up is a no go. Walk up service is slow IF a employee off the clock shows up or if their friends show up they ain't there and talk for ever. I waited like 15 minutes for my order to be taken.

Yeah, normally great but I don't know. I live up north and although they are still not taking personal mugs, northern AZ locations still give you the mug discount when you bring it with you. Apparently, in Phx they don't. Very inconsistent.

Staff was very friendly. Our first time there. We both ordered blue drinks. Super yummy.
