    Staff is always friendly. Service is fast. Zeus my dog enjoys their company as well being treated to their pup cups . This location is newly renovated, and has just opened up. So go check it out . I would have liked to see a outdoor gated patio for customers creating that relaxed environment and a double lane for the drive thru.

    I arrived as soon as it opened. I received what I believe is the freshest coffee and donuts. One staff member was on-site and she was very quick with my order and very polite. I recommend this place.

    So I just ordered a large cappuccino with caramel drizzle and the staff stated “its a cappuccino it has foam” with a bit of attitude and I wanted it a triple shot. She stated that they have been getting a lot of complaints about the foam. I didn’t think too much about it, but when I received the cup it was half empty and it was all foam and no caramel drizzle and this was not a triple shot. Service at the window was horrible no hi or good morning. I will never be coming here again.

    Dunkin has lost my bussiness for now at least, I'm tired of my neighborhood being both unwalkable and a food desert. Instead of having real covid policies, or addressing issues on low employee retention (pay your employees a decent wage!) Dunkin has chosen to just shutout walk in traffic. This may not seem like a big deal but in a area like this where food places are few and far between, #commerecefromthecar trades the health of the environment for a fast buck from those outside our community, and obfuscates any real commitment to the community they claim to operate in re: covid policy/the environment. It shuts out those that can't afford to run their car in a long que, forces those that live near by to now drive and waste private resources which are obstensibly rare and toxic. It seems callous in a neighborhood such as ours marked by homelessness to do this and I'm 😷 of it. Also pay your employees a living wage if your so short staffed. There is a way to both protect your employees while also not alienating the community you operate in.

    This place was pretty rude. I don't have high expectations at drive thru joints, but there was no good morning, hi, hello. First words out of the person's mouth were: we are only doing coffee and donuts this morning. Okay. No problem. But you didn't know what I was going to order, so give it a second. Then I'm asked to wait to order. She leaves the mic on, so I hear talking to the whole time. But she finally says: what can I get you? No hi; sorry about that; thanks for waiting. Again, no high expectations, but I'm up early too. Going to a job that might drain me today. I just want some coffee and a donut. I can empathize that businesses are short staffed and short on patience with some people. But understand not everyone is going to give you a hard time, so start your interaction from a good place. Cold brew was good, my blueberry glaze donut was fantastic. But I can do without the attitude.

    I will never come back to this location, customer service SUCKS. Two girl employees with attitude and wears glasses. Very bad customer service like she hates her job!!!!! Don’t get mad when I ask what flavor donuts do you have ? It’s your JOB. You should want to help your customers… smile more

    Everything was fine. The new hire was taking our order not sure if you just threw them on the register but I felt she didn't have any training. She wasn't the issue tho we've all been the newbie and training was never fun. I left off a star because there were only like 6 different kinds of donuts to choose from...at 9am! Kids got no long john's so they weren't happy at all

    This location is usually out of popular food and drink items listed on their menu especially if it's are one of DD special promotional food/drink items. If you ordered a hot coffee, check it before you leave the window , twice I ordered hot coffee and it was cold.

    We were unable to order this morning. The nice girl on the machine couldn't get the first item right and wouldn't let us complete our order without waving us along. The young man. At the window wouldn't let us add to the order. Starbucks got our money today.

    Every time I’ve ordered through 3rd party, something ALWAYS happens through this location. Order is wrong, food doesn’t taste fresh, they forget something, they cancel, etc. Even trying to call to speak with someone, no one answers or they just hang up upon answering. This location either needs to be shutdown or hire all new staff. As someone who works in the service industry, this is just embarrassing.

    Woman running drive thru decided to pocket my money when I was paying half on cash and rest on card. What a shame, it’s obvious if a customer hands you cash and a card at THE SAME TIME that it’ll be a half payment…. Get you a new employee who don’t steal from customers, SMH.

    Well well well...DD has fallen dramatically. From the dry looking donuts to them not have hash browns. Customer service seemed off and unprofessional. I would not eat or drink anything from here. I had the egg and cheese turkey sausage sandwich with a large matcha latte with whip cream, and was not at all impressed. DD need to upgrade quickly or they won't last with their blast from the past coffee machines and such. Won't be returning to this establishment until improvements have been made.

    I ordered the spider donut and a ham and cheese roll up in drive thru 😊 very friendly staff but they forgot my coffee and so did I because I was too excited for my donut lol so I had to go back... The donut was good a bit sweet but good and the roll up made a mess in my car but that sounds like a personal problem. Anyways i love dunkin!

    Worst dunkin' can't get orders right only 3 cars deep they reask for your whole order at the window. You ask for a iced mocha frap you get this dark cold brew? with chocolate at the bottom. You ask for a blended caramel you get french vanilla. Chill temperatured food thats supposed to be hot. Seriously where is the manager??

    My first time trying dunkin’ coffee. Great, friendly, and fast customer service through the drive thru as well as inside the store! Got the French vanilla latte, and the coffee taste was strong and good. My only complaint was that it was waaaayyyy too sweet even after I asked for the drink to be less sweet. Would return and try again and maybe ask for even less sweet lol

    Randomly stopped in this morning at 5:30 AM and they had no butter. Are you kidding me? The prices keep going astronomically up you got a fight to get your order correct and they don’t have butter? What a joke.

    Forgot how much I missed this place, lady wanted an old fashioned doughnut and have to admit that they were perfect. Breakfast sandwiches were on point so I have no complaints about my visit.

    I was there to get my baby some donuts and for the family, I guess they was mad or had bad day, we only get to pick 3 type of donuts, not happy but since I ready promised my kid a good donut I got this stuff, unknown why they didn't let's us get other choice.but .

    Overall I used to think Dunkin was good but this one, has nothing but teenagers that are just in their phone. Coffee was not good I went straight to Dutch bros as soon as I left.

    The coffees I ordered where very good. I ordered a dozen donuts and the whole selection I had preselected was completely wrong 😑 other than then that the sweet young lady at the front was very kind .

    Here’s a customer service tip for you. If you have all your lights on a customer would assume you’re open so instead of just letting them sit there in the drive-through just get on the speaker and say sorry we’re closed instead of just turning the lights off! super rude. it would’ve taken you less than a minute to just say sorry we’re closed.

    I used the drive-thru for coffee. The coffee was burned. Customer service was nice which is the only reason I am posting 2 stars. I went inside to use the rest room and there are signs Not To Flush Toilet Tissue. I'm not sure what's going on with the store but I would not advise going.

    I come here for coffee at least 5 days a week I can’t believe I haven’t left a review but everyone is always nice and friendly. The line moves quickly and my orders always correct I have nothing negative to say.

    I understand training new people on a Saturday morning can be difficult due to the morning rush but basic customer service skills like thank you and hello are standard in which the 2 different people I talked to lacked.

    This is now updated to today. I decided to try it again. I ended walking out of the store because the cashier had a difficult customer. Instead of helping the clueless cashier they ignored her. The waited on 10 drive customers. The customer was still standing at the register. There were 4 people in the drive and the clueless cashier helping walk ups only. They still did nothing to acknowledge the line. I ended up walking out after 20 minutes still not being helped.

    I usually get my Cold Brew at Starbuck's, but every once in a while, I'll get it my Cold Brew at DD.... They're not nearly as friendly & attentive at Dunkin Donuts as they are at Starbuck's, so you might feel invisible when you pick up your order that you made on your app. At Starbuck's, they always give you a smile & a friendly greeting every time pretty much, unlike DD.

    More and more disappointed each time I get Donuts here. Hit and miss to get Vanille cream filled. This time got there early. Got 8 Vanille and 4 chocolate. No cream on the outside to be seen. Open up each one , not even 1/2 a teap. These are the only ones my mom likes and she is bedridden on home Hospice and I can't even get a good donut for her. So sad!

    Staff was nice, donut was stale as hell Bobby. They only get fresh frozen donuts in the morning so apparently 2 PM they might as well be not selling them. It was so crispy I thought maybe I’m at Krispy Kreme!

    In the drive thru, early morning rush. Missed a sandwich, no napkins, $35 worth of sandwiches and pancakes, and donut holes all smashed down in one small bag. Really! Had to now pack, go into the facility to speak to manager. She said, we all make mistakes. Thank GOD we checked our bag before we left. Because one child wouldn't have been able to eat.
