(4/2) Jamie in the drive through was rude about something so trivial!! She made a BIG deal about me grabbing some water in the drive thru and said usually people have to park and walk in! There were literally no people behind me in the drive thru line!! She made it clear I inconvenienced her, didn’t even fill up my water all the way💀:while it was in a STARBUCKS brand pink TUMBLER. Post a sign of this “rule” or kick rocks. Smh It’s illegal to refuse water here in AZ also. Around 3:30/4pm this location gets filled with high schoolers & middle schoolers FYI!! It’s like a SCHOOL CAFETERIA. 🙄SMH By about 5:40 their all gone. // Feb. 4th:: Dining room is CLOSED 🤦‍♀️😕 due to Covid..when it was open before. OPEN AGAIN:: March 28th! /// The sink fixtures barely have any water coming out of the faucet…for being a new building. The music is always pretty loud-not a deal breaker location wise, but difficult when making phone calls and/or zooms.🥴😣 Otherwise artwork is very fresh, location is spacious, employees (so far) are sweet and nice wooden furniture

My sister and I went to see my grandparents at the nearby cemetery on Christmas Eve 2022 and it was rough. One the way home we saw a Starbucks and decided to swing by last minute. Honestly the best thing we could’ve done. We got to meet NATE. He was so genuine and kind. We were in a very emotional state and he completely made us beam with joy once he took our order and then continued it while at the window. Nate, thank you so much for your positivity and enthusiasm. My sister and I needed it and I just had to write a review on it. May not be a big thing to many but it was huge for us. Happy Holidays!

I love the staff at this location! I am a mobile orderer and if I come in and my drink is not ready (doesn’t happen often) they always ask me what I’m waiting for and let me know that they’re working on it next. I love that they don’t just have toy stand there and wait without acknowledging you like other places do! They are always busting our orders as fast as they can and also provide great customer care 💕

This location doesn’t make decaf coffee. I like coffee although am extremely sensitive so I’ve been doing decaf. I have gone through the drive through several times as it’s around the corner from my home. They DONT make decaf to have readily available at this location. They offered me a decaf americano to make other drinks with. I’m genuinely confused as I have come a few other times and ordered a decaf coffee with zero issue. The first time they said they did not have decaf, then went I got to window the young gentleman at the window told me they just don’t want to make it. (True story) the second was today, a gal that was extremely kind but she said they only have decaf americano. It’s possible I am just completely clueless about coffee but I don’t understand why even getting a decaf expresso or decaf pumpkin spice or decaf iced coffee was something they said they could not do. Disappointing

I love Starbucks but everybody else does too so it’s hard to find a place that isn’t backed up around the corner and this place was quick and very courteous

The coffee I got was okay. I had to go ask for cream after, I didn't see the station most Starbucks have. They also don't take reusable cups.

Love going through the drive through as I always get fast and friendly service. The barista, Kylene thanked me for stopping by and even offered a little snack for our dog in the car! I'll certainly be a repeat customer!

Excellent place to meet family and friends for coffee and a snack. This Starbucks has a large conference table, as well as table/booth bench seating, free wifi and abundant outlets for charging of devices. Great place to meet near the VA cemetery before or after a service, the staff at this starbucks are particularly accommodating of military family members.

Quite literally the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to by far. I have stopped by many times and the service and my order is always consistently perfect. It is a bit further from me and out of the way but I pass on about 4-5 other locations to come to this one. It’s a 10/10 for me!

Went this morning for my annual PSL and the woman taking my order was rude and judgy. I usually add a drizzle and a sauce and her response to my order for as just rude. I was a little shocked because I’m sure she’s heard random orders before. But she made me second guess my order and I was like. Wait a minute. That’s not cool. Either way I might make myself scarce of this Starbucks in the future.

I waited at the drive through for over 5 minutes with no response from any staff. So I pull up and see that your hours have changed, and that no staff members were inside. It would be nice if you changed that on Google to depict what's most up-to-date and accurate so that a similar instance is avoided. I had other patrons behind me and in front of me who had to do the same thing I did. I guess Duncan Doughnuts right down the street can take our money now...

You need to train your cashier Makenna how to smile and greet customers and focus on getting the orders correct. She is the reason why you didn't get a tip today.

I waited 10 minutes 2 feet from the ordering box because the drive-thru was so slow. I go to order my drink decaf (it was 5pm when I finally got to order) and they refused to make my Cafe Misto decaf because “it would take too long to do a decaf pour over in the drive-thru.” So I ordered a decaf latte instead… It is not 5:15pm, and I’ve been sitting at the take out window for 5 minutes… The baristas here are rude and drive-thru experience is abysmal.

On vacation here in Phoenix, I don’t visit Starbucks at home, the line was 6 deep in the drive through but that didn’t stop the amazing fast and friendly service! Oatmeal and a black coffee, $7.00 I felt was a bargain!

This is my favorite Starbucks! The team here is awesome and Ann is amazing! I come here every time I am in town.

I love my neighborhood, Starbucks! They are always friendly and the drinks and the food always taste fresh and amazing!

The nectar of the gods is severed here. My to go order is ready ahead of schedule almost everyday. Yes...everyday. Mind your business. They are fast and nice.

Very attentive personnel and making good suggestions of coffee and coffee and other upgrades I very appreciate the staff that works at that location recommend it to other people

Parking lot is a bit difficult. If going into drive thru look first to see where the line is winding through. Can cause a traffic backup onto Deer Valley road.

1 star for each of the following: good customer service, drink being done correctly, and the barista who made my difficult secret menu drink was kind when I picked up said drink. They lost 2 stars because it’s never good practice to b*tch about what the customer ordered, when she’s standing there waiting for her drink.😂 I was embarrassed for you. If I want to try a drink with multiple syrups, because it was a secret recipe “Twix”, I will. Also, maybe if the two baristas who were making the most comments actually did their jobs instead of looking busy, the barista making my drink may not have been falling behind.🤷🏼‍♀️

Place a mobile order and your can’t walk in to get it and have to go wait in the drive thru line that’s backed up onto Cave Creek. Hard to do when you walked there… called and asked for a refund on the coffee. They did give me a refund, but a heads up on the APP would have been nice that inside was closed.

Smiling staff helps make up for the overabundance of ice placed in iced coffee. Remove the ice & the cup is less than half full. Not much coffee for the price.

Isn't Starbucks kind of like the McDonald's of coffee places now? How much can you say about coffee from Starbucks or caramel macchiatos or frappuccinos. Some places are a little better than others even from the same company but generally it's the same.

Friendly staff, great location, easy parking. Hard to exit, both exits make you take a u turn if you need to go the opposite way.

The toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso never tastes the same. Ever.

I was super impressed at the sheer speed at which the staff here worked. I was ordering for my office so I had a lot of drinks but they got them out fast and everything was perfect. The staff were all pleasant and the experience overall was great!
