Only went in to get pin replaced, but gentleman pointed out my band was worn and could lose my watch. Good advice! Replaced band while I was there, and he did it pretty quickly! Very satisfied after hearing good things about them!

I went in to get my rings cleaned because they are nearby and was ignored by the man directly in front of the main entrance. A pleasant young woman further into the store acknowledged me and took my rings for cleaning. I was disappointed by their selection of men's rings. I had hoped they would have some interesting custom pieces but men's ring seem to not be their focus. The salesperson spoke to me a little bit and after a few minutes left and returned with my rings. To my surprise they had polished my rings without asking me. The rings looked fine at first glance but upon further inspection I was upset to find that my custom wedding ring was polished rather carelessly and the corners were now rounded and the milgrain smashed down. I'm giving 2 stars because I recognize that they polished it with good intentions but they really should have asked and the two other employees present should have acknowledged me to at least say someone would assist me soon.

Thoroughly impressed with Ganem! I brought in an oxidized Saint Benedict medal to be tumbled clean and to replace the worn ring on the necklace. The professional and friendly staff treated me like I was purchasing a 3-carat diamond ring. You can discern a lot by the way a business handles "small things." The sterling silver medal looks brand new again.

I have been a Ganem customer for 25 years. Every transaction with them has been great. My recent experience was designing my engagement ring. James worked with me tirelessly to make sure I "absolutely loved" the Ring!!! The whole experience was awesome and I was made to feel like the most valuable customer they have. I brought my 14k gold chain in and they purchased it for a very fair price. I had the chain looked at at 2 other shops that low balled me. I highly recommend this place because they are honest and fair.

Wonderful customer service and selection. They took the time to work with me and my now husband to design my dream engagement ring. The turnaround time for the diamond on my ring to be tightened is always quick; I don't wait a week to get it back, which you do with some other jewelers. Ganem newness is amazing. The staff and jewelers are wonderful and really know the meaning of customer service. I always find great watches there including some previously owned that are priced very fair. They warranty their preowned watches for 1 year which is super nice. Ask for Wendy when you visit or call. She's super knowledgeable and helpful.

Stopped by to get a necklace repaired and look at a few watches. Staff is super friendly, store has a large selection of watches and jewelry and the repair price was very fair. I'll post another review on the repair, however, I am anticipating another 5 star experience.

I purchased an item on their website. It said if I bought it before a certain time I would get my jewelry before Christmas by a day or so... This was all on the 15th. Later that night I received 2 email confirming my purchase and stating that my order WOULD be to my house by Christmas. I signed up for FedEx Tracking to know when it would come and all I could see is that they created the label but didn't send it. So yesterday I reached out to them to check on the status of my purchase when I was told that my item wasn't going to be there in time due to qc reasons. I'm glad it got caught if it was bad. I'm just upset that it's taking way longer than it should to have fixed this problem. Especially for the price I'm paying for it.
