Update: It's from 1969, but clearly age wasn't an issue for the other jeweler. Also, I did bring it to your attention twice, once when you messed up my ring size so you had to resize the already thin band just to mention it again when I picked up the ring the second time. You guys literally told me there was nothing to do hence I never went back. Quality is not what you guys are about. You guys can't even size a ring correctly. You even told my husband the wrong ring size when he was looking at bands. This place is just looking for any penny they can get there hands on. Just avoid Original post: The quality here is horrible. I brought in my grandmother's wedding and engagement rings to be sized up. Paid 170 for them to resize them, only for the engagement (which I had done first) to be too big, and so they fix their mistake. On both bands, especially the engagement ring, they were extremely thin. They didn't seem too sympathic, and was told that's all they could do for it. I was also charged for them to fix the prongs on the diamond. That was in March and April of 2021, fast forward to August 2021 and the engagement band has split in the middle part where it was resealed on the thin part of the band. Two weeks ago I dropped off the engagement ring with another jewelers near t-bird and Tatum, and they were just amazing. They immediately told me that unless they give it a new half back it'll just keep breaking on me. They also checked and fixed any issues with it outside of the band all for 175. Don't bother with Burland jeweler, go elsewhere.

I was a excited to get my girlfriend a ring and propose to her in 2014 and she loved the ring. Now in 2021 she lost the diamond in the ring but no worries we had insured it but needed all the information about the ring. Burland was great on helping me with this and I definitely took up lots of their time and now today I got the ring back with the new diamond. I can’t say enough good things about this company and if you want a great experience this is the place to go.

I've had the pleasure of working with Trish at Burland Jewelery Center, and it's been a wonderful experience through and through. I’ve sold a lot of stones/gold the past 10 years, this place tried to scam me by offering $16 per gram for 14k gold. That’s a bona fide fraud. It’s very easy to verify the price of gold, they were def trying to take advantage. Just left Arizona gold exchange where they offered me $280 for the exact piece Burland offered me $160. Luckily I know my stuff, and it was a small piece, but I feel bad for anyone that trusts this place. Please be careful

Received the most beautiful engagement ring from my fiancé who went to Burland! Only problem we had was the ring wasn’t the correct size - was 6.5 (stock size) but my fiancé had told them size 8. They were able to resize it for me the same day I came in and now it fits perfectly. If you are looking for a custom gemstone ring, this is the place to go!

Burland has been my go-to jeweler for the past 15 years or so - Marc, Amanda, Trish and the whole team are just amazing and work miracles! Old fashioned personalized service for both repairs and sales from a local, family owned business. Was referred by a family friend for repairs and was very pleased. Recently purchased a solitaire ring for my girlfriend. Larger, higher quality diamond at 30% less than I would have paid at one of the chain stores. We couldn't be happier!

Wow great service! I needed a ring repaired and re sized and also had a old Rolex that had been sitting for quite some time. It was a sentimental piece (I guess most jewelry is) that I wanted repairs on for some time but was quoted previously by another jeweler a lot of money. The jeweler here told me it was under $100 and didn't even need everything I was previously told. I have to applaud any place that offers savings and doesn't take advantage of a guest or situation. Not every jeweler would be this honest and would prefer to make a quick buck. Not Burland, I felt as if I was one of there long standing best customers and this was my first time ever there. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Their prices are amazing and they had a beautiful selection of pieces that I would love to have. Definitely found a local jeweler that I can trust and feel great about buying from for myself and my loved ones for years to come. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Checked out jewelry store around the corner to get the bail soldered, cuz it was pinching my skin, cost $68! So I went to Burland and they said it was already soldered, but can smooth the bit out $20! Also I have a Kuuipo ring with plumeria and waves that can not be sized up due to all the design, but Burland stretched it out 1/2 size, the details were still great; I have not worn this ring for 8 years. They are professional, great work, and most importantly-honest! Thank you:)

I love Burland Jewelry Center! I brought my mother’s Anniversary ring to have it made into a Necklace. I used that and a ring of my Aunt’s that had diamonds in it. The Necklace turned out so Beautiful and instead scrapping the ring suggested I put 2 Sapphires in it. I couldn’t be happier with both. Found this place a couple of days ago while doing a simple Google search. They’re only about 2 miles or so from my house so I decided to give them a try based on positive reviews… I’m glad I did!! All of the workers I encountered were very kind and personable. I just needed new batteries for a couple of watches, but I didn’t get there until about 10 minutes before they were set to close. I fully intended to just drop my watches off with them and come back in the next day or so. They let me know that they’d be able to replace both batteries right then and there, talk about service! They were willing to stay a few extra minutes after closing to help a customer out, which I didn’t expect, but fully appreciate. I just feel like they went above and beyond, they could have easily told me to come back the next day to pick my stuff up, but that wasn’t the case. I absolutely recommend this place not only for the exceptional customer service, but the prices for changing the batteries were really reasonable as well. Will definitely come back here for any future jewelry repair needs and recommend that everyone do the same. Thank you again Burland jewelry!!

Approximately a year ago I had a ring I purchased sized down. It's 3 days before my wedding ceremony and I've decided to bring the ring to Menard Jewelers and they've indicated that the ring was damaged and that's the blemish we've noticed ever since the sizing was done by Burland. My family has called Burland their family Jewlers for decades but I feel after this workmanship that I'll have to reconsider. I'm going to have to call and see what coverages there is to the damage they caused.

My wife had some jewelry that needed to be repaired, her tennis bracelet, and a heart necklace that had lost a diamond. They set me up on a blind date, I thought it went well but it’s been 8 months and I’m starting to think she was lying when she said “I had fun, let’s do this again some time.” Past that, everyone there is really friendly and I definitely recommend it! Easy 5 Stars, don’t go on their blind dates though!
