Staff was professional, kind and efficient. I signed in, waited just about the time they said or less (10 mins) and was seen by someone knowledgeable who didn’t waste my time or push a sale. I had a specific task in mind and they respected that. The visit was brief and successfully met my needs.

Everyone is always so friendly. We got our wedding sets here and my husband has bought me several pieces from here. We never feel rushed or pressured. Always pleasant coming here. If you haven't heard from radio commercials they are not commission based so it makes shopping for jewelry so much easier. They have tons of options for everything and especially nice because they don't have what everyone else does so it's much more unique. Their prices are also very affordable. You can tell them your price range and they will help find everything they can. I used to buy my jewelry at mall shops and the big names but I haven't gone back since buying my engagement and wedding rings. They offer a lifetime warranty and several benefits just for buying. My wife and I have been happy customers of Shane co for over 10 years and have purchased multiple rings here. However after our last visit with Makayla we will not be returning. We came in for a pretty simple custom birth stone band, we wanted it to match another ring we had made at Shane co a couple years ago. We were told that they “are moving away from customization” and couldn’t fulfill our request. We still looked at a few bands but ultimately, after 2 hours, we were not happy with Makaylas answers/attitude towards us so we did not make a purchase. We went to Helzberg and were in and out in 30 minutes with the ring we wanted for less than half the price of a similar band at Shane Co. 2 stars for honoring their warranty after Makayla had to verify that my ring would be covered since I wear it over night and “bed sheets are like sandpaper”. So sad that their customer service has changed so drastically.

I popped in to have my wedding ring inspected and cleaned. Dylanie was amazing. She was helpful, gave me a cleaning cloth, gave me some good advice on cleaning it at home She had it cleaned and 2 diamonds needed tightening. Very happy with the awesome customer service as she was so friendly!!

I have been doing business with the Shane Company since 1993 and they never disappoint! The sales staff are always helpful, pleasant and patient when I am shopping for a new ring or upgrading my diamonds. They are true to their word and their jewelry is exquisite! Amy in the Scottsdale store has been absolutely fantastic. My husband and I started the journey of upgrading my engagement ring for our anniversary approximately 2 months ago. Amy helped us on our first visit and we began to narrow down some ideas about what we wanted in a new ring. A few weeks later we followed up with Amy to fine-tune the design and style we had in mind. She took the time to really listen and understand our needs. She then helped a select an AMAZING diamond. She was very patient with us and probably showed us 12-15 diamonds before we found the perfect one. Amy is a delight to work with. We felt very comfortable with her with no sales pressure. Amy was very knowledgeable about the characteristics of ring settings and diamonds we were interested in. She made us feel very confident in our selection. We highly recommend Amy for excellent service, great personality, and wide range of knowledge.

Originally stopped into the store after looking online at settings and gems. Our friend got his ring from Shane Co and recommended them. We stopped in and worked with Andrew who was great. We were torn between two different styles and Andrew brought up the idea of customization. We talked about the options and left it to the jewelers to see what was possible. Over the next few days we settled on what was possible I was in and out finalizing the order. Each time everyone was always so friendly and helpful. I picked up the ring in June and proposed in October. It was everything we had wanted. We got the cleaning reminder at the beginning of November and we were going to be on that side of town. We stopped in and Dylanie took the ring for cleaning and ended up spending time with us looking over other items and helping to add them to our wishlist. I've been in customer service for two decades and she's definitely the best example of great customer service that I've come across. Every visit has been positive, we got the ring we wanted and that right there would be enough to recommend the location. Add the level of service on top and this'll definitely be our jewelry store of choice and highly recommended to anyone looking for jewelry.

Honestly, this has been the best jeweler. Everyone is so sweet, friendly, attentive, and amazing to deal with. When I bought a necklace there the gal gave me great input. When I had to return an engagement ring it was quick, simple, and painless. Amazing place and I would recommend none other

We’ve been customers since we got engaged in 2007! We have enjoyed having our rings maintained, serviced, and upgraded for years at this location. Our only complaint is the recent decline (last few years) in the quality of the rhodium dipping and polishing done by the ring techs. The shop is now taking up to a week and half and there is always an issue when we pick up the rings. It has become normal to have them redo the work which usually can be done the same day but it becomes a hassle. I would prefer things to be done right the first time! Dings and scuff marks are something I have never experienced in all the years of servicing my rings at this location but that’s what I got today. I don’t appreciate sloppy and rushed work. We usually get things corrected if the manager cares and today sales manager Chad made things right for us. The first operations manager made excuses that my ring was old and dented but luckily Chad stepped in and took my ring back and addressed my concerns. Chad listened and made sure I left happy. Also, I don’t remember being offered champagne after we got engaged and were buying wedding bands or upgrading but that’s what a couple next to us got. I guess they’ll do anything for new business but old customers with two kids can wait for two hours to get their rings back and not offered anything. My 4 star rating is justified and if things improve in the future maybe it’ll become a 5 again.

We stopped at 3-4 other places in the area and no other jeweler had a more welcoming, personalized, and educational atmosphere. My wife and I got each other’s rings off the website, but we’ve been here multiple times for resizing and cleaning and it’s always a great experience. I need to share my amazing experience with Shane Co, Chandler location. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee and a security guard. They took my name and then let me loose in the showroom. It is such a beautiful store. Before long I was met by Paul. I told him right away that I was going to be a pain in the neck. He laughed. I told him exactly what I wanted and then he went to work ordering a few stones in for me to see. I was thrilled with my choices and out of those few I am wearing the one I chose writing this review. Then we had fun looking for a setting that would showcase this beautiful sapphire. I think I literally left no stone/setting unturned. I found “the one” and cannot express enough what a 10/10 experience it has been with Paul and the Shane Company. There were a couple of days I went in on Paul’s day off and was also assisted by a few other amazing Shane Co associates. To anyone who is wanting an engagement ring, a wedding ring or any ring for that matter this is the place for you. I really enjoyed picking my one of a kind sapphire and a beautiful setting. Mylea was so helpful when I came in this week! I originally purchased my engagement ring from the Shane Co Chandler location, but was very dissatisfied with the quality of my ring. They told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. I decided to switch my service to the Scottsdale location, and it was the best choice I've ever made! They were done fixing my ring in just 3 hours, and completely made my vision come true. I couldn't be happier with my choice to visit Shane Co in Scottsdale!

Don’t waste your time. We came in looking for an engagement ring and Shane Co was the first place we looked. We were greeted by a lady at the front desk that asked to put our name on the waiting list which we gave her a name. We proceeded to walk the store looking on our own for 20-25 minutes and still no one approached us to help. We ended up leaving pretty disappointed to start off our engagement search this way. What’s even more disappointing is the lady that greeted us seemed happier towards us when we were leaving the store.
