We’ve
been
customers
since
we
got
engaged
in
2007!
We
have
enjoyed
having
our
rings
maintained,
serviced,
and
upgraded
for
years
at
this
location.
Our
only
complaint
is
the
recent
decline
(last
few
years)
in
the
quality
of
the
rhodium
dipping
and
polishing
done
by
the
ring
techs.
The
shop
is
now
taking
up
to
a
week
and
half
and
there
is
always
an
issue
when
we
pick
up
the
rings.
It
has
become
normal
to
have
them
redo
the
work
which
usually
can
be
done
the
same
day
but
it
becomes
a
hassle.
I
would
prefer
things
to
be
done
right
the
first
time!
Dings
and
scuff
marks
are
something
I
have
never
experienced
in
all
the
years
of
servicing
my
rings
at
this
location
but
that’s
what
I
got
today.
I
don’t
appreciate
sloppy
and
rushed
work.
We
usually
get
things
corrected
if
the
manager
cares
and
today
sales
manager
Chad
made
things
right
for
us.
The
first
operations
manager
made
excuses
that
my
ring
was
old
and
dented
but
luckily
Chad
stepped
in
and
took
my
ring
back
and
addressed
my
concerns.
Chad
listened
and
made
sure
I
left
happy.
Also,
I
don’t
remember
being
offered
champagne
after
we
got
engaged
and
were
buying
wedding
bands
or
upgrading
but
that’s
what
a
couple
next
to
us
got.
I
guess
they’ll
do
anything
for
new
business
but
old
customers
with
two
kids
can
wait
for
two
hours
to
get
their
rings
back
and
not
offered
anything.
My
4
star
rating
is
justified
and
if
things
improve
in
the
future
maybe
it’ll
become
a
5
again.
