I've never felt more heard while seeking help with my mental health. My Psych doctor REALLY listens to me and lets me sit in the driver's seat for my treatment plans. Also, my therapist is probably one of my favorite people I've ever met. I've never had a therapist that I felt comfortable being completely honest. He has taught me a sense of curiosity when it comes to learning new skills. He made me feel like I wasn't doomed because of my past. I've learned so much from both of them the past 5 months. I thought I would have been in the ground in April. Now, I don't even recognize my life in the best way possible. They improved the quality of my life to a point where I'm planning a future again. I feel so safe with them. They held me up when I was drowning in my mental illnesses and they never gave up on me. I've been dealing with issues for 7 years and I've been to every place you can think of in the valley or in Portland, OR. This place is the one. This is the place I needed to find, and I truly hope that others are able to get the same sense of relief that I received under their care. Thank you, Bayless.

If you care about your mental health at all, my suggestion is to NOT come to this clinic. Or, come to this clinic if you already have GOOD mental health and are bored and want to see how low this place can get you. I have been on a medication for almost the past decade but my provider at my last clinic left the office, so I came here to continue my prescription. I had my zoom appointment with the psychiatrist who told me that since I’m a full-time student and work, leaving no time to make more appointments, she would prescribe me my medication one time, and then after I would need to get some tests done (EKG, blood, urine) in order to continue the prescription. I relied on this, but it turned out that she either lied or misinformed me (I’m pursuing trying to get a recording of the zoom). As it turns out I did need to complete these tests before I could get any medication at all, which once I found this out I attempted to do multiple times despite me having to leave class for it. Each time I tried to do these tests there was a new problem, either a provider wasn’t there, the machine for the EKG wasn’t there, they are closed for testing during whatever hour, and then EVENTUALLY told me I need to make an appointment and can’t just walk-in. Another lie I was told by someone in the office, that I had to just “walk-in” instead of making an appointment. They knew I had run out of my medication and that my insurance ends at the end of the month, and so I urgently needed to get these tests done, but they kept giving me a new problem that prevented me from getting these tests that they required from me in order to stop withholding my medication. I can’t state for certainty what their intentions here actually were, I do not know if they just did not like me so they purposefully withheld my medication and did not allow me to get the tests done in time before my insurance lapsed on purpose (maybe because I was pushing them to give me an answer to why the psychiatrist gave me false info), I don't know if maybe it’s just a business tactic to destroy people’s mental health and not give them their medication so that they need to utilize their therapy/psychiatric services. What really surprised me is after everything that has happened, the manager of the office, Justine, called me and tried to imply I was the reason I was unable to get my testing done and they have tried “accommodating” me. They stated I “refused” to do the tests. REFUSED??? I had been near BEGGING them to allow me to do the tests without them making up a new excuse as to why I couldn't. I’m sorry, but that is blatantly inaccurate and after weeks of preventing me from getting my tests, their new tactic is to blame ME? I was shocked when Justine said this, considering how everyone else in the office apologized for the OFFICE’s inability to allow me to get the tests I needed each time I tried. People need to know what this clinic does. They know what they did here was wrong, that’s why their only defense is to somehow blame me, but there is actually no way to do that in this instance, maybe it worked for other patients. But, a huge thank you to the employees who recognized this wasn’t right of the office to do and apologized to me. Other than those employees, this is an embarrassment of a “mental health” clinic.

My experience with this medical facility was great! My Dr. Klara Krajnik was very thorough and friendly, asked me a lot of questions and let me tell her about myself. However the intake person, Juan was either having a bad day or just isn't a friendly person. Couldn't get him to crack a smile or show any emotion whatsoever. I will be returning in two weeks.

I’m so blessed to have found my therapist Mrs. Alexander and my psychiatrist Mrs. Sprague. They really do care about their patients. Both of these women make feel very comfortable expressing my concerns. Would most definitely recommend Denova to others.

Luis Fong is an exceptional psychiatrist that I can’t recommend highly enough. He’s continuously helped me find the sweet spot with advice and medication and I’m now doing better than I ever have. He won’t just go through the motions and treat you like you’re nothing more than a co-pay like others I’ve dealt with in the past.

I've been with Bayless for 6 years. In the beginning it was a great place. Looks like when they change their name all their patient care went out the window. To get a refill takes forever. Especially when I already saw Dr and she forgot to send. The medical assistant does not do her job. She will reply to make an appointment for all refills. She doesn't look up the fact I just had one and already went over the refill with the doctor and the Dr forgot to send it. I send messages and calls and while the girls who answer try so hard to get in touch with the medical assistant, she never answers them. Either you help patients or get a job where people are not suffering because lack of communication and care.

Good morning I am writing about my past experiences I have had with this facility while trying to get a yearly mammogram and a diagnostic ultrasound done at Laura Drier Breast Center. For the last year I have had trouble with the referral clerk Andrea Torres sending the incorrect imaging information to this center. In April of this year I was scheduled to do a diagnostic ultrasound of my left breast and mammogram due to a cyst being found during my last mammogram. I scheduled the appointment well in advance so that the necessary paperwork could be filed and sent in a timely manner. Well low and behold, it was not done. I arrived for my appointment in May only to find out that they had not sent the correct orders to the correct facility. The scheduling clerk was on the phone for over an hour trying to solve the issues at hand. Finally I was able to get the proper paperwork and have the procedures done. Now I then returned yesterday to Laura Drier Breast Center for my 6 month follow-up care appointment, and again the necessary paperwork was not done. All the clerk done was copied the same orders from April which were not correct, and forwarded them again. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I sat in the center waiting for them to correct their mistake again after the scheduler had been on hold for over 50 minutes with the referral department. I also called the referral department myself and spoke to Monica and was eventually disconnected. I called back and was told I would have to pay a copay of $40 for a virtual appointment so another provider could send the orders that I needed. I refused to pay the $40 because someone failed to do their job correctly the first time. This was a delay of care and a lack of concern on the part of the staff of Denova Collaborative Health. Being that it is Breast Cancer Month you would think they would be more concern with the proper care of their patients. I also spoke with a customer care team member named Nicole that was supposed to call me right back and an hour later I called her back and she stated that I beat her to the punch by calling her back and she stated that I shouldn't wait any longer at the center and she would call me when they have someone to approve the orders. I finally left after being there from 10:30 AM until after 12:30 PM with no call back. I had already took time off from work for this appointment and now I will have to take more time off due to the miscommunication and lack of professionalism on their behalf. I just hope and pray that the cyst has not grown and that nothing else has been found during my exam due to their delay of care and delay of service.

I have had many therapist in my life and my therapist. Erin has been amazing and made me move forward with my goals. In many many ways. I have had some huge changes in my life with boundaries still working on it, and how to deal with situations in my life due to her guidance, she’s the best thank you Tricia my psychiatrist has been great too. I’ve only had her for a few months and she’s a great person, very welcoming and kind. I’m very lucky.

I've worked with Dr Fong for a couple of years now and he's been very supportive, attentive and understanding with my needs. Dealing with behavioral health has its challenges but his knowledge and individual care has made this process easy and has given me hope.

Been a psychiatric patient with Bayless and now Denova for about 3 years. Helped transition me from treatment to at home after care about 2 and half years ago. They really made the process mor3 manageable. My care team is awesome. Always check in with me before dr appointment. My Dr has been very supportive and informative.

Professional, efficient and thorough staff. Had a minor hiccup with my insurance and they resolved it right away. Good customer service is hard to find these days. It's not lacking here.

Rachel is my sons Counsleor and she is top notch. She communicates well and thoroughly and my son really likes her and is able to connect with her. I appreciate the fact that she has been there consistently with him week after week for months. I am hopeful it will stay this way. :)

Dorothy Alberti is always very patient with me & does not make me feel rushed in any way and I really appreciate that. She is always very professional but also very personal at the same time & that helps a lot!! Also the entire staff at Bayless has been a breath of fresh air. Every person that I've dealt with has been so kind & sweet. My issues are always handled wonderfully. Wouldn't change a thing with Bayless. I love my whole Bayless team!!! Love this place!!! Staff is amazing and caring and they really take the time to get to know what’s going on with you. Doctor's and therapists talk with you to try and figure out the best possible treatment plan. This really makes me feel good as if people really do care about what happens to me.

Denova, previously, Bayless, always takes such great care of me. I see a couple of different doctors through them, all online. I’ve also been seeing an absolutely amazing therapist for many many months now, and just love our sessions. These are times when we are very blessed to be able to do online meetings. One of my doctors is in the Phoenix area. Another is in Tucson. I honestly don’t remember where the third is. But I get to see all of these wonderful people without having to drive to them. If you’ve been considering seeing a therapist online or working with a doctor online, give it a shot! I was uncertain at first too, but it absolutely works!

I have been seeing Kelly Heffron for awhile now and I was nervous about changing doctors but she has made the change very comfortable for me. I can talk to her with ease and I don't don't feel like I need to. She is very easy to talk with and ask me questions and I'm really glad she does she gives me awesome suggestions and helps me with things I struggle with. She makes sure my medications are working for me. I really like her. The front office people are very friendly and kind as well as her medical assistant. I would highly recommend this physicality

Where do I begin. I have been seeing Dr. David Marzona since January 2023 and hands down he has shown such support and has helped me more than I could have hoped. This has been such a difficult time for me and my family, and I feel with help from Dr. David Marzona, I have been on the right medication after years and years trying to get it right. He is amazingly smart, and makes me want to be honest with myself and heal. My experience with Bayless has been great since I started going here a couple years ago. From the front office, to billing, primary care, and even mental health.... I've always had a pleasant experience through Bayless and have appreciated the ease and convenience of telehealth appointments.... 10/10 to Thomas Silva who is always on time, yet never rushes me through our sessions. I absolutely love my therapist and have never made this amount of improvement in all my years in therapy. I have some severe family issues going on right now and I don't know what I would do without her. I was anxious about meeting with a psychiatrist nurse practitioner especially because it was online — but the entire experience was great! She took my concerns seriously and was able to address them with a plan that begins right away. I will follow-up in a couple weeks. No more worries over appointments!

Just started with Bayless and was highly impressed by their willingness to get me in and help as soon as they could, versus making me jump thru hoops or have to wait outside a building “hoping” to be picked or make it there early enough to get help on a Monday morning. (I’m sure you guys know what company I’m speaking of) the initial intake was thorough and she took the time to make sure she had all the information she needed.

My teenage son sees Julie Gil. Julie is very knowledgeable. She always answers my questions in a manor I understand. She is great with my son. She schedules our appointments frequently to make sure my son is stable and his meds are working. Highly recommend Julie.
