I’ve been coming to this doctor’s office since 2021. I was seen by nurse practitioner Hamov, the best of the best! She was on top of her stuff for her patients and always ensured everything was done correctly from labs, procedures and paperwork. She has left this location to start her own practice and it shows terribly! I went in June 2023 and saw her replacement another nurse practitioner that is new to this location which seemed to be good and on top of things. I’ve been requesting medical records and medical documentation since June and have not received anything. I’ve been calling for weeks to receive my records and getting the run around. She told me she would help me and that has not been the case. I had a scheduled video visit today and they pretended to send me the link several times, I had to send the link to myself. I was told the nurse practitioner Garret would be with me shortly. Twenty minutes later I received a call while waiting on the doctor to join the meeting/video that my appointment was being canceled from the doctors office manager. The office manager talked to me like someone she knew personally and had an alt with, extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional tone and attitude. I was told by the manager that the nurse practitioner didn’t want to visit with me and she didn’t have to fill out any paperwork for me or provide my requested records. She then proceeded to tell me she would disconnect the call because I told her that I’ve never seen this place conduct business so ghetto!!! The manager of this office told me I was being ghetto… I told her I’m not at work, you are, and she told me she was hanging up on me for that remark. These women need to be reprimanded and/or fired for this disgusting behavior and business ethics. I did everything I was supposed to do as a patient to receive the service in which I requested. This should have been a very simple process. I will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter. I have never been so disrespected and disappointed in a company. If I could give zero stars I would.

The doctors are nice and all but the reception lady linda is ALWAYS so rude for no reason. I dread having to call and make an appointment or even asking a question because I will have to speak with her. She literally laughed at me once when I asked for a same day appointment.

This is the worse doctor office I ever seen. I am in the medical field and this office lies about where you can get blood services from. They never have your blood results and they say they never got them. All they have to do is call the lab and get the results faxed over. Then they want you to come back and pay more money just to go over results. The doctors never solve the problem you go see them for. So if u are reading this. Be warned and I advise you to seek another doctor. And if you have a problem with them they will talk to you very very rude. Once again please seek another doctor.

Very unprofessional and super dirty inside front receptionist linda? Some older lady with grey hair 👩🏽‍🦳 is very rude doesn’t know what shes doing so I requested to be removed so I may look for a different clinic. No stars if that was an option.

Absolutely THE worst medical clinic I have ever stepped foot into. I HIGHLY recommend taking your medical needs elsewhere. I went in to see Dr Kayla who was very rushed, didn’t listen to me or my concerns about a very serious ongoing problem I’ve been dealing with for years. She barely even knew anything about what I’m dealing with, had literally absolutely no advice or recommendations. I needed to be put on a specific birth control (to regulate my condition so it’s very important) and she didn’t even discuss with me or even tell me which kind she was putting me on. She was so dismissive and rude I was SHOCKED. After I left I called to complain at how uninformed and uninvolved I felt in my care plan and Diana the nurse was even more rude!! She argued with me and said the visit was just fine (she wasn’t there). And then when I needed a refill on an allergy’s medication-it took FOUR calls, 2 spent arguing with Diana which is ridiculous. This is my health. The staff is supposed to care about and be helpful in helping you with your health problems. I have NEVER in my life been treated so horribly for a service I’m paying for! Absolutely appalling. This office should be shut down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS HERE, THEY WILL NOT BE MET. I’ll be reporting them to the medical board as well, that’s how bad it was.

This place is horrible! Wish was allowed to give no stars… Been a patient there going on 8 yrs! The first couple of years were good… Had good doctors, til they left, now stuck with nurse practitioners that don’t know jack! The receptionist’s are clueless and often rude… The record keeping is nonexistent! The office is outdated and the little exam rooms they put you lacks charm… some rooms are the size of a tiny closet and you often have to wait 30 to 40 minutes after your appointment time! I hate this doctors office and can’t wait to never go back… When they can’t find anything physically & medically wrong with you, they’ll still try to get you on meds you don’t need nor want! I’ve come across rude & and unprofessional doctors there… Almost every exam room has literature and posters relating to HIV and/or AIDS and if you’re not affected with those viruses, who wants to see that all the time!

Nikita and Dr.Cunningham were very nice . The office Lady is horrible. When Nikita steped out of the exam room.the office Lady Burst in and was going off on me and I couldnt come there anymore. All because I didnt go to the hospital right then. Medical trans will not take you to the hospital 911is what you need.i didnt have the money and I was okay at home I had my02 then I got my ssi check and went 2days later. She is mean and wanted to hurt me. I cried It was not necessary to call an ambulance they probably would of thought the same as me.

Would leave zero stars if I could. I was referred to this practice as I am a new resident to Phoenix. Upon making my appointment I went through my insurance with the receptionist. I had not received my new card at the time of call and was told to bring it in at my appointment. I received an automated confirmation call the day prior to my appointment instructing me to arrive 30 minutes early and with all of my personal information. I arrive only to be told that my appointment was cancelled and given to another patient because I failed to “verify” my insurance. Definitely not the best first impression when selecting a new medical office. I continue to make another appointment and turn my phone over to the receptionist for them to see my digital insurance card only be told that my insurance is no longer accepted there. Why would you grant me an appointment knowing what type of insurance I had when I made my initial call? Highly frustrating. Customer service was less than satisfactory. Would not recommend to anyone seeking professional care. I’ll find care elsewhere. ZERO STARS

Our family all go to Pueblo Family Physicians. We would like to give a shot out to the medical staff for always going above and beyond to meet all or medical needs, timely and efficiently. When your medical practice takes care of you it gives you piece of mind.

Always a positive experience when coming here, with my husband. The staff are always polite, and very rarely do we have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Every single person, from reception to the incredibly nice woman who takes our vitals/weight, to the doctors (We see Trey), they all make sure that we are taken care of and that all of our concerns are addressed. Refills are always taken care of at the end of the appointment, and within seconds, I receive notifications from my pharmacy that they received the refill request. This is the first doctors office I went to when I moved to Phoenix, from Detroit, and I'm so happy to have found it. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great PCP.

Pueblo family physicians It's a great place for medical help with their friendly And helpful staff .. Doctor Doug just helped me through all the pre op for an upcoming major surgery with complete compassion and understanding of the procedure. I Highly recommend them for any type of medical needs. My doctor is here and I love her she's the best doctor I've ever had her stuff on other hand is a reckon to be dealt with some of them are a little too on the mean side they need to learn patient staff bedside manner other than that this place is very highly recommended

I don't like when they discontinue my medication when they want to do a body check up like they don't want me to eat when I can't do something like that and I can't do it so, have not got refill I've been refused or meds for them for 6 months. Been using other people's meds to get by I know it's illegal but it's the best I can get. I believe no one should not go through that kind of horror feeling and I don't want to affect nobody

The phydicians are ok. But the receptionist on phone are rude. She hang up the phone on my ears on 6/13/22 around 11am. Bad customer service.

I’m shocked at some of the reviews here. I have been a patient for over a year and I have seen the same nurse practitioner. Today I had to see a different provider and happy to see that my visit was just as good as alway. They are kind and take there time to listen to all my concerns. I never feel that I’m rushed or not given 100%. I truly think this office has a good culture and I definitely recommend them.

I was recommended to this place and have been ok with it until yesterday. Ive had very bad allergies and called to ask about a shot that is available. My request was simple do they offer this service and do they have it on hand so that I may make an appointment. They said they couldn’t answer any questions that i needed to ask the Dr this question myself. I explained making an appointment for me to take time off work to drive all the way there to simply ask a simple question was ridiculous. To make it clear i was not asking for a diagnosis I just didn’t want to come in and have them tell me they have to order it and make another appointment at a later day is all. The response was I already said i can’t answer questions if it’s too far for you to come in find another Dr closer to you. It was too hard to ask someone if they had that in stock they rather lose a patient. They were extremely rude I asked for a tele-health visit was granted one then I was called back to be told they can’t talk about seasonal allergies over tele-health visits. Last month when I tried to come in for a sinus infection they didn’t want to see me because they were afraid it was covid I assured i had proof of negative test twice and they refused me. Yet they diagnosed a sinus infection over tele-health how was this any different?? I know the person calling was being spiteful that’s why I wrote this to make a point to let others know the service they give. I never leave reviews but this service deserves the time to warn others. I’ve recommended so many people to them and will make sure to inform them all to switch Drs. Zero stars hands down.

Kim chose to mock and be disrespectful to me while asking why I was being charged for care i did not agree to. I tried to be nice and explain the situation but instead she decided not to be kind but instead mock my situation. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. I tried to call and establish care with Dr. Cunningham and the lady was just flat out rude. I even asked her, "Are you willing to make my appointment or not because it seems like you are pushing me away and don't want my business. I can find somewhere else." She said, "ok, that's fine." Then hung up.

I have been a patient at Pueblo for about 2 years and I am alway blown away by how accommodating their whole office is. On the surface, yes, the office itself is less “ritzy” than other providers but at the end of the day, what matters most is their commitment to treating their patients. Any time I’ve had a doubt they go out of their way to guide me through it. The care at Pueblo is affordable and they are always willing to verify the costs before racking up an exorbitant bill. They accept AHCCCS if that applies to you! Previously I was a patient at Honor Health and in my opinion, Pueblo Family is far more focused on providing quality care while Honor Health only cares about profit. My Nurse Practitioner Patricia Li is especially thorough and makes sure not to skip over my concerns. She takes the time to do tests at no extra cost in order to be more careful and informed in her prognosis. She provides proactive care and I can always tell she’s passionate about helping me! I have always had a pleasant experience at Pueblo Family and would choose them over the mainstream providers based on their dedication to ethical care. This is the way healthcare should be!

This place is appalling! From the receptionist to the office manager they show nothing but discontempt and disrespect towards the patients they're supposed to be providing services to. The services they provide are a basic NECESSITY to survive and yet nearly impossible to access. The doctors and Nurse Practitioners are okay but not very diligent in helping u get to the bottom of what ails you. I have been spinning my wheels for YEARS dealing with these ubsurdly rude and downright unhelpful people. I am a minority, single, mental health diagnosed, woman in recovery and at EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY these People have had to interact with me I felt discrimated against. I attempted to contact leadership for this provider serval times when I finally got a call back the response I got was irritated, rude and dismissive 😳 I mean this review with respect and if u look at any other ones I've posted they aren't negative but this place has to be held responsible for the way they treat people. I

Excellent attention from Dr. Alfredo Flores, he is very kind and professional and has dedicated his time and attention to each request or problem that has been presented. Thank you very much doctor
