I really appreciate the staff and provider at 1st care medical. They are very nice, kind and professional. The Dr. helped me know and understand that my father needed to take care of his health and he has always done his best to help us! I am very greatful and I love being a patient there myself. The staff and provider are amazing! It is so worth going to 1st care medical clinic.

Waited 3 hours in a half, still waiting ….I’m livid. 2 doctors and they book 3/5 people for the same time slot. Imma call the private eye news and have them investigate some ain’t right. This my primary care doctor sad to say I was better off going to the emergency room.

I love it here! The front desk is so friendly and staff is nice. The MD their is so nice and understandable, Very caring! He made me feel welcome and I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. They have Spanish translation and Arabic so they pretty much do everything their. Totally recommend this place. ❤️

If you are looking for a primary care physician you could do no better than Dr. Pillai and his staff. They are amazing in the front office, his medical assistant is thorough and kind, Dr Pillai listens to your medical issues and does everything he can to assist you with all matters of illness. He has referred me to many fabulous doctors, and I can't overstated enough that if you need a primary care physician or urgent Care you should really go to first Care family medical.

Myself and my girls have been patients of Dr. Pillai’s for a few years now. He is honestly amazing and always takes time to listen to my concerns and always goes above and beyond to make sure our health care needs are met. The front office staff are so helpful and are always so nice. This is a doctors office I actually enjoy going to!

How is this clinic in business? I took my son and I to get physicals here from Dr. Rajesh Pillai and it was a terrible experience. The front office ladies clearly were unhappy doing their jobs and I had wait an hour after my initial appointment to see the doctor. The medical assistant were also unhappy. Another major flag. Finally, I seen the doctor and he rushed the process and tried to give my son shots he didn't need. He then had me doing bloodwork and other test that weren't covered by my insurance( I asked him beforehand and he assured me that they were. ). Then they schedule another appointment to come and talk over the test results. What!? My doctor in the Midwest would simply call me about the test results instead of billing insurance for another visit. Lastly the place is filthy!!I've never seen a dirty clinic until I came to this one. I eventually took my son to Dr. Wooten for another issue and was impressed by the service. He even gave me the test results over the phone instead of fleecing my insurance. Stay away from this clinic!!

This place is great I am a patient here as well as my son and my boyfriend the doctor we saw was Raj Pillai he is the best I’ve ever had .he really cares about his patients and just does all that is necessary to provide the best care possible. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone .

Horrible service! Took forever. my appointment was at 10am. They let me wait for almost 2 hours unti 12pm and they did not treat us. My daughter wasn't feeling well, she was throwing out, having a fever and they still don’t care. The staff was rude to me for asking one question they don’t look professional at all.

I suppose it is normal to wait hours here. I guess when a doctor is running 2 hours late they do not feel a need to let you know this. After rushing to be there on time at 9am, I learned this Dr is not considerate of your time, and I was there as a new patient, not sure I’ll return. Wasted my afternoon here.

Used to be good when the female doctors was there but if you have a urgency forget it. Made me and my kids wait there forever in a room while seeing other patients. Had to leave and just take my daughter to her urgent care where they see her right away and not make us wait. I will be finding her another provider

Dr Pillai was mine and my Mother's Primary Care Doctor for several years. He hears you when you come to him for your health care. He literally cares about helping to resolve any health issue and is diligent and determined and focused. We have since moved to another state and are seriously considering moving back for the sole purpose of having Dr Pillai as our Primary Care Doctor again. Don't judge a book by it's cover regarding the location of his office. He is 100% A diamond in the rough.

Dr. Marita Fleming is WONDERFUL! She is extremely friendly & very knowledgeable. Her assistant is friendly and the front desk staff is friendly as well. I've been twice, plus had a phone appointment & I must say that each experience was extremely pleasant. They've all gone above and beyond to make sure that I've been taken care of. I actually look forward to my appointments because everyone is so friendly there that I've encountered. The office is clean & I've never had a long wait time. Definitely 5⭐ service! Thanks to you all & keep up the good work!😊💖

Great service. Knowledgeable staff and quick turn around. Highly recommended specially if you’re looking for immigration medical exam.
