    I've been a long time member at Underground Fitness and have thoroughly enjoyed my transformation. I've shuttled between different trainers and they've all be fantastic. I'm currently training with Brian; he has been a great mentor and coach thus far and I'm extremely encouraged to see the results. Brian is flexible with schedules but more importantly he is adaptive to how each persons body responds and therefore ensures your session is tailored to your physical endurance. I'm confident I'll reach my goals following Brian's prescribed methodology. An avid sports fanatic, Brian makes each session enjoyable and entertaining, which is important to me... have fun while seriously working out. If you want serious results, ask for Brian.

    I wholeheartedly recommend Underground Fitness for those looking to improve their fitness and develop lifelong healthy diet and exercise habits. Shane, in particular, is a wonderful motivator who takes a personal interest in helping you achieve your goals. He has created a positive environment that has attracted clientele who themselves add to a sense of camaraderie. Sign up!

    Underground Fitness was the best experience I have had with personal training in my life. As a college athlete I have been involved in division 1 programs whose strength and conditioning programs do not compare with underground fitness. In my few months back home before I left for school I gained 15 pounds of muscle and reached my personal goal set by my trainer Brian. Brian pushed me everyday to be better and helped me tremendously with my nutrition. I believe that whether you are trying to gain muscle, lose weight or trying to just get in shape and become stronger that underground fitness is the place for you. I am extremely grateful for this organization and my trainer in particular and I highly recommend this gym to everyone with a goal.

    I absolutely loved my time training at Underground Fitness! Training with Brian was the absolute best and was exactly what I needed as he truly cared about and understood my goals and pushed me in the right direction to make those goals happen. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and helped to create a fun, easy-going environment. I wouldn't have wanted to wanted to work out any place else! If you need help reaching your goals, Brian is the one to go to!

    I have been working out with Brian at Underground Fitness for almost two years now. Throughout this time I have noticed dramatic changes and improvements in not only my physical fitness levels but also my life as a whole. I know every time I go into the gym, Brian will create a fitness routine that always pushes me to the next level. Brian's athletic background, military training, and nutritional knowledge has tremendously helped me learn the key to diet and exercise that I can use for life. He is the best!!

    I have been going to Underground Fitness for 8 months and would recommend this to anyone who is serious about training hard and getting results. I am a typical female who has a very difficult time losing weight, even though I feel like I eat good and exerciser regularly. Brian Minzey started training me and customized my food intake. Within the 1st week I already had weight loss results. Through hard work, I am now stronger than ever, have toned muscles and in the best shape of my life. But mostly I'm proud to say I'm down 20 pounds. Brian has helped me every step of the way and I could not have done it without him. As a trainer, he keeps my workouts intense (my preference) and doesn't stand around chit chatting like most other trainer do at the gym. He is passionate about his job and he puts his clients need's 1st. He is kind and compassionate and has a heart of gold. He customizes my own workouts even if he's training someone else at the same time. And not one workout has ever been duplicated. Brian is truly the best trainer I have ever worked with and would highly recommend to anyone who wants results from their workouts.

    Brian is one of the best trainers I've ever came across. He is very professional, and knowledgeable. He has an eye for sculpting the trouble areas of my body. I can say that not only did he help me build muscle, my energy level has changed two fold. I feel better and look better now than ever. I highly recommend Brian and his team. Kim and Justin are also great trainers.

    I have gone to underground fitness a hand full of times and I absolutely love it! I worked with their trainer Kim both one on one and in a group environment and she was the best. One on one Kim attended and heard all my goals and tailored a workout to make sure I would meet my goals. In a group environment with more people to train Kim still manages to make my workout feel personal, the group workouts are high intensity because she has different members of the group doing different exercises and then rotating. Honestly, if you have goals you want or need to accomplish consider coming here and using Kim she is the amazing!

    Underground Fitness is AWESOME. I have been struggling to get back into a consistent rhythm with exercise and taking care of myself for almost 20 years now. There's something about Shane and my trainer Justin that completely flipped the script and now I'm getting back to what I was doing on my college track team! The atmosphere, the program offerings, the trainers, the clients I've worked out with...this place is a whole vibe. Shane's coaching sessions have been truly instrumental for me by helping me to finally get clear on what I wanted and needed to be happy with my health. He has been a patient, kind and easygoing friend and coach, allowing me to go on my journey and not force me to go one way or the other. Justin, my trainer, has found a way to quietly show me how strong I really am. Working out with him has kept me consistent in my exercise because I don't want to disappoint him by not showing up. Beyond grateful I found this place - I love it here!😊💜

    Decided not to train here, but still had a positive experience. PROS: The facility looked good, smelled neutral (zero funk) and had ample parking. The trainer I met was personable and focused. Pricing for personal training was fair. They were willing to work with me on the pricing (nothing crazy, nevertheless it was appreciated). Fair amount of equipment, including free weights, barbells, etc. No contracts. CONS: Pricy, because it's personal- and small group-training. Slow to respond to inquiries through the website, but direct email was better. No follow up, which might be a plus for people looking for low-pressure sign-up tactics. If my budget allowed for personal training, I'd happily work out here.
