They have the covid protocol down pat, it's really easy to get right in to any first show. If you come to the second show, you'll wait in line to get in for a while, but once inside it's smooth sailing. A fantastic venue, with nary a bad seat in the house, great sound and surprisingly comfortable seats. The cost of concessions is to be expected ($22 for a beer and a water) and the food quality is better than expected. All said its a very well-run theater with pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

This place is cool, I've never been to a concert where there wasn't any traffic. Some of the beverage staff have attitudes. I simply asked for water and didn't think she heard me so I asked again and she was ready to go home she was not interested... We were looking for any vip events and couldn't find any then realized vip info has to be asked for in an email and specifically. Just different.. otherwise Great Place to see a show or anything really...

I attended a concert that featured In This Moment. The concert was great, but the overall experience of the theater itself was more bland. My party and I got to the concert early, even though we had our assigned seating, to make sure we could get any snacks or anything extra before the first band came on stage. The food and drinks were way over priced, but this is not uncommon. We couldn't bring anything into the theater so it's kinda of a situation where you are just stuck. We sat down at our assigned spots. The first band started and the theater wasn't even full. Our friends who were a bit farther away came and sat next to us so we could rock out together. More people came in, but we were able to meet up again for the last band. The concert was great despite a few errors from the sound techs, so I can say if that was the concert halls fault or not. The concert hall itself was just boring though. The band could have performed anywhere and still been great. If you like seated rock concerts this place is "fine". I would have preferred to be outside, even if I had to stand I had no real issues with it or the staff, but I was not amazed in anyway by the place.

We got tickets for the Cirque Christmas performance here. It was our first time here and we had a great time. The crowd seemed to be managed well. We got in quickly and ordered some food and drinks and found our seats very easily. My only real issue is that there were no cup holders at the seats so with people walking back and forth during the performance caused a few spilled drinks due to shuffling feet and balancing belongings. But overall it was a great night.

Really poor sound quality. During the first band in the lineup, the sound cut out for half of the songs. Gwar's show was even on the rather plain side, as none of their special effects splatterings worked. Not great for rock or metal music acoustics or pit experience. However, the bathrooms were nice. Event parking available in a garage across the street for $15. Be sure your bag is not too large per their policy and you don't wear chains or spikes 😪

Start to finish an excellent experience. Parking was reasonable and easy to access in and out. Hassle free entrance to the venue. Staff was great, friendly and informed. Drinks and food were reasonable. Sound was top notch.

While the show we saw was amazing, the theater itself was not so great. The chairs were tightly together (think the middle seat on a plane). It was also very hot in the theater. Yes, it is winter here and it was 55-58 degrees outside that night, but my party and I were hot inside there. For those that had drinks (which we did), there was no place to put them, which prevented us from clapping for the performances that we were there for. The stage was very nice though, and appeared to be great for the performers to do their show.

Love this venue! Saw Judas Priest & Queensryche here in 2022 and just saw Mudvayne, Coal Chamber, Gwar & Butcher Babies in August 2023. Great sight lines everywhere and nice layout for concessions, merchandise, entry etc. Great sound and plenty of parking close by.

Very clean and spacious venue. Watching a comedy show here was tough because the service of food and drinks is concession style so people are constantly coming and going in a big theater with theatre type seating, which is as inconvenient as you might imagine. However, still deserves a five star as any other event here would be perfect I’m sure.

I've seen several acts at this theater and I like it a lot. Not too big-most seats offer good viewing. Good size to attract artists on their rise to fame and bigger venues. Well located in walking distance of activities after the theater such as dining and nightclubs.

Huge theatre, comfortable seats. Great visual effects and lighting. It was a little hard to navigate and find our seats, but as long as you're there early enough to look around a bit, it's not too complicated.

There was convenient parking nearby ($15 for the event) which made it easy to get to the venue. Preliminary security went really quickly and there wasn't a huge line as the concert was starting. Inside the signage wasn't super helpful for knowing where to go for which sections but there were various employees who all were able to point us in the right direction. We arrived after the event had actually started so the lights were dimmed to the point that we couldn't really read the section numbers on the signs. The seats themselves felt pretty old; not the most comfortable but not the worst either.

Very awesome place for a concert! All the workers were really nice and very helpful! Strange that they served water in a cup without a lid, instead of just giving you the can of water. And bathrooms were extremely clean! 10/10

It's an okay theater for concerts. Balcony section needs a good scrubbing, the ground is extremely sticky. Sound check guys need to account for bass; to much bass is not a good thing. Security and ticket booth though are Friendly and knowledgeable.

Great venue. Very clean and not too big. We watched a show from the front of the third level and enjoyed the view. No real bad seats in the house. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great venue! Seating was a little tight, but seats were well arranged to have views of the stage. The staff was very professional as well as courteous. As a lady, I'm happy to say the restroom facilities were quite plentiful and wait time was low. Only complaint? It was a little warm in the auditorium.

Title: A Soul-Stirring Experience: Kirk Franklin Reunion Tour at Arizona Financial Theater Rating: ★★★★★ Attending the Kirk Franklin Reunion Tour at the Arizona Financial Theater was an absolute delight for fans of gospel music. The concert was a soul-stirring experience that left the audience uplifted, inspired, and filled with joy. From the moment Kirk Franklin stepped on stage, it was evident that this would be a night to remember. The venue itself, the Arizona Financial Theater, provided a fantastic setting for the concert. The seating arrangement was comfortable, and the acoustics were excellent. The stage was well-lit, allowing for a clear view of the performers from every angle. The atmosphere was electric, with an air of anticipation and excitement filling the room. As for the performance, Kirk Franklin and his talented band delivered an unforgettable show. The energy and passion they brought to the stage were infectious, and it was impossible not to be moved by their music. Franklin's powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence captivated the audience from start to finish. One of the highlights of the evening was the incredible chemistry between Kirk Franklin and his band members. Their seamless coordination and tight-knit performance showcased their exceptional talent and dedication to their craft. The musicianship was top-notch, with each instrument blending harmoniously to create a rich and vibrant sound. The concert featured a mix of Kirk Franklin's greatest hits, as well as some new and unreleased tracks. The crowd erupted with excitement as they recognized familiar tunes like "Stomp" and "I Smile," singing along with every word. The new songs were equally impressive, showcasing Franklin's ability to evolve and stay relevant in the ever-changing music industry. From my seats, I had a fantastic view of the stage. The lighting design was visually stunning, enhancing the overall experience. The stage setup allowed for an intimate connection between the performers and the audience, making it feel like a personal and heartfelt performance. Overall, the Kirk Franklin Reunion Tour at the Arizona Financial Theater was an absolute triumph. It was a night filled with soulful music, powerful messages, and an overwhelming sense of unity. Kirk Franklin's ability to bring people together through his music is truly remarkable, and this concert was a testament to his talent and impact. I would highly recommend attending any future performances by Kirk Franklin. Whether you are a fan of gospel music or simply appreciate exceptional live performances, his concerts are an experience not to be missed. Prepare to be moved, inspired, and uplifted by the incredible talent and passion that Kirk Franklin and his band bring to the stage.

A nice venue for the shows themselves. But cramped seats. Bathrooms need upgrading. Women's bathroom for sections 204 and 205 have only two stalls!!! They want to be environmentally conscious so they do not provide lids for their filled-to-the-brim soda cups! But they do have straws (plastic) on request. So you get to balance any food you buy and any other belongings with an open soda cup while you try to navigate the stairs or crowded elevator. Once you get to your narrow seat there is no place to put it but on the floor or just hold it. A simple lid would make sense.

Greg and I had a great time at AZ Financial Theater. We attended the Britt Floyd's 50th celebration of Darkside of the Moon. We both love this British Pink Floyd tribute band. Hands down the best, and we highly recommend them if you're a Floyd fan!

Great venue easy to navigate! Parking is very close to the theater. You are allowed to bring in purses! 12x12 is the max and it does not have to be clear.

Our show changed from Talking Stick outdoors to here. Thank goodness. It was nice and cool inside. Many drink/food counters with minimal wait times.

We had a wonderful experience for the concert: Dreamsonic 2023. It was our first time at the venue and everything was very spacious. Great air conditioning and seating.

We were expecting it to be at least warm in here since it was 118 outside but no! It was so nice and cool! Easy in, everyone working the event is so friendly- was simple to get a drink/food- loved how there was bathrooms and drinks right on the level we were at (club level) - this was our first time at this venue and we will be back!

I've been going to this venue for years now and have seen many bands of different genres play. Their light shows have come a long way. It's nice to have a seat for when you get tired of standing too. Drinks are pricey (as with anything else Downtown) but the staff was super nice and very helpful.

Awesome venue! We have been to maybe 50 shows here or more. The sound is always good. The seats are also comfortable when you happen to sit down. Only complaint is there are no cup holders to keep your drinks off the floor. The best part is being indoors in the summers of Arizona!!! I would recommend seeing a show here.

Great venue for a concert! We did have seats on the main floor, center stage and 9 rows back and the seats were very comfortable with plenty of leg space but, of course, we stood during most of the concert! Much more intimate then a sports arena!!
